We had been to ur maruti showroom today for purchase of new car swift zxi. the salesman over there insisted on getting the colour available there and asked us to wait for 2 months and pay rs 5000 to 10, 000 extra to get the car colour of our choice. also the people working there had a who cares attitude. we, ve been using maruti cars for last 10 years now. it looks as if company has a wide client base and has developed some arrogance now.

    I was purchased the car in the year of 2012 Maruti New Swift VDi from ABT, Chennai. I faced trouble from 3 month of vehicle purchase. I felt more wobbling. The tyre name is GOOD YEAR. I advised all new purchasers not to purchase any car with GOOD YEAR tyres.

        Dear Sirs, Without any Prejudice I, B.P. Mehta, constraint to write this regarding the poor quality tools u provide with the vehicle. I am having Wagon R of Oct. 2008 model and being office goer I do not use it extensively and till date it has run only 74, 000 Kms. Now, the Spanner provided to me with the vehicle is of " KALPANA" make, the name seldom heard. So far I remember, I have used this spanner for 6-7 times only to change the flat tyre and during this little use it started slipping and once sprained my shoulder. While Maruti Suziki boasts of quality then why it has compromised with tools? Please ensure QC in all aspects including spares and tools also. The Department / persons responsible for procurement of spares should be inquired about this lapse. With Regrds

            Dear Sir, 1. With respect, It is stated that I, Mr Gajendra Solanki from Mhow (M.P.), purchased the Maruti Omini bearing chassis No 1602695 in the Month of Jun 2015 from My car Showroom, Indore. Suddenly the silencer of my car broke with any external hits. I went with my car to see the broken silencer to the above quoted show room service center. I requested to him to replace the silencer because off it broken without any accident or external hit. The General manager service Mr Devendra Patel of My Car at Indore denied to replace the silencer inspite of convenience me he directly stated to go to Court at any cost. 2. Dear sir, it is once requested to resolve my problem at your company end to which I avoid any legal process. 3. The above decision of area Gen Manager Service at Indore is very sameful for the company images and no one have faith in your company services.               Dear Sir, 1. I under singed have been using Maruti car for last 15 years and getting the satisfactory service through out. Considering this I wanted to upgrade my car to CIAZ VXi and booked the same on 9th Aug 2015 with THE KOTHARI WHEELS, VIMAN NAGAR, PUNE after getting a assurance that I may get it within 15 to 20 days . While booking the car, I was offered a discount of Rs 25000/- and I paid the booking amount of Rs 21000/- as asked for. 2. Later on I enquired about the vehicle in last week of August when I was told that the prices are under revision for CIAZ due to additional features provided in new vehicles which was accepted by me. Again on 5th Sept I visited the dealer when I was given the new price of CIAZ VXi and also informed that the discount of Rs 25000/- will not available any more and I have to pay balance amount Rs 8.43 lacs instead of Rs 8.18 lacs which I feel is an unethical practice on the part of the dealer who says that it is company’s policy ie MSL’s policy . I am sure none of the company of MSL stature will such policy ie lure the customer by giving an offer and get the car booked and later on refuse to honour own commitment . The details of additional payments asked for are given below – a. On road price of CIAZ VXi at booking - 8.51499 lacs b. Balance to be paid - 8.05499lacsie {8.51499 – ( booking amt 21000 + discount 25000)} c. On road price of CIAZ VXi on 5th Sept 15 - 8.64550 lacs d. Balance to be paid with new rates - i. With offered discount Rs 8.18550 ie { 8.[protected]+25000) } ii. Without discount - Rs 8.43550/- NET INCREASE - 8.43550 – 8.05449 = 38101/- 3. I am committed to pay the increased price list rates but due to the unethical approach of Dealer I am forced to Cancel the Booking and if it is policy of Maruti Suzuki Ltd, it will be shocking for lot of customers when shared on FB . 4. I WILL REQUEST FOR A CLARIFICATION ON THIS ISSUE TO REGAIN MY CONFIDENCE IN COMPANY LIKE MSL SINCE AS ON DATE NO OTHER AUTO COMPANY IS FOLLOWING SUCH PRACTICE.                       I purchased Maruti Ertiga in July 2014 from Maruti Dealer M/s Magic Auto, Sector 13 Dwarka New Delhi). My car stereo system is disappointing me for last 6 months which I told the dealer about. He just resets the system and hand it over to me but the problem again persists in 1-2 days with my stereo which is under warranty.                         I have taken Santro Hyundai vehicle no.MH05 1745 on my wife name Mrs. Aparna Sachin Shravankar. from True value at ghodbunder road Thane 3 months before. The ac of the car was not working but the representative told they will take care of the same and solve the issue of AC and the locks of the car were not working.It was clearly told to me both the problems will be solved and so on trust i finalized the deal.At the time of delivery i was told by Mr.Nitin that the warranty of AC is for 6 months and i[censored] have any problems u can get in touch with us.I visited the showroom on 2nd september in morning to tell that the ac is not working properly plz check it as it was committed to me that there is warranty of 6 months and also the locks r not working. I was told by aarti that yhe vehicle will be deliverd by evening.When i went in evening Mr.Nitin told that i can take delivery at 7.30 and said that the gas was not there so ac was not working...same time i told him about locks he said come 0n3rd september i will clear the lock problems also..Im really suprised that the delivery of my car was given to me late evening on 3rd september..AC problem was solved and i was told to pay700rs for the same, but keeping the vehicle for 2 days the lock problem was not solved.I received a call from[protected] from ur showroom saying that the problem of lock is solved but it wasn't and the car was in really very bad condition from inside.. This car front glass was damed by unknown perosn & when we are reched to authoried serventer Ahednagar. we have paid full Amt but their service authoried person cant finish the glass properlly. rain water cames inside the car We r req to change the full glass at ur risk & ur paid up amt we r not anable top pay the amt

