15, Hospital Link Road Eastern Park, Sontoshpur Kolkata-700075 5/10/2015 Consumer Complaint Division Maruti Suzuki Dear Sir/Madam, On 23/08/2015, I booked a Maruti Suzuki Alto K10 VXI model from “Auto Hi-Tech Pvt. Ltd. Kolkata”. Then the full payment of the product was cleared by 28/09/2015 and the product was due to be delivered by 2/10/2015.Unfortunately, the people of this organization failed to keep their word and postponed the delivery date to 5/10/2015 committing to deliver the product with registration done .I am disappointed because I have been harassed by these people repeatedly. There have been issues from the very beginning. First there was misinterpretation of my demands, then they showed me an Alto K10 LXI model and made me do the whole payment insisting that it was the product I am buying and has already arrived in the showroom which was a lie. The person who has been conducting the whole transaction Bikramjit Basu of Auto Hi-Tech Pvt. Ltd. Kolkata was not prepared with his part of product delivery and has been of no good. On the date of delivery also he was unavailable and his replacement was unaware of the deals we have made beforehand and thus failed to deliver me what was promised earlier on paper. This showroom authorities even wanted me to take the car home without registration just by providing me the TC number, which is not legal since it is the responsibility of the company to provide me with the registration number of my car before I can drive it on road. To resolve the problem, I would appreciate you take some serious action against Maruti Suzuki Auto Hi-Tech Pvt. Ltd. Kolkata, as of now they are shaming the Maruti Suzuki name by harassing its customers with such ill conduct and failing in its responsibilities repeatedly. Enclosed are copies of my records. I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem, and will wait until 07/10/2015 before seeking help from the India Consumer Forum.       Purchaser Sri Samarendra Nath Patra Resident of Purulia has purchased a Second hand four Wheeler Maruti ALTO LXI Car Regd No JH01AM1158 from Maruti Dealer "SAINATH AUTOLINKS PVT LTD DURGAPUR", Durgapur, on[protected] with a cost price of Rs 155000/-.The terms of the purchase was that the ownership of the vehicle was to be transferred from the owners name (Sri Suraj Sharma) to Purchasers Name (Sri Samarendra Nath Patra) by the dealer and the cost for the same was included in the cost price of the vehicle itself.
      The vehicle was purchased at Durgapur and was delivered at Purulia subsequently(within a span of 1 to 2 weeks from the date of purchase).
      But it is a very sorry plight that the vehicle is still not transferred in the Purchasers Name till date.Even if we are approaching the Maruti people in purulia they are simply giving time frames but are not delivering their promise of transferring the ownership of the vehicle because of which the purchaser is facing lots of hurdles while travelling with his car.We are not expecting this from a company like Maruti.Kindly expedite the process of transferring the ownership of the vehilcle as soon as possible.

        Good Morning Sir I am facing frequent problems with my new car swift dezire. as earlier my car has a clutch jerking problem & the dealer replaced my car's clutch plates & pressure plates & Bush. sir its not fare as my car is brand new & is in under warranty. why my new car needs to be repair its not my fault there is a problem in the manufacturing of car. & now there is a voice coming from steering or the front tyres really i dont know. but its very disturbing. kindly look in to this & get replaced my car or engine Kindly take action as soon as possible.otherwise i will go to the consumer court n will file the petition regarding this as this is only my last option.           I am Ashish Biyani. I bought my Maruti Suzuki Swift from Sehgal Autoriders p.Ltd from Pune in September 2015. Firstly I get my vehicle no. After 3 months, Secondly, I have taken loan from ICICI Bank but the RC BOOK which I have got the hypothication was against IDBI.I had again submitted my RC BOOK to the dealer to get it changed in June 2015, but till date I have haven't get it. It's been a year now I purchased my car but still I am struggling for the papers.. The dealer is a big time lier .. Plz Help..

