I AM CHEATED AND MISLED BY NEXA..
I bought SCROSS from Varun Nexa 4 months back.
I was very happy that finally I bought Suzuki brand as I was never interested before however due to Nexa promise and commitment I took this decision.

It didn't take me long to realize what grave mistake I did by going with Nexa. I have been facing problems with clutch and braking system after first service of the car and since then I have complained 3 times and sent my car for repair however nothing happened.

After the second service my car started treating me with shocks whenever I am touching and literally sparks are flashing wherever anybody touches it and couple of times it burnt my fingers too.

The worst part is VARUN NEXA team..though I have called the concerned person dozens of times and left him messages he never responds back to anything and simply says that he cannot do anything as He is helpless. At the time of sale VARUN NEXA committed that I will have a dedicated manager to take care of all my needs and they are trained to do so.

I now believe completely that I am royally cheated by NEXA group. They have also reduced the price meaning which its a failure model and are unable to support post sales. The best part is I have written mail to NEXA care directly 2 weeks back expecting some response however they have generated ticket number and kept numb. What a great way to treat customer !!!

I have no guarantee or faith on this car any more as it may get burnt anytime and anywhere and NEXA will be solely liable for that. I am planning to take legal action against NEXA and lodge cheating case now. Never trust NEXA anymore.‪#‎cheating‬#misled#NEXA#cars#spreadtheword#

      Delayed Delivery by 4 months
      I have booked a Maruti Ertiga AT on 18th Nov 2015 from Spectra Motors Goregaon. I was provided a tentative date of 24th Dec 2015 for delivery.
      On repeatedly contacting the dealer I have been told that the plant of Maruti was closed and the car would be alloted by the month end. I was called by the dealer somewhere around 24th Jan asking me to change the colour from serene blue to perl blue for quicker delivery for which out of no options I agreed. Even after this till date 4th feb 2015 I still have no sign of allotment of a vehicle.

      I request you to look into the matter at the earliest.I did expect Maruti service and delivery to be better and such delay is unacceptable. If such is the condition before buying a vehicle what should I expect after delivery? I am not sure If I have made the right decision buying a Maruti.

      Spectra motors is one of the hopeless dealers. even i had to change from red color to white color without no option left. in the first service itself my car was damaged... very bad

        Im an existing Honda customer. N was planning to buy a new vehicle.
        I 1st went in mahindra for kuv100 and then went to nexa showrrom at mumbai agra highhway, Nasik.

        The guy named deepak bhramhane attended me. There was no one in the showroom. He was least interested. I asked for test ride and he asked for my license. So i asked him for what ? R u a RTO inspector ? By LAW only traffice inspectors have right to demand the license .And anybody has to show it when demanded. So i asked him to show any written draft from Nexa or maruti. Then he got more arrogant. He said i cannot give u test ride and thank u. Then i walked out and asked him his visiting card he said i will not give. Is this the premium service which mariti wants to give ?
        Also, maruti should show a valid reason to ask for customers licence. Im not buying maruti product ever. Honda is far premium in its service.

          Dear sir,

          It has been disheartening to see such kind of service from the auto mobile giant of the country.

          I had booked the Maruti suzuki Celerio zxi AMT from kataria show room, Palanpur canal road surat on 18 01 2016.

          Till date I have been able to get the date for the delivery even though it was committed verbally that after payments are settled the car will be delivered in a week .

          My humble request is to all potential buyers is to reconsider their decision of buying a maruti car given the fact that they are not truthful to their words.

            It is to inform that I had purchased ALTO 800 in the year of 2013, from that time I am facing lot of loss in your good work shop.

            01. In first servicing I lost fuse carrier box, none of your good staff have accepted that one.

            02.Last time water servicing was done in your good work shop, the same was not done properly and not responding to rectify the defects, which
            were found by me.

            03.Today i.e., 2nd February, 2016, oil changing and other works have been done and in water servicing, the door guard was misplaced, I have seen the defect and contacted your staff over phone, none of the person have responded.

