I have purchased a Maruti swift dezire ZDI MP09 CP1188 in feb 2014 from your local dealer M/s Nimar Motors Khargone/Barwaha, after that I have availed all 3 Free services from your dealers Barwaha Work shop. During routine check up of the car I found Engine oil level decrease from MAX. to MIN. only after total running 10000 kms., I had asked workshop manager while I visited to workshop for servicing, the reason behind the decrease of oil level, he replied me that this vehicle consumes 100 ml. oil on every 1000 km.running i.e.1 ltr in 10000 Km. I have also asked to other owners of Dezire but they replied that their car doesn't consumes oil like my car, There for I request you to clarify the matter at your earliest to help me a fearless and smooth driving.

    Sir, I have booked a Maruti ALTO 800 Std car through VAU's Automobiles, Dak Bungalow Road, Patna-800001 on 17 Nov 2014. The car was not in stock on that date. I deposited Rs. 10, 000/- by cash vide Receipt No.9064 and I was assured that the car will be delivered within 10 days and I will be required to make full payment immediately on arrival of the vehicle in stock. Since then I have been enquiring from the Dealer every now and then without any definite response when or whether they will deliver the car. Each time one or other functionary keeps telling me to wait one or two weeks more. I am not even sure whether they have placed order with the manufacturer. There is complete vagueness in their response. Can the Company authorities intervene and provide a definite response regarding the position of my booking? Shree Prakash Keshava, [protected]

No: TN 07 BX 9507 Usage: <4500Kms on 10 Jan 2015 Dealer: Popular Automobiles Chennai I have no complaints about the dealer and their staffers as they are ready to receive and serve the customer even if the customer is unreasonable. But I have few complaints about the quality of product being supplied and received by the customers. At times the dealers don't want to refer the quality related problems to Maruti/OEMs fearing for the maufacturer/OEM getting offended about their customer handling capabilities. A quality or a product related complaint/ problem for a new vehicle from the very first day is a problem related to the OEM and not related to the dealer. A responsible OEM will try to understand this and do a root cause analysis on any complaints that are received and resolved by the dealer. I understand the responsibility of any dealer to perform the sales, service and maintenance activities as per the expectation of an OEM. But the same expectation doesn't exempt the OEM responsibility of delivering a trouble free unit or product. I have been assured by this present dealer to provide a satisfactory service/resolution to the complaints that I have observed/reported in my vehicle. On tat front I have no complaints. But my aim of writing this complaint to Maruti direct is to draw your attention towards the quality and quality control policy at your production facility. The subject vehicle is sparingly and used single hand. In this vehicle the driver and co driver seats retracting action is very sluggish to normal position after it is reclined back. The co driver seat is sometime stuck and doesn't retract to normal position without a hand support. This was checked at the dealers facility and I have to spend sometime to make them understand my real problem. The service centre main concern is to satisfy the customer with their available resources without offending the customer, This is the area where the quality suffers. B'caz they are afraid of the OEM raising questions about their technical capabilities and customer handling ability without analysing the root cause for the problem at their end. Once that is taken care then the dealer can do his job fearlessly. Let me come to the point now. The difficulty in making them understand this as a problem was compound when he started comparing this problem with another vehicle of the same make. There too it was sluggish but it was not stuck in between like my co driver seat. Then I tried to make them understand with the same reclining and retracting function of my rear seats and they were convinced. This problem is really a serious and a difficult problem when the vehicle is cruising. When the vehicle cruise the reclining and retracting must happen effortlessly without any hand support. Else is is really hazardous as the driver or the co-driver has to work against the forward motion of cruising vehicle. This vehicle has done hardly 4500Kms and this complaint is prevalent from the initial day its delivery. The dealers were not willing to compare the same function with other models. As I have witnessed similar problem (very sluggish retraction) with another Ertiga vehicle, I request Maruti to introspect your quality policy and quality control on this matter. I have some more points about this vehicle and I can disclose it if approached with open mindedness. This is not my first vehicle and I can disclose some revealing facts in comparison with other brands. Hope this report will receive due attention and care. Thanking you, PK.Selvan.

          I purchase a new SX4 ZDI car from goal motors solan dated 30.12.14 i got delivery at 8.30 PM i could not take pre delivery road test drive or check the car properly due to the time shortage.but now i am using it following issues is there in car listed below.1.             Hi, I want to buy the care Dzire. However, I called DD Motors from the last two days several times and no body called me back. Then I called the regional office and talked to the sales team and escalate this issue. However, even they do not call me. I think these seems to be no values for the customer relationship. I have no idea to whom I will address this issue and from where I can buy the care.

