Respect sir or madam I owned vehicle maruti-800, bearing Rgno-OR-13-E-2050. 09/OCT/2015 I AM GOING IN NARAYANI motors workshop at Bhubaneswar (Odisha).for change my staring box .after servicing they will charge me labor Rs.1054.00 & tax 14%=approximate.RS 1214.00 .its not afford in common maruti customers . Every times maruti company & dealer also convinced as a maruti Spears, service price in economy. but it was wrong. if i going a local garage for change my staring box .he will claimed maximum Rs 200 or 300 . but maruti dealer claim moor them 4 times &above .Today as all people no know how economy to perches & servicing to maruti suzuki india .product ?

    I am manish s pasricha, vehicle no mho4 gm 3551, add:a26 904 happy valley, chitalsar, manpada, godbunder rd, thane w.Mumbai 400610, maha:i had bought this vehicle on 2.8.14 wagon r cng frm excell autovista, bandra west.Frm day one im facing problems in the car.All the times thers vibration in door alongwith failure of shockers(Twice) with problem coming in cng tank and not getting average at all till this present day.Sometimes car used to come to a sudden halt while running which posed very dangerous for the driver.From 80km/hr getting on to 100km/hr the car never used to get pickup which in turn posed a great threat while overtaking.Spectra motors wagle estate thane has been in process of solving the problem but to some extent they are succesful.Major problem still remains.I am getting an impression that a faulty low standard car has been handed over to me.

      Hi I am a owner of maruti RITZ VXI model Registration no is DL 6 CP 2536 purchased it on last September 2014, As my third service was due So approached to Magic auto pvt ltd. A-93 Mayapuri phase -2, for servicing for rectification of some problem 1- while changing the gear there was some from gear box, The driver from maruti came to my home, He noted everything like meter reading, Fuel, Scratches on body after that he suggested me to change the oil, align tyre, I agreed only for changing oil not aligning tyre, after that reply from driver was that warranty will not be valid for future as I have taken extended warranty, then when I talked to service center then they confirmed its not like that, then driver took my car to service center and after servicing he delivered the car on same date with broken door visor & Dent on top of the car, Seems like something fallen on top of the car, when I talked to driver, as per driver the dent & Broken visor was already there when he took the car from my home, now I have question to company if car visor was broken & dent was there, why it was not reported he took the car from me, the fact is that it was broken in maruti . Now they have taken my car since 5th October 2015, till today 9th October I have not received any call from them and everyday I am following then & word from them what I hear is I will drop your car tomorrow, but I don’t know when that movement will come to get my car, I think this is the worst serviced that I have got this experience from magic auto from mayapuri. And I will not suggest any one to give a car to mayapuri, & the behavior of the staff is too much rude, if you ask about the status of the car then answer will be “ I am also having car ‘ worst service….         FRONT MIRROR MIST FORMING defect in front mirror Sir, we would like to tell a complaint occurs in our full option swift dzire ZDI BS IV vehicle(TN 59 BD 3677, Reg.no., AZ545208), which was purchased at ABT MARUTI, Madurai. The complaint is about the mist formed in the front mirror when raining (even wiper used). During rain, with or without A/C, windows opened or closed, however it will be, the mist formed and the road is not clearly seen. Frequently we complaint about this problem to your madurai ABT service station, they are not responding well. Last year, when we told the same complaint to the service station, they replaced the mirror instead of defective one..Eventhough, they replaced the mirror still we have the same problem(mist formed). For this kind of problem occurs in our vehicle, we are not able to make trips to outstation. There is no use by purchasing the full option vehicle. If the problem will not solved...i will suit a complaint to consumer court. Hope you do our favour as soon as possible. Thanking you.

          Respect sir or madem I owned vechel maruti artiga vdi which accented past 26 nov all parts which is using to complet my car to repair is already available on the maruti city car satna which is delivered by me on 26 nov he given me promised date 7 of oct in her original job card when I goes to seen my car what is the progress what is tha stutas I am shocked to see that my car is not interning it only park on bodyshop than I goes to asked the citycar employees he asking me about the promise date I reply :- 7 oct so he asked me my customer copy wrote 28 oct as a promise date And he also told me that your promise date so late that why we are not interning This is a carbon copy but promise date writen on ball pen directly Maruti suzuki is working from customer satisfaction I purchased maruti suzuki and I asked to maruti suzuki you reply me how customers satisfied I am totally fadd of city car satna plz take action and also inform me wath going on Note VECHEL NO :-MP17CB2200 After accident 26 nov promising date to deliver my car back is 7of oct which is re correct my agency as 28 oct Regard Adil khan [protected] Thankyou And plz solve my problem as soon as possible

