I had bought Suzuki Gixxer from Nashik. Engine NO : BGA1-109985 Chassis NO : MB8NG4BAKE8111282 Showroom and its workshop is around 15-20km far from my place. Recently new showroom and workshop has opened near my home, around 1 or 2 km from my place. The workshop name is Aaradhya Worksop and located at Nashik-Road. Nashik Last Saturday I went there for free service which is provided by company But they refused to provide me free service and forced me to change the oil and asked Rs.360/- for that. I changed my oil at just 1500km and right now it is 2200km. Just in 700km oiling or oil change was not required. But they said that we bought bike from other place and they are not here for providing free service. They refused to provide free service and said if I want free then I have to pay Rs.150/-. If I have to pay Rs.150/- for getting free service then why are saying as free service ? This is pure cheating. Company is interested only in making money and finding ways to make money. And then I was forced to keep my bike on service at the workshop which was 15km away from my home at SAI POOJA AUTOWHEELS PVT LTD (NASHIK) & JOB CARD NO : JA/1744.DATE 22Aug 2015. There they provided service for free without charging extra fees. Why can't I get same free service near my home ? Why this mental harassment. Why don't company takes steps to provide better service to their customers rather then making money in every transaction ?

    My Name is R.D. Gupta and I have Purchased Wagon R Lxi form SPARSH AUTOMOBILES Pachpedi Naka, Dhamtari road, Raipur Chhattisgarh. It is going to be almost 3 years (under extended Warranty); since I purchased this car I have been complaining about the steering problem, it is very tight and not functioning as a power steering.     At swg show room at faridpur, durgapur. Dist. - burdwan, west bengal in aug. 2012 i booked black maruti suzuki dezire giving rs. 10000 advance. Waited for 08 weeks as was in contract. Later waited for much longer but in vain. One day hazra called to see white car for which i was ready in need but he refused that he had called me. After long wait, disrespect and disappointment i wrote to maruti delhi but "sweetly" they sent letter to this very center and hence they gave me tough time in refunding. They gave me rs. 9500 cutting 500 for cancellation when i told real reason they didn't obliged when asked them to meet me in court then they gave 500 in cash. Do value of 10000 after 03 year remains 10000 only.

    Great company with cheap workers, that is why your market is going down. Suzuki is slowly leaving you, wish son you vanish form market.

    Mr. Milan hazra's reputation is of darker type, have you checked that, if no is he doing this on your direction ?

      Hello, I want to complaint about your service centre Bagga Link situated at Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. There is some problem in my Swift vxi DL 1CR 1952 which i bought 6-7 months before. So yesterday I took my car there and tried to explain the problem I am facing. First of all none of you worker took attention. Then one of the worker came and checked, and told me that the Clutch is fine. But i knew there is some problem. Then I called the Manager and asked him to check. He checked and told his worker that there is some problem in pressure plate. They asked me to leave the car there and told me to pick up today. They told me that Pressure Plate will be replaced. I said ok. And now today when i went there at 12"00 clock i checked my car and I was schocked the problem was still there. I asked them what is this. Then one of your Employee told me that "is se jyada hum kuchh nai kar sakte, jyada dikkat hai to Maruti mr jao". Then I went to G.M R.K Sharma. But he was too helpless. Listen I am not doing this deberately. But I am overall not satisfied with the service. There is still problem in my car's clutch. Call me [protected] or [protected]. Rakesh Maan.

        My ritz car was submitted for repairing after accident. Only cosmetic parts has been replaced. But no replacement of demaged ac compressor. Its a cheating. I was planning for new one more car for my family. But after this incident I shocked and changed my planning.

            Their is lots of problem i facing in maruti suzuki car ciaz, somtime speed doesn't exceed the limilt of 40-50km/h after shifting gear and accelerator, music system get automatically on/off and Rear camera many a time got hang, extra stephny tyre size is different, poor quality of driver seat adjustment and noisy sound, power pick up is very poor and fuel efficiency is also not satisfactory company claim it 24-26 km/h on highway and in city 18-20 but it gives 19-20 km/h on highway and in city 17-19 km/h. so please resolve this issue as soon as possible because Audi motors, bikaner is not resolved this issue yet it about 4 month .

