This to ring to your notice that i had bought a Wagon r stingray on 14 june 2015 bearing goodyear tyres after a few months bubble came up in the tyre and when i informed maruti about this there was no reply. Then i approached the dealer after which my tyre was inspected by the engineer of goodyear and he just only said that tyre has an external impact, i told him to show me signs of impact and he wasn't able to clearly state his point. After a months time the dealer gave a tyre on its own. i don't why. Now one tyre changed and again i notice another bubble in the other tyre again the same process is repeated and still maruti has nothing to do with this as not replying even to the mails. Goodyear engineer once again stated his old line "DUE TO EXTERNAL IMPACT" and wasn't able to satisfy my questions. I would like to add that the problem has occured in 2 of my tyres, now what is the gaurentte that the remaing 3 tyres won't create a mess like these have done. The first tyre was replaced in a month time by dealer itself. After several reminders to maruti, you didn't responded to a single mail

    My name in Aghamarshana and I have purchased a new Ritz VDI a week before. I bought it at Bimal Auto Agency Banashankari 3rd stage Bangalore. I am very disappointed with their service and finance. I have not received the (RC undertaking form), (payment receipts), (tax paid receipts), (not given 5 litre fuel as mentioned) and (permit) even after a week. I am a yellow board customer and the manager in front of me was telling to the sales executive not to attend any yellow board customers. If you don't want yellow board customers, then why are you even selling cars to yellow board customers? Just close all the sales and sit quietly. When I went to the showrooms to ask if any details were required they said me "no". But after some days when I was busy they asked fro an address proof immediately. Do you think this is right? Please take some serious action on them and provide me with all the above mentioned documents which are not still given or I will be complaining to the consumer court after a week!!       Hello Sir, Recently, I have bought maruti ciaz 45 days back and have travelled 4000+ kms. Today, while coming from pune to my hometown the front tyre (right side) got bursted. I was told by the mechanic that it can't be mended, you have to add tube. The tyre got the hole in it. My question is so soon the new tyre gets out off order, then there's no use o[censored]sing it only. I would like to know the answer from your side. I do want the answer from Maruti as well as from tyre manufacturer (good yearl).

            I have purchase Dzire LDI on June, 2014, after purchased the car i have faced first so many problems, first problem regarding tyre, finally they have replace the complete tyre, second problem is occurred in door lock, finally they were repaired, third problem is one of the important rubber missing when i was purchased the car but i didn't observed thenafter they provided me the same. recently (28.11.2015) i visited the agency where i purchased the car due to some irritating noise from my car they told me after test drive that this voice is due to collapsible steering column and it would replaced within 2-3 working days but until 12.12.2015 not been replaced and they gave appointment on 12.12.2015 on that day when i contacted the agency then they replied so far they have not received the part postponed to monday the same matter was complained to the customer care centre bearing no. [protected] and i visited another maruti authorized service center at Ambala and they checked the car, after test drive they told me that the noise is coming from dash board only. now my confusion is whether the noise is from dash board or in steering column due to this i distrubed so much and missed many of my family relations and important works. SINCE MY CAR IS UNDER WARRANTY even though i am getting so many problems and authorized agencies are not in a position to resolve the issues.

            I HAVE PROOFS OF ABOVE MENTIONED ISSUES FROM BOTH AGENCIES ( KARNAL MOTORS PVT. LTD, KURUKSHETRA AND MODERN AUTOMOBILES, AMBALA) REGARDING NOISE PROBLEMS IN MY CAR

                My service coupon as mentioned above are not entertained during servicing citing the reason as it is issued by M/so Sai service, Hyderabad not by M/so Acer motor. Please clarify weather sai service will only entertained these coupon or elsewhere any of service centre all over the india is duty bound to give as applicable discounts on these coupons.

