Sir, I had given my wife Sumitra Das's Maruti WagonR Car bearing Regd. No. OR 02 AH 9407, to Narayani Motors, Bhubaneswar, on Dt.01.08.2014, for minor denting and painting in the left side door, and for replacement of back light cover. They also promised me to do all the works smoothly, and to hand over the Car to me within two days, i.e. Dt.03.08.2014. But though 14 dais have already passed, they have not repaired my car till to-day. Whenever I am asking them they are giving a false assurance that the car will be ready tomorrow. The person name Sangram who is looking after my Car, is saying everyday tomorrow ...tomorrow ... tomorrow. I was really fade up hearing the word "tomorrow". Subsequently, he also did not receive my telephone. At last I contacted the body repair manager "Rakesh" He also promised me on day before yesterday to hand over the car on Dt.13.08.2014. When I contacted him, he told that the car is under process of repair, and assured me that it will be ready on Dt.14.08.2014, andpromised me to give me a call after the completion. But till now I have not got any call from him. Now I have got a very bad impression upon the staffs of Narayani Motors Bhubaneswar. They are deliberately neglecting in performing their duty. So, please take a drastic action against "Narayani Motors", please direct Narayani Motors to give delivery of my Car in my House immediately.     I purchased swift dezire vxi on 22 nov 2013, along with the car music system is provided but its remote cont roll not given to me at the time of delivery . When I asked for it showroom manager told it is not available now but I found other car owners received it at the time of delivery. Even I requested to manager to make it available for me and I am ready to pay extra charges if applicable but yet I could not receive it. If we are paying the whole amount why can't company provide us the things. Where shall I contact to make a complaint.

      I Nitish Bhardwaj owning a swift dezire HR14 J 6044. All of the service has been done on timely basis in yours workshop. It has been come to the notice while driving that the car is jolting because of soccer also my all of the tyres got damaged due to this inspite of being timely alignment & balancing.
      When i approched to your service centre they only tried to made me dupe by giving lame excuses.

      So you are kindly requested to look into this matter and do needful as earliest as maruti will only be responsible for any mishap if happen with me while driving .

        Respected Sir,

        I purchased Maruti Alto 800 on 5/11/2014 at Bhopal from Jeevan Motors. My vehicle number is MP-04/CK 2195.
        The vehicle is on my daughter's name Pragya Bhawsar.
        After one year and 5 months of purchase The problem in the horn was observed. It Blows sometimes and sometimes not . I compaint to the Jeevan motors during the service (paid service) on 6/5/14 ( Job card number JC[protected] about the horn. But I am sorry to say that it was not attended . I again approached to repair the horn in the month of June 14. It was repaired but it was not ok. The horn again got faulty after 15 to 20 days during my visit to Indore .
        On 12/8/2014 I again went to Jeevan motors for repairing. They checked the horn and found that the cover over the steering to blow horn is faulty But the cover was not available at Jeevan motors.
        Sir what type of service they are providing . How many times I shall go there to repair. How my horn of the vehicle will be repaired let me know.

Dear Sir, It’s here by informed to you that I have a Maruti A – Star VXI Model 2009 may . This Car had been purchased your Authorised Show room (karlo automobiles (p) ltd- patna) My car is running only 16457 km. I am Extremely Sorry to Say about the poor quality of Tyres ( Make J.K Tyre) front Wheel Tyre destroyed when my Car running 60-70km/h on the highway of chapra to patna after toll Plaza at that time I was with my family atrandom front tyre of Driving Side has been uolled up with high noise & hit my Bumper . I was unable to stop my car atonce, me and my family so feared and timed when I stop my car slowly – slowly, after writing this story of tyre. I just want to say to the Management of ‘Maruti Udyou Ltd.’ If me and my family become injured having that incident who was to be the responsible for that incident either you or J.K Tyre Ltd. Hence I request you to take a quick & hard action against J.K Tyre, for its Poor Quality of Tyre and Issue me another tyer as per replacement should be other company make.               Dear Sir,
              I am using the WAGAN R VXI (UP 27 P 2539) from last three years, i went for the service of my car on Sumitra DS Motors, Shahjahanpur, U.P. on the last weak od November and I tell to the supervisor that break oil is leaking in any wheel please check and also for the alignment and balancing and whole service. But when i used my car then there was no balancing-alignment and the break oil was leaked. When I make complaint to the dealer then he denied, in fact i paid near about 8000 for that service. I am very unsatisfied with this work. Please care of my car.

