My S Cross is at TR Sahawney Motors Badli, Delhi. My Car Registration is DL2CAU8796. I have given my car on 27th Dec 2015 under Body Shop and the officials claimed it that I will get the car 10 days post surveyor inspection. Survey has been completed on 28th of Dec but due to unavailability of parts my car still not been repaired. 12 days has already been passed away and the officials are still not aware when they will get the remaining part. I am very exhausted with this kind of service issues coming to a premium customer . When you all cannot arrange for parts then you should stop selling and promoting such cars. Maruti being such a big name and with this kind of pathetic customer service they are letting their name down.

    My booking ref isSOB[protected]% payment to this effect have been made by my company online but every time i am listening from the sales person that they are not able to check confirmation of payment. my whole objective of taking this car was fast delivery and i made sure all formality are done wel in time but alas my objective has been defeated. Now i woud get the CAR in next week only which will not serve my purpose

      I hd purchased s crosss delta on 9 Dec 2015. As a part of offer from maruti I paid rs 15000 against which accessories worth 45000 was to be delivered. The GPS of late was showing a message to update the maps in the GPS .This was brought to the notice of the service Engr at the SURAKSHA Service centre of Maruti Suzuki in Koramangala, Bangalore but he expressed his inability to do so . please advise further action .

          My vehicle met an accident 4 months back, first they took 2 months to repair, normally done in a month, even after that insurance details were wrong send for claim so took next 15 days . Still after handover of vehicle, i have given 8th visit for repair & service & this is now limit to every my limit of tolerance. Try other company vehicles as many vehicles are available in all segments i.e. entry level, mid entry level, high level, sedan, suv If you have ample of time then buy maruti for repair of same problems things again & again. I request all of you not to buy any Maruti Suzuki Vehicle as that are expert in mis- management of process & things.

            We had booked a ertiga zxi plus from excell autovista kharghar, navi mumbai on 29/12/15 and made full payment on 31/12. We went twice for delivery of our car but astonished today after they tried to cheat us by changing the bumber of other vehicle in the car shown to us. Actually there were scratches/ mark on few points and they tried to cheat us by replacing the chrome from other vehicle. We hv pictures of the same. Kindly look into this how customers are cheated in maruti, the largest car manufacturer india. Either we want new car or our money should be refunded with interest / demurraage.               Poor service from showroom during my new stingray VXI buying time, Nothing is given apart from invoice. No cover letter of insurance. No temporary registration receipt of RTO. No 5 ltrs of petrol No proper information abt vehicle dash board. Its totally madness from showroom people.

                From past three servicing, I am raising single complaint of Average (on petrol getting and average of 13 k.m.) and RPM (cross 3 plus if speed is close to 100) setting issue back to back but none of the three servicing resolved my issue and whenever the executive calls for feedback about servicing, I repeatedly told them the issue is not resolved and they keep on giving me vague answers and telling me to bring back the vehicle to service station and the issue is still not resolved.

                    I bought a swift dezire vdi from popular vehicles and service prvt.ltd mamangalam, kochi on 4th January 2016.vehicle delivered on 6 o clock evening.and that night itself engine oil leaking started and I noticed it on the next morning.I return back the vehicle to showroom and they take it to their service centre but till today I didn't get a positive or satisfied reply from them and my complaint did not filed as serious. I bought this vehicle to run as a taxi service for to meet livelihood of my family and the vehicle was bought on finance with a 10% interest rate. This delay of service make me horrible. Trust in maruthi company inspired me to buy a dezire but now I am totally confused. Now I think that they are not giving respect to customers.respected sir please take my complaint as serious and kindly please make any solution as soon as possible.with hopefully, Ayub khan ibrahim

                      At the time of booking (4th Nov'15) told to me that it will be deliver within week but after that told me it will be deliver with 15days after that told me that they will deliver the same within month after that time they told me that will be deliver ASAP baleno availability now today telling to me that now baleno waiting period is 7 month so wait for same...hahahaha

                          My vehicle is Maruthi Ritz number is KL 56 D 2461. I replaced my clutch disk and Pressure plate after 46000 KM of drive and now I am facing mileage shortage and 2 steps during applying clutch. I approached Maruthi Service centre Indus Motors Vadakara, Kerala. and the part was replaced from Maruthi Service centre Indus Motors Koya Road, calicut, Kerala. But unfortunately these people are saying itz got damaged because of my wrong driving skills hence they cant replace the part. But still question there, If I am not driving properly how could i use the first clutch and pressure plate around 46000 KM.

