My Self is Vipin Singla. I have purchased a New Wagon R Stingray from Tanya Automobiles, Meerut on 30th July 2015. The vehicle Delivered to me is a defected piece. Problems Auto locking was not working. 4 wheels on the car are Alloy wheels however the stepeny is not an Alloy Wheel, however the dealers sales person has told us that all the car is having all alloy wheels Power Window is not working properly Within a period of three months of Purchase Its Engine Bolt has been broken Its Mounting of Gear Box has been broken within a period of 3 and 1/2 months its one of tyres has been blasted when my vehicle was parked in front of home. More over the body of the vehicle is making noise when driving on the road. I request to the concerned authorities to please look on this matter and provide me justice. i have taken a loan of Rs.4.00 lacs to buy this vehicle and deposited Rs.1.00 lakhs for its down payment. I have collected this money in a tenure of 3 years to purchase a new vehicle. however the dealer and the company has delivered me a defected piece against my payment of Rs.5.00 Lakhs. They have cheated with me. As of now i am afraid of this vehicle, i cant travel with my family out of station because i have no trust on this vehicle that what will happen, at what time. i have purchased this vehicle for the convenience of my self and for my family. but now position is this one that i m afraid of this vehicle. that at what time what will broken i dont know. i m mentally stressed with this vehicle. Till Now i have not got any solution of my problems, Now I have only the way to go to the consumer court to get justice and solution of my problems and harassment given by the dealer (Tanya Automobiles) and the company (Maruti Udyog Limited) by Selling me a defective piece of Wagon R Stingray VXI.

    Dear Sir, I have purchase a Marti Wagon R from M/s. Bhatia & Company on 21.10.2015 and running only approximate 800 Kim's. While I was coming to my work place for duty on the way at Highway Road the car tyre got damaged on 18.11.2015. I contact M/s. Bhatia & Company for replace the defective Tyre but they sent to me a Authorized Dealer of Apollo treys (M/s. Mahaveer Tyre Company) Kota. They have promised me to replace the Tyre but after 10 days the Mahaveer Tyre Company has refused me to change the Tyre. I am very surprised and shocked that they have not change my vehicle tyre. Please look into the matter and arrange to replaced the Tyre immediately. After repeated follow up from from M/s. Bhatia & Company but they are not given me satisfied answer and not replaced the tyre. I request you to kindly look into the matter and arrange to sorted out my complaint at the earliest.       I had booked swift dezire in Automotive dealer of maruti suzuki in Nashik. I cancelled booking because now the new launch of maruti baleno because d car in which i am interested now. But the amount of Rs 5000 not refunded to me by vinod patil employee in Automotive who approached me for booking. Now this is more than 15 days I apply for cancellation with cancelled cheque.           I had driven the car from Bangalore to Tinsukia, Assam after which I had given the car for service (paid service) in Vishal car world pvt ltd, Tinsukia in the month of May. Entire oil change was done. After the car was handed over to me (“without a test drive”), I noticed that the fuel indicator does not turn off and shifting of gear isn’t smooth. I called up the service advisor (Mr. Gurung) immediately and explained him the condition and he asked me to take the car to the workshop next day. Next day the car was examined and I was told that the fuel tank needs to be cleaned and the clutch and pressure plate also needs to be changed. The same was done. After the car was handed over to me “again without a test drive”, I noticed that the problem remained the same. I again informed the service advisor and took the car to the workshop where they informed me that the gear lever needs to be changed, which was done. The fuel indicator issue was still unresolved. After the car was handed over to me (“again without a test drive”), I noticed that none of the problems were resolved instead there was one more problem added to the list i.e., when the car would be started in the morning, the car starts vibrating (missing problem) and the emission of smoke would be too much. I informed the service advisor again and the service for fuel injector was done and the gear box cylinder was replaced. Today when I went to take the delivery of the car and for the very first time I took a test drive (on insisting), I found that none of the problems have been resolved. The advisor like always asked me to take the delivery of the car and drive for some days and if any problem occurs, they are there to help us. But i disagreed to take the delivery of the car without any resolution of the problems and making any further payment. I have so far paid Rs.25000/- (twenty five thousands) without any resolution. Now the service advisor has advised me that entire engine head needs to be removed and inspected which will cost around[protected]/-. Also the fuel tank kit needs to be replaced for the fuel indicator issue. But they are still not sure whether if these will resolve the problems. Another advisor also informed me that this might be a manufacturing defect which we also have started feeling. I request you to take an action in this regards as we are tired following up with the workshop. I want my car in the same state that I had handed over to the workshop. I have made enough payment so far (from May onwards) and all in vain. If no action is taken in this regards immediately, I shall take a legal action against Maruti.