            Mene apni car swaft-vxi ( mp04 cf 7377) servicing ko jeevan motors bhopal me 06 sept 2015 ko di thi jo ki paid servicing thi jiska bill 2600 hua tha.Servincing k bad me meri car me front me ek bahut bada scratche laga tha .Mene complain ki jeevan motors me.Bahut call bhi kiye par meri problem sovle nahi hue.Fir thik karaya jeevan motors ki workshop me fir bhi problem sovle nahi hua.Meri car ka job card mr.Pradeep ne banaya tha.Mene bahut call kiye par koi sahi se jawab bhi nahi deta he or kai bar to phone bhi nahi receive karte he waha par.Meri car ka nuksan to hua hi he or mera time bhi bahut barbad hua he.Please do need full action.               I purchased the car on[protected] for Rs 9.70 lakhs. On 1st free service on[protected], at Fatima Nagar Kothari Wheels service center, I was charged Rs 395 for cabin air filter. I was surprised to learn that this filter has not been supplied with the car initially. Please someone clarify - Is it ethical for a car company to sell a car for nearly Rs 10 Lakhs and yet NOT provide a cabin air filter ? Will in the near future they will offer us a brand new attractive car for a certain price and merrily add that the cost does not include that of the ENGINE ? Although I had to pay Rs 395/- but it pained much more than paying Rs 9.70 lakhs for the entire new car.

                In manraj motors(maruti suzuki ahowroom) workers ko basic salary kafi kam di jati hai or incentive gm kha jata hai company should make rule ke workers ko minimum salary 7000 to bhi milni chahiye aur salary or incentive directly maruti suzuki se worker ko milna chahiye or workers ke liye bhi company ne koi complaint forum karna chahiye MASSAGE FOR MARUTI SUZUKI.

                  I gave my car (Alto K10) for service.After service I took my car.after a day I took night ride.all the windows including windshield has some oil substance that affects the visibility.then I gave complaint the done another service.After that also same issue.At day time the glass are visible but at night very difficult to drive....

                  I am Mr. Saharsh Yande. I have purchased Maruti Ciaz ZXi on 25 May 2015. Below are the problems observed within 2-3 months: 1. Rattling Noise in dashboard 2. Noise in front suspension & Back seat 3. Very thin metal used for body 4. Very poor paint quality 5. In 2nd free service - The car was rubbed, resulted in the brand new car full of scratches.
                  We also face the same problems. In addition to this we also have a major problem with the steering. The mileage is very poor and nothing close to the tall claims that they make in their promotions.

                      Its 12 am and i am again writing a complaint against MARUTI SUZUKI PANIPAT.

                      i have purchased my car maruti suzuki LXI.(OP) on june, 2015 after 2 week my AC was not working and I immediately informed the service center about this matter and after some checking they informed me that everything is fine and I need not worry. then after 1 month same problem exist, after this they had replaced the full AC setup. but after 2 days same problem exist. Again on 19th sep, 2015 i went to Workshop i directly discussed the issue with Mr. anup.( G. M MARUTI PANIPAT SERVICE). he tried everything. after 2 hour he said NOW ITS TOTALLY FINE . THIS PROBLEM WILL NEVER COME IN FUTURE. NOW AGAIN AGAIN AGAIN AGAIN AC IS NOT WORKING WHERE WILL I GO. I AM TOTALLY FED UP ...


                      i have updated the complaint on maruti website
                      i visit 15 times to workshop for 3 months old car
                      i have discussed the issue the GM
                      i have send feedback on maruti dealers panipat

                      IN JUST 90 DAYS DAILY I AM SPENDING MY 1 HOUR FOR DOING THIS

                      IS ANY ACTIVITY HAS LEFT KINDLY INFORM US SO THAT I CAN EASILY DRIVE MY OWN CAR WITH RUNNING AC


                      PLEASE PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY OR CHANGE THE CAR .