                  If any one is planing to buy Maruti Car i will strongly advise to avoid and go for some other car with trustworthy dealer. I like to narrate my ordeal of Buying Car with one of the Maruti Dealer know as Excel Auto Vista from Bandra West. When i made enquirer for the purchase of car i was informed not to buy car from Excel Auto Vista due to there dubious records . However, as it was convenient for me i made decision to deal with them for the purchase of the Car. I brought Maruti Alto LXI CNG variant in exchange offer. As i have lost my original RC book i informed them i can only support with Photocopy of all the original documents. They told me that they would need PDC of amount 20, 000 during the date of purchase as a security deposit and will return the money once Duplicate of Original RC book is procure from RTO office. I have finalize 22 October 2014 as a day to receive car from show room( as it was auspicious day). First i have to wait for 6 hour for the car to be deliver i got the car deliver by 8 in evening. First crude surprise dawn to me when i was told that i have to give 20, 000 immediately if i need delivery. I was force to make payment of 20000 as i don't have any option but to take car on that auspicious day. Subsequently, i was told that they will put a request to RTO office and i will get the Duplicate RC book at my residential address through courier. One Month, Two Month, Three Month passed i neither got any inquire nor any courier from RTO office. After doing a very blatant follow up the Excel Vista Representative name Zubiar i was informed that they have wrongly sent by document to another RTO office in Mumbai and would need document again as they lost the old document. I was force to go to police again to get a request letter on RC Book lost. I again handed the all the document to Excel Vista Representative hoping that this will settle the issue and i will get my Duplicate RC book and refund of 20, 000. I again have to do all the arduous effort to file a complaint to police for lost RC copy which i did swiftly. Its been more than 12 month now i have submitted all the document and after doing repeated follow up i was told that RC copy is with RTO and i have to go personally and collect it. I been to RTO office and they said it will be courier to our register address as they don't give the copy personally. It been over 1 month now i have not receive courier from RTO office and Excel Auto people are misleading that RC book as been courier to my residential address twice. I believe there is some clandestine understanding with Dealder and RTO office and they are deliberately holding by RC book as they don't want to return by 20, 000 rupess. I highlighted by concern but Maruti Call Center but it was futile. Maruti Customer grievance departure is Hopeless as they don't take any actions against such cheater and deceiver Dealers. I caution all the buyer not to buy Maruti car as both Maruti and there dealer are deceiver and liar.

                    मैंने अपनी गाड़ी maruti Ritz ओशियन मोटर्स खंडवा रोड पर पटेल मोटर्स मैं बॉडी रिपेयर के लिए भेजी थी जोकि उसका काम इंश्योरेंस के तहत होना था लेकिन इमोशन मोटर्स खंडवा रोड पर पटेल मोटर्स ऊपर वहां उसके पार्ट्स बदल दिए गए मेरी ने गाड़ी की पूरी तरह बेकार कर कर मेरे को वापस दी लेकिन मैंने जब उसकी complaint की तो किसी ने भी मेरी बात नहीं सुनी वहां पर कहीं तो किसी ने नहीं सुनी कृपया मेरे मित्रों को मैं बताना चाहता हूं कि वहां पर जो भी गाड़ी भेजें तो कृपया देखकर भेजें वह कोई विश्वास बात नहीं है उन पर किसी भी प्रकार का विश्वास न करें यह तो रोज की बात है मेरी गाड़ी गाड़ी की और एक तरफ की चैनल जिस ब्रेक और डिस्क कहते हैं मैं वह पूरी की पूरी ही बदल डाली और मैंने उन्हें कहा तो कहने लगे कि आपकी गाड़ी केशु खत्म हो गए हैं जब कि मैंने दूसरी जगह पर गाड़ी को दिखाया तो ऐसी कोई चीज नहीं निकली और पाठ बदलने की निशानी मिले जब कि जो चीज का काम करना था वह तो किया नहीं और दूसरे ही चीज सामान निकाल डाले और इंसोरेंस में भी ज्यादा बड़ा चढ़ा कर फिर मैंने किया मेरे मित्रों में बताना चाहता हूं कि ocean motors पर अपनी गाड़ियों को सर्विसिंग या कोई भी काम के लिए अपनी गाड़ी नहीं भेजें और अगर किसी ने पहले भेजी हो तो देखें कि वहां जब गाड़ी जाती है तो बहुत अच्छी कंडीशन में रहती है लेकिन आती है तो दो चार दिन में गाड़ी में कुछ ना कुछ होने लगता है काम के लिए कभी नहीं भेजे यह के लोग maruti कंपनी का नाम खराब कर रहे हैं मेरे पास फेन maruti की दो गाड़ियां हैं एक स्विफ्ट डिजायर जिसका नंबर mp09 cn 557 6 गाड़ी जो कि maruti ritz है जिसका नंबर mp09 cp 7176 दोनों गाडियां मेरे नाम से ही है पहले भी मेरी स्विफ्ट डिजायर में से सर्विसिंग के समय मेरी गाड़ी की stayfree नई की जगह पुरानी गेटर वाली स्टेफनी डाल दी बहुत गलत काम करते हैं

