Dear sir, I have taken Availability Certificate and Quotation of Rs. 565868/- from Marketing Times Motors Pvt Ltd, 1202 MIE Bahadurgarh Industrial Area, Main Rohtak Road, Bahadurgarh, Haryana on 05th Aug 2015 to purchase Maruti Swift VDI Diesel car through CSD Depot Hisar, Haryana. On 07th Aug 2015, I submitted the Authority Letter vide purchase order NO LS[protected] dtd 07 Aug 2015 and OR No. OR[protected] dtd 07 Aug 2015 for Rs 565868/-issued from CSD Depot after Paying complete amount through demand draft. On 05th Aug 2015, when I approached Sales Executive Mr Anil Kumar, promised to deliver the car within one or two days after submitting the authority letter from CSD Depot. But till today on 31 Aug 2015, I have not been delivered the car by dealer. So kindly intervene and ask the dealer to deliver the car as soon as possible on same price which promised by dealer on 05th Aug 2015. Now they are asking Rs 12500/- more amount.     I had given my car for service Magic Auto Moti Nagar. Details of my car as follows :- a) Maruti Swift VDI; b) DL9CAG7533. There were certain under body damage in my car and hence, i specifically asked Magic Auto not to do service till such defects are removed. However, Magic Auto unliaterally went ahead and got the services done. Further, the defects which were specifically told by me to them were as follows :- a) The car was making noise when even touches the bonut and hence car's bonut and driver's gate was required to be adjusted. b) The car was not driving smoothly and hence the under body damage was to be assessed. I was told that there was good amount o[censored]nder body damage and the same needs to be rectified. I had a zero depreciation insurance policy and asked magic auto to get the claim processed and do the rectification work. The car was delivered to me on Thursday (27 August 2015) evening. I was able to see the car on saturday and till then the car was standing untouched and as it is in front of my house. When I saw the car on saturday, I was shocked to see that engine shield was hanging from the car, the door sill guard (swift light at the bottom of each door) of driver's side was not working, there were additional scratched in the rear glass, there was no water in the viper. I informed about the same to Mr. Achal, VP, Magic Auto and was requested by him to take my car back to their workshop. They fitted the engine shield and filled the water in the viper. However, they refused to do anything with respect to the scratched in the glass and door sill guard. Today, Mr. Achal called me up and said that he will look into the matter and will do something with respect to the dood sill guard. However, today, one new problem has been noticed by me. The car has again started making noise (auto lock noise) due to car bonut not being adjusted properly. I am really irritated and this is becoming very annoying. Not a singly problem in the car has been rectified properly. Magic auto has not performed service properly and I don't know where to go now. Please help. I am being forced to run from pillar to post in order to get the services on the car performed properly. Please let me know on what parameters, you call them as your authorised service station. They are worse then the road side mechanics. Every time I approach them for getting the services on my car performed, they wither stole things from my car or do some additional damages in my car.       I had given my car Zen Estilo VXi, Registration No. DL9CS3660 for repair due to sound coming from the front suspension on 03 May 2015 at M/s MOTORCRAFT, Sahibabad. The car was repaired vide invoice No BR15002007. I have paid an amount of Rs 7833 for replacement of parts including repair charges. Since the sound was coming again, I had to give it back to M/s Motorcraft, before even completing 1000 Kms on 25 Aug 15, for rectification of the same. In addition, I had also requested for the periodical servicing alongwith AC servicing. The Vehicle came back to me with a bill of Rs 11793. Upon delivery I have noticed that a big noise is coming out of the Ac and returned the vehicle back to them on the next day requesting the re-open the Job Card. After keeping the car for one more day, the SA returned the car saying the compressor is having problem and it need to be replaced at my cost. Please be noted that when I gave the vehicle there was not extra ordinary sound. The sound started coming after ac servicing. It was also found that the mechanic also did not have enough knowledge about the sound or ac workings. He initially said it is a normal sound and the SA had to admit there is a problem PLEASE MAKE NECESSARY ARRANGEMENT FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF THE COMPRESSOR at the company/dealer cost as the vehicle was alright and when it was given there was no problem. It is very well understood that, the problem has happened due to careless servicing due to lack of knowledge of the Mechanic. The SA is also not that clue full about the Cars.         Dear Sir, With respectfully I say that myself Vivek Kumar Maurya, I bought a new Maruti Wagnor VXI in months of February 2015 in favor of my mother Smt. Kanti Devi. My car registration number I UP62AQ5474.My car first and second servicing done at D.M.AUTOMOBILES, in second servicing speedometer not running and I try to repairer in D.M.Automobiles Balrampur u.p. and he was try but not repaired and say sensor is damaged and its warranty period. so I again try to repairer in ANAND MOTOR AGENCIES LTD Balrampur u.p. and after change sensor he said I could not given warranty due to sensor is damage and I Paid Rs 704 for new sensor.           A dealer of Maruti (Madhusudan Veicles Private Limited) having at least 5 offices in Agra Region takes advance from many customers for a single car. After taking advance, he refuses to deliver the car saying that don't have car. I thought it was due to negligence of an executive but when I gone int the depth, I found the whole manpower of the dealer is working on same policy. When I spoke to GM of Madhusudan Vehicles, he told me that you must have paid the full amount in Advance. I have part payments from many customers. Talk to the executive. You will never get a car in this way. What a shame on the company to have such a dealer? I think company has one aim to earn more and more money.