                I booked a Baleno petrol in delta variant (ray blue color) on 29.10.15 (Order no 95NB-57) by making a payment of Rs.11, 000/- . The salesperson whom I talked to was Smijo at T.R.Sawhney Automobiles, Golf course road, Gurgaon. I was promised that car will be delivered within a week. The salesman asked me to pay the full amount if I want prompt delivery. Therefore I paid the full amount of Rs. 6.25 lakh on 4th November of which I paid Rs. 4.25 lakh by cheque and rest using bank finance. I was again told that I will get my car before Diwali i.e. max by 11th Nov. Today is 1st December. I am yet to get my car. Despite repeated calls and numerous visits to nexa, nothing positive has happened. The showroom manager and sales person have stopped picking my call. Is this the nexa premium experience? I am sure a big scam is running underground to take hold of customer's money and earn interest on them. Who knows they might not return anything. Very very pathetic experience. Never expected this from Maruti. People rightly say that switch to international brands if you want good experience. Maruti says - "Count on Us" but let me warn you.                   Dear All This complaint is with respect to problem I have faced for the vehicle I serviced through Simran Motors, Plot No 2/8, Mumbai Pune Highway, Sector No 15, Opposite Garden Hote Panvel City, Navi Mumbai - 410206, on 09-Sep-2015 I have given my vehicle for paid servicing having registration no MH-14 DT-9035 on 09-Sep-2015 1) Details of problems given to them in writing (Image attached) Major problem is of wheel alignment and wheel balancing, vehicle goes in right side (Discussed with advisor Raghu) Please note that no tyre rotation has been mentioned anywhere even after that tyre rotation has been done without informing me. After that at EOD bill has been raised for all work done as per Simran Motors(bill attached) In the bill tyre rotation (which advisor himself decided) has been done and charges applied also about wheel balancing and alighnment report for the same not be given even I have asked so. 2) Delivery of vehicle given to me on 09 Sep 2015 itself without doing any work of wheel balancing and alighnment and now car goes in left side and vible due to tyre roatation . 3) I have given complain to Simran motors they asked me to drop vehicle and they ensure to me that work will be done. 4) Again vehicle will be picked by Simran on 15-Sep-2015 5) Again in the evening when call has benn came that work has been done I have taken test ride with advisor Raghu same problem is repeated this time car is going in left side and vible more than it has been done on first instance, then he called technician named Bhau from workshop technician confront the problem and assured me that work will be done tomorrow (16-sep-15) till 12:00 AM, I kept my car in workshop and wait for call . 6) On 16-Sep-15 no call from Simran motors came till 12:00 AM neither technician or advisor call me .I called up @ 2 PM at customer care Simran Motors they checked and call me back and told that car is ready. In the evening on 16-Sep-15 car has been drop by driver at my place with no work done (invoice attched), I have taken trial in front of driver car vible very much and goes in zig zag position. After that I called up advisor Raghu and told him no work has been done, now since he has not done any work of car he told me that tyres are defective and ask me to replace. 7) I have given feedback to them (form attched) no responce till date from Simran Motors. [Now because of advisor, technician of Simran Motors y vehicle has been fully damaged by way of tyre rotation and not doing and kind of wheel balancing and alighnment. Vehicle balance and alighnment has been gone fully. Who is responcible for this ? Simran Motors ? or Advisor Raghu or Technician Bhau ? or Maruti itself because they have given dealership to Simran Motors to give worst service to customers and damaging there cars I want my car to be in original condition as it was given before servicing on 09-sep-15 to Simran Motors, Panvel also charges to be given back (Rs 7660). Damages to be repaired and car loss to be paid Is this kind of worst service given by Maruti to there existing customers ?????????? Awaiting responce atleast from you IMMEDIATELY.                       I purchased a Swift car from above dealer on 16th November, 15. Services rendered are poor and unsatisfactory. They hardly care for the customer, once he is trapped. Value for the services charged also not ensured. To be specific, I had paid the cost of seat covers along with the price of car and other miscellaneous services but till date haven't received them. Despite several reminders and follow ups they have failed in keeping their promise. I visited the showroom on 26th & 28th November again for seat covers but with no favourable results. The reasons quoted were extremely lame like seat covers are out of stock or staff is unavailable. I am totally disappointed and frustrated by their careless attitude. I dont feel I got the value for money while transacting with Anand Motors.