              Dt 30.01.2016 taken my vehicle AP16 BT 1310 FOR RUNNING REPAIR SERVICE .my car given exactly 10.00am and job card prepared at 10.53 am and delivery time mentioned 19.48 pm. but mentioned services not yet completed and not satisfied their service, dt 31.01.2016 telephoned to customer care inform the same .they said we will take care o[censored]r vehicle and we are sending mechanic to solve the problem. Till now they did not take any operation. this for your kind information

                            Complaint regarding the flood affected car. My name is Mr.K.D JOHNSON from Chennai ( Pallavaram), we have given 3 cars( Celero - TN85 B 4523, Swift Dezire - TN22 CB 3744 and Alto - TN10 Y 1796) to ABT Maruti, Guindy for insurance & service to flood affected car. They lifted car from us on 13.12.2015, but till now no response from their side, what i have to do. I need car very very Urgent.                               This car met with an accident and left with "bodypaint.[protected]@maruti-msm.com"
                              for readying.

                              Although they have repaired and readied the car at a cost of Rs.99, 136/- inside
                              the car, it gives so much noise, that one could not concentrate on driving ;so much disturbing it is. This has already been brought to the notice of the repairer,
                              however this is bring to your kind attention for taking necessary action on the
                              dealer, to ensure that DUE CARE is given whenever they do any repair job.

                                I purchased a new swift vxi car with extended warranty, insurance, accessories from Jaipur authorized dealer through invoice no. VSL 15001786 dated
                                November 6, 2015 .
                                I approximately ten times request for registration certificate or relevant documents but no any documents provided to us upto till time by the dealer . unless the documents we suffering popenalties or maximum toll payment. Please provide the documents earliest because 85 days passed.

                                  My vehicle was affected in the chennai floods recently. I got a call from Kapico Maruthi, Koyembedu and towed the vehicle and put in their yard as per their instruction on 19.12.2015. They did not tell about any rental charges for their yard. After 12 days, when i visited, the service manager casually mentioned about rental @500/day, if vehicle is not serviced there. I was really shocked to hear this as by then, it was already Rs:6000 for rent with no work taken up. Further they told that Rs.2500/- will be charged as estimation charges for the work.

                                  I was forced to give my vehicle in this service centre due to this charges. My vehicle is not taken up for service and is still lying in their yard and getting rusted. The service manager is giving a could shoulder and tells that the vehicle will be taken up for service only when the turn comes.

                                  I am extremely aggrieved by this situation and never expected such un professional behavior from Maruthi service centre. On one hand they would charge rentals if the vehicle is not serviced in their centre and on the other hand the vehicl is not even taken up for service for the last 40 days.

                                  I need urgent response from M/s Maruthi on this aspect.

                                    This is the Fourth Reminder to the complaint made against Maruti’s Dealership ONE UP MOTORS INDIA PVT LTD, who recently opened a Service Outlet located Plot no 1/5, Patrakarpuram Road, Vineet Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow-10.

                                    I’m compelled to write about the Ridiculous Service provided at the Dealer’s end and the Fake process of Maruti towards attending consumer complaints. Series of complaints being made against ONE UP MOTORS INDIA PVT LTD since March, 2015 and I’ve been provided with No proper/upright resolution vis-a-vis the problems/malfunctions in the Vehicle. For instance, the Power Steering is Hard as yet and for this particular issue, I got the Electronic Power Steering Assembly and Controller replaced at the Mahanagar Service Outlet of the dealer mentioned above, as it was getting troublesome to manoeuvre in traffic.

                                    In addition to that, the Paid Service which was done on 29th May, 2015 at the Gomti Nagar Service Outlet, has also lost its pace and showing true colors now. The EGR and Intercooler Cleaning was not done properly and I’d got the same done at a different Maruti dealer in the city. Also, I got the Air Conditioner Serviced but it was unable to perform its job well. Upon inspection at another dealer, It was concluded that nothing has been done with the Air Conditioner as well.

                                    Both the Front Suspension Arms were changed just for the sake of a tickling noise coming while starting and turning the engine off. But obvious it was that the noise won't disappear and to be very true, it did not. Yes, that particular noise is still there and is an irritant.

                                    Now that the Power Steering is hard as a non-power steering vehicle, even after wasting a sum of 40, 000/-INR, I need you people to put the OLD Power Steering Assembly into the vehicle and REFUND all my dues with kind.

                                    Analyzing the above mentioned facts, It is clear that all the Jobs are performed only on the JOB SHEET/INVOICE to withdraw the hard earned money of the customer and nothing is being done in the Vehicle. The entire Management of the Dealer and the Company is involved, well-versed and sound of the same. Is this what India's Largest Car manufacturer Maruti calls "WAY OF LIFE"? Loser you're, loser