              On 26/6/2015 we booked a Maruti Celerio ZXI AMT with Bimal Auto Agency India Pvt Ltd, Varthur, Bengaluru. They promised to deliver our car within 3 weeks. Till today ie 20/8/2015, we have not received the car. Everytime we call the Bimal Auto Agency we get a standard answer that car would be delivered in a weeks time. We are already payng EMI without even getting our car delivered. The most irritating part is that they are not giving a proper date of delivery and keep giving false promises everytime.                 Dear Concern, This is regarding delivery of Maruti Celerio AMT, I booked the vehicle from Oneup motors dated 1st of July wide advance payment totalling to approx. 75000.00 through Mr. Rajesh Gupta. He ensured that he will be able to deliver vehicle within fifteen days, I communicated the same to my Banker who was funding the car. Later he asked for further 15 days and since than he is just pushing it every 15 days. I even had word with Mr. Rahul Srivastava, he also showed his disability and even argued. I required this car for my wife who needs to manage pick and drop of my kids from school, due to delay in delivery I have to send them though private taxi, this has increased by expense manyfold. Now please give me one final date of delivery other wise I will be forced to go legal. From last two months I have gone through lot of mental trauma and stress. Even I have endured loss on the interest of payment I have made to Oneup Motors and on the taxi rentals. Waiting for your reply. Regards, Deepak

                  My car number id UP15BJ3293. The moment I observed a black smoke from my car, I drove it to the Raj Sneh Service centre, Delhi Road, Meerut. Five days have passed and still no problem have been diagnosed by the concerned person. Its like a mental harassment. Kindly get the issues resolved soon.

