dear sir, i have purchased maruti Vagon R from Jaivery automobile at visakhapatnam during sep 2011. despite of good care and perodical maintenace bottom of vehicle has been coroded. the matter was reported to service engineer but no response received. the iron bar of right side below gate is fully coroded and seems to be material failure. my contact number is [protected]. i request that my complaint be looked into and defect be rectified. email id [protected]@

    on[protected] I received call from RNS Moters, Yeswanthapura, regarding service camp to be held on their show room on[protected] and asked me to bring my vehicle. On[protected] when I went to the show room for check up of my vehicle KA-02 MC-2379 the response was very much poof. No body come forward to check the vehicle. After lot of persuation they agreed to check the vehicle and for body wash. when I went to collect the vehicle no body was there to attend my grievance and whether they have checked the vehicle or not. Car war not property washed. No body was there to give the feed back. I just inform one of the manger and took the vehicle untended. The response of the Manger of the service station was very much poof and behavior was rood. Please take appropriate action and address my grievance.

Sales executive :Abdul Azeez 1. I had purchased above mentioned MARUTI DZIRE vehicle on December 2013. 2. At the very beginning I noticed a major defect of the vehicle;when the vehicle is running in 4th gear, intense shivering occur for the vehicle especially on the engine part. 3. Immediatelty I informed my complaint to the sales executive Mr.ABDUL AZEEZ and the Indus branch officials at OTTAPALAM (branch office of Palakkad).They had not responded. 4. On 9th January 2014 1st servicing of the vehicle was done at Indus motors, Koottupatha, Palakkad. I detailed the complaint to the supervisor and workmen of the workshop.They had driven the vehicle and understood the complaint. They told me that the Factory of the MARUTI allowed certain tighting tolerrence in the foundation bolt of the engine at the time of assembling ;ie, the foundation bolt of the engine is not fully tighted and it will be corrected in due course. 5. The whole matter was detailed to Mr. Rajivayinikath in person, who is the territory Head of INDUS MOTORS PALAKKAD on that day itself.He had heard the matter carefully, that’s all. 6. On 11th April 2014 the second servicing of the vehicle was done at MANNARKKAD INDUS SERVICE STATION.I explained in detail the complaint regarding 4th gear of the vehicle.They also convinced the fault of the vehicle.After that they told me that this manufacturing defect will be rectified gradually on running the vehicle. 7. Now I understood that the manufacturing defect of an engine will not be rectified gradually. 8. The vehicle had run below 6, 000KMS.Sir, now the vehicle is at MANNARKKAD INDUS MOTOR SERVICE STATION, PALAKKAD.         Its regarding maruti service center Sanei motor pvt ltd, Kolkata

        I give my vehicle Maruti Swift for servicing, After discussion with service engineer he ask me to replace all lubricant / Filter/air filter/ spark plug everything changed invoice no (BR[protected], After 200 KM run 3RD/4TH/5TH Gair start noise .

        I further contact the service center and complain for the noise in gair box, After visit i found there is no OIL in Gair box while it was mentioned in invoice they have lubricant 2.2 ltr in gair box, I really surprise how some one can be to much irresponsible .

        Then they have changed Gair Baring and Noise was clear but again my vehicle giving problem Its RPM not match with Escalator, My CAR not smoothly running . Even after Press Escalator its not going above 60 in 4th Gair

          Cheating by m/s kapoors motors alambagh (Maruti authorised sevice station

          I own a maruti wagon r duo (Petrol +lpg) regn no up32 ca1819.I had some starting problem i went to m/s kapoors motors alambagh lucknow said to be authorised maruti service centre for checkup .The service engineer having mobile no [protected] without verifying the level of petrol told me that your vehicles fuelpump is not working and will have to be replaced. He told me that as the part is not available in any agency in lucknow it will be ordered from maruti company and will take 7-days to come . The cost of change of fuelpump will be around rs.6000/ i will have to deposit rs 1500as advance and will have to drive the vehicle on lpg till then .He cut the petrol supply connection.I had to trust him and deposited rs 1500/ as advavance. After 3-4 days i got filled10lts of petol in the vehicle and connected the suplly pipe of petrol.And tried to start on petrol it got started without any problem and i drove the vehicle on petrol for 3 days without any trouble.When i told this matter to m/s kapoor motors and asked for refund of advanced money, they are not refubnding the amount on one or the other pretext.Irequest to look into the matter and get my money refunded.

          I own a maruti wagon r duo (Petrol +lpg) regn no UP 34 K 6111.I had accidental case in my car, they accepted for replacing the parts. they charged more money, & no Satsfactory Reapiring, they charge for AC gas & repairing, but after 30-35 km running gas has leaked,
          shoker also damaged but not repaired by him.

