    Dear Sir, I had got my maruti 'ertiga' registry no. MP04CK3104 serviced by Jeevan motors bhopal, from their work shop located in Govindpura industrial estate, on 24th Dec'15. While handing over the vehicle i categorically told them that my central locking alarm is getting activated suddenly and at random, without any body even touching the vehicle. After servicing they told me that the frequency setting of the system had been adjusted and the defect has been rectified. After about 2 days the defect resurfaced. I told the work shop about this defect. Inturn they asked me to speak to their PRO Mr. Ghansham, who inturn asked your vendors for the central locking system to speak to me. This gentleman offered to see the defect at a certain rate of service charges. Now i can't understand as to why i should be referred to your vendors. I have bought this vehicle from you ( Jeevan Motors ) and see no reason to pay separately for defect identification. I have paid the servicing charges, which includes defect identification. Of course if their is any labour or spares required for defect rectification, then i am obliged to pay for it. More over i sould be compensated for the disturbance and inconvenience caused to me because of the shoddy servicing. Incidently, this is the 3rd time i have got it serviced by Jeevan motors, and every time i had to go back again to complete the defect rectification. Kindly resolve this complaint urgently and please do consider my compensation.Failing which i will have to go to the consumer court for redressal of my grievances.       Sir, This is to inform you that, I have brought New Swift Dzire Vdi dated 10th June 2015, which is taxi permit. Last Sunday while driving it went brakedown at Chalakudy highway. When checked in Chalakudi Popular they said that ther is a complaint in its high pressure pump and it will take time to get new one as it is out of stock. I had to pay Rs.1800/- as carrying charge to bring the vehicle from Chalakudy Popular to Indus Motors...

Now 15 days over even not repairing completed. I am very afraid about Maruti service. In future never go with Maruti service...

        Sir I have given my car maruti estilo to beekay auto siliguri on 23/11/2015.delivery date given to me on 30/12/2015.When I went to take delivery today but my car was not ready. They have not given exact date of delivery now even They have not inform me.I m doctor by profession and without car it is next to impossible to work.so kindly take necessary action to rectify the problem. 47 days are not small time to fix the problem.

          Sir, i have a swift car its apron was damaged.I tried it to get repaired at my nearest maruti workshop(greenland motors pratapgarh).Manager there told me it would take 10 days to fix the problem.Below are the major drawbacks of service provided:-
          1.They did not put my central locking system back in place.
          2.They did damaged/destroyed all my air conditioning system, even after that they charged me extra for ac gas.
          3.Before my light and wiper were working now not working.Hell.
          4.My cam sensor switch is missing.
          5.While changing the apron my driving seat was taken out, now it is not moving back and forth.
          6.While assembling the wire they mispalced/cut my sounnd system wiring.
          7.When i tried to contact the manager he ill treated me like i am the culprit.
          8.While fixing the apron they damaged my front bonnet, it is cracked.
          9.My blower is not working.
          10.My glass is not coming down, driver gate is not locking, speedometer is fluctuating and many more.
          This kind of service is un accptable.Maruti suzuki service center gave me a night mare i could not sleep at night because of service quality, which is very poor.
          The manager is just an IDIOT, he dont know anything about service and quality.He asked me for bribe.BS

