I have booked a Maruti celerio on 15 feb 2016 but still not received it as from Dealer "ACE Kudale" got know that they themselves dint receive
it from Car company. I was told that Car will be delivered on 5th March and when contacted got to know that there is some strike going on so
issues to send Car to their showroom, So now even changed date as 25th March is not sure.When will I get my Car, I have payed booking amount
and also applied for loan which is processed.Waiting for favorable reply.

    I have Maruti Celerio. AC does not work properly and the entire Car body Shakes when the AC is switched on on extreme summer conditions.

    Car keys are damaged by workshop while doing general servicing.

        I am Baldev singh.I have booked Baleno Delta (diesel)model, white colour with Sandhu motors, NEXA dealer of the town.The car was booked on[protected].The dealer promised us to deliver the car after 2 months.But till now even after 3 months, they are not delivering the car.I am attaching the images of booking form and reciept of booking.We request you to please kindly take the required action so that our problem should be solved.

          I writing this letter to bring to your attention,
          I bought my maruti suzuki swift car from your polular deler calicut .my car given for repair in popular vehicle services pachikkil calicut on 02 oct 2015 repair job was front bumper replacement and left side door frame roof dent removal the bill for this work was RS4000. service center boody work shop manager promise me that they can deliver this vehicle after two days I went their for deliver my car, the car was tottaly damaged by poor knowledge of body repair and painting.

            We have booked a Baleno petrol by 4th of Nov'15 at Ludhiana dealer Stan auto. Then delivery time was 15 days or 1month maximum, but till date not get the same. I have done to much calls & Complaints at maruti customer care but not get any solution only getting complaints no. As following

            1st comp. Ref. No. NX[protected]/16DEC'15.

            2nd comp. Ref. No.NX[protected]/ 8JAN'16.

            3rd comp. Ref. No. NX[protected]/ 27feb16.

            Till date not get any solution.

              Lots of issues from the day of delivery
              1. Gear liver weird shake (fixed on second service) but noise inside the car really pissing me
              2. Steering wheel not aligned from secon service
              3. Very poor milege jus 7 which is really bad 35ltrs of petrol gives only 451km checked many times no proper reply for this complaint from the dealers
              4.Shifting to Reverse gear gives a strange noise as if not on the clutch

                Dear Sir,
                I have booked swift dzire tour from popular showroom mamangalam on 10th of March by confirmation that I will get the vehicle in old price and have to pay in old price, according to that I arranged the finance by bank which was arranged on 14th but lately came to know that the invoice was raised on 16th only. The sales executive promised that the vehicle will be delivered within five days from booking date. On 17th the executive called up and said that I have to pay the difference amount between the new price and the old price of amount 7500 and I agreed to that. At the time of booking Two door power window was offered and confirmed by the executive and team leader but it was cancelled saying that it can't be done as they don't have the permission to do, as the tour kit is done on the basis of the consumer offer. Firstly they agreed to do and later without informing me they are cancelling, it's not the right way to do after the sales booking is done. Again I reconfirm about the delivery as the next week government holidays are coming and before that vehicle has to take temporary registration and after that permanent registration and after three days only the vehicle can be done for fitness test and this whole things will be done if the vehicle was taken for temporary registration on 16th. On 18th morning the accessories section called me for the confirmation of tour kit fitting in the vehicle and i was agreed but within time executive called me out for some amount dispute and i told him to stop everything and after the talk and confirmation we can proceed. I went to the showroom at 11 30 am and there was a dispute in the delivery time and amount clarification, he told me that he will speak to his team leader and sales manager and will get the confirmation by the evening. I told the executive that I will pay the balance payment at the time of delivery because I was lost the hope from them and he agreed and told him no tour kit has to be done till i get confirmation reply from your side but as i went out of the showroom he given confirmation to accessories section for kit to install which i came to know in this morning. Now the issue is that the finance which was ready on 15th and the first due date is coming on 7th of April 2016 and by this time only vehicle will be ready for running. Due to the careless and communication gap made by the executive and team from popular i will be suffering. I was really cleared to the executive that if i am getting the vehicle in old price payment only the vehicle has to be billed. This booking was done by refusing the indus motor by saying that vehicle will be delivered in five days. Now it's been 9 days passed vehicle is still in the showroom by committing wrong assurance. At last they are saying that everything will be done by 22nd of March if I pay the balance amount. On what guarantee will I have to pay. I request you take necessary action and implementation for like this issue and now i decided to cancel the vehicle for the behavioural attitude from popular team because it made me financial loss and time loss. This is my 2nd issue from this dealer. Hoping that a positive reply and steps will be taken from your side for the attitude and delay they have done to me.

