Dear sir, i have purchse my car from standred maruti suzki motor form jabalpur
after two month, there is complaint frotm the driver end wheel it a noise and break issue

i have loged my call to your service centre . and left the car in your service centre
ther issure me, prob. will not come again, i have clear and greessing done calper in front wheel .but after 15 days, prob. has been repeet same.

second time again same prob has been repeet after the service, that was in worranty period.

third time i have give me car in same prob. in o/w period they have charged me to a calper repaire, charged with 850+250 calper repaire charge .

after 0ne month this same fault repeet again . and prob will coming contineiswely

sir i would like request to u what is the issue with my car, and why this prob is not permanently resolve . if i have loged the call for same fault in three time, why u have not replaced the break shu. that is your service centre fault . service centre is located in jabalpur in civil line .

sir pls resolve my issue in foc basis other wise i will go for legal on basis of repeeted history

      Dear sir, I have given my car Registration No. UP14BD465, Alto LXI Black Color on date 23 oct to T R Shaweny workshop, Sahibabad Industrial Area Site 4, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201012, clam for insurance ( Change of left front light, front bumper and both front panel dent and painting). Mr. Arvind who is executive and responsible for all the above work, he was promised to deliver my car on Saturday or Sunday 31 oct / 1 Nov inthat in between I have call many time to asked my car status, he was never call me and told about my car status . Satursday (31 oct )Morning I call and asked would you deliver my car or not but he say no sir tomorrow I will then Sunday ( 1 Nov) morning around 10 o clock I make a call and asked could you deliver my car or not and he said that yes sir your car is ok and we delivered it around 2 pm . Again I call around 1.40 pm but he did not picked up my call even I call him 2-3 times so finally I call to Manager ( his name is arvind no. is [protected]) but he was not given me any satisfactory answer regarding my car, what a funy I don’t know . Now I deceided to visit so for this I went to T R Shawany when I enter the workshop then I contact to Mr. Arvind and my car status then he told me sir your car is ready I personally inspected just give me 5 min then I told ok I am waiting, and when I go with him to visited my car then I surprise because dent is appears at driver door, front left light is loose, light is out of focus, small white spot is appears on side door, what a funny behined it just tell me sir whether maruti provides me that low and very poor quality of service or the service is free of cost.
      Mr. Arvind was know my future plan that next morning 2 Nov I leave the town I have most urgent work so I will go to agra but he simply say sir you can take your car next day, and finally I postpond my plan,
      I Say only one thing that time is very important for everyone but they are thinking that this is very simple what a fun about this.
      Then I again make a request to please arrange a car and drop me and my family ( my wife & brother) to my place Pratapvihar, ghaziabad which is around 15 KM from your workshop because clock timing is around 7.15 PM and that area is not safe for taking public transport. But he simply denied that at that time it is not possible if it is not possible then why you deceided to dispacted my car at that time, why not deliver befor 5 PM . and when I call many time then why not you picked my phone and tell me the truth.
      Finally I leave my car and I with my family walk around 2-3 KM then I take auto, but thing is today is 2 NOV, 7.15 PM and still my car status is pending, I know Mr. Arvind is very busy person but still he is not call me and what about my car status, why T R Shwany is doing like this I dotknow it is my big big mistake to give my car to T R Shwany,
      Anyway today morning I make a call to Maruti custome service an recored my complaint and complaint No. is[protected], but after 12 hours I did not get any solution.
      Please sir look into matter and give me a solution with full justification, I also attached snap and bill

        Dear Sir,
        I purchased swift diesel vdi on 2013 and after 1 year and 10 months later (16, 000 km) vehicle started getting breakdown. After switching off the car is not starting. I showed my car to sai service about 4 times but invain as they were unable to find out the defect. Now the waranty period is over and sai service is telling me to replace pump which will cost more than 15, 000 rs. I am astonished as branded name like maruti can manufacture such defective car. Now i am planning to sell my car and buy new one, offcourse it wont be from any brands of maruti as i have lost my trust.