            Dear Sir, Before I take available legal action against you and your dealer M/s. K.P. Automotives Pvt. Ltd, it is lawful to bring to your notice the following instances of mismanagement and rude behavior of your dealer from whom I have bought a Maruti Swift LDI car on 28th June 2014 vide invoice No. VSL 14000661 : (1) No registration papers were got signed from me and the car was registered with RTO (Registration No. RJ 14 CY 2900): (2) Security number plate was affixed on car but no registration papers were given to undersigned till date even after lapse of one complete month; (3) The amount of scratch card (Rs.2, 500/-), as per scheme on purchase of car, which your said dealer has assured to remit by post was never sent till date; and (4) The Executive Shri Rais Khan misbehaves when he is contacted on his mobile phone by undersigned. In this customers’ market, this type of attitude will bring a very bad name to your company and inconvenience to the customers.               Subject: Complain Against the Maruti Suzuki for the misconduct.


              Sir,

              I Dr. Jaspal Singh S/O Banta Singh R/O Warden Nehru (Boys) Hostel, University of Jammu, Jammu that I wanted to convey your good self that I am owner of the Vehicle, Maruti Suzuki, Swift Dezire wearing Number PB 30 H 0132…..since 2011.

              1. That I am the resident of Narang Colony, Muktsar, Punjab, presently employed at the University of Jammu, J&K.

              2. That on 19th July 2014, I was on the way to Jammu from Muktsar along with my family, unfortunately a dog hit the vehicle on the way around 11.45 pm. And I found that some of the parts of my vehicle were damaged and at the same time I informed the company about my problem and asked for help with the complain number 806568. But there was no moral reply for a longer period. At I received about four call but they were no in my favour.

              3. But with the delay in service from the side of the company I was helpless and unaware to do anything then I decided to move further for the service station towards Jammu without knowing the complexities of the engine and any other part of the vehicle.

              4. And again I got a call from the number [protected] at 2.42 am by someone who was asking me about the location of mine and told me about of next service station with out telling me that if I will continue the driving the engine of my vehicle may be damaged.

              5. Again that the service station of the company demanded more money near about Rs. 60, 000 required for the service of the engine which is not actually my fault and from this incident I am suffering mentally as well as physically since the said date.

              5. It shows that the response of the company was totally ill and out of the way.


              6. I would like to inform my situation that my vehicle is in the service station right from the above mentioned date and now i want compensation .

                made service at popular wheelers abd as per their guid line i changed all engine oil, gear oil and filter, i paid payment by credit card then after my car created silent big noise, i taken visit of populat dealer but they not solve my problem so gone other authorised dealer as their direction engine and gear oil are not change by popular so i changed at other work shop and paid same amount of R. 6000/ aprox for same iteam within 7 days so my request popular wheelers are froding with customer and create dirty image of maruti

                    My (W.Gnanarathi w/o Richard Jacob Cell: [protected]) Swift Dzire, Car Reg. No TN 36 AW 4448 purchased at Ambal Auto Erode, Tamil Nadu, completed two free service. During my car delivery I suspected the viber tank water was leaking and informed to the concern person in the show room at Erode Ambal Autos. They convinced me to attend the compliant while the first service time. There was no satisfaction work done by that first service. During the time of the first service they charged me to pay Rs:300/= for A/c filter fitting. I just want to know this package is from company or not? At the time of entering for the first service in the show room there was a company mechanical person reversed another car which smashed my new car's bumper in front which occurred inside the show room. After with the much verification the concern authorities agreed to replace the broken one and erected the new one. That incident is made me upset. Above all the same complaint which I mentioned earlier the Viber tank leakage continued after the first service. I did not satisfied with the mechanical section side at Erode Amabal Show room. Then I decided to change the service station and went to Sree Saradhambal Automobiles (P) Ltd., Bhavani 638316. Two days (22.07.2014) back I left the vehicle at the mentioned show room here for second service. When I handed over to the foreman for the second service I mentioned about the leakage in the viber tank. They assured me to rectify the leakage. They asked me to come for delivery on the next day. I went to show room on the next day as they suggested me to get delivery of my car. Before delivery I found the same complaint which was never rectified, still the leakage remained from the viber tank. The mechanical persons and foreman in the concern show room never pay attention to solve the problem. I was totally distressed of the continued leakage of the viber tank and found out a new scratch on the bonnet.They agreed the scratch which happened during the service time. Finally they repainted on the particular area and delivered the car without correcting the water leakage in the viber tank. These many incidents made me great upset into my mind. It gave me mental stress and decided not to refer anybody else to come this company in order to buy the vehicle and attend any work among these show rooms. I greatly disturbed. I never seen this much careless and responsible attitude in the showroom realm, I decided to return my car to Maruti Udyog Ltd back again. Let me know the process of it.

                      I am Ruby Varghese owning Maruthi Suzuki Ertiga Lxi MH 02 CZ 3362 MFG DT.5/2013.I took this vehicle from Sai Service Andheri East last year with two year extended warrenty.Now for the renewal time of the insurance the company is threatening and saying that we are not allowed to take insurance from other company and they will not give any support during the time of claim.Moreover they are asking a premium amount of 16000 which is much higher than the other company insurance amount.Please guide me to solve this issue.                         My complaint letter dated 29.03.2013 for the same problem which is already in your records for perusal. I once again mark you the question how this type of Big problem is not noticed by the Mechanic Team/officials of the Paramount Wheels Pvt Ltd, it is crystal clear that mistake done by paramount employees in the month of March, 2013 is always hidden by the Staff However the Problem is constant since March, 2013. Paramount Wheels Pvt Ltd Mira Road (E) is hiding their mistakes and blaming on the beloved customers.

