Dear Sir,

It is stated that :

I, Sunil son of Sh. Sher Singh resident of H.No. 786 A, Ground Floor, Sector 15-II, Gurgaon, am owner of Swift VDI Car bearing Vehicle No. HR26BT-3255, Chassis No. MA3FHEB1S00289230, Engine No. DI3A0268372.

My car was accidently hit to a tree on 8-6-2014, near Village Guriyani Distt. Rewari, and the same was towed to PASCO Automobiles, Delhi Road, Gurgoan, Haryana for accident repair vide Job Card No. JC14005325 dated 9-6-2014.

And the same was delivered to me[protected] and the bill amount was Rs. 1, 46, 811/- out of which the IFFCO TOKIA insurance company had paid Rs. 1, 03, 341/- and Rs. 43, 470/- was paid by me.

That on[protected], I went to PASCO automobile, Delhi Road, Gurgoan, Haryana, for re-inspection of my vehicle because the engine was not working properly. They delivered the vehicle after two days referring that the vehicle should be transported at least 1000 KM to verify the work done in the engine.

Further the vehicle was sent for re-inspection on[protected], because the problem with the engine (i.e. excessive smoking, undue noise in engine, missing and AC functioning ) were as it is as stated to them at the time of handing over of possession of the vehicle.

That on[protected], I went to PASCO automobile for the same problems which were not cured after my many requests. Where I met to Mr. Sunil Thakur (General Manager) I tried to convey my problem, but he very arrogantly and rudely replied that “we have done what ever we can through Insurance Claim, for any further repairs you have to spend money” his behavior was also very un-professional, he also used very violent & provoking language saying that “ you can go any where, I will not entertain your problem”.

After this incident I tried to call Maruti Grievance Cell at No. [protected] to Mr. Ranjan Sharma, but after trying many times, he did not answer the calls.

I, therefore request your good self, please help me on the above stated problem and a disciplinary action must be taken against Mr. Sunil Thakur (General Manager), PASCO Automobile, Delhi Road, Gurgoan, Haryana .

    Date: Feb 5 I have been facing a lot of problems, since I have purchased the car. I would request you to take the issues into your serious consideration and do the needful. Some of the Issues listed below: 1- As soon as I purchased the car, I was said that it contains 5 litres of diesel while the car just ran for 2 kms and stopped and took air, when asked to DD Motors, they dont even took this issue into consideration. 2- I took the car to them and said that Car is running heavily as its having some load, they replied that its because I have been driving Petrol vehicle before. But now its justified as many people who have driven the car feels the same problem. 3- The service done on 1st Service was not upto the mark, only it was washed (that was also not duly washed) and coolent was checked. No test drive was taken and no preference was given to the problem faced. 4- I mailed the issues to Maruti Customer Care as well but nothing has been done till date. 5- After Service, I am not able to see the Service booklet, when asked from DD Motors, first they said its available for Rs.60, and when I was willing to pay money they said its not available, due to which my service is getting delayed. These are just few points of dissatisfaction from DD Motors. So, I would appreciate if this issue can be taken into consideration from Maruti's side and needful can be done ASAP. Else I may need to consumer forum regarding the delayed responses, feedbacks and dis-satisfactory customer service. DDMotors is not listening to the complaint. Even issue raised with Deepak Chahal. I got the car checked with one of the service adviser who didn't even knew how to well drive a car. He detected no problem and said "hamare taraf se koi problem nahi hai". Still demanded 800 + Labour charges to get the car checked along with Rs. 800 more to balance and allignment. My question is : what is the warrantly incase I need to pay for the car checkup as well. I have been incuring high amounts on service. Even a normal paid 4th services wents to 14000 in Maruti with Wheel Balancing and Synthetic Oil. Please do the needful ASAP.