            15, Hospital Link Road Eastern Park, Sontoshpur Kolkata-700075 5/10/2015 Consumer Complaint Division Maruti Suzuki Dear Sir/Madam, On 23/08/2015, I booked a Maruti Suzuki Alto K10 VXI model from “Auto Hi-Tech Pvt. Ltd. Kolkata”. Then the full payment of the product was cleared by 28/09/2015 and the product was due to be delivered by 2/10/2015.Unfortunately, the people of this organization failed to keep their word and postponed the delivery date to 5/10/2015 committing to deliver the product with registration done .I am disappointed because I have been harassed by these people repeatedly. There have been issues from the very beginning. First there was misinterpretation of my demands, then they showed me an Alto K10 LXI model and made me do the whole payment insisting that it was the product I am buying and has already arrived in the showroom which was a lie. The person who has been conducting the whole transaction Bikramjit Basu of Auto Hi-Tech Pvt. Ltd. Kolkata was not prepared with his part of product delivery and has been of no good. On the date of delivery also he was unavailable and his replacement was unaware of the deals we have made beforehand and thus failed to deliver me what was promised earlier on paper. This showroom authorities even wanted me to take the car home without registration just by providing me the TC number, which is not legal since it is the responsibility of the company to provide me with the registration number of my car before I can drive it on road. To resolve the problem, I would appreciate you take some serious action against Maruti Suzuki Auto Hi-Tech Pvt. Ltd. Kolkata, as of now they are shaming the Maruti Suzuki name by harassing its customers with such ill conduct and failing in its responsibilities repeatedly. Enclosed are copies of my records. I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem, and will wait until 07/10/2015 before seeking help from the India Consumer Forum.                 Purchaser Sri Samarendra Nath Patra Resident of Purulia has purchased a Second hand four Wheeler Maruti ALTO LXI Car Regd No JH01AM1158 from Maruti Dealer "SAINATH AUTOLINKS PVT LTD DURGAPUR", Durgapur, on[protected] with a cost price of Rs 155000/-.The terms of the purchase was that the ownership of the vehicle was to be transferred from the owners name (Sri Suraj Sharma) to Purchasers Name (Sri Samarendra Nath Patra) by the dealer and the cost for the same was included in the cost price of the vehicle itself.
                The vehicle was purchased at Durgapur and was delivered at Purulia subsequently(within a span of 1 to 2 weeks from the date of purchase).
                But it is a very sorry plight that the vehicle is still not transferred in the Purchasers Name till date.Even if we are approaching the Maruti people in purulia they are simply giving time frames but are not delivering their promise of transferring the ownership of the vehicle because of which the purchaser is facing lots of hurdles while travelling with his car.We are not expecting this from a company like Maruti.Kindly expedite the process of transferring the ownership of the vehilcle as soon as possible.

                  Good Morning Sir I am facing frequent problems with my new car swift dezire. as earlier my car has a clutch jerking problem & the dealer replaced my car's clutch plates & pressure plates & Bush. sir its not fare as my car is brand new & is in under warranty. why my new car needs to be repair its not my fault there is a problem in the manufacturing of car. & now there is a voice coming from steering or the front tyres really i dont know. but its very disturbing. kindly look in to this & get replaced my car or engine Kindly take action as soon as possible.otherwise i will go to the consumer court n will file the petition regarding this as this is only my last option. After 3 months, Secondly, I have taken loan from ICICI Bank but the RC BOOK which I have got the hypothication was against IDBI.I had again submitted my RC BOOK to the dealer to get it changed in June 2015, but till date I have haven't get it. It's been a year now I purchased my car but still I am struggling for the papers.. The dealer is a big time lier .. Plz Help..