              Maruti SWIFT DZIRE VXI model was purchased on 25/08/2010 from RAVIRATNA MOTORS -BHARUCH. Within (4 to 4.5) years period a heavy corrosion was observed on BODY. A complaint was send to MARUTI SUZUKI LIMITED on 14 NOV 2014 & several reminders are send however not responding. It appears that damaged car was repaired/painted & delivered to me.

                I sent my Maruti Swift car No. PB04P0231 last month to PANKAJ MOTORS MOGA to repair after an accident. My car is fully insured by PANKAJ MOTORS MOGA. I paid Rs. 17000 for depreciation. The company has not completed my car's accidental service required and not even gave me any bill or receipt of my paid amount. I am not satisfied with their service.

                      I purchased the Ritz VDI (Diesel) on 29th of october 2013 from Poddar Car World, Guwahati. It was running ok. But recently it had a problem regarding my silencer mufflar which is located at the rear side of the silencer pipe, which broke down by itself. But when it was shown to Poddar Service Centre at Borbari, Guwahati, they simply denied to give warranty as I had fitted a Non MGA fitment for cosmetic look. I even contacted Mr Mayurpran Borgohain, territorial manager of maruti suzuki at guwahati, he also said the same thing as said earlier but he didnt even verified it physically in person. I just want to know from you regarding this quarry. I m not at all satisfied with the Poddar car world persons..

                          i gave my car for service at harison maruti service centre panipat...bt while get the problm fixed they got another problm evolve because of which the car got heaten up(to extreme level) becuse of which the colent pump blasted and all the colent(hot colent) came on the face effecting face burn...required to take a action as soon as possible

                            Dear Sir / Madam I wish to place my issue regarding the Booking Of car and the Color at the time of delivery. I booked New Wagon R MC Vxi on 24th Dec. 2014 at T. R. Sawhney Motors Pvt. Ltd., Saraswati Vihar, Near Deepali Chowk, Delhi -110034 (Authorised Maruti Dealer) at 1532 Hrs with the deposite of INR 50, 000/- Vide Order No[protected] and Receipt No.- 15888 which clearly stating my demand for the color of the car that is Glistening Grey. My Financing is from Punjab & Sind bank. This is for your kind information that the sales person confirmed me to deliver the same color. But when I deposited the DD on 30th Dec. 2014 at T. R. Sawhney Motors Pvt. Ltd., Saraswati Vihar, Near Deepali Chowk, Delhi -110034 (Authorised Maruti Dealer) at 1702 Hrs, the deposite of INR 3, 69654/- Vide Order No[protected] and Receipt No.- 13753 which states the color as Superior White against my demand of Glistening Grey. I checked the receipt and asked the sale person at T. R. Sawhney to get the color corrected in reciept, he told that 'Sir do not bother about this as it is just a typing error' I will give you the same Glistening Grey Color as I committed you. When I came to my residence I got a letter mentioning that the last date of the payment of car (To Avail the existing price) is 27th Dec 2014 whereas the letter reached on 30th Dec 2014. I called the sales man at T. R. Sawhney, he now said that sir Glistening Grey is not possible so take the White and when I showed resistence towards the white color then he says that Sir the new prices will be applicable to your Car. I really can't understand that why T.R. Sawhney Motors adopting this way of snatching the extra money in the shadow of price hike? Is this a marketing strategy of Maruti to harras the customer by charging more money than the actual price? If this is the rule / policy then it could have been communicated to me at the time of booking the car or at the time of taking the DD on 30th. Sir / Madam My request to you is that please intervene in the issue and support me to take the delivery of the Car Booked on 24th Dec. (Glistening Grey). I will not pay even a single penny extra for the product I booked. It Fagged me up by visiting again & again to Dealer for the confirmation of the delivery and the dealer is continously coaxing up with the issue. I hope you understand my point of concern and the plight. I Request you to investigate the issue and resolve my problem and make the delivery of the Car as fast as possible. No solution would force me to cancel my booking as Maruti is not only the Brand available in market. I hope you will deem my request and do the needful asap as per the criticality of the issue.                               information regarding my car booking status

                              12 days back I have booked my car and dealer told me that I will give you delivery on 31st Dec., 2014 only or latested by 2nd Jan. 2015. But till date I haven't received my car and they are not giving me proper response.. If they are not going to give me the car in the old price I am going to cancel my booking and going to purchase i20 elite.. I have booked top varient model in Ciaz.. I request to give ans. On my reply and solve my problem...