                        It is to inform you that we purchased one of your model car (Maruti Suzuki Ertiga VDI) vide registration No.- OR11J-8599 on dated[protected] from your authorized service station at PEBCO MOTORS LIMITED, Adityapur (Jamshedpur) in the state of Jharkhand.
                        After having 3- consecutive services in due time, we are facing a huge problem of given as below.
                        1. Once use AC, the interior face seeming complete with smoke unable to drive.
                        2. Problem in the gear box. i.e., Unable to drive in 1st & 2nd gear.
                        3. From the beginning facing the problem of horn which is still not been sort out.
                        4. Even after 5th paid service, the car run fine up to 50km but after that facing same problem.
                        Request you kindly look into it seriously & revert back & do the needful urgently & on priority basis.

                          Name-jagadish Gopalkrishna Vehicle- Grey Suzuki Access (ka05jp22) Dear team, It’s a pathetic experience I have received from one of the authorized service centre (Apple) in Bangalore BTM area. I gave my new (one month old access) for service today(19/09/15) in a perfect condition but when I went to take the delivery of my vehicle, I noticed scratches on mudguard, LH cover. Do you people don’t have any responsibility for a customer. Apart from that your service staff is making false allegation that the scratches were already there on the vehicle.                               I own a Maruti SX-4 (2007 Model) and get is
                              serviced routinely at your service Centre.
                              The last major Paid-servicing was done on 17.02.2015 at mileage 57946.
                              Presuming that the Maruti preventive Service is done for gaining peace
                              of mind – I got it done with billing of 11543/-

                              Recently on 30th May I started for a vacation trip to Mussorie with my
                              family. My car hose got punctured and the coolant was drained. Looking
                              at the high Temp. in my dashboard I immediately stopped in a Indianoil
                              Petrol Pump and asked for assistance. I was told by the local mechanic
                              that it will take some time and diagnosed that the hose got ruptured
                              due to choked Radiator and it has in turn damaged the gasket of the
                              engine.

                              The whole engine was to be lifted and gasket replaced. It has cost me
                              the vacation with whooping bill of Rs. 10000/- off-road.

                              The root cause is NOT CLEANING OF RADIATOR IN THE ROUTINE MAJOR SERVICING.

                              I demand a clarification from your end as your people, when contacted
                              are only busy in getting business for you (telemarketing).

                                Sir I am Dr. Manjunatha N.S, from Davanagere, I own ertiga zdi reg. no KA-17 4614, brought in 29/04/y2015, got delivery at shruthi motors, davangere, karnataka. I have run around 5800 kms without any issues. i got it serviced as per the shedule. After a week (date 05/09/2015) on my routine way to my hospital i was passing over a wide good road, at 30-40kms (time:- 6.25pm), vehicle suddenly got pulled to left side and plunged into the lake side by and slowly started to drown. i tried to avoid it by turning the steering to right but didnt respond. Immediately i turned off the my vehicle & came out of from vehicle. Then i ring & inform to the shrthi motors regarding the same & they send national insurance policy related person name is shekh, by that time I arranged the crane to pull out of my vehicle from the lake. Shekh was inspected the vehicle & said that do not start the vehicle and with the help other car I reached (time :- 8.45 pm) the shruti moters workshop and handover the key to security man. Next day early morning I went to kerala for personal work & back 0n 10/9/2015 (informed to shruti motors). I visited the workshop @ 12pm & Mr.Patil check the engine & started. as the mechanic at showroom present condition of vehicle is good & visited spot where it was happened with mr. patil, Mr.Shekh & me by same vehicle. But we couldn’t get any problem with the vehicle. but my question to them was at the time of incidence why the steering didnt respond, it indicates some malfunction occurred at that time. and they dont have an answer. i have totally lost confidence on that vehicle and i have left it at showroom itself. since i am feeling show room people are unnecessarily delaying the issue i felt it would be wise to mail the matter to higher personels. Even though I called you many times but you couldn’t picked up my call. through this mail i am requesting you to intervene and solve the issue at the earliest. i will be wait for next 5 days if i dont get satisfactory solution i will be filing a case at consumer court. expecting your early responce, with regards.                                   While depositing Rs10000/(ten thousand only), i booked one car wagon R to be purchased in name of my wife Sarabjit kaur, from M/S Tricity autos Zirakpur on 13/08/2015, but due to non compliance of terms agreed by them, i didn, take delivery of booked Car, later on 20/08/2015 i got cancelled booking of car with that Company & requested them for refund of Booking amount.But even after repeated visits & telephonic requests, i am yet to receive back that amount which i have deposited with the company at the time of car booking.