              I am writing this mail againist the maruti service department. My maruti ritz vdi no. DL8c ah 0170 (dd motors), went for the rotuine service after the service the car developed few defects regarding which i called up the workshop ppl they came at my place and tried to rectified the defect but the problem was still dere it was nt completly rectified. They told me that they will contact me once again regardimg the same but till then i have not recived a single call or email from there side . At the time of service the company makes several call to bring tge car for service what happens after that there is no one to take the feedback when i called up at the customer care many a times tgere no body to attend the calls they keep the call on hold and then no response . This is a big loop hole there is no contact with the customer after selling the product. My car is still not rectified it has few technical snags i want the customer care dept or the service dept to contact me as soon as possible.

              I had given my vehicle for second free service at Lohia Automobiles bhilwara Rd Rajsamand Rajasthan from where I purchased my Ertiga VXI MODEL car. I have been given interior mating of Swift vehicle. Is there no Ertiga model interior mating available? During second service I had already told to clean the interior side with vaccum because the grains were spread all over during my usage. But was not cleaned at all. On receipt I informed the person and he promised me to get it collected the next day and will get it cleaned again. But nothing was again done... I am attaching the photos after servicing when I received after second time delivery also. Even the flowers kept on the front side which were dried up was left unattended. Even the part which was come.out inside was not fixed in its place. Is this the service being provided sir.. I am disappointed.. I had earlier Maruti alto but had a good experience with its service all over wherever I gave it for service. Be it paid or free service.. Please look into the matter.                 HI sir/madam I took my car DL 9C X 1371 to T R Shawney motors for 2 faults regarding meter and AC, they informed problem is with ECM and meter is faulty and told huge amount to fix the problem, i informed them I do not want to do it as its very costly, i paid them diagnose charges and when I went to take my car i found its not working, its taking time to start, engine started missing in petrol, car not starting on petrol, i informed this to technician there, instead of checking they said it will be fine in sometime, i checked for 2 days but it started facing more and more problems with it, i went back again and informed that technicians and mechanics caused these problems and it need to be addressed, they refused to address those issues and asked to pay more for it, i told them my car was running good but after I left it for 3 days in maruti its not working as it should and i am getting lot of problems, I requested them to fix the problems caused by their technicians, they asked me to pay for it, I want to know why ill pay for the problems caused by maruti, they said no they will not do it, I asked them to give me in written they refused to do that. If problem was caused by me then I can understand ill pay for it and its my fault, why should I pay for somebody else mistake. I am too much mentally disturbed because of this. Please give me positive response and tell me what do I have to do about it. moreover the email address maruti gave to me to sent written complaint it is also wrong that clearly indicates they do not want me to lodge a complaint to higher level.                     I m bought the new Swift Dzire from tr shawney. and both car was regular service from maruti authorized dealer. In my car many problem problem faced like In car Running 2nd gear not in proper use. In 18000 Kms front excel changed . In Between i m in himachal towards car front both shocker screw was loose. I m sorry to say that is maruti company is fail and solded cars with fake parts. Authorized dealer said that your car will be ok. they do not any responsiblity and not taking action properly. And Your services is very poor. After response i visit the Aaa Service centre in okhla and excucative said the in your gear box problem and your in not under warranty & car run only in 25000 kms .                       I towed Ritz TN 72 AJ 6849 after an accident to ARAS&PVPV dealer at Tirunelveli for repair on 2-6-14. On 11-6-14 I went with the FIR, I was told that their dealer ship was cancelled and it is very difficult to repair the vehicle and I was advised to take it to Tutcorin ASIR for repair. I spent Rs 5000 extra for towing and lot of other problems in doing so. But I find ARAS&PVPV continue to be the dealer. Am I taken for a ride. Am I victimized that too at the time I needed all support from the dealer

                        I have purchase Maruti alto 800 lxi cng model in march 26 2014 from vipul motors gurgaon and after that i have complaint three time there about wind shield of my car, in my car night vision is very less, and i have complaint that in single road very difficult to drive in night, but every time they said it is ok, but i am not satisfied, and if any thing will wrong that then for that responsible will maruti Suzuki . And for that i will go consumer court and take help from other media services. Even i have complaint that horn will automaticly shut down any time and after 15 minute it will again ok automaticly but these all are related to safety, so please look this and change the wind shied and horn on urgent basis, My self Naresh Arora, and my car no. is HR-26 CF 1638, please provide the best service from your hand.                           I have a complaint with regard to Mileage. I have been driving the Maruti Celerio VXI AMT from May 2014. The car has done 6700 Kms so far. I am able to get only 12 kms per ltr. so far with AC and driving in City traffic in Bangalore. This is very disappointiing. I was told the mileage will improve after the first service and then second service. Is some one from Maruti listening and help me resolve this issue.

