CRM:[protected] I own a Maruti Swift ZXi 2005 model and was recently taken the car for servicing to an authorised service centre (Viswas car service Pvt ltd, 122/1, Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore) and tail lamps were replaced.Attaching the invoice copy along with this. With in few months its stated leaking (water getting inside). Right hand side tail lamp assembly bought along with this is in excelent condition. This has been informed to the service centre and asked for the replacement. So far none has called me and updated anything regarding this.During my last visit, again asked and informed that no stock.Even that time they were trying to avoid this by saying Warrant y over, will repair it, will give new piece and kind of of junk infos.Also was informed, no need to send any mails and will be taken care. Every time I contact them, NEW PERSON is attending and they have new clues. My question is, MGP's will last only for 5/6 months?? there isn't any standard maintained?? Is this kind of service maruti provides? How long I have to wait for getting a solution for this ? Is it the kind of service Maruti gives to Its customers?? (I wonder!!!) There was also a paint job done with this service centre and was not happy with the finish I got. I NEED A REPLACEMENT FOR THIS FAULTY PRODUCT in 3 days and need to know why the service centre people are dong this to its customers. Attaching few images on product, Invoice

    I’d like to draw your attention to an unpleasant and memorable experience i had to undergo with my family members yesterday with my new marutisuzuki celerio zxi amt.

    We purchased the car on 21 dec 2015 at gem motors india pvt ltd at hydernagar kukatpally (Hyderabad)

    While we are going to temple to make pooja of our new car this incidnet took place which is unforgotable in our life.

    When we are on the way to temple, as of sudden fire lighten up from the front side of the car and we immediatlely stopped the car and pulled out our family members. We

    Opened up the bannet of the car and saw that the radiator and parts nearer to radiator burnt out completely. We immediately called to customer care and informed the

    Sitaution and requested them to assist us asap.

    Meanwhile people side by the road assisted us to stop the fire in the car so it wouldnt lead to catch up the fire to petrol flow pipes which may leads to disaster.

    This incident took place in middle of the city around 6:30pm and where the customer care people responded to us after 4hrs and they sent a trolley vehicle by around

    1:00am midnight where the trolly vehicle condition is very poor.

    If the same situation arises outskirts of city will the marutisuzki customer people will respond to the customer in the same manner?

    Currently vehicle is at service centre and the agm said the maruti people will come and investigate why the fire took place and what would be the cause but no one has

    Come and agm didnt responded back until we called him.

    Agm and gm response is very poor. We believe this as a manufacturing defect of the car.

    Kinldy treat this as a high priority case and do the needful to us.

    We cannot take the car with part replacement as we are not satisfied with the response from you and we cannot forget with the incident happened.

    We dont know what other defects are there in car which occurs in future.

    We request you to kinldy replace the car to us.

    Suspect if the incident leads to major fire accident on the roads, how many people have injured because of this.

    I believe the management team will take immediate action on this and hoping a positive results for us.

        Dear Sir, I have booked maruti swift dezire VDI last year 18.12.2015. we have got bank approval for bank loan and credited to Kapico account on 23.12.2015 and submitted other relevant documents. one of Sales executive Mr.Ramakrishnan asked for Form 20 and the same was submitted on 4.01.16. later he said one more seal required and one more copy of form 20. today 05.01.16 we got everything ready and informed him to receive it and deliver the car tomorrow as long pending for us. but he started stating one more form or letter required to submit to RTO. We are totally upset with this service. we have planned to go out of station tomorrow after taking delivery. its totally upsetting us for uninformed and disturbing approach.

          Sir, I purchased a Maruti swift Dzire petrol car from ABT Maruti, Guindy, Chennai on 15 February 2015. Car Registration No. TN11L1622, I took insurance to my car from ABT Maruti Insurance (Policy No.[protected]). My car immersed in water on 1st Dec 2015 due to heavy rain and flood occurs in chennai. I contacted through phone several times to ABT Maruti, Guindy. But no response, finally I approached the ABT Maruti service centre, Guindy inperson and recorded by complaint in the Register as directed by them. My complaint Reg. No. 245. They told that the car will be taken up from home by their staff within 7 days, before that nobody need to touch the car. I followed it. But after completion of 35 days neither the insurance staff nor the ABT staff have not visited and the car is still in my home parking without any care. Hence I request that necessary speedy action may be taken atleast now and take the car to make necessary repair, failing which I have no other way to go except taking legal action against Maruti Co./ ABT Maruti, Guindy, Chennai/ Insurance company. They are not picking up my phone. May I request you to take up the matter with the concerned, thank you

                  I bought Wagon R LXI in 2014. I just drive 14, 000 kms and the bolts which hold the engine that were broke. I have a complaint with Maruti that company is making car; it is not a toy. Engine is such a heavy thing; of course which needs good support; how company can hold the engine on the basis of two bolts. My car engine was tilt at downward from right side and it can be damaged . My experience with Wagon R is really fabulous; but when such things came into my notice, i would not recommend anyone to buy it; until unless it comes with good engine support. Its my request to company that suggest me the permanent solution because it can breakdown again and how can i give the proper support to engine from base/ground.

