Its 12 am and i am again writing a complaint against MARUTI SUZUKI PANIPAT.

i have purchased my car maruti suzuki LXI.(OP) on june, 2015 after 2 week my AC was not working and I immediately informed the service center about this matter and after some checking they informed me that everything is fine and I need not worry. then after 1 month same problem exist, after this they had replaced the full AC setup. but after 2 days same problem exist. Again on 19th sep, 2015 i went to Workshop i directly discussed the issue with Mr. anup.( G. M MARUTI PANIPAT SERVICE). he tried everything. after 2 hour he said NOW ITS TOTALLY FINE . THIS PROBLEM WILL NEVER COME IN FUTURE. NOW AGAIN AGAIN AGAIN AGAIN AC IS NOT WORKING WHERE WILL I GO. I AM TOTALLY FED UP ...

i visit 15 times to workshop for 3 months old car
i have discussed the issue the GM
i have send feedback on maruti dealers panipat

IN JUST 90 DAYS DAILY I AM SPENDING MY 1 HOUR FOR DOING THIS

IS ANY ACTIVITY HAS LEFT KINDLY INFORM US SO THAT I CAN EASILY DRIVE MY OWN CAR WITH RUNNING AC


PLEASE PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY OR CHANGE THE CAR .

    Sir,

    It is to inform you that we purchased one of your model car (Maruti Suzuki Ertiga VDI) vide registration No.- OR11J-8599 on dated[protected] from your authorized service station at PEBCO MOTORS LIMITED, Adityapur (Jamshedpur) in the state of Jharkhand.
    After having 3- consecutive services in due time, we are facing a huge problem of given as below.
    1. Once use AC, the interior face seeming complete with smoke unable to drive.
    2. Problem in the gear box. i.e., Unable to drive in 1st & 2nd gear.
    3. From the beginning facing the problem of horn which is still not been sort out.
    4. Even after 5th paid service, the car run fine up to 50km but after that facing same problem.
    Request you kindly look into it seriously & revert back & do the needful urgently & on priority basis.

      Name-jagadish Gopalkrishna Vehicle- Grey Suzuki Access (ka05jp22) Dear team, It’s a pathetic experience I have received from one of the authorized service centre (Apple) in Bangalore BTM area. I gave my new (one month old access) for service today(19/09/15) in a perfect condition but when I went to take the delivery of my vehicle, I noticed scratches on mudguard, LH cover. Do you people don’t have any responsibility for a customer. Apart from that your service staff is making false allegation that the scratches were already there on the vehicle. My vehicle is still there at the same service center. I need replacement of my LH cover and mudguard or else I will take this case to higher level. Regards Jagadish [protected]

        Excessive accumulation of moisture (humidity ) in front wind screen during rain .. doesn't go with ac without ac woth viper without viper with water without water windows open or closed .. tried everything but it doesn't go.. its very risky thing almost changed my viper for 5 times .. n in every rain it's m almost about to bang ma car

          Dear Sir,
          I own a Maruti SX-4 (2007 Model) and get is
          serviced routinely at your service Centre.
          The last major Paid-servicing was done on 17.02.2015 at mileage 57946.
          Presuming that the Maruti preventive Service is done for gaining peace
          of mind – I got it done with billing of 11543/-

          Recently on 30th May I started for a vacation trip to Mussorie with my
          family. My car hose got punctured and the coolant was drained. Looking
          at the high Temp. in my dashboard I immediately stopped in a Indianoil
          Petrol Pump and asked for assistance. I was told by the local mechanic
          that it will take some time and diagnosed that the hose got ruptured
          due to choked Radiator and it has in turn damaged the gasket of the
          engine.

          The whole engine was to be lifted and gasket replaced. It has cost me
          the vacation with whooping bill of Rs. 10000/- off-road.

          The root cause is NOT CLEANING OF RADIATOR IN THE ROUTINE MAJOR SERVICING.

          I demand a clarification from your end as your people, when contacted
          are only busy in getting business for you (telemarketing).