                      Dear Sir, My self Hitesh Panchal from Surat. Like any middle class salaried person even i dare to see a dream of owning a Car at this stage of my career where i could MANAGE the extra expenditure for the EMI & the routine maintenance of car. Considering it was a first car in my family i did not wanted to buy any non-genuine product for me & my family. That is where i stepped in to DHRU MOTORS ADAJAN BRANCH (TRUE VALUE ). On 12/07/2015 i purchased a Maruti Ritz VDi (GJ-05-JA-9048) from this dealer. Off course it is a "MARUTI TRUE VALUE CERTIFIED CAR" as the executive who sold me the car mentioning again & again. At the time i purchased the car the Odometer reading was 72964 Km & after 5 Months today the Odometer reading is 76780 (Approx). So in 5 Months effectively the car has ran for only 3800 Km (Approx). During this tenure the car is serviced once from Dhru Motors, Udhna branch at 74863 KM & during this service Engine Oil & Oil Filter got replaced. It was two days back when i experienced a rigidness in shifting the gears (specially from 3rd Gear to 2nd Gear). To avoid any further big issue i approached the Dhru Motors & handed over my car today for thorough checking. It was to my surprise when i got a call from a Service technician of Dhru Motors & being informed that there are lot many issues with car & total expenditure to resolve this issues would come to around Rs. 20, 000. For a instance i was stun hearing this for a car which is termed as "TRUE VALUE CERTIFIED CAR" When i personally visited the showroom & discussed the situation with available Service Incharge & the Branch Manager of Dhru Motors (Adajan Branch) they shown me a big list of problems as mentioned below Clutch Plate & Pressure plate Synchronizer Ring Three Bond Tube Brake Oil Rear Wheel Bearing Brake Pad Set Brake Disc Rear Lever Set Cliper Pin Drum Cutting I was further surprised to hear from the executive that it is a wear & tear parts & are bound to fail during operation. As a Working professional in Automobile Related Pvt. company even i understand that the consumption of wear & tear parts are totally depends on the usage/operations. However i fail to understand that this wear & tear happened in 5 months & after usgae of equipment only for 3800 Km???? & now for that customer has to spend another Rs. 20, 000. Moreover it is more painful for me that i spent extra while purchasing my first car for the "MARUTI TRUE VALUE" tag which is by name & logo says "THE SIGN TO TRUST". So here i question the integrity of the Maruti Dealer in handing over the FAULTY VEHICLE TO THEIR CUSTOMER. If it would be a really TRUE VALUE CERTIFIED CAR then all this checkpoints should have been tested before CERTIFYING IT AS A TRUE VALUE or atleast becoming transparent enough with customer in informing about life of critical components like Clutchplate/Gear Box/Engine etc. I feel cheated by the Dealer as today i do not have any choice other than rectifying the issues in my car. I don't see any VALUE OF "TRUE VALUE CERTIFIED CAR". I have asked for 100% rectification under warranty which was refused by the dealer. At the end of the discussion today with the concerned executives they have asked me to wait till tomorrow as they will be talking to some higher person in hierarchy (however i feel it is just to show customer how much efforts they are making). My car is with the dealer in their Udhna Workshop. I will not be surprise to hear tomorrow from dealer that "they are sorry they tried hard but it is not possible cover the expenditure in warranty" Here i request a Company person to step in to understand the mindset of customer in such situation & offer a POSITIVE solution. Hope MARUTI as a company value their BRAND IMAGE which reflects via their logos i.e. "WAY OF LIFE" & "SIGN TO TRUST". Regards HITESH P. PANCHAL +91 [protected]

