I gave my car for 40, 000 KM service, they cheated me by charging 13000 for serving, for same 40000KM service my friends were paid only 7000 in other places. These guys set some target and cheating genuine customers, I complaints this to GM, i believe they have called them and taken necessary steps. Please do not truest such money lenders, instead giving to Maruti authorized service center, we can go to some work shop with very cheap and quality work.

    Dear sir / madam this is to inform you that dated 1 may I got accidental in Bilaspur(c.g.) I have given my vehicle maruti swift vdi cg 04 HB 8320 in your service center behind r.k. mall GE road Raipur mr. mukhergy ( con.-[protected] ) has attended the vehicle dated about 5 to 10 may he has given 200452.rs. estimate no. is - es14000141 dated 13.05.2014 after then surveyor of the new India insurance co. mr. mehta has been done survey and said to mr. mukhergy ( con.-[protected] ) that the estimate is much below then damage so after dismantle please make final estimate. Since the IDV of the car was 2.68 lac so he said if liability of the company will cross 2.00 lac it will be total loss declare by the insurance company. then mr. mukhergy ( con.-[protected] )has done dismantle of the car and made final estimate amount of 300133.rs. estimate no.is same but he has given me estimate after 1 week. then I asked to mr. mukhergy ( con.-[protected] ) that it is very high estimate then he said mr. gupta company has policy to make 30 % above estimate Your cost will not cross than 2.00 lac to 2.25 lac after his assurance I allowed to servicing. Since in 3.00 lac estimate mr. Mehta seen the liability it was about to 1.6 to 1.8 so he also allowed to start the servicing but he said after this estimate he will not allow any expenses mr.mukhergi said same thing to mr. Mehta that cost will not cross above 2 to 2.25 lac and he started servicing I have to told to deposit amount so I have deposited 50 thd dated 21.05.2014.he also assured me to give delivery after 15 to 20 day. But after 2 month he used to tell me that servicing of your car is in process. Dated 15.07.2014 he has called me n said mr. gupta your car is ready but your expence is cross 2.5 lac it is around 3.00lac so I have deposited 2.40lac that day but he told me that some key decoding problem is existing so come tomorrow n get your car but he has not completed. Dated 31.07.14 when car was ready he produced the bill of amount 3.82 lac . In between he has not given any information about the expenses. So sir if your estimate was 3.00lac how it is possible to make bill of amount 3.82 lac.why your people has given estimate in starting. It is total negligence of your people. If I have told that expenses are about 4.00lac I will go through total loss. It is total responsibility of your company. I have misguided, cheated by the people of your company have taken gold loan to give you money but still I have not received my car I talked all your superior authority in Raipur. But they are not responding so I am going to take legal action against the company and also I will go in media that how you cheat the people.       I am a loyal customer of Maruti Suzuki for last 14 years.

      I have bought following cars from Maruti's satble.

      1. Apr. 2000, Marti 800DX ( Regn No. DL 3CR 0145),
      2. March 2011 SX 4 ZXI ( Regn. No. DL 12 CC 1066,
      3. Oct. 2012 Maruti 800ALTO CNG LXI ( Regn. No. DL 1 CN 6693.)

      In last 14 years, this is my 2nd complaint in respect authourised service stations. In[protected], I had complained against T. R. Sawheny and Safdargunj Service Station. Otherwise services rendered and charges thereof by MASS (notably Maruti Service Masters and Rana Motors, Okhla, New Delhi have been reasonably satisfying and there was no reason to complain., Over the years I had opted for maruti cars mainly because of lost cost of spares & repairs and honest business practices, but my latest experience has shaken my faith reposed in Maruti.

      I was in Banga, Punjab in the month of July 2014. I took my car DL 1CN 6693 to Lovely Auto, as something got stuck in AC blower as a result of which water vapors started accumulating in the blower and AC vent.

      At Lovely Auto, I explained the problem and asked them to service the car, replace windshield and rear left tail light as well and signed Job Card listing the services required, later on I got a call from service station to inform me that front brake disc pad also need to replaced and for which I consented.

      Later when I went to take delivery of my car, I was horrified to see Bill No. BR 14000058 total charges as Rs.10515/-. On checking the bill, I discovered that they have charged for many things which I had not asked them to do.

      I had not asked them or authorized them for the following things:

      1. Injector Cleaning Rs. 450=00
      2. Wheel Balancing Rs. 280=00
      3. Wheel Alingment Rs. 280=00
      4. Suspension front remove & Check Rs. 550=00

      On my saying that I had not asked for any of the above jobs, then why these have been done and charged for, I was informed that whether I had asked the to do or not, I will have to pay for it, as they have already raised bill.