          Respected sir, i rajender chand son of sheri chand am glad to say that unfortunately maruti customer.i got a accident 3 months before at gajrola so i have submitted my vehicle at your moradabad service center of akanksha auto mobile pvt ltd and suffering a long time wait i got my vehicle back but i am not satisfied with your service and my car is not in a good condition and it is in worst condition so please exchange my vehicle. and i am not ok with my vehicle so please replace my car bcoz your service station has put billed of rs 375695 but my car is not in good condition power steering is not working driver seat is not adjusting entire car is make noise and disturbing so maruti has done local service and my car is in zero dept insurance but i have paid rs 30000 to Akanksha auto mobile but i am sorry to say i am unfortunately maruti customer so please help out me .i am mentioning some problem in my car ac is not working properly. facing problem in back gear. bonnet and entire body making noise. power strearing is not working . Tyre is busted of back side [MRF] driver seat is totally jammed. if company has putted billed of rs 375695 then why these types of problem has occurring .and 2 days before i have missing problem but that is solved . so please replace my swift zxi . and i have paid rs 30000 for consumer parts . i an i am not satisfied with maruti . and i am sending that all bills that maruti dealer had given me so please go through it . and i am not satiesfied with you dealers entire staff accept one person mr vineet sharma body shop adviser. i am totally satisfied with him . -- REGARDS rajender chand +91-[protected]/ +91-[protected]

              I bought Maruti Suzuki Artiga VDI on September 27, 2013 from Rohan Motors Chattarpur, New Delhi.

              But after few days of gone there was a sound start coming from vehicles engine side & our car AC started tripping frequently. When we complaint about this in our first servicing with Competent Motors Mehrauli New Delhi (Since then which is been serviced by continental Motors only). They haven't given any proper response to it. After so many complains at (customer care) & follow-ups with different staff members at competent motors, finally they checked my vehicle thoroughly & found out the problem of manufacturing defect in the fan assembly of vehicle. This was then replaced by them & handed over the vehicle to me after 4 days. But there still there was a light humming sound after reporting to service manager & he assured this will vanished in few days.

              As I am not aware of any technical issues I drove the vehicle back to my home. (Total Km run as on date is 18000 only). After this on every service I keep on reminding the same to them but every time I got the same reply that this normal sound of the diesel vehicle. On the fourth service (Dated) when I took my vehicle there, I complained about the increased Humming sound but more verse then before. Again the workshop manager said that it's a normal sound of all diesel vehicles & will get reduce after the servicing. As I am not aware of the problem I took my vehicle back to home.

              As I am not satisfied the service, I discussed the problem with few of my friends they suggest me to compare the sound with other VDI models.

              After comparing the sound I come to know that there's a massive difference in the sound & driving performance of vehicle while the ac is switch on.

              Immediately After this I launched the complaint in your customer care department within few days I got the call from continental motors to visit & get my vehicle checked over there.

              At my visit on 26.9.2015 I met Mr. Hareet Singh & explained the problem to him.

              Once again on 24th Oct 2015 as per the instruction & assurance to resolve the trailing issue of Humming sound of engine while switching on the Car AC. I brought my car again at competent service station mehrauli New Delhi service station on Monday 26th of October 2015 for repairs.

              After 4 days I got call from your service manager to pick my car from your facility But after checking it I had found the problem is still persist, once again your technical team try to convince me saying that its a normal sound but when I take them for comparison with other VDI models they don't have anything to say. All o[censored]s had found the problem is still persist & getting worst day by day.

              I am sorry to say but I think your technical team is not capable to locate & solve the problem or its a manufacturing defect in car which is incurable.