                        I, Harjesh Juneja, on 14/2/2014 had purchased from Autopace Network Pvt Ltd, Industrial Area, Phase I, Chd, Dealer code-0705, a Maruti Dzire VDI BS IV/Body/Saloon Engine No.-D13A2301380 Chasis No MA3FJEB1S00466409 Mfg. Date 01/2014 Regn No. - CH01AW6359 Regn dt. 04/03/2014 . I have been facing the problem of low average only able to get average of around 12 Kmpl as against 22 Kmpl as mentioned by the company. I have been getting the vehicle checked and repaired by Autopace network pvt ltd., the same dealer from whom I had purchased the vehicle. But even after repeated repairs I could not get the right average. I got the vehicle service latest on 16/11/2015 from the same dealer but the result is as it is with no improvement. The vehicle is under two year warranty period.I am tired with getting the vehicle repaired again and again. Either the vehicle may be repaired to the company standard or may be changed.

                          I bought top model maruti ciaz car in April 15, 2015 last Friday on dated 11 December I was driving the car for Ferozepur cantt, near Moga left side front tyre was damaged due to road crack and puncher at the spot. Then I took out the Stepney tyre...I shocked at once...that was of different company tyre ie MRF rest 4 tyres were of Apollo... 2nd ..the tyre was of 15 inches rest 4 tyres are of 16 inches...3rd...the wheel was simple rest 4 are alloy wheels. I was surprised to the fact...a luxurious car of 11 lacs contains such a stupid defeciancy... If we move 15 inch tyre with 3 tyre of 16 inches then definitely alignment will be out...if we run 3 alloy wheel with 1 non alloy wheel...we will be jocked out by the public may be for 30 minutes... As we wear bats shoe in one foot and rebock shoe in another foot... For only rs. 6000/-the company has jocked with the buyer of ciaz a luxurious top model car... Nor even the salesman told about the fact of Stepney so that at the time of investing rs.11 lacs...costumer may invest rs. 6000/- more. Seems very unorganized by the company as well as dealer... Ekaans wheel...Ambala to be taken care of. Now the company is requested to change the Stepney with same size and company tyre along with alloy wheel...thnx Dr. Vijay Kumar..O/o ADC, Ambala...[protected]..[protected]

                              My vehicle details: Registration No. MH-43-AN-7368 Make Model –SWIFT DZIRE-VXI Engine: 1331650 Chassis No: MH-43-AN-7368/MA3EJKD1S00433998 Mfg Yr: 2013 I had a couple of problems with the vehicle. 1) The stereo has some loose connection inside.. it stops playing when the vehicle bumps. also pendrive also stop recognizing pen drive during bumps. 2) While the vehicle is running on low rpm, the breaks doesnt work properly. If my speed is under 10kmph, the breaks doesnt apply properly. Especially while taking a reverse, its difficult to have proper grip of breaks. I wanted to have those problems rectified. .. so i called SK wheels and they said they would pick up the vehicle on 31st Oct-2015. No body came to pick up and when i called them around in the afternoon, they said, the driver got busy and cant come to pick up. They wasted my whole day, as i didnt go anywhere because the vehicle pick up was scheduled. Later I fixed another appointment to pick up my vehicle, and my vehicle was picked up on 03/11/2015 and some advisor named Ram called me after the vehicle reached SK wheels. I told him the above mentioned problems and also asked to do the complete cleaning (internal as well as external). He kept delaying a delivery by telling me all technical stuff and after keeping vehicle for 3 days, the vehicle was delivered to me. Following was the result: (1)The stereo problem was not addressed, and when I called him he said i have to call a customer support of that stereo and only they can address that. My question is, Why the hell he was telling me this after the delivery of vehicle and why not when i told him the problem. (2) The break problem remains as it was explained and now recently the vehicle has started making some cranking sound when i apply breaks. Happens when i am travelling at 30-40 kmph and apply breaks. 3) The cleaning was done shabbily. I showed it to the delivery driver too and he agreed that many parts of interiors were not even touched. So he called miss Bindu and told her that the vehicle is all dirty from inside and she said please dont pay for the internal cleaning charges. Next experience with SK wheels was when Miss Bindu Called me to take a feedback of service ( must be last week of Nov). I told her about problems (1) (2) and (3), she said she will have my vehicle picked up on the coming saturday. And guess what? Nobody called or came to pick up my vehicle on that saturday. I have recently bought another maruti vehicle for my Wife Miss reshma sathe (Alto 800 CNG MP46 AP 2146) and she also has faced a problem of someone confirming a delivery date and time and not turning up to pick up and not even have a courtesy of calling. I am losing my faith in the customer service that maruti so proudly advertises about. There are plenty of competition in the market and I have heard great stories of customer service from other vehicle companies. The swift dzire that is in my possession is one of the corporate vehicles we brought for Reliance Industries. If this trend of customer service continues, I shall notify our reliance corporate services to look out for vehicles from other than maruti. Hope someone looks into this. Regards Bhanupratap