            Dear sir/Madam, I’d like to draw your attention to an unpleasant experience I had to undergo last Saturday (24.12.2015)on my new Maruti Ciaz VXI+(Invoice no.[protected] dt.22.10.2015 from Sai services, Fugewadi) . Coming from Matheran to Pune, where I reside, we got stuck up in a big traffic jam on the Mumbai- Pune expressway & at the end the clutch of my car got burnt & stuck. As a result I was stuck up on the expressway for a couple of hours & at the end had to tow the car back to Pune to Sai service station, Phugewadi (I had to pay INR 5500 to the towing person, from Khandala tunnel on the expressway to Fugewadi, Sai service workshop), from where I purchased the car, on their advice (I had a discussion with the manager of SAI service, since I have an extended warranty with them) On reaching the service station, I was shown the damaged clutch plate, bearing, which got burnt & hence damaged & I had to pay for the repairs (The repair invoice is attached), since these are worn out parts & is not covered under warranty. But this was surprising because I had purchased the car only 2 months back & till date it has run around 1350 km only & this I believe is too short a time for such a problem to occur. I felt cheated, since the car is quite new & I had to shell out an hefty amount for this problem, in fact just for the record, this is the first time in my life & my car has broken down on a road. Does it mean that Maruti car clutches are not meant to be driven in traffic jams or is it a specific problem with Ciaz, I really do not understand. Also since the problem was identified by Sai service people, when I called them from the breakdown site, my question is why do I need to reach them all the time form any place, since there was a local Maruti authorized dealer in Lonavala, which was much nearer to the breakdown site & find out that there is no warranty extended on wear out parts. This is the 3rd Maruti car I have owned & I purchased a Ciaz, choosing over an Honda city or a Verna (Which I considered while buying a car 2 months back), because of the relative ease of service available & also because I have an happy experience of never having any major untoward problem while driving a Maruti, but this experience was really a bitter one & the fact that a car whose I was told that this was probably because of faulty driving technique I have, but I’d like to point out that this is the 3rd car from Maruti I am owning & I have been driving cars since almost 25 years now (Prior to this I was owning a Maruti 800 with number HR51D 9878 in Faridabad, which was a company given car to me & subsequently an Alto LXI with no.MH14BC-4112 for more than 8 years, which I exchanged while buying the new car from Sai serivce) & never have I faced this problem. It is not the first time I have driven through a jam (Having lived most of my life in NCR, in Faridabad ) & I believe my driving technique, is well equipped to handle such problems. I really would like an answer to this query, since I still believe that Ciaz is a decent enough car & the clutch unit fitted with the new car had some problem with it & would like to get a reversal of the amount I had to pay. The only other option I can think of is that Ciaz being a new car has some problems, if yes then Maruti should come out in the open about it. If required you may take my car for a thorough testing if you deem fit. If I do not get an answer, then I’d like to proceed to consumer court regarding this matter to get to its depth.               I have purchased a Maruti Suzuki CIAZ Zxi Car from Pallavi Motors Pvt. Ltd. G.S.Road, Bhangagarh, Guwahati, Assam on 27/12/2014 in my sister's name Laikhuram Indu Devi with Invoice No. VSL14001548, Delivery Challan No.DLN14001544, Chassis No.MA3EXMGG1S00118451, Engine No.K14BN7059298 Color. Prime Dignity Brown which cost me Rs. 9, 03, 860/- ( Rs.8, 78, 133/- for the car & Rs.25, 727/- for Insurance) which was paid thriugh RTGS from my Axis Bank A/c No.[protected].The very next day itself i.e. on 28/12/2014 it stared problem the ignition signal was not at all highlighted. I called up Pallavi Motors immediately and they sent me their head mechanic at my place at Beltola Bazar. The vehicle could not be repaired then came the engineer and it was taken to their service centre at 6th Mile. Guwahati. It was kept there for 3 days and delivered to me on 30/12/2014.Thereafter I drove this car to Imphal Manipur on 31/12/2014, after reaching here in Imphal, Manipur the same problem started I reported to Pallavi Motors and they advised me to take to the nearest Maruti service centre which is Eastern Motors Pvt.Ltd dealer of Maruti Suzuki In Manipur. It was kept there for 2 days and delivered to me. I drive this car for few days again the problem started. Back to Eastern Motors service centre, like this car has been repaired 7 times till now. And even today, since last November this car is still lying in the the garage of Eastern Motors unable to repair / rectify the problem.Now, it is clear that a faulty car was delivered to me by Pallavi Motors, Guwahati. I request you to kindly replace a new car or refund my money within 7 days.

No. TN 07 BR 7322 is in NSK MARUTI NILANKARAI CHENNAI since last one month with ECM AND POWER STEERING DAMAGED due to recent flood without repair as spares not supplied by MARUTI CO. as per service centre statement. We have been assured for repair & delivery of vehicle every week. We have to depend on Cabs to commute to office and spending a lot of money for that. I bought MARUTI SUZUKI CIAZ 10 months ago, I ever worst experience to buy MARUTI SUZUKI CIAZ car.1 weekk ago, i was coming back to my home from Office. The car was moving on its normal speed.suddenly the Driver window broke into thousands of crumbles while driving at night time. The sight and sound were quite a shock. i m still shocked, I had done nothing wrong and how can this happen to me. I have no way of knowing what caused your window to break . I am wandering if somebody gets killed or hurt what are the legal implications for providing a defective glass. Before buying the car when I visited the showroom the salesman didnot tell me that it can also be happens to your car Being a customer if I am spending such a huge amount for buying a luxury car, one of the major reason for that is safety for me, i have already suffered from an accident so i bought this car for my comfort but due to this incident i felt i did a wrong choice to buy your product. This incident could be very harmfull for me. it could be major injuries or death too. If this type of negligence is happening in brands like Maruti and that too in new cars then what will I expect in future. It shows Maruti Brand has no value for their customers well being.Its just a matter of fooling customers. Esteemed company like Maruti is not supposed to cheat the customers this way. I demand for rectification in this regard. I hope the company takes immediate necessary action. Maruti is a renowned and perfect brand for our imagination as our family members are using maximum maruti products but after purchasing of MARUTI SUZUKI CIAZ, ruined Maruti perception in our eye. Frankly speaking I m really not satisfied with this MARUTI SUZUKI CIAZ which will effect the image of Maruti Company. so I request you accept my complaint and solve my problem immediately and provide me the claim . Please refund my price If it has not, I will file this matter with the small claims court to recover my price.There were three witnesses to the accident. Those were with me while this incident happend. I would like to claim compensation for my damaged Car. Waiting for the positive feedback from your end...