                        Ar Officer and Customer care Team, please note that I had raised multiple complaints regarding My vehicle delivery . the booking were attended by PIYUSH from OCEAN MOTORS for ERTIGA date of 1 sep 2015. Afetr booking by sales persone piyush was scheduled my vhicle devilry time date of 5 sep 2015 JAMAASHTMI. but not deliverd . After 5 sep 2015, piyush call nd again scheduled delevery time date of 17 sep 2015 GANESH CHATURTHI but not deliverd . after this senario piyush nd his sales manger mr sachin mohite make call for new Ertiga . than he told we are provide new ertiga date of 12 sep 2015 NAVRATRI. But still vhicle is not deliverd again false contentment . it took me 3 weeks to get in touch with them as they were avoiding my calls/giving false assurance. Finely i am visited at Showroom nd meet with mr sachin mohite he was giving assurance me for delivery on pushp nakshtra nd providing me vehicle KEY no nd Chassis No.but he is again fail for devilry for my vehicle . I had done follow up with your sales manager in Indore (MP) Mr. Sachin mohite([protected] ) But sales person nd sales manger not resonance my any call . after i am again visited at showroom nd meet with General manger Mr Bhandari([protected]). Mr bhandari committed me for delivery time on DIPAWALI . But vhicle not dileverd i had followup mr bhandari he told that vehicle not available at that time so offering VDI verriant to ZDI. Why i am change my varriant ? Sir All senario nd false commitments Janmaashtmi Ganesh Chturthi Navratri Dussehra Pushp Nakshtra Dhanterash Dipawali nd still my vhicle is not dilever . ...My finance Approval latter by HDFC Bank is ready from JANMAASHTMI.they are also provided to mr piyush. If you will take any action according this issue please confirm me in 2 days than i will take LEGAL action .                           I purchased Suzuki Access 125 for myself from Veeteejay Mobikes Private Limited, Kundannoor, Maradu, Ernakulam. I received the vehicle on 26th November 2015.They delivered the vehicle and after completing the receipt formalities, I noticed a bend in front portion of the vehicle and on the logo .We called the sales girl and asked her to take the vehicle back and get it rectified. She said that she will send somebody soon but none came that day to pick up the vehicle. We again called them and send the photos of the dent.They said a person will come and pick the vehicle next day. The next day we called again and the sales manager Densel picked up the phone. His attitude and talking style was very rude and he didn't even apologize. Finally we asked him to send somebody to pick up the vehicle and told him that otherwise we will file a complaint against them. They took the vehicle and i called them today on 30th November and the sales woman tells me that all the vehicles and the spare part they have is having this defect, so I have to contact the company to get it rectified. I am totally unhappy that a new vehicle purchased with a lot of expectations (and money) is having a complaint .It also questions the reputation of Suzuki. It is people's hard earned money The customer service provided is also very bad. I would not purchase another vehicle from this dealer and I would not recommend Suzuki access to anyone.Hope you will find a solution to rectify the issue.

                            Dear Sir, I purchased Maruti suzuki SX4 in May, 2011. Its only complete 88000 KM. On 13th November, 2015 my car engine was suddenly stopped when i was traveled from dindigul to Trichy. Then Car was toed to dindigul Maruthi approved PLA service station on the same date. PLA service mechanic told that Timer chain was cut and it has to be replaced and we have ordered the spare parts. so they have committed to complete the repair within 10 days. After 10 days they have told that we have replaced the Timer chain and we started the engine but further oil filter and oil pump has to be replaced to rectify the oil indication. Again today 30th November, 2015 they are telling that after replacement the oil pump and oil filter, the oil light indication is showing so we have to dismantle the total engine and correct the problem. Now they are asking 10 more days. I was totally upset with PLA Service station and also they are well reputed and Maruthi approved service station. Now i have not agreed and asked to stop all work. Actually I dont know what type of service they are providing to the customer and this is absolutely Lack of knowledge and expert ism to identify the problem and to rectify.                             In continuation to the above complaint i want to highlight the following,
                            I was bought the vehicle may, 2011 and the vehicle was single handed.
                            I was doing regular service with ABT service station, Trichirapalli. At 85000 KMs the vehice was serviced at ABT service station, Trichirapalli. Now the vehicle was breakdown at 88000 KMs near Dindigul and vehicle is under service at PLA service station, Dindigul. Already they have replaced timer chain, vacuum pump, oil filter and oil pump. Now they are telling
                            engine to be opened and to be serviced.
                            How the problem was not identified during my regular service at ABT service station at 85000 kms service?
                            How with in 3000 kms this much big failure was happened?
                            The root cause should be either faulty product or service fault.
                            Now i was incurred huge cash loss. if it was identified at 85000km service i would have had faced this much cash and time loss.
                            So this was purely failure of product supplier of service provider.
                            So Maruthi/ABT, PLA service station is the sole responsible for the above cash and time losses.
                            Till they have not rectify the problem and i dont know what is going to happen for my vehicle.
                            Still i not confident with PLA dindigul service station and they are going to handover the vehicle without doing 100% rectification.
                            Hence i request Maruthi company to do the following,

                            1.Confirmation of maruthi company senior technician before handover of vehicle to avoid further damage and cash loss.
                            2.Total repair and service at free of cost.

                            Hope Marthui will understand the situation and do the needful for good customer service.

