Dear sir.,
I brought alto k10 in 2011, till today it has run 23000 kms,
Every time I will give to service in Maruthi service center. My car no is ka 03 MP 2311 . we went to trip to Kerala, my vehicle was hit to stone, and sump tank cover got crack and oil started leak, and indicator showed the oil light, so we got repaired in local service center, he fixed the leakage by m seal . I filled with new oil . we started the journey in wayned sevice centre I got checked the car, after inspection they told us it is quit good you can go to Bangalore, and replace the cover, but they did not put job card, I came to Bangalore I got serviced and changed the sump cover new one on Feb 9th. On 27th we went to v kote in AP, about 120 kms one way, while come around 11.30 pm near hoskote the car started some sound with in few minutes the oil light started and car stopped.
Next day I towed the car to kalayani motors which is 0.6 kms they charged me 350.00 I told the engine is seized, but oil, and coolent every thing is OK, my be due to oil has not pumped from, sump to engine, and this will never happen, it is your bad luck, it has happened to you. I called my service center in mahadevpura Whitefield road, they towed the vechile to there device centre. They in form piston, crank shafts are broken, you have replace it.
Instead of rework of this engine I want to change it to new engine.
What is the cost, and any suggestion to this problem.
I know company will not take the blame if at all it manufacturing defect, they just till it is my bad luck, . So next time before I purchase Maruthi car I will seek astrologer, numerologer help. Because your company car will run owner luck, without any accident my car break down, and I have to replace the engine for just 23000, kms that to device regularly with your company service centre, even the tyre also I replaced in your service center.

    Respected Sir,
    After a lot search of many cars i have decided to take maruti swift dezire vdi optional because of marutis fuel efficiency and great resale value. I have been convienced by my friends and my relatives to go for maruti car.
    Sir i have booked the above mentioned car with our maruti car dealer CHAVAN MOTORS, SOLAPUR on 27 th of february by giving a cheque of Rs 10000/- . I have been told that car is not available with dealer and they will make arrangement to make it available in coming 15-20 days.
    I was in touch with dealer representative Mr.Dasari and accountant Mr .kalshetti before giving cheque.
    Yesterday suddenly Mr.Dasari has called me and said car is not going to available for one month.Sir i feel this change they have made after the union budget declaration. I have received the quotation of the car from Mr.Dasari.
    Sir its my humble request to you please kindly make arrangement that i could receive my dream car in coming 15-20 days.

      I have given my Maruthi ertiga at aathi Maruthi Coimbatore for few complaints like tyre checking, , engine sound, , window sound on long drive, , ac no effect.

      For this they have charged 7k and no complains were addressed.
      The very next day back wheel tyre got punctured and I called the service people they just changed with other tyre and they damaged jockey also.

      I informed them to take the vehicle for the service again .back office people gave a number to follow up but the no was not reachable for whole
      day.

      Feb 29th for an emergency I went to trichy and tyre got punctured while I return to Coimbatore.i called helpline though puncture shop was nearby, as I trust Maruthi people both for my safety and vehicle at that time 8.30pm .
      The person from ABT came took me to puncture shop I paid 200rs and came back to my car and fitted the tyre.he got 500rs from me. But the guy was Good enough, fast he finished his job
      Is it mandatory I have to pay them...?

      I am totally disturbed and as I have undergone wrist surgery I can only drive car.this disturb my routine work for my job.

        I bought alto k10 2014 vxi..it was not having any features other than 2 music speakers. No headlights, back speakers not there..if this was the case then wht was different in lxi and vxi. Request you to please update me.

          i am owner for swift desire zdi car that registration num UP14 BH 0145 AND MODEL 2011. my car is working but more black smoking given regularly before six month and I am service for black smoke head and timing belt repair and billing amout 50000 pay but also black smoking given regularly. i five to six time complain but not any aprovement. your service station say automatic close smoking. your service station MOTOR CRAFT SECTOR 63, NOIDA, U.P.

          pls talk to service station and shutout my all problem in my car.if you are not shutout then i go to consumer court.

            Dear sir,

            we bought our ertiga car on 1st feb 2016 from shivam autozone the marketing person was vinod, kashyap, mayuresh, but the service they gave us was worst i have ever seen. They come home and take blank signature on the service remark form. When i realised this and asked them to give me the form back they never gave me back. Even before the car delivery we were harrassed as they never updated us and their used to be regular fights. On the day of car delivery also we got car with dirty interiors. I request you all to please call me on [protected].

                I send my vehicle for service on dated 23 Feb 2016 to your platinum dealer fro service, As per process They give me estimate of Rs 8500 and estimated time 5:00 pm. But till 5:00 they service centre not provide me the vehicle and after number of call at different number and conversation with multiple person, I got it at 6:15 pm.This type of world class service harass me a lot.