            Sir I am Dr. Manjunatha N.S, from Davanagere, I own ertiga zdi reg. no KA-17 4614, brought in 29/04/y2015, got delivery at shruthi motors, davangere, karnataka. I have run around 5800 kms without any issues. i got it serviced as per the shedule. After a week (date 05/09/2015) on my routine way to my hospital i was passing over a wide good road, at 30-40kms (time:- 6.25pm), vehicle suddenly got pulled to left side and plunged into the lake side by and slowly started to drown. i tried to avoid it by turning the steering to right but didnt respond. Immediately i turned off the my vehicle & came out of from vehicle. Then i ring & inform to the shrthi motors regarding the same & they send national insurance policy related person name is shekh, by that time I arranged the crane to pull out of my vehicle from the lake. Shekh was inspected the vehicle & said that do not start the vehicle and with the help other car I reached (time :- 8.45 pm) the shruti moters workshop and handover the key to security man. Next day early morning I went to kerala for personal work & back 0n 10/9/2015 (informed to shruti motors). I visited the workshop @ 12pm & Mr.Patil check the engine & started. as the mechanic at showroom present condition of vehicle is good & visited spot where it was happened with mr. patil, Mr.Shekh & me by same vehicle. But we couldn’t get any problem with the vehicle. but my question to them was at the time of incidence why the steering didnt respond, it indicates some malfunction occurred at that time. and they dont have an answer. i have totally lost confidence on that vehicle and i have left it at showroom itself. since i am feeling show room people are unnecessarily delaying the issue i felt it would be wise to mail the matter to higher personels. Even though I called you many times but you couldn’t picked up my call. through this mail i am requesting you to intervene and solve the issue at the earliest. i will be wait for next 5 days if i dont get satisfactory solution i will be filing a case at consumer court. expecting your early responce, with regards.               While depositing Rs10000/(ten thousand only), i booked one car wagon R to be purchased in name of my wife Sarabjit kaur, from M/S Tricity autos Zirakpur on 13/08/2015, but due to non compliance of terms agreed by them, i didn, take delivery of booked Car, later on 20/08/2015 i got cancelled booking of car with that Company & requested them for refund of Booking amount.But even after repeated visits & telephonic requests, i am yet to receive back that amount which i have deposited with the company at the time of car booking.

                I gave my car Swift VDI, MH 12 JC 6731 in Sai Service, Wagholi, for maintenance and denting paining work. He was doing only denting / painting work. Checked car said that there will be problem in the form axel joint, so noise coming from that and it's must be change. But they could not changed it in the Maruti warranty. There is no meaning of the warranty, they always giving some term and condition for warranty work. They said that do the paid servicing with us, then I will give you the Maruti Warranty benefit. This is second time.

                  I am writing this on behalf of my Brother in law Mr.Shyam as he has purchased a Maruti Swift Dezire from BRD Car world Limited on 31st August 2015, and he received his permanent plate/registration number only on 15th September 2015 and still waiting for other formalities to complete for using the vehicle as Taxi to start earning for his living. I would like to make your attention on the consequences due to this delay in the process of obtaining Permanent Registration number. My brother in law is struggling to support his family and to meet the living expenses for which he bought the New Car with the help of a vehicle Loan and thus to earn through Taxi Service. But we feel shame to complaint against so called one of the best dealers of yours for their irresponsibility in providing best consumer services on behalf of Maruti Suzuki. He visited the RTO Office thrice on 09th, 11th and 15th of this month respectively for the follow up of Registration process and he was getting all kinds of excuses for the delay, which is due to the improper documentation from the side of the dealers “BRD Car world Limited” and we came to know that the dealer is not even verifying the details with Customers before processing such things. They must clarify with the customer for the required details if they are not certain with. As you are now aware that we purchased the car on 31st August 2015 and the vehicle is still unable to get on the roads till date to start earning for his family needs and he will not be able to collect the amount to pay his first repayment of loan by the end of September 2015 as he is left with only 14 days in which he has to complete all the other required formalities in this regard. Also he lost some pre booked travel packages he has committed with some of the clients expecting the early completion of the legal formalities as per the normal duration required for the same. Therefore we are planning to move legally against the so-called Dealer to pay the compensation through Consumer Court for the loss of pay/ earnings due to their irresponsible and careless service providences to your Consumers as a Common man who has to depend on the way he knows to earn for his food can’t bare this any more. We like you to take necessary action against this type of dealer ships as they are breaking your reputations and trust on you for the valued customers.                   I have purchased new swift a week back after waiting for a month and half once i book anc short of inventory .. i ended up paying high in this 2021 for roas tax and ex show room price forsame swift which i vould have purchased in 2020. The sadest thing is thhat just after 10 days of my car deliver new swift has intriduced into market.. i have asked this even before accepting my car and told them.that i am readg to pay extra and ready to wait more days for the new swift .. the dealership tod they are not aware of the new swift even 10 days before the launch... as a customer i am very disappointed and having feeling that i got deceived i haven become a prey to the dealer and company to spend their old model... i never expected this from a vompany like suzuki and a dealer luke brd