              I had brought this car with great efforts & Hard earn Money I hope you guys will help me to resolve this issue ASAP

                Good Morning, In the month of August 2015 I had purchased a Wagon R VXI from "One Auto Pvt Ltd" Kolkata.The sales team leader assigned to me was Mr Afzal and the sales executive attached to me was Mr Abhijit.The entire one auto team was very courteous and since I am an employee of HDFC bank Ltd, relevant corporate discounts were also allowed. However information and appropriate information was something which was a bit difficult to obtain from the entire team.Be it availability of accessories and car features.Certain accessories were asked for and only at the last moment it was informed that they are not available.However those were trifle issues which can be ignored.As a first time buyer of a 4 wheeler I had shared the fact with the One auto sales team and had told them that I am depending them on correct data and information being provided.I had intended to buy the high end version of the Wagon R model and I was told that VXI is the highest model and all the features were elucidated on. Nevertheless after nearly 3 months of buying this model I got an information from the official website of "Maruti Suzuki" that the Wagon R VXI model has the option of availing the "Anti Lock Braking" system and one air bag for the driver only.I had contacted Mr Afzal and he informed me that there was no such request from my side and it would have taken 5 months to order the car for such an added feature to be attached and it would have cost me 30000 odd more.I sincerely ask you, that how could I have placed the request in the first place when such an information was not provided to me at all.Infact I had categorically enquired as to what all features come along with the Wagon R VXI and never was I ever apprised about such features.If I am spending 480000 in all for my car I could have jolly well spent 30000 for such added state of the art security features and I also could have waited for 5 to 6 months as I was in no hurry to purchase a car right in the month of August.I had approached "One Auto Pvt ltd" in the month of June and had requested for a particular colour which was available only in August.Thus I want to assert that I could have waited for 6 months if I had to for the best buy and I would have bought in from "One Auto Pvt Ltd" only. I feel that I have been cheated and I was deprived of appropriate information as a customer.I humbly request "One Auto Pvt Ltd" that I am willing to pay the necessary amount of money to install the "Anti Lock Braking" system and the singular air bag for the driver.I have already been told by Mr Afzal that such a request cannot be adhered to but to me that is unacceptable.I hope my request is adhered to at the earliest.I understand that I have to pay the difference of amount and that it can take some time but I am absolutely not going to accept a NO as an answer.If my request is not adhered to I shall be compelled to approach higher authorities of Maruti Suzuki and the consumer forum.The registration number of my vehicle is WB02AH3689.                   I purchased my new Swift care from Dealer Ms Jagmohan at Rohtak on 13 august 2015. A gold coin scheme was launched on the Independence day and as per the scheme the Dealer had to give me a Gold Coin to the car purchaser. But I am continuously taking up the matter with Sales Person and Manager at the dealer location but now they are not giving any response.                     My new swift zxi was purchased from bharath auto cars mangalore on dec26th2014 it developed malfunctioning of the keyless entry /push start system within 3 months of buying ! this was reported to the dealer who kept the vehicle for 2 days and gave it back to me saying it was rectified. it developed the same issue after 7 months !! the local dealer was approached who said that it had a cable issue. and borrowed time for 15 days since it takes time to procure genuine parts through maruti as it is covered under warranty!! after 12 days the part is replaced but the irony is that the problem still remains !! that means the previous diagnosis was wrong. now they are asking for more time for fault finding!!!, it reveals that the local dealer bharath autocars is not equipped with skilled technicians !!! i complained to maruti suzuki but no response !! the mental agony that i am undergoing because of the malfunctioning of the device is that the vehicle fails to start! anywhere any time!! the overall experience of the dealer and the professionalism of the technical people has been below average and very dissapointing!! i am forced to think of taking legal action against the dealer and the car manufacturer!!

                      I send my car to TRICITY Autos, Zirakpur for diggy change and rear bumper painting, but on delivery of my car i found that they painted front bumper also, Moreover after my complaint they showed me fake documents which they filled by their self and the details filled in that is not in my knowledge. I need a depreciation amount as a compensation.

After Second service my car MR light showing in Four times and engine is continuosly creating a sound.this major issue is not solve by workshop.I am very fed up about them .Till Now this matter is not solve but i know maruti suzki is No. one automobile sector in India but this type of situation is very bad impression for me.                           I Own a MARUTI SX4 ZDi car of 2011 model with reg.no AP 09 CG 8801. THE CAR HAS JUST COVERED 17470 KM. There is engine seizure while on highway NH-7.The car is now in Maruti Suzuki service centre in MAHABUBNAGAR(TELANGANA).Name: JaiRam Motor Pvt Ltd. There is an extendedwarranty for the same, valid upto Dec2015. I request for replacement of engine, as it is too premature failure. The service centre is not entertaining my complaint .