                            I ordered for a new Maruti Swift ZXI Car to Sarathy Auto Cars, Kollam on 10/07/2014 and paid the full amount on 23/07/2014. The vehicle was delivered on 24/07/2014. But the actual registration of the car is done only on 05/08/2014. However an amount of Rs: 51765/- is paid for new registration by the dealer by online on 23/07/2014. As per the revised Road Tax w.e.f 27/07/2014 I have to pay Rs: 47550/-as Road Tax for my Car. i.e. an excess amount of Rs: 4215have been paid by the dealer for registration. The only looser is me with out any mistake from my side . Hence kindly do the needful to get back money from the registration authority.

                              Dear Sir,

                              It is stated that :

                              I, Sunil son of Sh. Sher Singh resident of H.No. 786 A, Ground Floor, Sector 15-II, Gurgaon, am owner of Swift VDI Car bearing Vehicle No. HR26BT-3255, Chassis No. MA3FHEB1S00289230, Engine No. DI3A0268372.

                              My car was accidently hit to a tree on 8-6-2014, near Village Guriyani Distt. Rewari, and the same was towed to PASCO Automobiles, Delhi Road, Gurgoan, Haryana for accident repair vide Job Card No. JC14005325 dated 9-6-2014.

                              And the same was delivered to me[protected] and the bill amount was Rs. 1, 46, 811/- out of which the IFFCO TOKIA insurance company had paid Rs. 1, 03, 341/- and Rs. 43, 470/- was paid by me.

                              That on[protected], I went to PASCO automobile, Delhi Road, Gurgoan, Haryana, for re-inspection of my vehicle because the engine was not working properly. They delivered the vehicle after two days referring that the vehicle should be transported at least 1000 KM to verify the work done in the engine.

                              Further the vehicle was sent for re-inspection on[protected], because the problem with the engine (i.e. excessive smoking, undue noise in engine, missing and AC functioning ) were as it is as stated to them at the time of handing over of possession of the vehicle.

                              That on[protected], I went to PASCO automobile for the same problems which were not cured after my many requests. Where I met to Mr. Sunil Thakur (General Manager) I tried to convey my problem, but he very arrogantly and rudely replied that “we have done what ever we can through Insurance Claim, for any further repairs you have to spend money” his behavior was also very un-professional, he also used very violent & provoking language saying that “ you can go any where, I will not entertain your problem”.

                              After this incident I tried to call Maruti Grievance Cell at No. [protected] to Mr. Ranjan Sharma, but after trying many times, he did not answer the calls.

                              I, therefore request your good self, please help me on the above stated problem and a disciplinary action must be taken against Mr. Sunil Thakur (General Manager), PASCO Automobile, Delhi Road, Gurgoan, Haryana .

                                Date: Feb 5 I have been facing a lot of problems, since I have purchased the car. I would request you to take the issues into your serious consideration and do the needful. Some of the Issues listed below: 1- As soon as I purchased the car, I was said that it contains 5 litres of diesel while the car just ran for 2 kms and stopped and took air, when asked to DD Motors, they dont even took this issue into consideration. 2- I took the car to them and said that Car is running heavily as its having some load, they replied that its because I have been driving Petrol vehicle before. But now its justified as many people who have driven the car feels the same problem. 3- The service done on 1st Service was not upto the mark, only it was washed (that was also not duly washed) and coolent was checked. No test drive was taken and no preference was given to the problem faced. 4- I mailed the issues to Maruti Customer Care as well but nothing has been done till date. 5- After Service, I am not able to see the Service booklet, when asked from DD Motors, first they said its available for Rs.60, and when I was willing to pay money they said its not available, due to which my service is getting delayed. These are just few points of dissatisfaction from DD Motors. So, I would appreciate if this issue can be taken into consideration from Maruti's side and needful can be done ASAP. Else I may need to consumer forum regarding the delayed responses, feedbacks and dis-satisfactory customer service. DDMotors is not listening to the complaint. Even issue raised with Deepak Chahal. I got the car checked with one of the service adviser who didn't even knew how to well drive a car. He detected no problem and said "hamare taraf se koi problem nahi hai". Still demanded 800 + Labour charges to get the car checked along with Rs. 800 more to balance and allignment. My question is : what is the warrantly incase I need to pay for the car checkup as well. I have been incuring high amounts on service. Even a normal paid 4th services wents to 14000 in Maruti with Wheel Balancing and Synthetic Oil. Please do the needful ASAP.

