Dear Friends- I booked my baleno this Year in Jan and my car Baleno Alpha (Ray Blue) was delivered to me on 7th Feb-2016. On day 2 evening I noticed the headlight beam were shaking on smallest potholes at the speed below 60kmphs, I though of taking it to the workshop and show them. But in the mean while informed Bagga link, Kolta, new Delhi from where was handover/delivered to me. I put a complaint with Nexa Toll free number on 1-March-2016 and though they might help me get to the root cause as the showroom guys were not very concerned after they received their money and the agent got his sales commission o[censored]p selling me complete accessory package, tefelon and anti-rust coating .

However the mail was sent to GM baggalink workshop and Territory service manager (MSIL) and I was the one to contact him next day in his mobile which was shared by CC, rather than they contacting me (Premium nexa experience)
When contacted, they fixed a appointment for my visit on 6th March evening and said that, they would arrange another baleno and check wheather the shaking liight was in my car or other baleno as well. I called the workshop 6th morning and told them that I would come between 5-6pm and they acknowledged.

The best part of customer dedication is yet to be shared.

I reached 5:30pm and they said that they were unsuccessful to arrange for alpha baleno which is equipped with a projector headlight and keeping my calm, I requested them to please ask your guys to take my car for a spin and see if the lights were really shaking while driving or not.

2 advisors from the workshop took my car for a spin in Bawa poultry compound, vasant Kunj and agreed that the lights were really shaking like there was something was loose inside the projector. In my earlier visit they said that the shutter inside the eprojecto, which does the hi/low beam is loose and it is standard in all the cars (can you believe that !!!) And there is no solution to it.

I later made a video in their workshop and sent it out to all the people in baggalink, nexa experience team, maruti mailing list and no one ; not a single person has replied or acknowledged saying that they will get back after the finsings. Today again I called (9-march-2016) the nexa CC Tollfree and again he has sent a reminder to the people who are supposed to look into this experience.

This is a FYI to all my friend here who have booked alpha, it's the most irritating part of driving at night and the concentration that of the driver will be always on the light beam rather than on road. The light shaking is too much and these guys at suzuki dont even notice the faulty headlights manufactured by Indo Japan limited

My baleno alpha June 2018 model is also having similar problem. But Maruti is saying that it is a common phenomenon in all balenos due to xenon gas which I don't agree. Their parts are faulty and I advised them to have a check on it with their technical team and recall all the balenos with this problem for rectification.

    Sir,
    I am the owner of Maruti car from June 2011. I am working in Reserve Bank Note Mudran Press in salboni, Distt. West Midnapur, West Bengal and brought Maruti Alto Lxi from Bhandary Auto mobiles at Kharagpur and very recently I intended to exchange my Alto Lxi with Maruti 800 Lxi, and in connection of that one sales Manger of Mrs. Bhandari Automobiles, Mr. Dhananjoy met me and agreed to take over my old Alto Lxi by paying Rs.1, 80, 000.00 and adjusted with New Maruti800 Lxi on 31st. January 2016 and taken away my old Alto Lxi car with Pre-Paid SBI chaque of Rs. 2, 80, 000.00 and never turned up after several requests. With him one more sales manager Mr. Biswanath also came and with Mr. Biswanath and other personnel of the showroom I completed the deal on 05th. March 2016 with a lot of harassment, financial loss and mental agony. Which detoriates my health in following way:
    1. While taking my old Alto Lxi car, I asked to hand over my extra fitting of accessories costing Rs. 30, 000.00 (approx) such as Music System, Seat cover, 20 ltrs of Petrol etc. but Mr. Dhananjoy told and assured me that due to shortage of time he cannot dismantle the accessories now but next day at showroom he will hand over all the extra accessories without fail but after continuous request on telephone and physically present at Mrs. Bhandary Automiles showroom at Chandrakona Road where I received by their security staff ( Mr. Dhananjoy was not present) only Music system, that is fully damaged and unserviceable and 03 pieces out of 06 pieces of seat cover, it is also torn and useless. When asked Mr. Dhananjoy, he misbehaved and told me why crying, I will pay you money for the items from my pockets.
    2. Next, I request Mr. Dhananjoy to complete the deal before 20th. Feb 2016 as my daughter’s 10 class CBSE Final examination were there at Midnapur, some 25 kilometer away from our RBI Township, but surprise to see that never come to me and a lot of difficulties and other helpful staff of showroom I could complete the jobs of RTO. I have haired a car for my Daughter’ Examination for Rs. 5000/- for 6 days.
    3. I am High pressure patients and due to that tension I became Heart ailment and last 10 days I am under treatment of specialist and as his advice I have ECG, 2D Echo-Cardiograph etc with financial cost Rs. 7000/- and a lot of tension.
    4. Sir, I was deep faith on Maruti company and for gladness and enjoyment I was decided to exchange my car but due to Mr. Dhananjoy, Sale Manager’s negligence, careless and rude non-co operative attitude I incur a loss of near about Rs.40.000/- with mental agony and health problem
    5. Hence, I request you, not to allow Mr. Dhananjoy to deal with probable customer, He is lair, careless and basically wicked person, and I also request to compensate my loss of Rs. 40, 000/- so I can reaffirm my faith on Maruti Automobiles as well Mrs. Bhandary Automobiles.
    6. If my legitimate graviencesses is not meet then I will forced to approach higher legal forum for redressal of my graviencesses