                            I purchased a brand new swift on 21/5/2015 and has done servicing from popular services under maruti network only. Now after my third servicing I was offered a special service offer in which I was offered services worth 2000 rupees for 1500 rupees, which included wheel alignment and exterior wash. After completing the service I noticed my steering and wheels had an alignment issue and reported popular Maruti, near MIMS, Calicut, Kerala. They sent a service personnel to my place and when he was trying to trouble shoot things the steering wont come off the joint. He tried vigorously but in vain. He informed me that the whole joint is rusted completely and he will have to soak the same in rust oil and will have to find out a solution. My problem is that I have spend around 5.7L on this vehicle only to know that Maruti has given me a big piece of metal junk which is rusting vigorously with in one year of purchase and that too under steering wheel joint where any sort of water spillage will not occur. I sincerely curse the moment when I thought of buying a maruti PREMIUM product. If you people are charging heavy why cant you supply quality product. I demand an explanation and you people dont dare to fool Indian buyers by simply looting their hard earned money.

                              We ( Malabar Gold & Diamonds, Payyanur )Purchased above stated vehicle on 13.02.2015. In this short period itself, due to high sound from engine, from 06/10/2015 onward s, the vehicle is with Popular Vehicles and Services Pvt. Ltd, Ezhilode, Payyannur, authorized service point of Maruti. Unfortunately, up to this date, as per the comment from service point, complaint is not rectified due to non availability of parts and they are unable to say a correct date of delivery. We are not expected such a bitter experience from a product of a very reputed organization and so, we called on [protected] and narrated the incident. They informed that, they will call back and a Mobile Number is also given for an immediate response. But, now feel that, it is also a waste of Time. In this situation, we expecting a replacement of the Vehicle and once again waiting for your response.

                                I am perturbed the performance of horn of Celerio VXI 2014.It does not work properly and on registering my complaint nearest dealer i.e. Patel Motor, Ratlam He always sorted it out temporarily . I have faced life threat many times on road because of its working. I want to get it correct as soon as early otherwise i would be forced to knock the gate Consumer Court.

After 1 Month facing some mechanical trouble and it has been sort out by said Car Dealer while after 2 /3 month my car engine start vibrate when AC is ON and changing gear on C.N.G and Petrol Mode too, again I make complaint they said it may be because of faulty C.N.G Gas but I change Gas but problem was not sort out again I ask them they took the car and after delivery my car engine getting automatically STOP even in AC and NON AC mode too and vibrating too and engine getting low pickup even in city run too and mileage getting low than before. they took my car 5 - 6 time and change couple of part such as AC Compressor and all but problem is still there, after that I complaint Maruti help line number, where is my complaint [protected] again I got call from Kataria Automobile, Silvassa these time they took the car 3 - 4 days and give me back but problem was not solved when I ask them they took again and after few days they informed me that Engine 1 and 3 rd Number head or Cylinder having problem and they want change it but if they are going to open the same then they must open My Engine which I refuse and ask them for Engine Replace and again make same complaint too Maruti but they are not ready too listen me. according to Warranty factor they must replace the Engine but not ready to do it and make me false promise every time. Since last 10 months I'm facing problem but no one listen my complaint. Once My engine will open I will face lots of technical problem in future. Finally I decide to make appropriate legal step through the consumer Forum. Please look after the matter as earliest.                                     I had given my car for servicing but after I received the car two days later I noticed that the service center had made scratches on my speed meter glass and the from arm rest unit wasn't placed properly and had no screws at all to keep in place.

                                      Team, I have purchased a new car from Varun Motors Vanasthalipuram on October 18, 2015 and I am in trouble. • The car stinks due to which I have severe head ache since two days on my drive to work. • The NEW CAR AC does not work. I sweat by the time I reach office. I call the Sales representative and he says that is all u can expect from a Diseal vehicle. Trust me my old car was Alto CNG and the AC worked better there and my car never stinked. This is very bad. Please help me In this regard. I paid so much just to drive to work at peace.