                    Dear CEO/Board of Directors/ Officers/Customer Support/Investors, Regarding My vehicle bearing Registration Number: TN-30-BC-5791 Myself Karthik Manohar (working in Cognizant Tech Solution), S/o Manohar.R (Vehicle Registered Customer and working in Steel Authority India Ltd). I bought Maruti Suzuki Swift VXI (it was my 5 year dream car) on June 12th 2015 from S.K cars, Salem, Tamil Nadu. Prior to Swift I have used Hyundai Santro 4 years. Then I saw the dream to upgrade to Maruti Sukuzi swift because of its comfortable and style and new Reborn . My Parents were not very much convinced about Maruti Suzuki but I have tried my best and finally convinced them for swift. I drove the vehicle around 2500 kms only, On July 23rd 2015 while returning from Office to Home with my colleagues My newly bought and 40 days old vehicle got break down in middle of 3 lane road in Chennai at 10.15 Pm and it was heavily raining on that day, I was driving my vehicle just 10 Kmph due to rain and heavy traffic. I called upon Maruti road side assistance to inspect the vehicle. They came and inspected vehicle around 11.00 P.M and said oil sump is broken and engine got seized. Right now we can’t doing nothing other than towing the vehicle to service Centre, So I tow my just 40 days old vehicle my dream car to service Centre, AIE cars Chennai. Next day I went to AIE cars taking LOP (July 24th 2015) to service center, Workshop Manager informed me that Oil Sump has been broken and all engine oil got discharge and due to that engine got seized. Workshop Manager Mr. Sudhakar AIE cars said me that due to external damage to sump and It won’t be taken care by Maruti Suzuki, it should be covered by the Insurance. So I registered a complaint to the insurance company (The Oriental Insurance co Ltd, ) regarding my engine failure. Then Third party surveyor (Mr. Sathish) for Oriental insurance called me regarding my issue and he said that he will come to AIE cars in-person to inspect the problem. On July 25th 2015 around 11 AM he came to service center and by viewing the engine immediately he said that sump got broken on all side, It should be a manufacture issue, then he asked Workshop Manager(Mr. Sudhakar), how can you ask customer to claim a insurance without examine from your end against Insurance. Immediately Mr. Sudhakar escalated my issue with Maruti Suzuki and asked TSM to inspected on my case. On July 28th 2015 TMS Mr. Mithun Chennai came to inspect my vehicle. After that they called upon insurance person and dismantled my engine without my knowledge. Even before on Sunday in informed Mr.Sudhakar not to do any work without my presence, even though he did and I informed him to keep me in loop of all mail communication and even he did not do that . Since one week there was no communication to me regarding my vehicle and then I personally went to AIE cars (Aug 1st 2015) regarding the issue, Mr.Sudhakar Informed me that today Mr. Mithun TMS Maruti Suzuki will update on same. But I did not get any update till 7.45 pm on same day, So I called Mr. Mithun to know what is the current status of the issue. Then He said water has entered into engine due to that connecting rod broken and damaged all side of sump and oil got discharged and engine got seized that to 70 % is only confirmed and still we are doing R & D on your case so we will say the complete thing on Monday (i.e Aug 3rd 2015). But I did not get any call from Mr. Mithun or Workshop Manager Mr. Sudhakar till Tuesday (Aug 4th 2015). Then Mr. Kumaraguru (TMS Maruti Suzuki) came in to picture since Mr. Mithun was not responding our call. Next day he(Mr.Guru) respond to surveyor mail stating that due to water enter inside the engine and engine got failure, so it won’t cover under Manufacture Warranty and it has to be claimed from Insurance and insurance surveyor person forward me that mail . Maruti Suzuki TSM simply stated that it’s a hydrostatic lock so insurance has to give claim to customer. Immediately Mr. Sathish called me and explained me that the written statement given by you (Karthik Manohar) state that there is no opposite vehicle came and it was heavily raining and I was in middle of 3 lane. So the water was not slashed from other vehicle and it won’t cover under insurance and More over its an manufacture defect which has to be replaced by the company. Then we(my colleague CTS ) had a chat with TMS (Maruti) and GM and Workshop Manager AIE cars and they again explained the same story and Start taking class on hydro static Automobile to customer (Karthik Manohar). I said I had already invested Rs 6.30 Lakhs on my dream company and dream car (Swift) and the mistake was not mine I cant bear any money from my pocket, but They forced me to accept the cost from my pocket and take the vehicle. We have to change half engine due to the failure and it cost around 44 K petrol engine and labor and other service charges around 4K. They forced me to pay this whole amount and repair the vehicle and take it from their place. I was not accepting that and I told them that I need to meet the hierarchy supervisor of Mr. Mithun And Mr. Kumaraguru i.e. RSM Mr. Kiran Shardul. Here come Mr. Kiran Shardul RSM into picture and we went to Regional office at Nungampakkam in Chennai to meet him. He started well with very smooth intro and we also introduce our self to him. Again as discussed with his team Mate he started again lecture (Hydro Static lock) to customer (Karthik Manohar) and It was not a Manufacture issue we can’t bear for this . Then we kept a request to him as a good representative of Maruti Suzuki to get replace engine from Company warranty since its 40 days old vehicle. He started show his face saying that we had discussed this issue with our supervisor and Maruti Suzuki is not going to help you in this. Again we politely submitted our request again to him. But same answer from him for past 1 hour and then we said we already invest 6.30 lakhs on trusting Maruti Suzuki and again half a lakh to invest on my issue I can’t bear that much, kindly speak with Maruti Suzuki to help US and same answer came from him rudely. He told that I am the head(Mr. Kiran Shardul) here so he has to take step on my case which he won’t do. He was saying same thing many time to us (customer). Then we asked how come water enter inside engine without manufacture defect and he didn’t answer our question even though we raised this many time. No one from Maruti Suzuki said about how water enter inside engine?????? Very disappointed with RSM reply infornt of my colleagues. Point is not than problem is getting sorted and staff is very gentle and polite in handling the customer. The message I am trying to give is as below Is Maruti's Quality check working in place as whenever Maruti has done something new there are issue. Since System was new the same is not thoroughly quality checked. Cost cutting in parts should not be at the cost of quality of parts --- Customer faces botheration each time there is quality issue any of the art. If customer can pay Rs 6.30 lacs for the swift, he can pay Rs 7 or say Rs 7.5 lacs as well but the quality of parts should not be sacrificed, else how Maruti will left it Brand Image. When I faced the issue for the first time then came to my mind is Maruti will remain Maruti - Now how confidently I am able to confirm my viewpoint about the swift to my friends who currently or in future wants to buy the same is ? Whenever any problem comes in swift, can we improve upon the problem detection mechanism so that fault finding is quick so that Hit and Trial towards other parts not done. In today’s time one can buy the Vehicle with all features loaded in Rs 6-8 lacs range. Customers spends money beyond than only to fulfill his desires / dreams. Customer will not dream of facing issues after spending so much within period of 40 days. I was mentally stressed and dispersed on this issue and still it’s not sorted out. My parent and colleague and relative are criticizing me on the trust which I kept on Maruti and swift. And Now that trust I kept on Maruti Swift (my 5 yr dream ) turned into Wrong, disappointed. Hope my message reaches to you in person and you take corrective action on your Business Strategies.