                              Ritz vxi was purchased in 2011 as we required a hatchback for local runs in Mumbai This is not our first vehicle. Currently we have Audi A4 ( 2012 model -7000 kms done), Toyota corolla (2007 model -55000 kms run) Ritz VXi ( 2011 model, 12000 kms run) Hyundai i10 Kappa2 (2011 model, 50000 kms ) Previous vehicles: 1993 - Premier Padmini 1997 - Premier Padmini ( sold 2002, 60000 kms ) 2002 - Hyundai Accent ( sold 2007, 60000 kms ) 2011 - Ritz vdi ( sold 2013, 45000 kms) We had problem with Ritz vxi from first month of ownership 1. Burning smell coming while running . This was present from the first day, service centre people never able to find out, it went when I replaced clutch at my own expense at 10000 kms, I have never changed clutch in any of my previous cars . service centre people telling that I don't know to drive . Maruti always right in commenting when I never faced this issue in any of the other cars and still going strong 2. gear slotting was a problem ( now its working properly) 3. Wiper motor had to be replaced as it got rusted ( within 3 yrs of ownership, never i have changed this in any of my cars) 4. Clutch and all the components had to be replaced at 10000 kms ( Ten Thousand Kms ) 5. Rear speaker some sort of nice coming 6. Body panels have already started rusting, all the 4 window pane steel panel have rusted 7. Rattling issues 8. Fuel gauge never shows full . even if I fill it to top also, it will show 1 or 2 blocks less, Pathetic quality control from Maruti Can anyone imagine this ? All cars are parking at same place inside my building and none of my vehicle has got rusted anywhere expect Ritz. Even after have driving experience on so many cars, none of the vehicle clutch plates had to be changed anytime till I sell the car Maruti service centre people will tell that driving is not proper so clutch is gone bad, this is inspite Ritz is driven mostly single person and you can see how less its being driven around ( 10000 kms / 3 yrs = 3333 kms per yrs) Most of the companies have gear box oil change interval of 1 lakh kms, but maruti had 20000 kms, This should make customers realize the poor quality of oil used by them. Many have body antirust warranty for 6+ years, i don't even think Maruti will offer this . They can't as they know about their quality of parts Maruti sells vehicles with very poor parts and puts blame on customer for their failure, Need to see how long does this company run like this . I will never recommend Maruti products to any of my friends nor family members and even in my company will let my colleagues know about the pathetic quality . Guys never buy Maruti, their diesel car sells just due to FIAT engine, else they would have lost the market by now The next Kingfisher in the making I will submit n number of pics if any one wants to see the rusting issue, never buy ( vehicle age is 3 yrs only and all my vehicles are parked in same compound and its garaged most of the days )

                                Hello, I'm malathi i have purchase a Stringray VXI (O)buy exchanging our old Wagon r car... We are a have a awesome experience with the new car ...EXCEPT OUR CARS FRONT GLASS HAS SOME PATCHS AND GETS MOIST OUTSIDE THE GLASS IN WINTER AND RAINY SEASON ...because of this using wipper even there is no rain as we done with our first service we told our dealer (CARS India) and they have done service and they check thoroughly the glass and they have told that the vent screen has a leakage of AC so the fog is being created on the outside of the glass ...and they a saying that its company problem ... I need a solution for that problem because of this we cant travel during rainly season and winter ... pls check this and solve our problem