      Dear Maruthi Management, I raised complaint regarding - "delay in security accessory delivery". I raised continuously 4 complaints through tele customer care. Every time I requested in complaint, dont close complaint until it resolve and get confirmation from my side. But they are closing it. Now recently again reopened complaint "[protected]". I called to customer care to follow-up, but they are not giving status of complaint and diverting me to regional office. Regarding this I had communicated with Mr.Ashish(Ashish.[protected]@maruti.co.in). - Requested him to commit for the approximate date of delivery or assure the car security until that time. I got negative response from him. He is not ready commit for any thing. I am not putting pressure on your head to resolve within a day. Request to put a dead line and try to build trust/confidence in customer. 1. Transparency in process : Complaints which I raised in customer care should not close until my issue resolve and they should give status of issue (open/close/comments) instead of diverting me to other departments. Don't block customer freedom. 2. Commitment of Service : Request to commit for the ordered security accessory and fix approximate dead line. 3. Build Trust in Customer : From last 4 months no one told about product is not developed, suddenly saying like "not developed" is shocking and trust loosing sentence. Ambiguous statements misleading customer. 4. Take ownership/responsibility : If you are failure to provide date of delivery, then take the responsibility of vehicle security till that and build confidence in customer. 5. Justice in words : Request to judge where is the wrong, accept the truth and think about how to rectify it. Keep always customer in safer mode, not in risk mode. Thanks, Arun [protected]

Refer to the attached pictures of wheel comp. and Invoice scan copy. Action Required from M/s Maruti Suzuki India Ltd : - 1) Want complete check-up my vehicle by your experienced Engineer at your own work shop. (as my vehicle stayed till 10 days there) 2) Let us take the disciplinary action against the said service centre, so as to not repeat the same to other customers. STORY/Detail :- I went to the above said service station on 21-July-2014, for some repair work. I met Mr. Arvind Pathak and showed my Car. Mr. Pathak asked the vehicle need to be left at the service station for 3-4 days for the complete repair work. But, I got my car back on 30-July-2014, after 10 days. The work details is as follows : - 1.)Bumper front replacement and painting, 2) Arm . Front Suspension left replacement, 3) Member RDTR Support lower replacement, 4)Bezel FOG Lamp Right and Left Black replacement, 5) Wheel Comp (14X5J) replacement, 6) Grill Radiator Lower Black replacement, 7) Front FOG Lamp replacement, 8) Brace Lamp Support RH replacement, 9) Bracket RDTR Support Upper replacement 10) Mounting RDTR Support Lower replacement, 11) Lining, FR Fender, R, 12) Spindle Rear L, replacement, 13) Wheel Comp (14X5J) replacement But luckily I came to know that the Wheel Comp (14X5J) given to me was not the NEW. But was billed for new. It was old used Wheel Comp (14X5J). I shocked and surprised. I called immediately to Mr. Pathak regarding. Mr. Pathak admitted the same that it was removed from another car while replaced by alloy wheel, and said it will be replaced, come tomorrow at my work shop. I went to the work shop but the new Wheel Comp (14X5J) was not arrived, Mr. Pathak said come tomorrow again. I again went for the same. But still it was not came. Then I said to Mr. Pathak refund the amount and get it back, and I returned the same got the amount on 4-Aug-2014. This was the fifth extra wheel comp. The same story of the one of four wheel comp it was fitted. It was also not NEW, it was also old. This was also again replaced by new one by Mr. Pathak on 6-Aug-2014.           My car Wagon-R- AP07BL 9836 (Glistening Grey) was taken for a paid service after 20, 000 kms at Jayalakshmi Automobiles, Guntur on 8.8.2014.The service section completed service after a payment of Rs6, 200/- But they have not checked all areas. The vehicle engine stopped in the next 05 minutes in the middle of a busy road making every one embarrassed and causing lot of inconvenience for the other passengers and vehicles.We had to take some other passersby to push the car. It got started and it again stopped after another 20 minutes journey.My residence is 50 kms away from Guntur.The battery was not checked and the required water was not filled. If this is the way the service is being attended, guess how difficult it is to continue with the journey. And I claim the company responsible for the low grade services and attendance.             I have purchased TVS Suzuki access 125 regn no. GJ-27-m6-01 from Shivalik Suzuki, Isanpur, Ahmedabad on 06/11/2012 .. the motorbike was being given for service time to time . vehicle started giving trouble from 1 /4 /2014 and hence same was given for service on 8/5/2014 .they have infor mers that carburetor assy have problems and same was under warrenty hence replace free of cost by aurthorise service center shivalik auto link private lmton 8/5/14. even after replace ment of carburetor problem continue they vehicle was given for service on 7/6/14 and this time they have replace spark plug and engine oil and payment for spar parts was done by us.as per adwise by service center we have visited service center after 10 days and this time they came up new problem that engine is consuming more oil and require to be open and engine is fail and require to be refurnish. from above it is clesr that vehiclr was giving trouble in warrenty period since last 3 4 months it was not properly diognised from to the service center and hence ulti metly engine is fail for all above compnyis responsible and they should replace engine free of cost also note that we are approching statury for justice jayesh k shah

