My car Ritz with Reg No KL 13 X 6352 was affected in flood at Chennai. I informed Vishnu Maruti Service center, Mylpore, Chennai. They toed The vehicle and informed me that water had entered the filter and engine to be cleaned.I have submitted all the required documents to Vishnu Maruti Service center, Chennai for insurance claim. Maruti Service center claiming that flood affected my car is classified as class “B” and Insurance surveyor claiming that flood affect is class “C’ since water is just above the wheels of the car. Both Maruti & Insurance are taking customers for a ride. After the period of 1 month, Maruti service center, Chennai has not given the quotation to Insurance company and they are unnecessarily passing the time. There is no written communication either by Maruti company or Insurance company. Hence, customers are kept in the dark. Maruti is scaring the customers by giving more quotation than the value of the cars. I request Maruti to Introspect the dealing of the badly affected flood customers of Chennai. K T Mohan.     Sir, I have purchased a maruti ciaz=vxi+ on 3rd of jan2015 from DDmotors dehradun. .From the very first day i am complaining about the abnormal sound of the engine during high acceleration while running. During second service they have changed one side mounting of the engine and told me that the sound will become less after running the car for few thousand kilometers. But the problem is still same with the vehicle after completing four thousand kilometers. Car engine sounds like a diesel car engine. Kindly look into the matter urgently and send any of your engine expert from the company.very soon As the warranty is going to lapse on 3rd of january.Waiting for quick reply from your end...thanks

I was informed that I will get my vehicle on tuesday and afterwards I was informed that on thursday dated 24-12-15 they have received the product from company. NO : GJ27AA1564 CONTACT NO : [protected] Hi, I have towed my car on 06-12-15 to Katariya Service Station @ Dariya Pur, Ahmedabad to fix my car Swift VXI. Since last 4 days I am getting calls from there that the car is ready to deliver. When I reached there to get the car, they people are saying that please wait for few minutes as we have to fix some problems of the work done. One strange experience I got that my car got damaged left hand side and they people removed the right hand side's mud guards. Then when I went there to collect the car they people said that it was not there in the car at the time of dropping the car, but I have taken the photographs of the car from all the angles. I have shown them to te senior authorities about this mismatch / bluff and then they have fix the new mud guards (right side). Further more my car got damaged during car washing process so they people requested me to get the car after 2 days. In this incident they people also denied to accept the dent occurred in the service station premises by any of their technicians or company persons. Again I have to show them the photographs when I have put the car in service station. All these blunders are going on in your Katariya service station @ Dariyapur, Ahmedabad, GUJARAT. Yesterday when I went to collect the car after getting confirmation call from company, I was again surprised that the work was not done up to the mark. When I noticed the different colour shade used to fix the dent occurred in company premises by company person. The gap between bumper and head lights were massively uneven. Again they have requested me to wait till the yesterday evening. I was disappointed again and have to come back to my home without car. I HAVE ALREADY DONE THE PAYMENT FOR THE CLAIM SETTLEMENT AND COSUMABLE ITEMS, BUT I HAVE NOT GOT MY CAR YET. Hence I don't want my car now as I want to file the case against these type of cheaters, who try to cheat the customers while claim settlement or service process. I was lucky that I have taken the photographs from all the angles when I have dropped my car to service station. I have already submitted all the above details. Please revert in this case on the list urgent basis. Actually I want to know the process for the car return to the dealer. I want to expose the scam which is going on @ Katariya Service Station, Dariyapur, Ahmedabad, GUJARAT. Thanks Rajesh Kukadiya

(Invoice number-KM1300865, Invoice Date-03/01/2014, Allotment no-VSL13000222, Order no-SOB13000232, Order Date-01/1/2014, Key no-5460.) (Car –Ritz, Engine no-K12MN 4050433, Chassis no-MA3EDKD1S[protected] Car was brought for their sub dealer in Betul district, MP Following are the complaint, I have to place against them;- • They have cheated and fraud us in several manner like we ask for Swift, But they told swift is not available, u have to buy ritz of met firebrick Red-ZNW, we have buy the car in exchange of toyata quails, which is exchange in Rs 150, 000, and they told exchange offer is only valid for today. • They keeped us in Dark, We have buy the car in jan-14, but they have cheated and give us 2010 model of ritz with the price of jan-14.(total price paid in cash of 5, 50000 including all registration, RTO, insurance ) • The car is repainted from the several places, it was not a fresh car. • They have done all the dealing with minor boy under age of 17 year name shubham soni and took all the signature from shubham who is minor. • They have given two different invoice to us and financer of different price. • We come to know, these model of 2010, after getting RC book, They have given the RC book and invoice in next 3 months after buying car. • They are also not given any of discount while giving model of 2010. • The owner of car is illiterate only 5th pass, thatswhy, unable to understand their fraud, thatswhy, its late to place complaint anaint them. They have not cheated the customer but they have cheated the company also, these type of services makes the company down, so request you to kindly do the needful and help us to replace my Ritz car of 2010 model and Request you to provide me the Ritz model of 2013-14, I am single women, my husband was expired in year 2008 and having son who is disabled and handicap, looking forward for yours support, kindly register my complaint and do the needful.               My alto Lxi is affected by chennai flood and as per NSK Maruti service centre the ECM and Powersteering control(exact name not known to me) are damaged. But the above spares are not available as per the statement of the above service centre and my vehicle is laying there till last 20 days without repair. I have to depend on cabs to comute to my office which is around 35 km from my residence. May you please help me by providing the information of locations at chennai regarding availanility of the spares so that my vehicle will be repaired as soon as possible.                 I have bought my new access 125 special edition from patel suzuki Rajkot, Gujarat on 14th dec 2015, so far i have fed in 7.5 liters of petrol so far 1+2+half +4 and it has only given me only 155km so far and the tank is almost empty, lets say in total it might give me 160/7.5 = 20.33 kmpl where as the company promises 55-60kmpl but as per users review you at least get 40-50kmpl depending on riding conditions. i bought access due to its good fuel mileage but i am disappointed, i would like to know the reason for this low mileage and also resolve the issue asap, please guide.