                                Hi, This is Nava Darshan, recently I had visited Maruthi Suzuki Nexa Showroom in J.P Nagar 5th phase, Bangalore, on dec/13/2015, I wanted to get quote on new baleno. As soon as I entered I asked on of staff of maruthi suzuki, who was in the desk, he just replied me to wait for me, that;s it there was no further reply and i waited for half an hour standing next him but there was no reply, but the other customers had the immediate reply from him, finally i got fed up asked him his name to write a complaint to maruthi suzuki but I didin't even expect such weird reply today is sunday we are dying here with only with 3 staff. Is this my mistake to disturb him or did I tell him to open on Sunday. That was a very bad reply and he didnt even try to stand in front of me, it was just like do what ever you can do, i am not going to do any thing and he moved away, is this customer relationship, you were kind to get the payments on sunday and good to book the cars on sunday but your too busy to expplain the features of your car SHAME on your people. In spite of all this I called kalyani motors mysore road to tell about this, the guy sent me a number of customer relattionship manager Ms. Madhuri, she is one more busiest person she called me and told that the issue ll b resolved, but today is 15/12/2015 still im waiting there was not even a single call after that from her abt why it happened. The overall scene what i felt was I WAS RACIALLY DISCRIMINATED.

                                  First thing i would like to say that yr service centers are asking the customers review immewdiately after the service and when we are writing good instead of very good they say that this is not acceptable.I have purchased my wagon r new car from sk wheels andheri west on 19th oct 2015 and given for service at vitessi at andheri west but not at all satisfied with the service we can give the reviews only after driving the car atliest for one or two days but here yr service peoples are asking the feedback immediately which is not good.MY engine is raddling when i start the car it is vibrating and yr peoples say that it comes like that in all 1000 cc engines other thing in a new car the clutch is always smooth whereas in my car the car starts after i pull the half clutch and it is not smooth at all.I have also purchased a parking sensor camera which is not at all satisfactory first thing no brightness at all and other thingh if sombody puts on his head light the vision is like a ballon and nothing is seen very bad, two times the camera has been changed but still no satisfactory result just waste of money.I dint expect this from maruti.

                                    I purchased one Swift Dezire in the year 2013 April. But one of it's key is not working. For changing it's battery when I opened it as directed indoor Owner's manual I found it is broken The part no. is 37182M59K00. Can you replace this transmitter of the key or the complete key?

                                      In the recent floods at Chennai, my maruti dzire car bearing registration number TN-09-BC-8946 got submerged in to water. I made a complaint to your office at delhi on 7th Dec 2015 for availing the towing service. After registering my complaint they assigned a complaint number 938511 on 7th Dec 2015. Since my complaint was not addressed till 13th Dec 2015, I contacted them again on 14th Dec 2015. (around 10.30AM). The response was poor. They have asked me to wait for some more time to get my complaint addressed. But in the process, they have also registered a fresh complaint (complaint no 940957) to create an impression as if I have made the complaint on 14th Dec 2015 only. When I again asked the reason for registering a fresh complaint, they are not able to give proper answer. My car is regularly serviced at Maruti Service Masters at Guindy, Chennai and I am also having a valid AMC with them. Since all my efforts to get a favourable reply have failed, I am bringing this to your notice for an early resolution Hope you would appreciate my position and do the needful K Murugesan [protected]

                                        I have Booked Baleno delta petrol ray blue car on 28th Oct. Salesman told me that Car will be delivered in 20 days. But car is not delivered till today and also not telling the date. I am very frustrated. This is the REASON WHY PEOPLE NOT PREFERRING TO BUY INDIAN CAR.