                      I manoharjit singh kumar my car no swift dzire gj-1- rf 3038 would like to put my complain as per the above said subject of power steering. I had consulted the maruti service centre popular near sola bridge ahmedabad. This problem is in existence since more than a month and he told there was problem in module and it got ok. For which i had contacted the service centre executive sh. Amit panchal but for three times the problem wasnt resolved properly. Lastly on date 11/8/2015. The power steering stopped completely working. For which the executive gave commitment to replace the module upto 17/8/2015. But when i contacted him on 17/8/2015 he received my call after many calls i made to him. After that he told me that module which they received from gurgaon delhi head office is of ritz instead of swift dzire vxi. So he will replace the module on 21/8/2015. After the last service i am facing problem of low average in my car. This type of lethargic approach by your service centre is unexpected and doesnt match with your popularity. It has been difficult to drive my car and i am unable to carry my important work and on 21/8/2015 i have my plans to go outstation for some social reasons. I hope you will understand my grievance and take necessary sincere action regarding the matter.

                        I am a customer of maruti suzuki since last 10 years. But the kind of service I receive since last 1 year is compelling me to think otherwise. I am using Eeco MH48 S4906. It has barely been a year since i have purchased it but the problems have been arising every now and then. Now its twice that the gear pin has been broken, the back doors open on its own, water seeping in through closed doors. With the servive centre turning deaf ears into the matter. And this time around the the service was worse. The car broke down in middle of the western express highway on 11/08/2015 and I called up the toll free number who in turn passed me on the number of nearest maruti dealer (PARAMOUNT MOTORS MIRA ROAD). When i call up and i told them regarding the problem (i knew that gear pin was broken as it had happened earlier as well) the person at other end denied sending the service engineer at our site and told me that whatever be the problem the car has to be towed at our service station. Despite me telling them number of times regarding the problem they didn't send the engineer at the place. Atlast I had to travel by auto rickshaw searching for a mechanic in middle of the highway and that too after spending a hefty sum for the same . I want this matter sort out along with the expenditure incurred by me that day. I ask U .. Are the tall claims made by MSIL all over the country stating service all over India.. are just on paper and ads. Is the company only interested in selling cars and providing no service for it?                           I'd purchased new Swift Dzire (Reg No HR 51 AY 7252) on 10th Jan'14 from their dealership TCS Automobile with extended warranty of two years. I'd never received any call from workshop of TCS Automobile for after sale service. So I always personally visit at their workshop for service. When 20000 KM service was due I was not available to visit personally at their workshop. So I called them for pick and drop facility but no one even bothered to listen my request. I'd plan for manali on those days so I get my car serviced from nearest local workshop "Car Care Center" at Faridabad. I've visited at their workshop for 30000 KM service where there was a defect in link road which had to be replaced under warranty policy but they denied that and gave reason that 20000 KM was not serviced from Maruti Authorized service station. This is really ridiculous and they are blackmailig the customers. Kindly intervene in this matter and help me so that my car will be covered under their warranty policy.                             Dear sirmadem I am kashyap Limbachiya I am from vadodara city Gujarat I bought Maruti suzuki eeco 5str petrol cng model car on 29062014 from amar car gorva ( 1)Salesman name is VRAJESH SONI At the time of buying he was keep saying that you can call me anytime for any assistance But after we bought car he never pick up my call He did mistake in filling RC BOOK form And because of that my rc book address wrongly written I told him personally so many times but he didnt do anything for it On the contrary he asked me money to do so And then he never pick my phone He is completely useless guy (2) My wife is pregnant On 15th august 2015 I have to take her to the doctor in the morning and it was raining heavily We got ready to go to doctor and when I start the car its not started I tried so many times but its not started And then finaly I have to take her in auto When I came back from hospital I tried to call amar car they didnt respond because of public holiday I called VRAJESH SONI from different mobile number he picked up and when I told him about this problem he said call tomorrow at office they will do for you But he cant do anything and if you want to get it done then find local garage michenic (3) On 16th august 2015 I called at showroom office at 930 am nobody answered They pick my phone at 1000I talked to KAJAL SHAH She told me that if there is problem from your side then you will be chared 415 rs and if not then its free I told them to come and repair then she said michenic went to other call so he will come abt 1130 am I gave them my mobile number so that they can call me before they come as I have to go to hospital I came back at 1200 oclock and waited for long but nobody called me I called to showroom office I asked about why michenic didnt come so KAJAL SHAH replied rudely and said michenic came but you were not at home and michenic called you but you didnt pick up call But the fact is he went back without calling me I am requesting you to help me about this matter please Thanks and Regards Kashyap Limbachiya