                    I am a retired Army Officer and recently booked a car of my choice with your company which unfortunately has not been handed over to me in spite of it being available at the dealer and payment being made to them. Dealer in question here is Pasco Automobiles Sector 18, Gurgaon, Haryana Name of the Chief General Manager – Mr. Madan Lal Yadav (phone number [protected]) Representative’s involved – Mr. Sanoj (phone number [protected]), Mr. Sachin Dagar (phone number [protected]) Canteen Channel - Sainik Car Options & Services Pvt Ltd. Car in question – Maruti CIAZ ZDI+ RS Model – glistening grey – engine # 2713123, chassis # 181471 Chronological chain of events is as follows:- 1. Officer approaches canteen channel to enquire about Maruti CIAZ ZDI+ RS model – grey color 2. Channel calls up dealer and the dealer’s point of contact/representative confirms the car, RS model, glistening grey color is available and ready for handover. 3. Dealer advices to get a ZDI+ purchase order to be created and the difference of amount to be paid to the dealer directly. Confirmation email from the channel to dealer is sent with details of the officer to hold the car in his name (copy of the email attached along) 4. Officer follows direction provided by the representative of the dealer. 5. Dealer questions about payment and purchase order to be created on urgent basis as they cannot hold the car for long. 6. Officer gets the payment ready, applies for a loan, drives down to Ambala canteen depot to get PO ready (dated – 30/12/15) 7. PO is handed over to the canteen channel; next day is the date of delivery of the car. Engine number and the Chassis number is provided to the canteen channel to get the insurance done. Insurance policy issued (dated – 30/12/15) – copy attached along. 8. Officer is told the next day over the phone that the car cannot be handed over due to some system glitch (dated 31/12/15) 9. Officer reaches the dealership, made to wait for 3 hours before he can meet the Chief General Manager (dated – 30/12/15) 10. Chief General Manager shows little to no concern in the matter and tells officer point blank that they cannot do anything in this regard. 11. Office is told to instead take ZDI+ white color model, which the officer declines. This has been nothing short of harassment to a 68-year old Army Officer (Retd.) who was made to run around getting together all the paperwork, so he can enjoy a car of his choice on the new-year day. The promise made by the dealer was not honored at the last moment. This is a malpractice on the dealer’s part which represents the Maruti Suzuki conglomerate. How can Maruti Suzuki India indulge and let this happen under their supervisor beats me!! Mr. Madan Lal Yadav (CGM) who should have provided me with a solution, offers NO solace, compassion, empathy to the customer. Is this what you call putting the customer first?! What Way of Life is this, as the Maruti Logo goes. Why was the engine & chassis number provided to the customer to get the insurance issued if they didn’t want to give the car? Why did they insist every day to hurry up the procedure of taking delivery of the car, if they had to deny it at the last moment? Technically the car belongs to me in the eyes of the insurance company, who is going to pay for the insurance policy? The insurance policy has been issued with no car being handed over. I only started the procedure when the dealer told me the car is available and we can come take it once we arrange the funds. I should not have made a payment in full to the canteen if the car was not available. I should have only booked a car with a small amount, and would have waited with joy for the delivery, had that been told to me in the first go. We are not talking about buying vegetables from a market, the car in question is 12~ lakhs.

                          I have given my alto 800 lxi for first free service to T.R.SAWHNEY MOTORS PVT. LTD. on date 03.01.16 in scratch free condition totally. But they hand over me the vehicle after service with a big scratch/ dent mark at RHS front door under key lock at two places and at right side of rear bumper as also described by me on job card when received the vehicle. On complaigning they argued with me and said that they need 4 to 5 days to clear this all. But this work not require the time as such replied by them and what is the guarantee that they do this time with accuracy. So please I request you to please solve this issue under the guidance of expert and with accuracy.

                                I booked S Cross Sigma 1.3 car through Maruti's dealer (Fairdeals car private limited) though they have NEXA showroom at Akshardham Delhi but the deal initiated through their Faridabad Maruti Showroom executive Sumit Bainsla. I paid 11, 000 INR advance booking on 27th December 2015 & I was supposed to get the delivery of car on 31st December 2015. Being the last car available they offered me a cash discount of 1, 00, 000 INR & 50, 000 worth accessories. I applied for car loan on Monday and got the approval on Tuesday and the bank sent them a DO worth 7, 34, 000 on 29th Dec 2015 evening around 8 PM then I got a call to pay rest of the money at that moment as the GM was not ready to invoice my car. I told them that all the stores are closed now & assured them that they will get the balance amount by next day morning (3oth Dec 2015) at their faridabad outlet and they agreed but next day when my friend went their to deposit the money they declined & said that they have already alloted that car to someone else. I have already sold my car to someone and now facing a lot of issue. I am not gonna buy Maruti car in my whole life. I registered a complaint (NX[protected] with NEXA but they dont have any TAT for that. I want a strict action to be taken against the Nexa team who was managing my case (Amal, Manas, Mohit, Sanjeev & Sumit)

                                  Sir I Vikramjeet bought a car on 30/11/2015 from Allahabad an my Temporary registration was done on 7/12/2015 a week late so I have to pay a late fee in mirzapur RTO office when I get to do my papers ready so sir please do some thing for it.

                                      Regarding Maruti Stingray Wagon R, I've reached the Hyderabad authorized service centers for the cranking sound which comes out of the silencer. there is no solution for the same till date... I don't know how many times have to visit the service center to get this rectified... Please let me know how to take this.