              Sir, It is to bring to your special attention that I have purchased an Alto 800 Lxi SKY Automobiles, Bhanapur, N.H.5, , Cuttack-11(Orissa) vide Invoice No.VSL[protected]A dt. 28.09.2012 and balance amount paid through HDFC Finance Rs.1, 93, 438.00 (Rupees one lakh ninety three thousand four hundred thirty eight)only on 05.08.2013. Now I am paying EMI to HDFC Bank but the said firm not handover the Insurance papers and Vehicle documents and Road Tax papers etc. till date for which I could not avail the warranty facility as well as journey facility .                 I am I.Saravanan, , Mesiyanagar I street, Perumalpuram. Tirunelveli 627007, Tamilnadu I have bought new SX4 ZDI on 25.06.2014. I am not satisfied in this vehicle. That has more vibration, noise and sound. No dealer in Tirunelveli. What can I do? My family thought that I wasted the money. So I am very depressed. Previously I have owned ALTO and RITZ VDI. I had booked a car- Maruti Celerio VXI cng (grey color) on[protected].Rs5000/- paid in cash to Mr. Shahnawz.On the booking date the executive told me that I shall get the car in a weeks time but till date the car has not arrived and more-over when i am asking a tentative date that when the car would be delivered, they are giving me an excuse that they are not getting any update from maruti as in when the car would be delivered to them. I also made a complaint against the dealer on maruti customer care number [protected] on 1st august 2014. Today when i again called up the customer care number the executive told me that my complaint is under process and he has no update on the same. I simply don't understand why a company like maruti operates a complaints cell which is of absolutely no use.Today when i again called the dealer they gave me an update that maruti has told them to ask the customer to wait for 1 more week for the car. 1) does maruti really does that???? When i asked them again that after 1 week will i get my car, they said they cannot commit anything. Now this has really made me very upset, while taking the booking the dealer commits with full confidence that he will get the car in a weeks time and after booking he just make n number of excuses, Just to inform you more Maruti celerio vxi cng doest have a waiting period. I would really like maruti to please provide me a update on the problem as in when should i expect to get my car.Maruti should have a proper check on the dealer commitments as its the brand name of such a reliable company that suffers.Must tell you i am a big fan of maruti cars but with this experience i am afraid that i would ever suggest to go with maruti cars.                   I had given my Maruti Swift Desire car, VXI AMT to AAA Maruti Authorized Service Centre at Okhla[protected]. My car had gone for a regular servicing (i.e. oil change, filter change & the usual cleaning) I received my car in the evening & paid them their dues at the same time. When i drove my car i was surprised at the way the car was moving, there was alot of drag (as if am driving with the hand break) there was no pickup in the car & the acceleration too was so hard that i could feel it on my knees. In spite of complaining about my cars condition there was a very cold response from the service centre (AAA), so eventually they took my car again for a whole day[protected] & when i drove after the 2nd visit, the car was still having issues like the car was jerking as in like a miss fire & the AC too got some serious issues, its not cooling the car.
                  Had a visit again from AAA team[protected] but they could not understand or resolve the issue & they left. I received a call from their supervisor who was handling my case saying that some senior level person will be coming to check the problem but he will come after a weeks time n not before that. No one turned up as expected, I also complained at the MUL toll free number to lodge a complaint, so i got a call again from AAA regarding my car & saud they wanted to take the car again for the problems i complained for. They took the car & drove the vehicle 80 kms & they left the car at my residence in the evening & gave the keys to my guard without informing me or calling me. My car is still in same condition rather its getting more worse. I would request you all that one should not give their car for servicing or repairs to AAA service centre at Okhla Phase 1. They are the most unprofessional, inefficient, incompetent & negligent service experts. I would take this matter to higher authorities @ MUL & try and get the dealership canceled of AAA or get them penalize for the same.
                  I had paid the servicing charges and also my fuel was used all these while & in return i still got a problematic car after all this.