                                  Dear Maruthi Management, I raised complaint regarding - "delay in security accessory delivery". I raised continuously 4 complaints through tele customer care. Every time I requested in complaint, dont close complaint until it resolve and get confirmation from my side. But they are closing it. Now recently again reopened complaint "[protected]". I called to customer care to follow-up, but they are not giving status of complaint and diverting me to regional office. Regarding this I had communicated with Mr.Ashish(Ashish.[protected]@maruti.co.in). - Requested him to commit for the approximate date of delivery or assure the car security until that time. I got negative response from him. He is not ready commit for any thing. I am not putting pressure on your head to resolve within a day. Request to put a dead line and try to build trust/confidence in customer. 1. Transparency in process : Complaints which I raised in customer care should not close until my issue resolve and they should give status of issue (open/close/comments) instead of diverting me to other departments. Don't block customer freedom. 2. Commitment of Service : Request to commit for the ordered security accessory and fix approximate dead line. 3. Build Trust in Customer : From last 4 months no one told about product is not developed, suddenly saying like "not developed" is shocking and trust loosing sentence. Ambiguous statements misleading customer. 4. Take ownership/responsibility : If you are failure to provide date of delivery, then take the responsibility of vehicle security till that and build confidence in customer. 5. Justice in words : Request to judge where is the wrong, accept the truth and think about how to rectify it. Keep always customer in safer mode, not in risk mode. Thanks, Arun [protected]

STORY/Detail :- I went to the above said service station on 21-July-2014, for some repair work. I met Mr. Arvind Pathak and showed my Car. Mr. Pathak asked the vehicle need to be left at the service station for 3-4 days for the complete repair work. But, I got my car back on 30-July-2014, after 10 days. The work details is as follows : - 1.)Bumper front replacement and painting, 2) Arm . Front Suspension left replacement, 3) Member RDTR Support lower replacement, 4)Bezel FOG Lamp Right and Left Black replacement, 5) Wheel Comp (14X5J) replacement, 6) Grill Radiator Lower Black replacement, 7) Front FOG Lamp replacement, 8) Brace Lamp Support RH replacement, 9) Bracket RDTR Support Upper replacement 10) Mounting RDTR Support Lower replacement, 11) Lining, FR Fender, R, 12) Spindle Rear L, replacement, 13) Wheel Comp (14X5J) replacement But luckily I came to know that the Wheel Comp (14X5J) given to me was not the NEW. But was billed for new. It was old used Wheel Comp (14X5J). I shocked and surprised. I called immediately to Mr. Pathak regarding. Mr. Pathak admitted the same that it was removed from another car while replaced by alloy wheel, and said it will be replaced, come tomorrow at my work shop. I went to the work shop but the new Wheel Comp (14X5J) was not arrived, Mr. Pathak said come tomorrow again. I again went for the same. But still it was not came. Then I said to Mr. Pathak refund the amount and get it back, and I returned the same got the amount on 4-Aug-2014. This was the fifth extra wheel comp. The same story of the one of four wheel comp it was fitted. It was also not NEW, it was also old. This was also again replaced by new one by Mr. Pathak on 6-Aug-2014.                                       My car Wagon-R- AP07BL 9836 (Glistening Grey) was taken for a paid service after 20, 000 kms at Jayalakshmi Automobiles, Guntur on 8.8.2014.The service section completed service after a payment of Rs6, 200/- But they have not checked all areas. The vehicle engine stopped in the next 05 minutes in the middle of a busy road making every one embarrassed and causing lot of inconvenience for the other passengers and vehicles.We had to take some other passersby to push the car. It got started and it again stopped after another 20 minutes journey.My residence is 50 kms away from Guntur.The battery was not checked and the required water was not filled. If this is the way the service is being attended, guess how difficult it is to continue with the journey. And I claim the company responsible for the low grade services and attendance.                                         I have purchased TVS Suzuki access 125 regn no. GJ-27-m6-01 from Shivalik Suzuki, Isanpur, Ahmedabad on 06/11/2012 .. the motorbike was being given for service time to time . vehicle started giving trouble from 1 /4 /2014 and hence same was given for service on 8/5/2014 .they have infor mers that carburetor assy have problems and same was under warrenty hence replace free of cost by aurthorise service center shivalik auto link private lmton 8/5/14. even after replace ment of carburetor problem continue they vehicle was given for service on 7/6/14 and this time they have replace spark plug and engine oil and payment for spar parts was done by us.as per adwise by service center we have visited service center after 10 days and this time they came up new problem that engine is consuming more oil and require to be open and engine is fail and require to be refurnish. from above it is clesr that vehiclr was giving trouble in warrenty period since last 3 4 months it was not properly diognised from to the service center and hence ulti metly engine is fail for all above compnyis responsible and they should replace engine free of cost also note that we are approching statury for justice jayesh k shah