                      Mene apni car swaft-vxi ( mp04 cf 7377) servicing ko jeevan motors bhopal me 06 sept 2015 ko di thi jo ki paid servicing thi jiska bill 2600 hua tha.Servincing k bad me meri car me front me ek bahut bada scratche laga tha .Mene complain ki jeevan motors me.Bahut call bhi kiye par meri problem sovle nahi hue.Fir thik karaya jeevan motors ki workshop me fir bhi problem sovle nahi hua.Meri car ka job card mr.Pradeep ne banaya tha.Mene bahut call kiye par koi sahi se jawab bhi nahi deta he or kai bar to phone bhi nahi receive karte he waha par.Meri car ka nuksan to hua hi he or mera time bhi bahut barbad hua he.Please do need full action.                         I purchased the car on[protected] for Rs 9.70 lakhs. On 1st free service on[protected], at Fatima Nagar Kothari Wheels service center, I was charged Rs 395 for cabin air filter. I was surprised to learn that this filter has not been supplied with the car initially. Please someone clarify - Is it ethical for a car company to sell a car for nearly Rs 10 Lakhs and yet NOT provide a cabin air filter ? Will in the near future they will offer us a brand new attractive car for a certain price and merrily add that the cost does not include that of the ENGINE ? Although I had to pay Rs 395/- but it pained much more than paying Rs 9.70 lakhs for the entire new car.

                            Worst service by jaikrishnaa auto sales coimbatore

                            I gave my car (Alto K10) for service.After service I took my car.after a day I took night ride.all the windows including windshield has some oil substance that affects the visibility.then I gave complaint the done another service.After that also same issue.At day time the glass are visible but at night very difficult to drive....

                            I am Mr. Saharsh Yande. I have purchased Maruti Ciaz ZXi on 25 May 2015. Below are the problems observed within 2-3 months: 1. Rattling Noise in dashboard 2. Noise in front suspension & Back seat 3. Very thin metal used for body 4. Very poor paint quality 5. In 2nd free service - The car was rubbed, resulted in the brand new car full of scratches.
                            We also face the same problems. In addition to this we also have a major problem with the steering. The mileage is very poor and nothing close to the tall claims that they make in their promotions.

                                Its 12 am and i am again writing a complaint against MARUTI SUZUKI PANIPAT.

                                i have purchased my car maruti suzuki LXI.(OP) on june, 2015 after 2 week my AC was not working and I immediately informed the service center about this matter and after some checking they informed me that everything is fine and I need not worry. then after 1 month same problem exist, after this they had replaced the full AC setup. but after 2 days same problem exist. Again on 19th sep, 2015 i went to Workshop i directly discussed the issue with Mr. anup.( G. M MARUTI PANIPAT SERVICE). he tried everything. after 2 hour he said NOW ITS TOTALLY FINE . THIS PROBLEM WILL NEVER COME IN FUTURE. NOW AGAIN AGAIN AGAIN AGAIN AC IS NOT WORKING WHERE WILL I GO. I AM TOTALLY FED UP ...


                                i have updated the complaint on maruti website
                                i visit 15 times to workshop for 3 months old car
                                i have discussed the issue the GM
                                i have send feedback on maruti dealers panipat

                                IN JUST 90 DAYS DAILY I AM SPENDING MY 1 HOUR FOR DOING THIS

                                IS ANY ACTIVITY HAS LEFT KINDLY INFORM US SO THAT I CAN EASILY DRIVE MY OWN CAR WITH RUNNING AC


                                PLEASE PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY OR CHANGE THE CAR .

                                  It is to inform you that we purchased one of your model car (Maruti Suzuki Ertiga VDI) vide registration No.- OR11J-8599 on dated[protected] from your authorized service station at PEBCO MOTORS LIMITED, Adityapur (Jamshedpur) in the state of Jharkhand.
                                  After having 3- consecutive services in due time, we are facing a huge problem of given as below.
                                  1. Once use AC, the interior face seeming complete with smoke unable to drive.
                                  2. Problem in the gear box. i.e., Unable to drive in 1st & 2nd gear.
                                  3. From the beginning facing the problem of horn which is still not been sort out.
                                  4. Even after 5th paid service, the car run fine up to 50km but after that facing same problem.
                                  Request you kindly look into it seriously & revert back & do the needful urgently & on priority basis.

                                    Name-jagadish Gopalkrishna Vehicle- Grey Suzuki Access (ka05jp22) Dear team, It’s a pathetic experience I have received from one of the authorized service centre (Apple) in Bangalore BTM area. I gave my new (one month old access) for service today(19/09/15) in a perfect condition but when I went to take the delivery of my vehicle, I noticed scratches on mudguard, LH cover. Do you people don’t have any responsibility for a customer. Apart from that your service staff is making false allegation that the scratches were already there on the vehicle. My vehicle is still there at the same service center. I need replacement of my LH cover and mudguard or else I will take this case to higher level. Regards Jagadish [protected]