                                    I gave my car Swift VDI, MH 12 JC 6731 in Sai Service, Wagholi, for maintenance and denting paining work. He was doing only denting / painting work. Checked car said that there will be problem in the form axel joint, so noise coming from that and it's must be change. But they could not changed it in the Maruti warranty. There is no meaning of the warranty, they always giving some term and condition for warranty work. They said that do the paid servicing with us, then I will give you the Maruti Warranty benefit. This is second time.

                                      I am writing this on behalf of my Brother in law Mr.Shyam as he has purchased a Maruti Swift Dezire from BRD Car world Limited on 31st August 2015, and he received his permanent plate/registration number only on 15th September 2015 and still waiting for other formalities to complete for using the vehicle as Taxi to start earning for his living. I would like to make your attention on the consequences due to this delay in the process of obtaining Permanent Registration number. My brother in law is struggling to support his family and to meet the living expenses for which he bought the New Car with the help of a vehicle Loan and thus to earn through Taxi Service. But we feel shame to complaint against so called one of the best dealers of yours for their irresponsibility in providing best consumer services on behalf of Maruti Suzuki. He visited the RTO Office thrice on 09th, 11th and 15th of this month respectively for the follow up of Registration process and he was getting all kinds of excuses for the delay, which is due to the improper documentation from the side of the dealers “BRD Car world Limited” and we came to know that the dealer is not even verifying the details with Customers before processing such things. They must clarify with the customer for the required details if they are not certain with. As you are now aware that we purchased the car on 31st August 2015 and the vehicle is still unable to get on the roads till date to start earning for his family needs and he will not be able to collect the amount to pay his first repayment of loan by the end of September 2015 as he is left with only 14 days in which he has to complete all the other required formalities in this regard. Also he lost some pre booked travel packages he has committed with some of the clients expecting the early completion of the legal formalities as per the normal duration required for the same. Therefore we are planning to move legally against the so-called Dealer to pay the compensation through Consumer Court for the loss of pay/ earnings due to their irresponsible and careless service providences to your Consumers as a Common man who has to depend on the way he knows to earn for his food can’t bare this any more. We like you to take necessary action against this type of dealer ships as they are breaking your reputations and trust on you for the valued customers.                                       I have purchased new swift a week back after waiting for a month and half once i book anc short of inventory .. i ended up paying high in this 2021 for roas tax and ex show room price forsame swift which i vould have purchased in 2020. The sadest thing is thhat just after 10 days of my car deliver new swift has intriduced into market.. i have asked this even before accepting my car and told them.that i am readg to pay extra and ready to wait more days for the new swift .. the dealership tod they are not aware of the new swift even 10 days before the launch... as a customer i am very disappointed and having feeling that i got deceived i haven become a prey to the dealer and company to spend their old model... i never expected this from a vompany like suzuki and a dealer luke brd

The sadest thing is thhat just after 10 days of my car delivery a new swift has launched into market.. i have asked this even jyst before the delivery of my car (which is 10 days back) also i communicated brd that, i am ready to pay extra and ready to wait more days for the new swift if company has any plan to launch as i seen in some internet sites .. the dealership tod me that they are not aware of the new swift even 10 days before the launch. Which would never happen as per the dealee ship terms. As a customer i am very disappointed and dejected, having feeling that i got deceived i haven become a prey to the dealer and company to spend their old model. i never expected this from a company like maruti suzuki and a dealer like brd. I am expecting a proper resolution for this issue.
