I had booked a car- Maruti Celerio VXI cng (grey color) on[protected].Rs5000/- paid in cash to Mr. Shahnawz.On the booking date the executive told me that I shall get the car in a
weeks time but till date the car has not arrived and more-over when i
am asking a tentative date that when the car would be delivered, they
are giving me an excuse that they are not getting any update from maruti as in when the car would be delivered to them.
I also made a complaint against the dealer on maruti customer care number [protected] on 1st august 2014. Today when i again called up the customer care number the executive told me that my
complaint is under process and he has no update on the same. I simply don't understand why a company like maruti operates a complaints cell which is of absolutely no use.Today when i again called the dealer they gave me an update that maruti has told them to ask the customer to wait for 1 more week for the car.
1) does maruti really does that????
When i asked them again that after 1 week will i get my car, they said they cannot commit anything.
Now this has really made me very upset, while taking the booking the dealer
commits with full confidence that he will get the car in a weeks time
and after booking he just make n number of excuses,
Just to inform you more Maruti celerio vxi cng doest have a waiting period.
I would really like maruti to please provide me a update on the problem as in when should i expect to get my car.Maruti should have a proper check on the dealer commitments as its the brand name of such a reliable company that suffers.Must tell you i am a big fan of maruti cars but with this experience i am afraid that i would ever suggest to go with maruti cars.

I had given my Maruti Swift Desire car, VXI AMT to AAA Maruti Authorized Service Centre at Okhla[protected]. My car had gone for a regular servicing (i.e. oil change, filter change & the usual cleaning) I received my car in the evening & paid them their dues at the same time. When i drove my car i was surprised at the way the car was moving, there was alot of drag (as if am driving with the hand break) there was no pickup in the car & the acceleration too was so hard that i could feel it on my knees. In spite of complaining about my cars condition there was a very cold response from the service centre (AAA), so eventually they took my car again for a whole day[protected] & when i drove after the 2nd visit, the car was still having issues like the car was jerking as in like a miss fire & the AC too got some serious issues, its not cooling the car.
Had a visit again from AAA team[protected] but they could not understand or resolve the issue & they left. I received a call from their supervisor who was handling my case saying that some senior level person will be coming to check the problem but he will come after a weeks time n not before that. No one turned up as expected, I also complained at the MUL toll free number to lodge a complaint, so i got a call again from AAA regarding my car & saud they wanted to take the car again for the problems i complained for. They took the car & drove the vehicle 80 kms & they left the car at my residence in the evening & gave the keys to my guard without informing me or calling me. My car is still in same condition rather its getting more worse. I would request you all that one should not give their car for servicing or repairs to AAA service centre at Okhla Phase 1. They are the most unprofessional, inefficient, incompetent & negligent service experts. I would take this matter to higher authorities @ MUL & try and get the dealership canceled of AAA or get them penalize for the same.
I had paid the servicing charges and also my fuel was used all these while & in return i still got a problematic car after all this.