Which would never happen as per the dealee ship terms. As a customer i am very disappointed and dejected, having feeling that i got deceived i haven become a prey to the dealer and company to spend their old model. i never expected this from a company like maruti suzuki and a dealer like brd. I am expecting a proper resolution for this issue.

                    I give my car for a service to Competent, Ghazipur service centre and the advisor suggested me that this car should be sent for the major service as all car needs major service after 35k kms or after 4 years so I go for a major service in which they covered all the things coolant wheel algnmemt oil change and so many other things like filter etc but when I took my car there is one light indicator indicates me that there is some issue in the car I go to the service centre again and they clear that light and I came back and gain next day same light comes up I again went to the service centre and they told me that there is an issue in wire so they repaired it and again after 4 days same problem comes up I really not happy with the service even after spent 14000 Rs and the wheel alignmemt is not set even it has been covered in the service charges and break issue and gear issue also create problem I am not sure what they did with my car as these problem are not faced by me before service so even after major service and paid so much amount I am facing these issue please look in to this issue seriously as I can not tolerate these things again and again

                      Dear Sir, We are loyal Maruti customer who has been riding on various Maruti cars from time to time.I have had a Maruti 800, Zen, then wagnor, and then Ritz. Last 5 years we have been riding this maruti Ritz car and we were facing some difficulties regarding the steering of the car.We already once changed the entire steering set from maruti 1 & half years before.Once again we were having problems with the steering wheels getting jammed hence we called Maruti Deewars workshop in Taratala kolkata and they had taken the with them or repair works. At the same time we had a discussion with them regarding the exhange of my Ritz car with a new Alto 800 .They had committed Rs. 200000 as value for my old car (inclusive of exchange bonus).Then we were asked to wait for a few days as they had to take approvals for the same.Post 7-10 days when we kept on calling on the status, we were told that they will not be able to provide us the rate that they had earlier committed and they offered a rate of Rs. 150000.When i refused the same, i was being told that the car repairing will cost me lot of money, so i should opt for this rate of exchange only.By this time i was losing my cool and i asked them to mail me on the same. Pls go through the mail communications attached. They quoted a rate of Rs. 38000, which also i agreed.Post which my car was again in their workshop for more than 7 days.Then we received a call stating that our car was ready.At the time of doing a test drive once again the steering was jammed and the yellow light was on.We refused to receive the car from the workshop, till the time the work is done .Since then till today my car is standing in the workshop(about a month now.). I am extremely perturbed by such pathetic service from maruti.This is not the way a consumer is treated.And with the good names of Maruti i feel completely harassed and cheated by Deewars sales and service people who has failed to keep up to any commitments till date and my car is also at their mercy. I am writing this mail to now get my car repaired with all costs being waived off /or the Alto 800 to be offered as an exchange car at the price committed earlier. The month long harrasment will then end for us. During diagnosis it is observed that the steering system was hard after even engine start condition and EPS light was glowing . After further diagnosis observed that the torque sensor of steering rack assy. is malfunctioning. Hence the steering rack assy. need to be replaced. The cost of the mention parts Rs/- 28000.                         This is regarding the servicing of for my car (Ritz VXi - DL9CAK1312). It has came to me as a shock what kind of cheating you are doing. Service which should have cost around 4k is coming out to be Rs 8000. Last week i went for 4th service of my car at 20000 Kms and the job sheet was prepared with a bill of rs 8500 which does not include any fault repairing and i was told this cover usual things for 4th service. I didn't find this quite right and came back without getting my car serviced and checked the car manual and came to shock that most of the items on job sheets were not actually required at this stage of car servicing. few things i would like to list down here is 'Air filter' which as per manual needs to be replaced after 40000k for any petrol car and needs to be cleaned regularly. Contrary to this service center guy told me that this cant be cleaned and needs to be replaced only. Other things were Engine Flush which was charged at Rs 850, which is not at all required at this stage and the chemical for the some cost at about rs 300 only, wondering why they are charging rs 850 for the thins which is not required after 20000km running of car. Similar things were calliper greasing, throttle cleaning etc etc... Wheel balancing and alignment is again charged at double cost here, weight charges separate. As the paid service already cost rs 1500, wondering what all is covered under this 1500, only labour charges for changing the engine oil and filter ? As rest all of things have separate labour charges. Even an Air filter is not cleaned under these 1500. After checking all this in manual, i decided to check my bill for the 3rd service done at 10km from same centre and i was really shocked to see things like calliper greasing and throttle cleaning etc etc which in total cost me 4500 rs. That service usually cost at around 2-2.5k rs. It seems like a big scam with customers as most of the customers are not aware what actually is required and what not. I am not sure if anything is being done under servicing or you are just here for making money. During my last service i asked the guy to check the gear box as it was very hard and getting stuck sometimes while applying gear. Nothing was done to that and now the situation is that i have to apply a lot of force for gear shifting.                           My Experience with M/S. Kalyani Motors was worst they don’t understand what customer is expressing. I would request you to look into the matter and change the set of keys provided as part of the delivery of my new car. Few of the points which remained unresolved even after raising the complaint to Maruthi Suzuki and spending valuable 4 hours out of my busy schedule 1) Keys (Both) – My concern is only to change the keys in a good condition. The keys which was given or handed to me was in bad condition it had lot of scratches from day one. I was told initially the keys come in the similar manner from the Maruthi Suzuki with scratches and after raising the complaint it was told it is their team fault but they cannot do anything on this regards. When Requested & ready to pay to change the keys I was told they are not responsible for this, I need to visit the Kalyani service center and raise a complaint of lost keys and submit the letter and make advance payment they only the keys will be changed. On my visit to Kalyani Motors yesterday I could get only the car outer body washed and had only argument with the dealership team which was not necessary.