            I hav Swift VXI... it has been more than 1 yr, yesterday was the day first time that my car after switching it off not starting again. i think bty s fine bcoz the head lts, horn and music sys s working, but the ignition is not clicking only. what can b the issue????

              In Continuation With Complaint Number-[protected] Subject: Approval is Still Pending for Under Warranty Maruti Swift VDi Engine Fault Date: 27/08/2015 To, The Chairman/ Managing Director & CEO/ Joint Managing Director/ Director/ Independent Director Sir, I bought my car Maruti Swift VDi [UP 15 BJ 3293] on 27Dec 2013 from Raj Sneh Delhi Road, Meerut. I bought it on cash. I also bought extented warranty of the Maruti so as to have maximum satisfaction about Maruti and its parts. I always followed the instructions given from Maruti about the timely services and precautions. On 16/08/2015, after driving half a kilometre, I noticed black smoke emerging out from the exhaust pipe. I instantaneously called the service centre. On their advice, I took the car to Raj Sneh service centre (Delhi Road, Meerut). There, I handed the car to the service centre. He asked me to let me know the fault on mobile. Days passed and I came to know about the actual fault on Friday (21/08/2015) via telephonic conversation after my rigorous follow up. It was told to me that out of four piston, one piston got some internal damage. It was assured to me that my car is under warranty and will be get corrected in two days. I came to know that from the dealer that they will make my car functional only after receiving a written approval of the demanded parts from Maruti. While on the other hand, Maruti is taking lot of time in giving the approval. Days are passing and I am getting mentally harassed. I am a common man of very average income and its very impossible for me to bear such extreme pressure. I even talked to your Territory Service Manager, Mr Sarjeet Singh; but every time I get a reply that it will be rectified soon. My car is at the service centre for the past 12 days. I am messed up with such hollow confirmations every end as no results are visible to me for the last 12 days. I am extremely sorry to say that I am loosing the confidence in your company with every minute of delay. Kindly issue orders for the approval of parts as required by the dealer, so that my car may become functional as soon as possible. Your cooperation is highly required.                 We have maruti 800 more than 7yr we are paying for its service at vapi katariya service centre and today when we need there service on road, why it was not possible to service. If they maruti cannot give us the service. They should return our money back that we are paying to them for last seven yr. The servicing that they give is of very low quality, it's just a show off. Low quality oil and parts are used. Our car NO. GJ 15 DD 1733 .

                  This is hari bhawo kharat was booked the car in maruthi by fort point dealer shop, but some of my personal problem i cancelled my booking of maruthi the sales executive was naveen. When i took the follow by sales executive when it was one month passed but he was not receiving the call, nor he was giving any status. When i walked to the showroom for the check back he not able to answer for the suitable case. Really upset when i seen a retecilious behaviour of the sales executive it process was not even started for it. It was such an embrassed to me that i had just wasted a time, money & fuel to walk for the check back for my cancelling the booking...Really i suggest in future if i book the maruti vehicle i will book from other dealer shop. They Just comment but wont they do such what they say.

                    I had bought Suzuki Gixxer from Nashik. Engine NO : BGA1-109985 Chassis NO : MB8NG4BAKE8111282 Showroom and its workshop is around 15-20km far from my place. Recently new showroom and workshop has opened near my home, around 1 or 2 km from my place. The workshop name is Aaradhya Worksop and located at Nashik-Road. Nashik Last Saturday I went there for free service which is provided by company But they refused to provide me free service and forced me to change the oil and asked Rs.360/- for that. I changed my oil at just 1500km and right now it is 2200km. Just in 700km oiling or oil change was not required. But they said that we bought bike from other place and they are not here for providing free service. They refused to provide free service and said if I want free then I have to pay Rs.150/-. If I have to pay Rs.150/- for getting free service then why are saying as free service ? This is pure cheating. Company is interested only in making money and finding ways to make money. And then I was forced to keep my bike on service at the workshop which was 15km away from my home at SAI POOJA AUTOWHEELS PVT LTD (NASHIK) & JOB CARD NO : JA/1744.DATE 22Aug 2015. There they provided service for free without charging extra fees. Why can't I get same free service near my home ? Why this mental harassment. Why don't company takes steps to provide better service to their customers rather then making money in every transaction ?