      I asked them to hoist the car of hydraulic jack for inspection, I was horrified to see that underbelly of the car was covered with thick layer of mud, thus was evident that front suspension was not touched let alone serviced at all.

      I asked them for computer report for wheel alignment, but the same was not given to me stating that all data relating to wheel alignment is automatically deleted after 24 hrs.

      Similarly no satisfactory reply was given for injectors cleaning.

      It is a clear case of RIP OFF, I have charged for the services not rendered to me.

      On my protests, they said they can only offer a BIG DISCOUNT of Rs. 550/-, take it or leave it. They also said that my car will be handed over to only after receiving cash payment of bill amount.

      Since, I had to return to Delhi, I had no option but to accept their MAGNANIMOUS OFFER OF BIG DISCOUT and pay the bill.

      On my saying that I will file complaint with MARUTI, they said we are not bothered with such small things.

      It will be pertinent to mention here that I have not received any call from Maruti Customer Service to enquire whether my car is OK or whether I am satisfied with services rendered to me.

      Going by my past experience, I am sure suitable action will be taken.

Kindly provide me alloy wheel for the 5th tyre, because of it I am unable to rotate the tyres, and existing tyres started uneven wear and tear. Other complaints also please consider. No. KL-02-AQ-7973 Sir, Your company is known for quality and service. But with some distress I am writing this letter, to you for a favourable action. My entire family is loyal to Maruti, with more than eight vehicles’, which range from, Maruti 800 to Ertigo and Swift Desire . When it comes to purchase of a car, our family never think beyond Maruti. This strong loyalty made me to purchase new introduction Wagon R, Stingray. Now I own the STINGRAY, manufactured, October 2013, delivered on 20.12.2013. I am proud to say that I am one among the first possessors of this new brand of Maruti Susuki in Kollam (Quilon) district, Kerala. The trust and confidence on Maruti made me to take this decision, and I had the same trust to your dealer also. I purchased this vehicle by exchanging of my earlier vehicle, Zen Estilo, which I sold to Maruti True Value, Sarathy Auto cars. My earlier vehicle and my current Stingray, I purchased from the same dealer Sarathy Auto Cars, Pallimukku, Kollam. The following grievances I am having about my Car: 1. During the second service of my above said Stingray, I observed that the tyre rotation not done. When I asked about this, the service engineer informed me that my spare tyre is an ordinary one unlike all the other four are alloy wheels. How a Company like Maruti can give a spare tyre different than the other four tyres in use, that too for a new brand. During the time of purchase I experienced the following from the dealer, 2. I took the rates from other dealers they offered Rs. 10000/- discount on the Stingray VXI model. But this discount I haven’t got from the dealer whom I have taken the car. They convinced me that the discount was only for base model and not for VXI. 3. I am not provided with remote for the inbuilt stereo set of the car. 4. Another issue is there are no mud guards in the front tyres, when I asked about this the dealer explained that there is no provision to fix the mud guard in the front area. But as you aware Kerala is a monsoon state and the front mud flap is required to keep the body of the car clean, now all the dirt is spread over the front door, and always the car looks dirty. This dirt is more obvious with the white colour of my car. So I request you to solve my above mentioned issues, replacement with a disc tyre, providing remote control for sound system and Rs10000 discount which you have announced during my purchase period and front side mud flaps. You must be thinking, why I haven’t raised the complaints number 2, 3 and 4 so far. I felt so sad when I found the spare tyre issue, I believed in Maruti and your dealer, but the current issue made me to suspect the earlier issues also. I am seeing this as a breach of trust and I am raising this issue with lot of distress, I think I haven’t got value for my money, by purchasing the new brand from an esteemed company.           Sir, I have a maruty wagon r new model 2011 january(KL 01 BB 546) bought from Popular, Trivandrum. Running kilometer is 280000. Now I wish to exchange the same with swift Dzire. I contact agencies Herculese and Sarathy in Trivandrum. They also agreed that my wagon R is best in condition. But it had a claim on 2011 april for replacing certain parts of front right side through Popular by company itself. Due to this reason, the above agencies deducted heavily the value og the wagon r. If there claim is proper, please clarify about the replacing and repairing of the original company parts