                  Dear sir/mam,
                  On 25 August 2020, I purchased a brand new Maruti Brezza Vxi petrol from you.
                  But since the day i purchased it. I am facing issues of car jerks and it is also struggling in accelerating. I got all the 3 services done on time, each and every time when I visited for my car services I had told them about this problem, they casually replied that we have solved the issue and have repaired it. However, when I collected the vehicle after service and started using it, the problem was still there. Inspite of all this they are not taking this problem seriously, from last 3 days my car is there at your service center and it is still not repaired, this problem has caused me to incur additional cost. I need a solution for this, My vehicle is still under warranty .
                  I request to kindly look into the matter and also appeal for repair. I would appreciate your immediate response on the same.

                    I purchased Wagnor from authorized dealer of Maruti -koncept motors in lakhimpur Kheri on 4th august 2014. At the time of purchasing car he committed that 5 ltr of petrol is provided from behalf of company which will comfort us to drive it conveniently to our home.

                    My place was only 3 Kms far from his showroom, the car was not even able to cover distance Of 1 km as fuel got over in between .

                    That was such an embarassing situation, as I was forced to drag the car Till I found fuel station.
                    The services offered by them was literally not appreciable.

                    Business Works on quality of service provided, He being an authorized dealer of Maruti Is working as an External face of company and such pathetic level of service will dig out roots of your brand in long run.

                    Even the feedback of the dealer from local market was not that good but then to I opted to avail services from him in good faith, but all went in Vain..

                    It will be highly appreciable if you people take some Serious step in this regard, so that next time Your customers Remains in a situation To trust yoUr Brand

                      I had bought a Desire VXI from Chattarpur showroom of Rohan Motors on 26/04/2014 after all the payments, they asked me to make extra payment of Rs.40, 000/- which was too be refunded within a three days of delivery. Now people from Chattarpur office are not providing me my refunded amount, saying that the agent from which you bought the car is missing. And they cannot refund until and unless he is available. My EW and RC are also pending.Car Number: DL3CAH 2015 I have attached the visiting card for the dealer from whom I had bought the car. From last 3 months his number is not reachable and Rohan Motors is not able to produce the concern person for my refund. I have attached all the payment receipt which I got from the Rohan Motors. So please interveel in the matter and refund my amount ASAP. If Rohan Motors is not able to communicate from designated person then who gave them the authority to allow such person to publish such a visiting card of Rohan Motors. 4 months has past and still I have not got my refund from Rohan Motors.                         Vehicle No KA04MM2198 NEW Wagon R VXI I had completed my third free service at RNS Yeshwantpur in May 2014. As usual they did the service and returned my vehicle home. Also i dint get much time to check the vehicle also. On next week after service i was travelling to my native, while crossing bangalore, when i switched on my ac, i could find it was working but no cooling effect. All the way long to cochin i had to travel without ac and while reaching palakkad i could find Indus motors service centre, where i got this rectified. They said that the gas was leaked and had to be refilled, for which they charged me almost 1100 Rs., which i had to pay, there was no other go. After reaching back home i could see that my undercoating inspection was not done in the service time ( it was due in MAY). I could also notice my steering wheel had a slight dis alignment. For this now today 02.08.2014 i visited the yeshwantpur service centre to show all this, I happen to get all this replies 1. Third free service was not done by them. It was done by unit 2. For me RNS is only one, be it unit one or two or three. 2. I have to go to that unit itself for rectifying. 3. they cannot check the undercoating as it is closing time and asked me to come on Monday. 4. However they managed to rectify steering wheel issue upon my request and charged me again Rs.570. Now that i had to spend almost 1670 Rs for the shabby service done by RNS service centre, also had to take all their comments, for which i am not here. My undercoating inspection and ac inspection still at large. Yet to be done... With all these i have finalised that i should not go with any maruti vehicle in future. Thanks to all services. I look forward to dispose the vehicle as soon as possible and look for some other brand, which does their service sincerely. Sheeraj Khan [protected]