                        We highly appreciate your prompt reply and support with regards to the problems arises due to negligence of the PARAMOUNT WHEELS PRIVATE LIMITED.

                        Sir, the current Gear Shifting Problem was not arises immediately, it is not resolved by the PARAMOUNT since 2013. In the year 2013 same problem was appeared in the vehicle and i had given the vehicle to PARAMOUNT, one of the gear part was broken by the staff of the Paramount at the time of the servicing under warranty, Instead of Replacing the part they have binded the wire in the place of the broken part. also they have hided the matter and the matter was supported by all the officials of Paramount.

                        Sir, you may also confirm the said matter with Mr Sanjeev (Contact No. [protected]), Manager of Excell Autovista Pvt Ltd, Kalina, Santacruz (East).who has first reported to me, immediately after work done in the year 2013 that who has done this type of work (Paramount) and also the same with Mr Amit Dubey, Maruti Engineer.

                        You have also informed us that the Gear shifting problem was reported by me on 16.07.2014 sir I had taken the vehicle delivery on 15.07.2014 and the said vehicle is lying with PARAMOUNT since 30.06.2014, and the Paramount had delivered me a vehicle with ok status, sir who will confirm that Vehicle is ok me or paramount ??????, I am the innocent Owner of the Vehicle not an Vehicle Engineer.

                        Sir, we always relayed on the Company's Authorised Dealer and Service Center and their Staff but in my case PARAMOUNT and STAFF has always mis-guided me till now since March, 2013 about the Gear Shifting Problem. you or any Maruti Authorised Person can also inspect the Vehicle lying at PARAMOUNT WHEELS Pvt Ltd, Mira Road and see the situation of the Vehicle and give a fair-decision.

                        If you feels i am wrong fighting with Esteemed MSIL / PARAMOUNT, guide us i will take the decision as per your guidance.

                          It is inform you that i give my car mp 43 c 4793 for service to m/s patel motors (Indore) pvt. Ltd. Ratlam (M.P) on date 03/07/02014 . The dealer inform me on 12/07/2014 that the car hase been stolen on 09/07/2014 .
                          Kindly help me in this case whose resposbale for this case & how can i claim my car from insurance company . My car insured with national insurance com. (Maruti insurance broking pvt.Ltd.)

                              I have Maruti Suzuki A-Star Zxi 2012 model(AP28CG9566). My compliant is, vehicle do not auto stops when it got over heat due to radiator leakage which could not be identified in night time driving. Due to this bad design, my vehicle engine was burnt had to spend 50 Thousand and expected repair cost is more than 50 Thousand. This type of design looks like to get the revenue on the damaged spare parts.

                                i took my vehicle for servicing to pagariya auto aurangabad on 18.07.14 . it has been a very disappointing experience as the bill given to me for work was almost 150% of estimate. the work was very poor/incompetent and the complaints reported were neglected and I was charged for what was not necessary and was not instructed to be done. i was kept waiting for more then an hour for delivery deliberately by the attending supervisor..

                                  I bought swift ldi on oct.2012 still is in warrenty period. I visited MSSD for uneven wearing of my rear tyres thy told me that the dead axle is bent & is not being covered under warrenty. I dolike to know why not the workdone under warrenty & they are telling to get done in insurance claim.reg. no. is DL 6cl 6792.

                                    I bought a car from Rohan motor Gurgaon on date 16-5-13. It's run only 15000 Km. i got two puncher in one tyre. After this, I visit at workshop for some work. I told to service advisor there was some problem also in wheel balancing, when he checked over wheel alignment machine he informed me that you need to replace tyre.
                                    Now my question is, if the tyre became damage after only two puncher, then why company is providing the same to their customer. For same complaint i visited at workshop more than ten times, but my complaint still nt resolved. I had also registered a complaint in maruti, but no reply i get from maruti.

                                    Plz do the needful asap.

[protected], e-mail id rudresh8839.[protected]@gmail.com ) Booking order number -3126, Vehicle number KA-41 Z 5798, Chasi number - MA3FDEB1S00480852, Engine number -D13A2329891, I purched maruti suzuki ritz vdi white colour 10/7/2014 evening by 7pm threw maruthi authorised deale Garuda autocraft pvt ltd sankey road, When i taking a delivery there is no celebration for car and they are given me delivery in the stock had by the moment i checked car all windshield's its made year 2013 fitted Car manufactured February 2014 i have taken delivery 2014 July i am very much shock about windshields and manufactured date i asked car dealer person he doesn't having answer and he didn't informed me before this facts, More ever i felt in that moment i am taking delivery of 2013 manufactured vehicle scenes with our friends co-ordination taken delivery. Believing after the delivery i get solution threw you are maruti dealer but there are very much rude in this matter . Garuda autocraft pvt ltd customer care called me for feed back i informed the same they said me they will come back with in one hour till now no body called me, After that maruthi suzuki customer care people called me for same feed back even for them i informed the same till now no body responded me, I hope get better solution and do the needful Regards Rudresh s