                  Sir,

                  This letter is being send in regard with the improper service provided from the AVG Motors Ltd Kottayam for my Maruti Alto Lxi 2008 Sept model with reg no KL 05 Z 1357.

                  I have taken my car to the above mentioned workshop for checking the sound due to vibration from the steering column. The adviser inspected and informed over phone that some of its parts has to replaced, as i am not well aware about the terms for each parts he mentioned i am not mentioning it here.

                  Its really astonishing to found when i went to take my car that the said complaint was not rectified and the person informed me that their is no evidence to show you for the wheel alignment check, when i asked him that their is alignment problem with the car. And the reply was most terrific as it is the problem with road, not the car.

                  Moreover the way they have treated my car in their workshop was par below the said standard. They have made scratches in the back side of my car, it shows that something has dragged over the body.

                  I am not mentioning here the price they charged me for their so called service.

                  Anyway, i will be taking the car to same workshop for rectifying the issue.For professional like us its really a matter of time and money to spent time in your workshop by taking leave from our routine work, as for a banker its crucial time a the financial year has just about to end merely because a wilful default from your side is quiet unacceptable.


                  Looking forward for a minimum standard of work from your dealer.

                    My SwiftDzire ac emits a foul odour when in running. I had reported this several times at vittesse service station but problem persist. The odour is so strong at times although last for small time but gives lot I discomfort. I plan to change my car if this persist and may not buy a maruti again.

                      After I had done 55000 Suddenly I am getting sound in ac compressor when I am lower speed (below 40). I read similar problem found at most customer those are having before 2009 model. All your workshop centre informed that solutions is only to replace compressor . For that what actions taken by your side for those having same problem

                        I have booked the Baleno 1.2 delta petrol Ray blue on 02.12.16. As the nexa comitted delivery by March 1st week but failed to deliver. Now they are saying delivery will be in May'16 that too is not sure.

                          My vehicle has extended warranty til upto years, but everytime when i take my car to service center they charges for me. Always being cheated by maruti. Especially by har cars at kannur. The customer care manager mr. Mithun is so irresponsible . I don't know why this is always happening with such a company like maruti. Either maruti or the har cars is cheating the customers.
                          Its time to move on from maruti.

                                I booked Baleno Delta model diesel silver color in month of Jan 16 from Kataria Automobiles, Vadodara. The relationship manager had promise me that they will deliver car at the end of Feb 16 but till date they didt give me delivery and every I ask for status they refuse to give and force me to buy S-Cross if I want deliver prompt otherwise wait for Baleno for 2months more. I have booking new maruti swift dzise tour(my dream car) car to Chennai kapico motors India Pvt.Ltd, no.309, poonamallee high road, kilpauk, Chennai 600010.dealer till not delivery my car.dealer side not proper response ( sales person, sales manager, general manager) my side everything clear. Delear lot time promise delivery date but still now lm not received any response. MY Book ing Date 20 Jan 2016.my booking receipt no:5725.dealership person now told extra 25k and one month time.please solve the issue very soon. I'm really very dissatisfied the dealer staff response.

                                    This is against Bimal auto 60/2, Whitefield Road, Mahadevapura, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560048. I have maruti ertiga VDI, This quite common problem they are suppose to replace.
                                    I had rear axle sound. i found in the 3rd service which i have informed under warranty. They did not bother at all. They have just done water service and gave back and there is no customer feedback form. When i went for the 4th service and inform regarding my rear axle problem they quote it out of warranty. I need to pay for it. They are supposed to change it but they did not do that. They have money minded. Honestly they do very bad service. If you need your car never give to any of the Bimal service center.

                                        I have Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire. I got it serviced from Maruti Suzuki authorized service center – Rana Motors. Post servicing the car started gicing me following problems:
                                        1. Missing problem
                                        2. Car engine used to get off while in neutral, while I was waiting at the red light
                                        3. Car engine used to get off, while the clutch was fully pressed
                                        4. There were constant irritating noises from the dashboard and door
                                        5. I used to receive a thank you SMS post the service about the feedback I have shared with them, but in reality I haven’t shared any or had filled any feedback form.
                                        I asked Rana Motors to resolve all the above mentioned issues with my car. For that they took my car not once but thrice, every time when they used to return my car they used to claim that they have resolved all the problems. But that was never the case.
                                        2 times their service advisor visited my home and asked us to get the car rechecked at their service center.
                                        Now, after 3 months, the card suddenly started giving me another problem, where the engine was not able to start. Even if the engine used to start, the car never used to cross the 2000 RPM level. While I gave the car back to the service center, this time the service center said, there is an issue with the electrical componenet and they have to replace it and I have to shelve out some more money.
                                        They never checked the car with their software in all the previous instances and then one fine day, when the car was beyong any repair, they are asking for the part to be replaced.
                                        Kindly help.