                            Dear sir,
                            Now Dindigul PLA station mechanic is telling the repair can be done only by dismantle the engine and bore machining has to be done.
                            How Maruthi vehicle engine giving such major trouble within 88000 kms running. This is purly because of faulty product supplied by Maruthi. Because regular maintanance is being done by Maruthi authorized service station at ABT, Trichy.
                            How engine giving such major problem within 88000 kms running and regular maintenance with Authorized service station.
                            Why this was not identified in regular service and even in 85000 km service. This is purely negligence of Maruthi company and Authorized service station ABT, Trichy.
                            Now i request to maruthi company to conduct enquiry with ABT, Trichy/PLA, Dindigul and arrange to replace the engine with new one.
                            I expect your immediate action and written reply from maruthi company. I am struggling mentally and physically for the past 25 days without any help from Maruthi company.

                            Hope Maruthi will understand the situation and do the justice for customers.

                              I have ertiga purchased in may-jun 2012...just after crossing 45000 km i found the defect in gear system of ertiga..in 2nd and 3 rd gear, , ...that time i asked in showroom for that, ...but no warrunty issued for that i paid all billing amount and not after just 1 year later of such instance now km is around 70000 and im facing the same problem, showroom to get the prroblem cleared in free of cost but they refused...my contact number is [protected]

                                I have recently purchased a new MARUTI SWIFT DZIRE ZDI from Suri Automobiles, jhansi. The problem has arisen as the wind shield of the car has broken automatically.There is no such reason behind the breaking of wind shield.the car is always kept in shadow nor it has under gone any kind of accidient.there is no web formation on the glass as its seen in the case of accdients as there is always a web formation at the place where the glass starts breaking .It is just because of the poor quality of glass given by MARUTI SUZUKI.I am an old user of the cars manufactured by MARUTI SUZUKI . I always got good services by MARUTI and the materials used in cars are always good. I feel good to own MARUTI SWIFT DZIRE and is really a awsome car in all aspects.But, this time I am little bit disappointed as the wind shield has broken automatically formin a single line crack and this crack is increasing day by day.One more problem i am facing the day I bought this car and it is the trouble caused by reverse gear.Its not working properly.For making one reverse move you need to try its atleast five to six times and I really feel hopeless as the dealers says that it is just because the car is new and I am not a fool to belive in what the dealer said, as I have not purchased a new car for the first time.Earlier also I had bought different new cars from MARUTI SUZUKI and currently I am having MARUTI SUZUKI ALTO LX.I have used new cars too from different companies and there were no such problems. I belive in the good servises that had been provided by MARUTI SUZUKI in the recent past and hope due attention would be paid in this concern or else I will lose my belief in MARUTI company and would never advise anyone to go with MARUTI SUZUKI.                                         Dear Sir, I want to complain against your authorized dealer "Lohia Automibles" in Bhilwara, Rajasthan. I have enquired about the latest version of one of the best family car Ertiga vdi last week. On 5th November 2015, we have deposited advance money in cash Rs. 11, 000 to take delivery of Ertiga on auspicuios day of Dhanteras i.e. 9th Nov 2015. On 6th November 2015, on our request to confirm the delivary on Dhanters, they have asked us to deposit additional amount in cash Rs. 90, 000 otherwise they will not deliver on Dhanteras. Without knowing the tactics of Lohia automobile, we have deposited additonal amount Rs. 90, 000. After depositing Rs. 90, 000 by us they committed that Ertiga will get delivered to us at 10 AM on 9th November 2015. On 9th November 2015 when we asked for delivery, their representative started misbehaving with us first they refused us to deliver Ertiga on 9th November and later they started telling us to cancel the order. When we insisted for delivery and called to Maruti's official customer care center, they asked to keep on waiting till 9th evening and also asked us to sit there for full day to take delivery as they were not so humble to call us for delivery. Their real character comes out in the evening when we along with my family went to Lohia Automobile to get delivery. They have not kept our vehicle ready for delivery. It was not even washed/cleaned. Even they arrogantly refused to fill enough diesel in car to take the car to filling station. In Quotation given to us they have mentioned offers of Rs. 33000 and gold coin worth Rs. 5000, on our request for the same, their owner himself (Mr. Govind Lohia) teared Quotation in front o[censored]s and started misbehaving with us saying he will not give delivery of ertiga to us and even warned us to forfeit advance money. My father aged 65 years tried to make him understand but their owner yelled on him like anything. They behaved with us in very arrogant, inhuman manner with us. You can refer the CCTV recording installed in their showroom. (It is installed right outside of their owner chamber. Maruti the one of the biggest brand in India, we can not expect that their dealer will behave with their customer in such a intolerable, inhuman way. It was the chain o[censored]nprofessional, unethical practice of Lohia Automobile's representatives & owner right from the booking of car to delivery of our car.