                      Part theft during servicing

Faizabad Road chinahat. wheel cap and fog lamp are theft, after so many request new wheel cap provide by manager but fog lamp charges I was paid. I have zero Dap insurance police than after I paid 2600 Rs. For insurance claim 3 days waiting for DO approval when car was ready in workshop. I have loss money time and believe of service center kindly provide the solution and ensure Its not happening...

                      Sir, i made a fast book for pruchesing of baleno ZETA car(ray blue) by depositing rs 11000/- on 28.11.2015 in the money receipt no-511. on the day of payment of full amount as per the rate of aforesaid vehicle your staff advised me to purchase better vehicle i.e S-CROSS delta 1.3 on 21.12.2015 by giving the booking amount rs 101000 (one lacks one thousand)your officer named mr.pradeep ray advised me to take the vehicle on or before 28.12.2015.in the same i also obtained a sanctioned bank loan from Karnataka Bank Ltd, Jajpur road Branch. of rs 5.50.000 (five lacks fifty thousand only)and made it pay-order in favour of SKY AUTO MOBILES payable at bhubaneswar. I went to the showroom on 28.12.2015 at 4 pm with fully prepared to purchase the booked vehicle, the sales manager didnot co-operate me either receive payorder nor receive rest amount in cash.He denied to handover the said vehicle (S-cross delta 1.3)to me.in the other hand the said sales manager abused me with filthy langues and told me there is no available of the booked vehicle. in such a way i have losed every thing and suffering with a mental agony. therefore it is requested to take the matter as more urgent and decision may be taken for compensating me by providing the booked vehicle as soon as possible unless i will be highly prejudiced. thanking u. ranjit kumar routray. karnataka bank ltd, jajpur road mob no-[protected]

                          Chassis No: 407010 Car No : Gj01 RK 6048 we were travelling with my family from Ahmedabad to Rajkot suddenly my car stop at 12.30 a.m. yesterday near 150 ft. ring road, Rajkot. We pulled the car till the service station at Perfect Delaer. Today in the morning we consult the work manager they said that clutch phasing is damage and is not included in warranty. On 24th December, 2015 we got second service from Popular service station, Vasna, Ahmedabad. I already specify them I want to go out of station so please do general check up of clutch, oil etc. After this service they also did not informed me about cluth problem. This is an internal problem of the car so its company resposiblity to fulfill this problem. Hope for your positive response or else I will have to take some difficult steps. Yet its just 6 months of purchase the car its kilometers run is 3768.

                            Hi, I have given my car Maruti Suzuki Wagon R for routine service with company authorized service center - MARUTI SUZUKI - MARSHAL AUTOMOBILES on 21/12/2015. I got my car after service on 23/12/2015, while checking I noticed that my car's boot struts is damaged and I cannot keep the boot opened. There was no problem with it when the car was given for service. while checking with them, they said they can't do anything, and such things happen and they will not be responsible for this. They also asked don't come here again, their attitude is arrogant and not customer friendly. I would like the dealer to replace the part as it was damaged by them.                               My Maruti Ecco Car UP80 BP 6774 covered under insurance policy no. 272800/31/2016/970 was submitted to Madhusudan Motors Pratap pura AGRA for accidental claim no. 272800/31/2016/000129 with direct policy through ORIENTAL INSURANCE Agra . Mr.Dinesh surveyed the car & gave his consent to the above claim estimated amount 46, 000/- approx. on 25/12/15 Mr. Deepak told me telephonic to bring petrol for starting the car, as there was approx. 5 liters of petrol already in the car at the time of submission Today on 27/12/15 at 4;00 pm i went to the workshop for delivery of vehicle with 2 ltr. petrol in bottle. Mr. Kapil asked me for the payment of Rs. 31, 739/-, I asked him for rebate/ discount & complaint about door . He toid me that your Car is under Credit Invoice ( UDHAAR KI CAR ) so the work will be done in the same manner & also he asked me to get the Graphics Sticked from outside on my own payment under accessory policy, before photography for claim procedure. I denyed for the same, Then the entire staff together misbehaved with me at 6;30 pm & finally not delivered the vehicle. I talked with Mr. Pradeep Tomar [protected] He also did not gave any satisfactory answer Kindly go through the matter & take neccesary action & make sure the delivery of vehicle at my doorstep by tommorow 28/12/15

                                  Iam from gwalior.ihave swift vdi No Mp 07 cb 2006.I gave my car for maintance in gwalior prem motors shivpuri link road ondated 12.12.2015. Today i have gone to pick the car. And ihave full payment what ever they ask. Then icheck the car.Work was not satisfactory. When i complaint. They MISBEHAVE and again ask for payment. Then I left my car in workshop.

                                    TN 14D 3237. I sent my vehicle last week. I complaint about shock absorbers are not working properly, and must cover was not insert with bold. They screwed over bumper. technicians were replied that the shock absorbers would act according my driving. I am in this profession for past five years. So I know the condition of shock absorber is not good. They denied to wash my vehicle. Most of all they forgot to re insert the buttons of engine cover while they replace the oil. Hence I looking forward to you assistance regarding my complaints.
                                    Maruti Suzuki India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