                      My Name is R.D. Gupta and I have Purchased Wagon R Lxi form SPARSH AUTOMOBILES Pachpedi Naka, Dhamtari road, Raipur Chhattisgarh. It is going to be almost 3 years (under extended Warranty); since I purchased this car I have been complaining about the steering problem, it is very tight and not functioning as a power steering.                       At swg show room at faridpur, durgapur. Dist. - burdwan, west bengal in aug. 2012 i booked black maruti suzuki dezire giving rs. 10000 advance. Waited for 08 weeks as was in contract. Later waited for much longer but in vain. One day hazra called to see white car for which i was ready in need but he refused that he had called me. After long wait, disrespect and disappointment i wrote to maruti delhi but "sweetly" they sent letter to this very center and hence they gave me tough time in refunding. They gave me rs. 9500 cutting 500 for cancellation when i told real reason they didn't obliged when asked them to meet me in court then they gave 500 in cash. Do value of 10000 after 03 year remains 10000 only.

                      Great company with cheap workers, that is why your market is going down. Suzuki is slowly leaving you, wish son you vanish form market.

                      Mr. Milan hazra's reputation is of darker type, have you checked that, if no is he doing this on your direction ?

                        Hello, I want to complaint about your service centre Bagga Link situated at Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. There is some problem in my Swift vxi DL 1CR 1952 which i bought 6-7 months before. So yesterday I took my car there and tried to explain the problem I am facing. First of all none of you worker took attention. Then one of the worker came and checked, and told me that the Clutch is fine. But i knew there is some problem. Then I called the Manager and asked him to check. He checked and told his worker that there is some problem in pressure plate. They asked me to leave the car there and told me to pick up today. They told me that Pressure Plate will be replaced. I said ok. And now today when i went there at 12"00 clock i checked my car and I was schocked the problem was still there. I asked them what is this. Then one of your Employee told me that "is se jyada hum kuchh nai kar sakte, jyada dikkat hai to Maruti mr jao". Then I went to G.M R.K Sharma. But he was too helpless. Listen I am not doing this deberately. But I am overall not satisfied with the service. There is still problem in my car's clutch. Call me [protected] or [protected]. Rakesh Maan.

                          My ritz car was submitted for repairing after accident. Only cosmetic parts has been replaced. But no replacement of demaged ac compressor. Its a cheating. I was planning for new one more car for my family. But after this incident I shocked and changed my planning.

                              Their is lots of problem i facing in maruti suzuki car ciaz, somtime speed doesn't exceed the limilt of 40-50km/h after shifting gear and accelerator, music system get automatically on/off and Rear camera many a time got hang, extra stephny tyre size is different, poor quality of driver seat adjustment and noisy sound, power pick up is very poor and fuel efficiency is also not satisfactory company claim it 24-26 km/h on highway and in city 18-20 but it gives 19-20 km/h on highway and in city 17-19 km/h. so please resolve this issue as soon as possible because Audi motors, bikaner is not resolved this issue yet it about 4 month .

                                On 26/6/2015 we booked a Maruti Celerio ZXI AMT with Bimal Auto Agency India Pvt Ltd, Varthur, Bengaluru. They promised to deliver our car within 3 weeks. Till today ie 20/8/2015, we have not received the car. Everytime we call the Bimal Auto Agency we get a standard answer that car would be delivered in a weeks time. We are already payng EMI without even getting our car delivered. The most irritating part is that they are not giving a proper date of delivery and keep giving false promises everytime. Order number SOB15000319 order date 26/06/2015 booking dealer 0286 Sales executive sharad nitture Please take appropriate measures for our car delivery Thank u in advance Badari Narayan.S

                                  Dear Concern, This is regarding delivery of Maruti Celerio AMT, I booked the vehicle from Oneup motors dated 1st of July wide advance payment totalling to approx. 75000.00 through Mr. Rajesh Gupta. He ensured that he will be able to deliver vehicle within fifteen days, I communicated the same to my Banker who was funding the car. Later he asked for further 15 days and since than he is just pushing it every 15 days. I even had word with Mr. Rahul Srivastava, he also showed his disability and even argued. I required this car for my wife who needs to manage pick and drop of my kids from school, due to delay in delivery I have to send them though private taxi, this has increased by expense manyfold. Now please give me one final date of delivery other wise I will be forced to go legal. From last two months I have gone through lot of mental trauma and stress. Even I have endured loss on the interest of payment I have made to Oneup Motors and on the taxi rentals. Waiting for your reply. Regards, Deepak

                                    My car number id UP15BJ3293. The moment I observed a black smoke from my car, I drove it to the Raj Sneh Service centre, Delhi Road, Meerut. Five days have passed and still no problem have been diagnosed by the concerned person. Its like a mental harassment. Kindly get the issues resolved soon.