            I am Suresh Kumar an Ex-Army person. I booked a Maruti Dzire ZDI (Silky Silver) on 23th June 2014 at APRA Auto, Rewari. I made a payment of Rs 6, 71, 585/- to a dealer (Reciept no : 40599) on[protected] and five thousand on the time of booking, Dealer's commitment for the delievery of the vehicle was between 5 july to 10th july, Now Its 18th august 2014 till date i am not getting any assurance from the Dealer for the delivery, During the time I lodged many complaints to the dealer as well as on your customer care center (complaint ref. no[protected]. But in revert not recieved any confirmation from your end.               We purchased a Suzuki access vehicle on 2nd July 2014.There was a tyre wobbling with the back wheel.when we again approached the show room after 2 weeks, they suggested that it was the problem with the tyre and not with the rim or wheel assembly.At that time, they just replaced the tyre and given back the vehicle.Now the problem still persists with the vehicle.Now the show room guys are least bothered with our problem.We had good trust with the company's products but this thing made us to lose confidence on service side of the company.If the company can support in this regard, then it would be of great help.                       Sir, I had given my wife Sumitra Das's Maruti WagonR Car bearing Regd. No. OR 02 AH 9407, to Narayani Motors, Bhubaneswar, on Dt.01.08.2014, for minor denting and painting in the left side door, and for replacement of back light cover. They also promised me to do all the works smoothly, and to hand over the Car to me within two days, i.e. Dt.03.08.2014. But though 14 dais have already passed, they have not repaired my car till to-day. Whenever I am asking them they are giving a false assurance that the car will be ready tomorrow. The person name Sangram who is looking after my Car, is saying everyday tomorrow ...tomorrow ... tomorrow. I was really fade up hearing the word "tomorrow". Subsequently, he also did not receive my telephone. At last I contacted the body repair manager "Rakesh" He also promised me on day before yesterday to hand over the car on Dt.13.08.2014. When I contacted him, he told that the car is under process of repair, and assured me that it will be ready on Dt.14.08.2014, andpromised me to give me a call after the completion. But till now I have not got any call from him. Now I have got a very bad impression upon the staffs of Narayani Motors Bhubaneswar. They are deliberately neglecting in performing their duty. So, please take a drastic action against "Narayani Motors", please direct Narayani Motors to give delivery of my Car in my House immediately.                         I purchased swift dezire vxi on 22 nov 2013, along with the car music system is provided but its remote cont roll not given to me at the time of delivery . When I asked for it showroom manager told it is not available now but I found other car owners received it at the time of delivery. Even I requested to manager to make it available for me and I am ready to pay extra charges if applicable but yet I could not receive it. If we are paying the whole amount why can't company provide us the things. Where shall I contact to make a complaint.

                          I Nitish Bhardwaj owning a swift dezire HR14 J 6044. All of the service has been done on timely basis in yours workshop. It has been come to the notice while driving that the car is jolting because of soccer also my all of the tyres got damaged due to this inspite of being timely alignment & balancing.
                          When i approched to your service centre they only tried to made me dupe by giving lame excuses.

                          So you are kindly requested to look into this matter and do needful as earliest as maruti will only be responsible for any mishap if happen with me while driving .

                            Respected Sir,

                            I purchased Maruti Alto 800 on 5/11/2014 at Bhopal from Jeevan Motors. My vehicle number is MP-04/CK 2195.
                            The vehicle is on my daughter's name Pragya Bhawsar.
                            After one year and 5 months of purchase The problem in the horn was observed. It Blows sometimes and sometimes not . I compaint to the Jeevan motors during the service (paid service) on 6/5/14 ( Job card number JC[protected] about the horn. But I am sorry to say that it was not attended . I again approached to repair the horn in the month of June 14. It was repaired but it was not ok. The horn again got faulty after 15 to 20 days during my visit to Indore .
                            On 12/8/2014 I again went to Jeevan motors for repairing. They checked the horn and found that the cover over the steering to blow horn is faulty But the cover was not available at Jeevan motors.
                            Sir what type of service they are providing . How many times I shall go there to repair. How my horn of the vehicle will be repaired let me know.

                              Passing RTO date . 26 th june 2014.
                              my probllem is today 13 aug.2014 but my car number is not given by maruti suzuki car deller.
                              last 15 days i m going to deller but they are not given responce well. what heppen i dont know. Kaushik Jariwala maneger is not solve my problem.pl help me.