                                  I had purchased a Wagon R STINGRAY VXI dated 03rd Dec from Pallabi Motors, Guwahati. 2014 and deposited around Rs. 27, 000/- with the Dealer against Registration of the vehicle which is actually around more by Rs. 8, 000/- from the actual amount. But in spit of this, I have not received my RC till 06.01.2015. I had initially told the Dealer Sales ppersonal that I would do the Registration myself, but they were of the view that, it is mandatory for the registration to be done at the Dealer end. I myself am from the Automobile Industry and have till date worked in many Dealership Network and still in the Service Industry workinfg as the Fleet Head, Assam of GVK EMRI, 102 Ambulance Project. The perception and attitude of the Dealership and subsequentkly rob its customers is actually very discouraging which I shall take up with the concerned autority.                                     I AM USING MARUTI CAR FOR LAST 20 YEARS. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I AM BEING HARRESED AND SURPRISED BY THE ENTIRE DEALINGS. I WAS RETURNING FROM SILIGURI AFTER A SUCCESFUL TOUR OF NORTH BENGAL TO MY HOMETOWN DURGAPUR ON 29/12/2014 . BUT ON MY WAY I MEET WITH A MINOR ACCIDENT OF CAR (WB 40 U 7976) [SWIFT ZXI ] HAVING HIT A SMALL STONE AT ABOUT 6 IN THE EVENING WHICH IMMEDIATELY BURSTED MY OIL FILTER CAUSING IMMEDIATE DRAINGE OF THE ENGINE OIL. AND CAR CAME TO STANSTILL. AFTER THAT I CONTACTED MR. SAIKAT CHATTOPADHYAY ([protected]) WHOSE NAME WAS SUGGESTED BY BEEKAY AUTO ASANSOL FROM WHERE I HAD PURCHASED MY CAR, AND HE FURTHER RECOMMENDED TO CONTACT MR SATYA DEY ([protected]) PROPRITOR OF M/S SPEED WHEEL, AT NTPC. HE IMMEDIATELY RESCUSED MY CAR AND TOOK TO WORKSHOP AND SAID THAT ONLY Rs 800/- FOR CHANGE OF BEARING AND ABOUT Rs. 2000/- FOR CHANGE OF OIL FILTER AND MOBILE WILL BE REQUIRED. I DEMANDED TO CLAIM INSURANCE WHICH I HAD TAKEN FROM MARUTI (BEEKAY AUTO) BUT HE DISCOUAGED BY SAYING THAT I CANT AVAIL THIS CLAIM. INSTEAD HE SAID IT WILL BE READY IN TWO DAYS AND I WILL GET MY CAR FIT AND FINE. NEXT DAY ON 30/12/2014 I RETURNED HOME WITH MY FAMILY. ON 31/12/2014 WHEN I CALLED M/s SPEED WHEEL I WAS TOLD ONE MORE BEARING SET GOT DAMAGED. AGAIN I DEMANDED TO CLAIM INSURANCE FOR THE ACCIDENT BUT THEY DISCOURAGED. ON 02/01/2015 I CALLED TO KNOW THE STATUS AND THEY SAID MY CRANK SHAFT HAS GOT DAMAGED AND NEEDED REPLACEMENT, AND AGAIN I WANTED TO CLAIM INSURANCE AND THEY REFUSED. INSTEAD SAID THAT THE CRANK SHAFT HAS BEEN ORDERED AND COMING FROM RANIGANJ, WEST BENGAL. ON 03/01/2015 I CALLED AGAIN TO CLAIM INSURANCE AND THEY AGAIN REFUSED AND SAID CRANK SHAFT HAS BEEN ORDERED AND COMING FROM GURGAO. ON 04/01/2015 I CALLED AGAIN AND THEY SAID THAT CRANK SHAFT IS ON THE WAY AND WILL REACH BY EVENING ON 05/01/2015 I CALLED AGAIN AND THEY SAID IT WILL COME FROM GANTOK, SIKKIM AND IS ON THE WAY, AND FORCEFULLY SAID THAT I CANT CLAIM ANY INSURANCE. THIS ENTIRE EPISODE MADE ME FEEL BETRAYED AND I AGAIN CALLED MR SAIKAT CHATTOPADHYAY AND HAD DETAILED HIM ABOUT EVERYTHING. FROM THAT CONVERSASATION I UNDERSTOOD THAT I HAD BEEN KEPT IN DARK ABOUT THE ENTIRE PROCEDDING AND FORCEFULLY NOT ALLOWED TO CLAIM INSURANCE. MORE OVER IT WILL TAKE ABOUT 10 TO 15 DAYS MORE. WHERE AS I WAS TOLD THAT IT WILL TAKE 2 TO 3 DAYS ONLY. THE EXPENDITURE ESTIMATE HAS BEEN INCREASED BUT NO CONCRETE IDEA GIVEN EXCEPT LABOUR CHARGE Rs. 7000/- AND CRANK SHAFT COST Rs. 7000/- . MORE OVER THEY DOWNED THE ENGINE WITHOUT MY CONSENT. THE ENTIRE DISCUSSION IS OVER PHONE AS I STAY AT DURGAPUR ABOUT 270 KM FROM WORKSHOP M/s SPEED WHEEL I WILL LIKE KNOW THE ACTUAL STATUS OF MY CAR AND FOR WHAT REASON I AM NOT BEING ALLOWED TO CLAIM INSURANCE. BEING A LOYAL CUSTOMER OF MARUTI FOR MY ENTIRE DRIVING YEARS I DEMAND IMMEDIATE ENQUIRY ON YOUR PART AND LET ME KNOW THE ENTIRE DETAIL

                                      Dear sir, I am the R.C.owner of KL-10-AG 6721 Alto k-10. purchased from A.M MOTORS Manjeri, Malappuram, Kerala The steering lock of my car got locked while I was driving the car with my family last week..We escaped narrowly on that day and then I approched the dealer to repair the same.They informed me that an amount of 12000/- should be paid to replace the lock system . I want to know what is the reason for the same.Now Iam not cofident to drive the vehicle. I may inform you that I am not ready to suffer the expense because this is a technical fault from your end.I hope that the company will take necessary actions in the captioned subject and get the lock system repaired free of cost..