                    I have renewed my car insurance policy through Maruti's FUTURE AUTO WHEELS (P) Ltd., dheradun, uttaranchal on 10.08.2015(policy no.-[protected]) and got the certificate for the same but today i.e.26.02.2016 when Maruti's another delar Atelier Automobiles Pvt.Ltd, saharanpur, Uttar Pardesh is filling the online claim (As my car minorilly got accidented) its showing policy cancelled.I have contacted to the GM of FUTURE AUTO WHEEL in this regard & he simplly replied that the person has left the company through whoem you have renewed the policy, so he and compay is not responsible for this .

                    Sir its a very serious matter of finincial fraud by Maruti's delar and due to this i m seriouslly going through mantel hareshment b...hope get a favourable response by your side

                      I have Swift WB-90-4848, my insurance was falling due on 24th of Feb. Before that the Dealer Starburst Motors called me min 20 times, they promised me 3 gen check up & wash & car perfume, but finally they offered me 2 gen check up & wash. Practically I don't want anything but promised by Maruti could not be kept, behavior of the dealing person was not good, Please look into. Thanks and regards... Joydeep

                        Wagon R CNG purchased from Hare Krishna Auto Ltd, Mulund west, Mumbai on 23 Jun 2014. After purchasing I have observed in the first month, that car jerks while driving in the first gear. It stops also and then you have to start it again and again. I have to take my vehicle every after 2 or 3 months to Hare Krishna's service station which is at Mulund west. They have done lot of experiments including changing of throtal body but nothing is working out. I am fed up now and also scared because driving this vehicle in such state could be fatal. Please help.

                          I undersigned Mr Pravin Tandel, I booked Maruti WagonR (T Permit) on 5th December, 2015. From your Dealer Spectra Motors located in Chembur. From Sales Person named Rakesh Waghri, I payed 35, 000 booking amount and They committed that vehicle will be delivered on 1st Feb, 2016 . Then they told 3rd Feb then 5th Feb and this continued after a while they told us that they closed down the delivery of T PERMIT vehicles. So I asked them for refund and even gave them a cancellation letter on 11th Feb, 2016. I am not a resident of Chembur I stay in Alibag so it's not possible for me to be present at the showroom Continuously. So I booked the same vehicle in other showroom so I asked Spectra Motors for fast refund because I had to give payment in other Showroom too. They said the Payment is under process. I contacted General Manger but he is too busy to receive our call. Please take the above matter into consideration and give me reply as fast as possible. It is not our mistake it's showrooms mistake still they tell they need time. Sales person told us we are unable to give to T PERMIT vehicle because company closed that. Please cooperate with us or else we will take a strict action.

                            Dear Sir,
                            I am an old customer of your vehicles since 1984. I had been buying Maruti Zen/800/Alto every 4-5 years. Recently I bought Alto (Chasis no 697524) from Green Land Motors Allahabad (Dealer Code - 2903) on 02/07/2015. During the regular servicing of the vehicle it came to my notice that Teflon Coating was being offered by the company during delivery of the vehicle, which was not done. On contacting the Greenland Motors Mr Aditya told that it must have been done during delivery and now it cannot be done.
                            I would like to request you to look into the matter since as customers we were never told that Teflon coating was free. It erodes the confidence in your esteemed company.

                              Sir,
                              Today I was at Nainital Motor, Rampur Road, Haldwani, Nainital, UK for servicing my car. During this period I request them to check cup holder of my car because some time it was not coming outside smoothly. During the service period they ask me either I would like to replace the cup holder and I deny them coz that was not a big issue only cup holder not coming outside smoothly.
                              At he end they told me now cup holder not going inside while before service it was properly fit. I request them to fit it as it was. and they said they did it as according my request.
                              But it was shocking for me when I reached at my place they fix my car's cup holder with the help of a plastic rapper.
                              Now I feel they are not asking me for new cup holder they like to bound me to buy a new cup holder so they make it worse and when I deny it they did such type of stupidity.
                              I feel I was cheated by them... and got loss coz now I have to change my cup holder because now it was not going inside.

                                I purchased ertiga car on 29/06/2015 . after 3-4 months logo of car got rusted . they are made of chrome or any other material so should not be rusted so i request you to change these logo. Also sometimes button of music system not work properly. consider nthe matter as early as possible.

                                    I have purchased Wagon R from Shakti Motors Sirsa.
                                    They have forced me to accept Insurance Policy from a particular company without concession.
                                    The same policy on new car was available at 50% concession.
                                    Unnecessary accessory has also been sold to me.
                                    Would you check it that the extra amount charged from me for Insurance Policy and forced accessory is refunded to me.

                                      I came to competent auto ( Shivaji marg) New Delhi 110015 at 11:30 am as they said. And now it's going to be more than 4 hours. And still they are not giving me car delivery. U can check cctv footage also.
                                      They also commit me to give a car on 22 Jan and when I reach there for delivery they said 6 Feb and again I visit on their showroom they again change the date it's 23 Feb n m still waiting for the delivery. I have a video recording about their car delivery commitment.