                              Sir, I had purchased a Maruti Swift VXI engine No. K12MN1262673 and chasis NO. MA3EHKD1S00457626 ON 12 JUN 2013 FROM APRA AUTO GURGAON. after 3 months it was noticed that after starting engine rpm goes to 1200 and settles down to 1000 rpm after one minute that is ok but after running few kilometer it drops to 550-600 rpm which was not there initially. This causes the vehicle to cut off at some times specially driving through the long traffic jam situation. I had reported to this to service agent apra but they say it is ok. I had complaint the same in every servicing but no result yielded. Pl. guide me what to do. It appears that they are waiting to finish the warranty period go the car than only they will ask me to pay money for the fault. Pl. guide me what to do if the behavior of the vehicle is as per the standards of the company or otherwise instruct to service agent accordingly. I had been pursuing the case since first week jun 15 with no response from maruti company side. What should I do? kindly take up the matter with company.

                                A Star Car reg. TN 01 AM 8658 Purchased Kivraj Motors Chennai[protected] Air Con. evaporator and cooling fan failed in 20000 km, though after so called warranty. Failure which is premature indicates poor quality of parts which should have a life of about 15 years.My complaint to the Managing Director did not even result in a reply to the letter or reminder. Suzui Known for excellent quality is sliding down thereby destroying my confidence in Brand SUZUKI. Will I hear From suzuki or take them Consumer Court? Nithila Masilamani Mob.                                   I bought Maruti Suzuki Ritz VDi in November 2014. My car has day/night IRVM. After 3-4 months of operation, now the IRVM shakes on bumps and give very strange noise. And service center says that its not in warranty. I have a Chevy Spark with Day/night IRVM too with the ODO reading of around 80, 000 kms but its IRVM is still perfectly alright and functioning fine. If a Day/night mirror will loose and give strange noise with just its basic operation. Then, what is the purpose of this function. I just want that Maruti must replace this mirror with the new one as my car is still in warranty.

                                    I have purchased suzuki access 125 4 months back. It got damaged in an accident. I gave it to the service center at Kumta, Bellad Suzuki, Hubli. It has been already 3 months and still they have not repaired it saying spares not available. They are indeed very bad in service. Hopeless and Worst. Most irresponsible. I called customer service but no one is responding there. This is very worst and painful. Service mechanics are also very bad . The management in Ballad, Hubli is also very bad. No one takes the responsibility. Customer care . management and everyone is irresponsible and no responsive. No one should buy from Suzuki. I am frustrated. Raj Bhat [protected]