Dear Sir, It’s here by informed to you that I have a Maruti A – Star VXI Model 2009 may . This Car had been purchased your Authorised Show room (karlo automobiles (p) ltd- patna) My car is running only 16457 km. I am Extremely Sorry to Say about the poor quality of Tyres ( Make J.K Tyre) front Wheel Tyre destroyed when my Car running 60-70km/h on the highway of chapra to patna after toll Plaza at that time I was with my family atrandom front tyre of Driving Side has been uolled up with high noise & hit my Bumper . I was unable to stop my car atonce, me and my family so feared and timed when I stop my car slowly – slowly, after writing this story of tyre. I just want to say to the Management of ‘Maruti Udyou Ltd.’ If me and my family become injured having that incident who was to be the responsible for that incident either you or J.K Tyre Ltd. Hence I request you to take a quick & hard action against J.K Tyre, for its Poor Quality of Tyre and Issue me another tyer as per replacement should be other company make.                                   I am using the WAGAN R VXI (UP 27 P 2539) from last three years, i went for the service of my car on Sumitra DS Motors, Shahjahanpur, U.P. on the last weak od November and I tell to the supervisor that break oil is leaking in any wheel please check and also for the alignment and balancing and whole service. But when i used my car then there was no balancing-alignment and the break oil was leaked. When I make complaint to the dealer then he denied, in fact i paid near about 8000 for that service. I am very unsatisfied with this work. Please care of my car.

                                  I am writing this mail againist the maruti service department. My maruti ritz vdi no. DL8c ah 0170 (dd motors), went for the rotuine service after the service the car developed few defects regarding which i called up the workshop ppl they came at my place and tried to rectified the defect but the problem was still dere it was nt completly rectified. They told me that they will contact me once again regardimg the same but till then i have not recived a single call or email from there side . At the time of service the company makes several call to bring tge car for service what happens after that there is no one to take the feedback when i called up at the customer care many a times tgere no body to attend the calls they keep the call on hold and then no response . This is a big loop hole there is no contact with the customer after selling the product. My car is still not rectified it has few technical snags i want the customer care dept or the service dept to contact me as soon as possible.

                                  I had given my vehicle for second free service at Lohia Automobiles bhilwara Rd Rajsamand Rajasthan from where I purchased my Ertiga VXI MODEL car. I have been given interior mating of Swift vehicle. Is there no Ertiga model interior mating available? During second service I had already told to clean the interior side with vaccum because the grains were spread all over during my usage. But was not cleaned at all. On receipt I informed the person and he promised me to get it collected the next day and will get it cleaned again. But nothing was again done... I am attaching the photos after servicing when I received after second time delivery also. Even the flowers kept on the front side which were dried up was left unattended. Even the part which was come.out inside was not fixed in its place. Is this the service being provided sir.. I am disappointed.. I had earlier Maruti alto but had a good experience with its service all over wherever I gave it for service. Be it paid or free service.. Please look into the matter. I purchased the car on 28/5/15 . I am not able to attach the photos due size. But can transfer it if required. My email is is [protected]@gmail com

                                    HI sir/madam I took my car DL 9C X 1371 to T R Shawney motors for 2 faults regarding meter and AC, they informed problem is with ECM and meter is faulty and told huge amount to fix the problem, i informed them I do not want to do it as its very costly, i paid them diagnose charges and when I went to take my car i found its not working, its taking time to start, engine started missing in petrol, car not starting on petrol, i informed this to technician there, instead of checking they said it will be fine in sometime, i checked for 2 days but it started facing more and more problems with it, i went back again and informed that technicians and mechanics caused these problems and it need to be addressed, they refused to address those issues and asked to pay more for it, i told them my car was running good but after I left it for 3 days in maruti its not working as it should and i am getting lot of problems, I requested them to fix the problems caused by their technicians, they asked me to pay for it, I want to know why ill pay for the problems caused by maruti, they said no they will not do it, I asked them to give me in written they refused to do that. If problem was caused by me then I can understand ill pay for it and its my fault, why should I pay for somebody else mistake. I am too much mentally disturbed because of this. Please give me positive response and tell me what do I have to do about it. moreover the email address maruti gave to me to sent written complaint it is also wrong that clearly indicates they do not want me to lodge a complaint to higher level.                                       I have purchased a Wagon R through CSD from LMJ services Barmer, Rajasthan on 30 Jul 14. Till date i did not get my TRC number also for which i can not drive my car. i niether get any body cover or seat cover etc items which company should provide to customers alongwith new car .

                                        I m bought the new Swift Dzire from tr shawney. and both car was regular service from maruti authorized dealer. In my car many problem problem faced like In car Running 2nd gear not in proper use. In 18000 Kms front excel changed . In Between i m in himachal towards car front both shocker screw was loose. I m sorry to say that is maruti company is fail and solded cars with fake parts. Authorized dealer said that your car will be ok. they do not any responsiblity and not taking action properly. And Your services is very poor. After response i visit the Aaa Service centre in okhla and excucative said the in your gear box problem and your in not under warranty & car run only in 25000 kms .