                            Mr Kanichi Ayukawa, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Maruti Udhyog Limited. 11th September 2015 Dear Sir, Subject: - No Proper service at dealer M/S Shri Krishna Auto Sales Pvt Ltd. Jodhpur I, Sugan Chand Chauhan purchased Maruti Alto 800 LXI NO.RJ19CF1830 on 05th Jan 2015.The Engine and Chassis No. are F8DN5341719 and MA3EUA61S00562066 respectively. It is to note that I came to know during lots of sound was coming from all doors, I immediately informed the service center about this matter and after some checking they informed me that everything is fine and I need not worry. However, during service at 10000 km 3rd free service at M/S Shri Krishna Auto Sales Pvt Ltd Jodhpur on 10th September 2015, I was informed the same problem. The service center was unable to find any reason as to why the sound was coming, I informed so many times but they were unable to detect the exact fault. And one more important things which I was noticed that after serviced my car, the car was dirty outside as well as inside also. I requested to service executive Mr Suraj Datta to please clean my car, they gave me assurance for cleaning, but they leave for their duty without informed anybody to clean my car. At reception desk one lady gave me a Service Satisfaction Form and blindly stated that please signed here. I told her I am not satisfied with your service then why should I signed here, they arguing me, when I asked for the senior manager Ms Richa Trivedi (Mobile No.[protected]) came and check my dirty car and assure me that tomorrow you will bring your car to our service center will forward your car to washing area and clean your car. If you need only customer sign at service satisfaction form without asking their satisfaction then whats the use of that, only shake for your good data records. My only concern is that cleaning is comes under service part or not, if not then it’s OK and if it is then why my car was not clean, give me the explanation. Maruti has been ranked at the top for its customer satisfaction quotient but such instances won’t help you much in retaining that position for very long I presume. Hope you will take positive action against this and make them maintain the dignity of the customer as well as their own. Waiting for your reply of due action being taken. She is not much concern about my complain and insisting me to send your car at our service center and withdraw your complain.
                            Disgusting...GREAT CUSTOMER CARE...