        Dear sir/madam,

        I bought my new ertiga in January 2016. It got a small accident from left side of front. I gave it for service to raj sneh service center at baraut, distt. Baghpat, uttar predesh. They told me it would take 15 days in repairing my car. After 15 days i saw my car has got a lot of scratches marks on right side of window. I complained for it to maruti suzuki customer care with all details on 5 march 2016. Till then i enquire about the status of my complaint.. they repeatedly reply me that your complain is under process. No action has been taken so far after 7 days. On 11 i received my car after service. I am completely dissatisfied with the service provider workshop. Hope you will take the matter seriously. My complain no. is [protected].

            I bought a 2016 swift dezire vdi which was delivered on mid of feb. from the first drive itself i noticed the steering wheel was so rough and hard to handle which makes the driver hand too tired plus its not safe to drive the car, and i waited for first service for a improvement but even after 1600 km the steering is still hard and rough to handle.when i complaint to service centre they told they cant do anything because the new design especially 2016 models comes with this faulty steering. i am very disappointed and dont know what to do plus now i am facing an new problem with the car ie its difficult to move the gear most of the times its too rough which is an another reason for me not to drive the car. can u please either repair and make it fit too drive or else take the car back and give my money back and i wonder how maruthi suzuki guys can be so irresponsible

                HThis is bring in to your knowledge that I am regular customer of Maruti and using product from long time .
                I have purchased Swift dezire in 2012 from Karnal and I was satisfy with the services also but last few days I am facing problems in services which is giving your dealers ...

                this is complaint regarding front two lights as its seems totally dull and not cleared . plastics of the lights is so dull that's why I am facing problem while driving as lights gonna be so dim.
                i have visited today modern motors and asked to change these lights as i have taken extendable warranty when I have purchase this vehicle . I have paid extra amount for the same also ..
                i am Also planing to buy another Maruti product Baleno but if i faced such type of problems then I will change my view ..

                I had purchased Maruti Suzuki Ertiga VXI in December 2015, In this month on 13 august after i filled gas in my car, it started making some noise from the engine and
                gas smell started coming. I contacted Sai Service and they asked me get the car, they said there was gas leakage and some part has to be changed which costs around six thousand rupees. They said it will be done by the company, its been so many days now and they say the part is not available in Mumbai. I told the person that this problem has happened in 8 months of purchasing the car, if it would happen later then i would end up paying a large sum of money. They say this is the first case they have come across, this has worried me coz if the thing is fixed now and if in future the same thing happens, i will be in trouble. It looks to me that a defective car is sold to me. I want some senior person to look in the matter and revert soon as i don't know whom to contact regarding the same.

                    ‎Dear sir/ mam,
                    ‎ I had given my maruthi swift vehicle no:tn14b3026.for service in khiviraj motors perungudi omr( chennai)on dec18/2015 when given for service.service center executive told that it will take 1month to complete the service then I told it's ok no issue thank u. After one month I visited the service center they told we didn't get spare parts pls wait for one week after that still I visited service center again and again they're telling spare parts not came pls wait for two or three days. Ididnt get proper response yet. I hope you take immediate action and solve my issues and deliver my vehicle as soon as possible .

                      1the sun protector on the back mirror knob was broken
                      2the foot matress of cream colour totally was black
                      3 all the bolts of the seat were all loose
                      4the front portion of the car from driver side just above the wheel is bent
                      5inside the dash board on the kinner side the noise comes when driver on rough road
                      6scatches on the dash board above the sterring and and on the door were power windo button and on the googles case in celing
                      7broken driver seat adjuster
                      8the raer ac gets automaticallu off and sometimes doesnt operate
                      9the silver pipe bent inside the bonnet
                      10the car of old stock aceepted by one of the employee
                      if these stype of fraud done with me tell me sir why i should not do a case against kankariya showroom not give in a paper against the dealer and maruti. the same problem many people are facing. as i have messaged every time to satyan kankariya about this. plz give us the new car as you taken all the money from us.and i need car production date . if i m not supported i will have the help of mahiti aadhikar.