                              Their after sale support is a thing of past. Now Maruty after sale is worse than any other bad Company. After purchasing a New Dzire 2015 Back cover of my Right side mirror is broken. Even After 10 days none of the dealers in entire Kerala is ready to replace it because of the non availability of spare parts. Without that cover My car looks like an old workshop vehicle showing internal parts. All states in India things are almost same.Only after 30 calls I got connection in their customer care .Customer care complaint over phone and Email about Maruty is like writing picture over water. No response after 10 days.

                                Respected sir, ankari had purchased one SUZUKI ACCESS 125 bike from your authorized dealer SINGAM SUZUKI, Sankaramatam road, Visakhapatnam.AndhraPradesh on dated 16th Feb 2015, My bike was met an accident on April 17th 2015, at the time i was brought the bike to the show room, and claimed the insurance, here is an interesting the point on 18th April i was overhanded the bike, but many days they were not repaired my bike due to non-realize of insurance ( full claim ).after several reminders they are settled after payment of Rs.2219/-, the payment made by me, Total Invoice amount Rs.9213/- payment made by me Rs.2219/- till date how much amount realized the INSURANCE COMPANY to settled my claim they were not informed me., INVOICE NO. 288 / 06.05.2015, Insurance Policy No.UNITED INDIA INSURANCE COMPANY LTD., NUMBER: [protected]P[protected] ID NO : [protected], at the time the show room people are did not return my warranty book, the same i had acknowledge the show room manager also, then after i was carried to my bike on show room on 9th july 2015, then they were charged a little amount Rs.173/-, invoce no.1274/09.07.2015. Today i have carried to my bike to the show room for service purpose, they are arguing to me this is third service, so you must pay the amount, more over the people of servicing section insulted, created big inconvenienced me, after one and half hour nearly 3.15 pm they informed me as the instructions of supervisor we are issued your bike, the supervisor gone to lunch, I wondered at the time entering the bike the supervisor instructed to concern, job card also issued, but without reason they are insulted me and wasted my time. TIME IS VERY IMPORTANT THAN ANY.., My lunch also completed at 4 pm., My bike was kept under their control, this is for your information, These type of people are damaging SUZUKI brand image, kindly inquired above facts justify to me, as a customer every one should want proper service and respect from concern After inquiry i would take my bike, as and when you contact to me i will cooperative to you, showing all relevant documents also., Regards B.Lakshmi Kumari w/o VENKATESWARA RAO Cell No; [protected]

                                  To Whom so ever it may be concern, I have been calling the service engineer on daily basis he has just answered my call once & was saying the company shall call you back this incident is for last week . He has mentioned that there is some problem in the breading of Brakes which he shall speak to his Senior and come back to me but till date there is no reply from his end. I'm sending a mailer to the Police head quarter if there is any accident happens by my car (DL-13 CA- 8348 ) Swift Desire, I shall not be responsible for it.

                                    I purchase Maruti Stingre No. GJ 4 BE 9340 from Eternal Motors Gujarat in September, 2013. Surprisingly, one day car did not start with the key which I was usually using, then after going through manual I used my other key and car started. When I contacted service Centre it was told that there is defect in key's programming and keys require to be replaced for which there is an expenditure of Rs.3500/-. My car is under extended warranty. Defect in the programming of the keys not a manufacturing defect and as such the replacement/repair of keys to be done within the warranty. Please advise me urgently as I am using my car with one keys and in case of any emergency I may be in trouble. Thanks & regards O P Yadav

I had admitted my car Maruti Swift Dzire VDI HR01AA7856 in service centre having problem " mil light glowing" they had carried out repair work and i had paid rs 15861.38. now the same problem occurs again, they do not attend me in service centre on 01 Sep 2015

                                        I think there is manufacturing defect in Swift cars. I puchased Swift VXI in April 2015. Water has started leaking inside the car on left side. I shown the car to Batra Auto Workshop they say that cooling coil has clogged. There is no problem in cooling. AC is working fine. How within four months of puchase this can happen? Company should look into the matter. I am ready to give all details required. S C Pal