                              CRM:[protected] I own a Maruti Swift ZXi 2005 model and was recently taken the car for servicing to an authorised service centre (Viswas car service Pvt ltd, 122/1, Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore) and tail lamps were replaced.Attaching the invoice copy along with this. With in few months its stated leaking (water getting inside). Right hand side tail lamp assembly bought along with this is in excelent condition. This has been informed to the service centre and asked for the replacement. So far none has called me and updated anything regarding this.During my last visit, again asked and informed that no stock.Even that time they were trying to avoid this by saying Warrant y over, will repair it, will give new piece and kind of of junk infos.Also was informed, no need to send any mails and will be taken care. Every time I contact them, NEW PERSON is attending and they have new clues. My question is, MGP's will last only for 5/6 months?? there isn't any standard maintained?? Is this kind of service maruti provides? How long I have to wait for getting a solution for this ? Is it the kind of service Maruti gives to Its customers?? (I wonder!!!) There was also a paint job done with this service centre and was not happy with the finish I got. I NEED A REPLACEMENT FOR THIS FAULTY PRODUCT in 3 days and need to know why the service centre people are dong this to its customers. Attaching few images on product, Invoice

                                Hi team, sir/madam


                                I’d like to draw your attention to an unpleasant and memorable experience i had to undergo with my family members yesterday with my new marutisuzuki celerio zxi amt.

                                We purchased the car on 21 dec 2015 at gem motors india pvt ltd at hydernagar kukatpally (Hyderabad)

                                While we are going to temple to make pooja of our new car this incidnet took place which is unforgotable in our life.

                                When we are on the way to temple, as of sudden fire lighten up from the front side of the car and we immediatlely stopped the car and pulled out our family members. We

                                Opened up the bannet of the car and saw that the radiator and parts nearer to radiator burnt out completely. We immediately called to customer care and informed the

                                Sitaution and requested them to assist us asap.

                                Meanwhile people side by the road assisted us to stop the fire in the car so it wouldnt lead to catch up the fire to petrol flow pipes which may leads to disaster.

                                This incident took place in middle of the city around 6:30pm and where the customer care people responded to us after 4hrs and they sent a trolley vehicle by around

                                1:00am midnight where the trolly vehicle condition is very poor.

                                If the same situation arises outskirts of city will the marutisuzki customer people will respond to the customer in the same manner?

                                Currently vehicle is at service centre and the agm said the maruti people will come and investigate why the fire took place and what would be the cause but no one has

                                Come and agm didnt responded back until we called him.

                                Agm and gm response is very poor. We believe this as a manufacturing defect of the car.

                                Kinldy treat this as a high priority case and do the needful to us.

                                We cannot take the car with part replacement as we are not satisfied with the response from you and we cannot forget with the incident happened.

                                We dont know what other defects are there in car which occurs in future.

                                We request you to kinldy replace the car to us.

                                Suspect if the incident leads to major fire accident on the roads, how many people have injured because of this.

                                I believe the management team will take immediate action on this and hoping a positive results for us.

                                    Dear Sir, I have booked maruti swift dezire VDI last year 18.12.2015. we have got bank approval for bank loan and credited to Kapico account on 23.12.2015 and submitted other relevant documents. one of Sales executive Mr.Ramakrishnan asked for Form 20 and the same was submitted on 4.01.16. later he said one more seal required and one more copy of form 20. today 05.01.16 we got everything ready and informed him to receive it and deliver the car tomorrow as long pending for us. but he started stating one more form or letter required to submit to RTO. We are totally upset with this service. we have planned to go out of station tomorrow after taking delivery. its totally upsetting us for uninformed and disturbing approach.

                                      Sir, I purchased a Maruti swift Dzire petrol car from ABT Maruti, Guindy, Chennai on 15 February 2015. Car Registration No. TN11L1622, I took insurance to my car from ABT Maruti Insurance (Policy No.[protected]). My car immersed in water on 1st Dec 2015 due to heavy rain and flood occurs in chennai. I contacted through phone several times to ABT Maruti, Guindy. But no response, finally I approached the ABT Maruti service centre, Guindy inperson and recorded by complaint in the Register as directed by them. My complaint Reg. No. 245. They told that the car will be taken up from home by their staff within 7 days, before that nobody need to touch the car. I followed it. But after completion of 35 days neither the insurance staff nor the ABT staff have not visited and the car is still in my home parking without any care. Hence I request that necessary speedy action may be taken atleast now and take the car to make necessary repair, failing which I have no other way to go except taking legal action against Maruti Co./ ABT Maruti, Guindy, Chennai/ Insurance company.