                    Hi Sir, This is with regards to the vehicle which I have booked at Indus motor Trivandrum on 12-Dec-15 referring booking number: 36744 for Silky Silver Alto –k10, automatic transmission (AMT) and I have settled full payment for the vehicle on 16-Dec-15, which I have exchanged with the Alto –K-10, bearing Reg no : KL-01BA9623 (which I took from Indus 4 years back) I am a senior citizen (66 yrs) and I have been working as a scientist in a central govt organization, I am taking this vehicle on loan and loan is also disbursed .My wife is a heart patient and she will have routine checkups every week and which we have to commute with auto or taxi which is very painful for us to commute. Emi will commence from next week /month of Jan. Sorry to use this, that very pathetic and ridicules way of commitment from Indus, that they are saying that vehicle is not yet loaded and it will take another 15 days, at the time of booking the Indus people has informed and guaranteed that the delivery would be done by this Dec end so that I have agreed for the booking of new vehicle and made the entire payment with out delay. After making the payment and settlement is done company people are making fool of customer!!! That it will take time. My daughter and grandson are coming here, from US for 3 weeks holidays for Christmas and New Year but we are not having vehicle to commute. Please do the needful !!!                       I've given an amount of rupees five thousand (5000/-) as booking amount to Sky Automobiles, Plot no-A/7, Maharaja cinema complex, Bhoinagar, Bhubaneswar-751022 on[protected] for Swift VDI vehicle. Then i was intimated by the finance company that due to some problem they are unable to finance. So I went to the above said showroom & handover the money receipt of booking amount to the receptionist for refund of booking amount. Still after 3 month i did not get back my booking amount money. While contacting the showroom their response is very disgusting. So kindly look after the issue & help me in getting back my money. Money receipt no.-3923

                        This is to inform you that we have taken loan from your bank for purchase of our car through your dsa shri ajay kumar r/o d-37, prashant vihar shalimar bagh. We were informed by mr ajay kumar that hdfc bank has sanctioned only rs 5.50 lakh loan and we have to pay balance money to rana motors by cash.
                        We told that we are having only one lakh cash with us and then he said we can pay rs one lakh cash and one lakh by cheque because we were giving our maruti zen in exchange for which they calculated rs 60, 000/-. We were not informed that bank has sanctioned rs 6.25 lakh loan for the purchase of our car. We came to know when you en-cashed first emi from our bank.
                        We lodged a complaint to your customer care by telephone more than two months back.
                        Details of the complaint are

                        Car purchased from rana motors prashant vihar on 20th august by paying cash of rs 1, 00000/- and rs 1, 00000/- by cheque no 533252 dated 20th august 2015 in the name of rana motors vide car no dl1cr4372.

                        Request reference no. 868635 for lodging a complaint with hdfc customer care by the applicant sharda arora director marigold films and translation pvt ltd.

                        Customer loan account no. 34669584
                        Loan amount rs 6, 25, 000/-
                        Emi rs 13, 575/-

                        We requested rana motors for the receipt of rs 1, 00000/- cash and we were told as it was 8.30 pm in the late evening receipt will be sent next day morning to us through mr ajay kumar your dsa, which they did not sent till date.

                        We have been requesting for the last 4 months to
                        Rana motors and mr ajay kumar your dsa to refund our money as they have taken extra money from us because of less sanctioned of loan amount as informed to us at the time of purchase of car.

                        It is 4 months now they are making excuses but not returning our money.

                        Hope you have authority to punish your dsa who spoils your name and fraud with customers on your name.

                        Kindly help us and solve our problem.