                          I bought an MARUTHI ERTIGA VDI chassis no 128079, engine no 1938428 in 28/08/2012., Reg.no KL 62 8694, started initial complaint before it reaches 10000km, that was front left side bearing gone and replaced, then it started giving sound while applying break, due to break cylinder assy rear wheel damage, same time the vehicle was not pulling appropriate while driving, now the authorised dealer placed order for a valve to replace, which has to be replaced when getting. Currently the car run 16000km only. I am really disappointed after buying a new car I am regularly visiting the dealer workshop for some reasons, which I am not happy.                               I had a problem with my new maruti vdi gear box. I took it to service center and they denied to agree the problem. Then I complained to maruti and TSM attended to the issue and he also did not agree to the problem. I took maruti people to several test drives and given for service several times. Everytime I gave the vehicle for service they created more trouble with the vehicle. Now my vehicle not even completed 10K, but it is completely worn out and inspite of several complaints to maruti office in chennai they dont seem attend to the problem.

                                I am brought wagner r new (Vxi) car on 30th may 2014, after 10 days my car glass full complaint and my music system and spekers complaint...I inform my deler (Popular maruthi sales and services trissur)...But no reponse...After one month i inform trissur palakkad regenal manager mr johny...He told me he inform maruthi suzuki.They told now change my full glass...But now july 31 th ...At this time no response from deler...I waiting 2 month but no way...I am going to complaint to consumer form...Am no happy your service...Toooooooo bad service...I am not satisfy your service...

                                    on[protected] I received call from RNS Moters, Yeswanthapura, regarding service camp to be held on their show room on[protected] and asked me to bring my vehicle. On[protected] when I went to the show room for check up of my vehicle KA-02 MC-2379 the response was very much poof. No body come forward to check the vehicle. After lot of persuation they agreed to check the vehicle and for body wash. when I went to collect the vehicle no body was there to attend my grievance and whether they have checked the vehicle or not. Car war not property washed. No body was there to give the feed back. I just inform one of the manger and took the vehicle untended. The response of the Manger of the service station was very much poof and behavior was rood. Please take appropriate action and address my grievance.

At the very beginning I noticed a major defect of the vehicle;when the vehicle is running in 4th gear, intense shivering occur for the vehicle especially on the engine part. 3. Immediatelty I informed my complaint to the sales executive Mr.ABDUL AZEEZ and the Indus branch officials at OTTAPALAM (branch office of Palakkad).They had not responded. 4. On 9th January 2014 1st servicing of the vehicle was done at Indus motors, Koottupatha, Palakkad. I detailed the complaint to the supervisor and workmen of the workshop.They had driven the vehicle and understood the complaint. They told me that the Factory of the MARUTI allowed certain tighting tolerrence in the foundation bolt of the engine at the time of assembling ;ie, the foundation bolt of the engine is not fully tighted and it will be corrected in due course. 5. The whole matter was detailed to Mr. Rajivayinikath in person, who is the territory Head of INDUS MOTORS PALAKKAD on that day itself.He had heard the matter carefully, that’s all. 6. On 11th April 2014 the second servicing of the vehicle was done at MANNARKKAD INDUS SERVICE STATION.I explained in detail the complaint regarding 4th gear of the vehicle.They also convinced the fault of the vehicle.After that they told me that this manufacturing defect will be rectified gradually on running the vehicle. 7. Now I understood that the manufacturing defect of an engine will not be rectified gradually. 8. The vehicle had run below 6, 000KMS.Sir, now the vehicle is at MANNARKKAD INDUS MOTOR SERVICE STATION, PALAKKAD.                                         I give my vehicle Maruti Swift for servicing, After discussion with service engineer he ask me to replace all lubricant / Filter/air filter/ spark plug everything changed invoice no (BR[protected], After 200 KM run 3RD/4TH/5TH Gair start noise .

                                        I further contact the service center and complain for the noise in gair box, After visit i found there is no OIL in Gair box while it was mentioned in invoice they have lubricant 2.2 ltr in gair box, I really surprise how some one can be to much irresponsible .

                                        Then they have changed Gair Baring and Noise was clear but again my vehicle giving problem Its RPM not match with Escalator, My CAR not smoothly running . Even after Press Escalator its not going above 60 in 4th Gair