                        Dear sir

                        This is my above mentioned complain which still remains unresolved.

                        I have booked a maruti ertiga zdi plus grey with fort point automotive cars pvt ltd, thane in the month of november 2015 stating that i want a 2016 mfgd vehicle.i was promised the delivery by janaury 2016 ending or maximum by feb 16 mid.but the car is till date not delivered to me.

                        finally i lodged a complain with yourself(mul) on 22/02/2016.i was promised a quick solution by your attendant.i recieved a call and an email from anuja madam (crm fort point thane) assuring me that my vehicle will be delivered in next 3 to 4 weeks that is a maximum upto 23rd march 2016.

                        on 8th of march when i called up the showroom regarding the vehicle status anuja madam and mr sudhir patra straight away said that the vehicle has not been allocated/dispatched from maruti plant .the production of this particular model is slow and we are not sure that we will be able to deliver ur vehicle on the given time.

                        as mentioned in my earlier communication i have informed you that there is my sons wedding in our house on 24th march 2016 and this car booked to be gifted to him as a gift for which i anyhow need the vehicle latest by 23rd march 2016.

                        after that when the showroom did not respond, i called maruti head office on[protected] on 9th march i.e yesterday and was attended by pooja madam crm dept.she assured me that the matter will be conveyed to the concerned manager/team on priority basis and i will get a call back shortly.but after calling her up 2 to 3 times i got no response.now when i call up for pooja madam, she avoides my call.somebody else picks up the call and says shes not on the seat and will give message to call you back.

                        im realy shocked to see this kind of treatment maruti gives to the customers.

                        pl note il be very straight in my communication . . . .i want the vehicle delivered anyhow by 23rd march 2016.i will not compromise on colour or model.its been more than 3 months im suffering bcoz of this delay.i have even handed over my old car to fortpoint true value dept long back.

                        request you to pl look into this matter as very very urgent or i will have no option but to go to the media, consumer forum and legal authorities for help against this kind of fraud maruti is doing to me.

                            I am adil parry from Jammu and Kashmir, distt kulgam. I bought Suzuki swish scooty dealer said it will give u mileage 50-55 km p/l . Company saying 60 km, but in practical it gives only 33 . The company has cheated with customers. I Made many complaints against company but it's not responding. Has I to apply court now??? It's shocking that they are advertising this product which is fraud and false. Dealers name is baba motors kulgam.

                              I am a technical consultant for tooling
                              I bought Maruti Wagon R from Cars India chennai (valasaravakkam branch)
                              I took delivery on 13th January 2016 and first service was due on 13th Feb.
                              When contacting the sales executive (Mr.Vignesawaran) he gave mobile No. of their service person who in turn asked to contact anther no. When contacted I was told that they will arrange the first service on 8th March.
                              On 8th March he car was taken for service by their representative and I was told that the car can be delivered on 10th by 04.00 PM
                              !. when Maruti instructed first service in a month why the service personal does not adhere to the condition.
                              2. I am not provided by duplicate keys as promised and the reason given that there is delay from Maruti
                              3. I have planned a long distance trip on 10th morning and the delay putss me to lot of inconvenience
                              4. There is no co ordination between sales and service and I am getting different commitment from each telling that what they are telling is correct.
                              5. The sales person starts blaming me for not informing him about the service though ihad phoned him and informed him and he is the one who gave me differrent mobile nos. to contact
                              6. They have customer like me for granted and they take no care about our situation
                              7. This is my fourth car from Maruti and 8th in our family.
                              8. I had similar problem with previous car during first service with cars India and I switched over MSM guindy for further service requirements.

                              I request to please do needful so that we customers are not put in to troubles

                                The red arrows point the 'nut joints' and 'place' where the manifold cover is supposed to be.This is causing direct emission of heat from Head to Compressor of A.C.
                                HOW this sort of mistake is done at manufacturing level by Maruti Suzuki????
                                Mind you earlier this feature was available in all SWIFT Cars!!!

                                I contacted my dealer "Rana Motors, Tis Hazari, Delhi" but they also denied to help.