                          I have given my car to Khivraj Motors Pvt Ltd., Sidco Industrial Estate Guindy Chennai 32 for regular Maintenance work on 22/11/2015. Now the the dealer is reluctant to repair and says the car is fully damaged due to severe flood and they insist me to sell the car to them for residual value. This is not agreeable by me since I have driven the car only for 12553 kms and with no fault on me they cannot insist me to sell the car for a lower value.                             I had purchased Maruti Swift Vehicle no. MH 46 AP 4487 bearing chasis no. MA3EHKD1S00968947 with Engine Number K12MN1662327 from M/s Simran Motors PVT. Ltd (Authorised dealer) Plot No.2-8, Sector-15, Mumbai Pune Highway, New Panvel (W) – 410206 on 07/11/2015. After using the car for about a month, we had given the vehicle to Simran Motors Pvt Ltd (Authorized Dealer) located at Plot no 2-8, Sector – 15, Mumbai Pune Highway, New Panvel (W) – 410206 for first free servicing on 12/12/2015 at around 9:30 AM . The representative of Simran Motors Pvt Ltd advised us to do the following jobs at our cost and it was told that this would be beneficial against scratches, rusting etc: (a) Protective Underbody Coating (b) Engine Room Painting (c) Out Side Labour (d) Protective Topbody Coating (Teflon) The vehicle was serviced and delivered to us by Simran Motors representative at about 4:00 pm on 12/12/2015 and subsequent to that we did not use the car. It is very unfortunate to inform you that at around 2:00 am on 13/12/2015, the car caught fire. Fire Brigade was called to control the fire and a police complaint was registered. The car is fully damaged. This is a great shock to us that within a month of purchase, the vehicle which is being purchased of a reputed brand like Maruti gets fully damaged on account of internal fire taking place. This has put us into lot of hardship since we have taken loan at the time of purchase of vehicle. Maruti is a household name in India having big brand name and we have purchased the vehicle with great faith, assurance and trust in your Car brand. I am deeply shaken & shattered after going through all this ordeal as we have incurred heavy loss on account of above and suffered even though it was not our fault. Therefore I request you to look into the matter and ensure that we get fully compensated on account of this loss and get a replacement with a Brand New Maruti Car at the earliest.                               Hello Maruti i'm Hitesh Jain, this is with regard to above stated subject i sold my sold vehicle to your dealer TCS & Associates Pvt. Ltd, Saluja Complex, Neelam Chowk, N.I.T. (Adjoining Neelam Flyover), Faridabad-121001, Haryana, India, Ph. +[protected]. of value Rs. 250000.00 in July 2015 out of which they have cleared my bank and other dues of Rs. 215000 and rest Rs. 35000 are to be adjusted in the payment of new car. now when i came to them on 23/12/15 for the purchase of new car they refused to adjust Rs. 35000.00. this is proper harassment by such Maruti Dealer. Now my loan from bank is approved and i was expecting for such adjustment. now i am short of money and i cant able to purchase New car from Maruti. it is not a good customer service from Maruti Dealer, such acts are depreciating brand valvu of Maruti Suzuki. Mai ktl AGM mr razik ke behavior se bahut dukhi hu mai Karwahi chahta hu ki age kisi ke sath aisa na ho shukriya.

                                  Hi my name is bhakti i had booked maruti baleno on 3rd Nov 2015 from nexa andheri east showroom, they said will get the delivery by first week of December now they are saying the color which i had choose Autumn Orange id not getting dispatch from the plant, please can you help me with the contact or email ids where i can directly contact with maruti production team or any other ways from where i can resolve my issue

                                    Book Maruti Baleno diesel alfa model in grey colour with Bagga Link and he asked for payment on 10th. Then Rs, 7 lakhs 50 Thousand was re-imbursed to its SBI account by SBI Malviya Nagar Jaipur branch. But no car is being delivered till now.Visited its show room but nothing fruitful came out. Manager Mr. Rajeev is not picking up calls. His contact number is [protected]. Matter may looked into.

                                      I have booked swift lxi+ with rana motors on 8th of December and the confirmed the delivery date of 22nd of December, but now they says its will take time and we can not deliver the same on time. This is a mental harrassment as I have to give the same on tomorrow to my parents on their wedding anniversary. I don't understand how come such a good brand have such issues.

                                        I have registered my car tn09 be 6696 for service on 8 DEC 2015. Have made several follow ups to both maruti insurance broking where I was provided the policy & with khivraj, dealer. Till date 21dec, they have not picked up my vehicle for service. Have asked them for tow vehicle. Dealer did not provide initially. He asked me to arrange towing. After speaking with a staff of maruti insurance, dealer agreed to tow my car. On Friday 18 DEC, they called me & it was agreed that my car will be towed to the workshop by 21 DEC, Monday & then insurance surveyor will be arranged. I have put leave on 19 dec & 21 dec for this purpose. Maruti & the dealer have broken all commitment & I do not know with whom I should discuss my grievances & I don't know who from the company will help me in resolving this. Am totally disappointed & these people have made me think as to why I purchased maruti & that too through khivraj..all other dealers from maruti & other auto companies have towed vehicles & arranged the service for friends in my apartment...am spending rs.400 as conveyance to office on a daily basis without my car. Is the head of customer service is listening to my grievances??