                              Dear concern Authority I purchased a Maruti celerio zxi in September 2015. Before 1st servicing a kind of noise in the arms or somewhere is noticed. So I brought the problem in the notice of the service center pipalay sikkim, they checked the same and told me that there is no any problems. Again I went for 2nd service, same response. And later I brought my vehicle to gangtok tadong service center, there one of the mechanic detected the fault of link rod, but the part was not available. They assured me to send it to Pipalay service center, but till date no any response... Pl. Help me in this matter, now I am losing trust with the company. I am not a new customer of Maruti

                                Sir, I had bought a maruti celerio on 31/09/2015 from rajalakshmi cars chennai.The problem is that booking time showroom sales head told/promise, while delivery time you will get the aadi gift coupon worth rupees 14000, but even after three visits to the showroom i have not got the coupon and the sales head is giving strange excuses.                                     Bike Damaged in Jain Suzuki Service Center, Pallavaram, Chennai. Greetings! I’m the owner of Suzuki Gixxer Bike (Blue) TN 11 K 2512, which was purchased by me on 10.11.2014 from Jain Suzuki, Pallavram, Chennai. I have given my bike for service on 08.09.2015 evening with Jain Suzuki, Pallavarm, Chennai. My bike was in very good condition at the time of giving to the service centre to the service intake person (Suresh is the person’s name who had put the job card for my vehicle on 08.09.2015). My bike had been given to the service centre with no scratches on that day with only two minimal complaints. It includes adjustment of High beam light and Gear shifting problem. Now I would like to say that both of my complaints have not been rectified by them and also my bike is not so properly cleaned. Since it is a free service, they are not ready to clean the bike properly?!? The main concern why I want to make a complaint note about the bike is that they damaged my bike during the service period. They damaged my Bike Front Mudguard with full of scratches due to contact with the bumper (Bumper was touching the mudguard tail area) at the time of taking delivery. I saw with my eyes that the bumper was touching the mudguard while they delivered my bike to me on 10.09.2015 evening. This was very pathetic to the customer to see with scratches in bike mudguard at the time of taking delivery of a vehicle. It can never be accepted, since it happened in the Suzuki Service centre. People who work in Jain Suzuki has commented that this happened due to non- purchase of Bumper with Suzuki since normally it will touch the mudguard. I purchased the bumper with Jain Suzuki on 10.11.2014 at the time of taking delivery. Will the bumper contact with mudguard normally?! If so, then it is not a genuine part of Suzuki?! People who are working in the Jain Suzuki are not matured enough to speak with customers and speaking some unethical words. Finally I escalated this problem to the Service manager of Jain Suzuki, Pallavaram, Chennai immediately after seeing my bike condition. His name is Iyarkaiarasu, Mobile no : +91 [protected]. He agreed the mistake and apologised for the condition of my bike and he has asked me to leave the bike for further processing. But I’m not convinced with his words and have taken my bike immediately due to some urgent personal work. For a temporary adjustment, they had taken my bike immediately to service carriage inside and altered the screws in bumper/mudguard for the problem. But the scratches remain same in the mudguard due to the contact it had already with the bumper rod. Even though if they painted with blue colour, will it look flawless as that of original?!? I need my bike in the original condition as like before, i.e., as on 08.09.2015. I would like to place a note to the Suzuki Service Head, please do replace the item which was damaged by Jain Suzuki during the time of service. I am totally disappointed with the Suzuki service for the past 10 months and nothing seems great with the service people.                                       I had taken swift zdi 2012 in June 4th.in 2012.since then the back dikki door opening lock is not functionig. None of service centre including at darbhanga and karlo Patna made me exchange the above part including under the service warranty period and till now .dikki is not in use.company takes interest only in sell and once the car is sold, they take over the need of customer as their own wishes.they must come to know this customers have a busy schedule not having periodic time for lodge their complaint.and they should not treated on complaint frequency basis.

Pradeep Kumar sharma [protected] Noice from engine while car is running and this is not even diagnosed by various engineers in Maruti service center VIpul service center said that this is manufacturing defect and TCS center is not able to diagnose the issue. Help me in throwing out this car back to Maruti face.