                                  i purchased wagon r from abt limited guindy chennai on 21 dec 2016 and drove the car to tirunelveli on 22 dec 2016 2nd day of vehicle purchase which is

                                  about 650 kms while driving we found the head light becomes dull and back to normal light brightness even interior light near driver head side also

                                  going dull and then restoring the light back to normal brightness
                                  on 3 rd day of the morning we were able to replicate the light becoming dull issue when the vehicle is idle at engine started with the help of pressing

                                  power window button so we found issue at whole electrical or bulb assembly has electrical related issue on goggling we were able to understand it

                                  might be due to battery or alternator or ground not fixed properly
                                  we have reported the issue during 1st service on 30 dec 3016 9th day of car purchase at aadhi cars pvt ltd dealer code a3031 after collecting the vehicle

                                  after 1st service while driving at 7pm we saw the issue has not been addressed during the end of first service where we found that same issue persist and not

                                  yet resolved then again when we checked with the supervisor mr subramanian in person along with vehicle for 2nd time at service centre he told to bring

                                  the vehicle another day and didnt checked the issue at all
                                  so herewith i am having conclusion that i am very much disappointed on having a issue of electrical fault on the 2nd day of vehicle purchase

                                    Dear sir/ madam,

                                    1. During 2014, we bought a ertiga zdi top model car with alloy wheels of esteemed maruti suzuki. The car was supposed to be fitted with all safety features including two numbers of front air bags, for which we were charged an extra premium amount in the name of safety.
                                    2. We, along with our family members are die hard fans of maruti suzuki brand having 03 more cars and interestingly all of maruti suzuki cars.
                                    3. Till date, we had a strong feeling that the japanese companies never compromise on quality part and provide the best of technology into their products, even better than the germans or american.
                                    4. But now, we really feel ashamed of our decision to stick to maruti suzuki cars, that too on quality parameters.
                                    5. On[protected], we had an accident (Reasonably major type, reasonably because i am still alive to write such letter) and the front side is completely smashed.
                                    6. But surprisingly, the balloon at driver side didn’t blow up even after i was tied with the seat belts. And the pavilion side balloon came out just as a piece of cloth with no air. I hope this cannot be called as –
                                    “the high technology quality conscious japanese technoloty of highest standard”
                                    7. We have sent the vehicle to the local authorised service station (Odyssy motors, at sambalpur, odisha).
                                    8. While assessing damage, they say that the vehicle requires major repairs which will take 03 to 04 months time (Mentioned in attached report) accepting that the accident is of severe type. But when asked about the non-opening of balloon on driver side, they say that the sensors on right side requires even more impact to blow up( guess until the driver dies)
                                    Now it is my humble request (Being a perennial customer of maruti suzuki and alive still) to make a detailed impartial enquiry into the matter and if the company feels to still care its customers, do convey the details of finding of non-conformation of quality specifications.

                                    “hope the japanese companies still prioritise and believe in quality of highest standard and never compromise on that”.

                                      I bought Ertiga (hybrid) on[protected] from CM Auto Chandigarh and also gave my old Indica car in exchange of Rs. 47, 000/-. I have submitted my RC of newly bought Ertiga Car within one month. Despite many reminder to CM Auto I have been transferred subsidy even after more than 3-months nor I have been given exchange money of my old car. I need my payment with interest for delayed period.

                                        I am [removed] and a proudfull owner of maruti dezire car bearing registration no. DL 1 CN 6821 in my mother'S [removed] name. In the month of feburuary my above said car was sent to AKANSHA AUTOMOBILES PVT LTD MORADABAD, UTTAR PRADESH for repair under the insurance claim as it was met with an accident . The service advisor Mr. pankaj singh look after it and created the job sheet no. JC[protected] on 18.02.2016 at 9;30am. my concerned is that the excess amount has been charged by changing unnecessary parts those are claimed to be changed by company but i doubt whether all parts had been repaired/changed or not as accident was not a major one, and by including various things like ORGANIC PERFUME-LEMON etc those are not there in car at the time of delivery of it and further these steps has nothing to do with work shop work. so all these amounts is a cheat on me Further i want to mention that my car has not been properly repaired as central locking system is not working properly and the steering is moving very hard and it feels as if i am driving a truck instead of a car.I am hugely disappointed with work profile and attitude . Its a totally wastage of my hard earn money. I want the work to be properly done as soon as possible and unnecessary extra amount that has been charged be refunded at earliest.I may also be provided the full detail of parts replace along with their depreciated amount that i expect to paid under normal car insurance clam...MOBILE NO.
