Sir, I would like inform you that my car minor damage in accident while I go to raviratna show room placed bharuch the insurance agent told me that the part is replace n etc...and car expanse around 15000/- so I go for incurance . my car damege both side they told me that you can claim only one side insurance without confirming to my icici lombard insurance angent. i said ok fix one side .thay fix it after fixing i go to pick my car ther is no replace any part they fix old one n insurance compny txet me my expance around only 5000/-.so fist thing your employ lyeing to me so they are lyers.. durindg fixin my damege they damege my another part ...i let go it and i put my car to fix it ..now wht they damage my another part . so every day go to shoeroom ... so who will pay me gj-16-bb 6288 [protected] [protected]

    Respected sir i book alto 800 at fair deal jhilmil on 13/06/2014 on amount of 5000 and 20/06/2014 i give down payment 10000 to the showroom.i take loan on that Car so i give all the doCuments at the showroom when i ask to executive when you delever my car they said when your loan approved i delever to you afyer 15 days my car is not deleverd then i ask to exeutive in witch bank yoU give my documents they said to me induslind bank i ask tO the bank thebbank said no documents giveN to the bank so how they approved your loan


    So sir tell me my all documents my blanK Signed cheque the person take wrong advantage wo wiil be responsible for that

      i have purchased one maruti swift vxi, regd. no. As- 05/D-1663, from M/s Bimal Auto Agency, Guwahati, Assam, on august 2009. from the last two years or so, the car has started giving a lot of trouble like starting problem. I live at Jorhat, Assam, for the past 4 yrs, so i had sent my car to M/s Anamika Motors, Jorhat, Assam, for servicing and repair when and where needed. In the last two years I have spent almost 1.5 lacs to 2 lacs on its service & maintenance. The delear i.e. Anamika Motors, kept on changing parts like disel pump, a/c pump & oso on for about 2-3 times, & every time it goes for repair the bill is almost[protected].But the most annoying part is that the problem remains the same.The last time it was serviced on 02/06/14, from Anamika motors & they told us that the disel pipe line is jammed & they make a bill of Rs. 18000/- approx with some parts purchased by me from outside for Rs. 3000.00. I now felt being cheated by the delear every time.         Sir/Madam, I purchased Ritz vxi in exchange to my old maruti 800 with an exchange offer of 35000 rupees. My old maruti 1997 october model was in excellent condition with new bridge stone tyres (9500/-), new seat covers (3000/-) installed. The cost of my 800 with exchange offer was adjudged by them to be 50, 000 which means that cost of my maruti 800 was mere 15000. After i made the payment of new ritz, it was told to me that there is also upgrade bonus as i was upgrading to higher model. On inquiring they told me that the bonus was included with your old car cost i.e 50000/-. I felt astonished. i came to know afterwards that my maruti 800 was sold by them at approx 50000 to someone. Sir/ Madam, my enquiry is that the cost of my car was 50000 actually, which was judged by Goyal motors to be just 10, 000 rupees. With exchange bonus it should have been 75000 to 80000 value. So what is the mean of this exchange bonus? its just a fraud. even my upgrade bonus was not given to me. and surprisingly included in the cost of my sold car...my new ritz car is very good but the treatment i got from dealer i.e Goyal motors shimla, will be unforgettable...I will never recommend my dear friends to go for your exchange offer.

          I have made full payment for purchase of Alto K10 VXI & the dealer M/s T.R Sawhney Motors Sahibabad Ghaziabad has promised to give delivery today i.e 13.07.2014. On contacting the dealer today it has been informed to me that the car booked for me has been given by Maruti to some other customer & i will get delivery on arrival of fresh stock.
          I want immediate delivery & asked dealer to refund my money but he refused to give back the money also.

          Please take strict action.

            Sir I have send the vehicle for service which is 2011 model with GOLD FINCH Motors, MTP Road, Coimbatore on[protected] and the dealer wanted three days time. i said ok and taken delivery on[protected]. My JOB CARD No: 3604 dt:[protected]. After taking delivery i come to know that no complaints was attended by the dealer except very easy things and money earning things like changing oil, water wash and battery charging. The 3 days they keep the vehicle idle and last hour hurry service for said things. what do you mean by servicing the vehicle. only water wash and changing oil?? That works we ourselves can do easily without your service. My Front fork was inclined one side which is not at all attended. Simply they say fork spring out of stock. Whether 3 days not sufficient to get one set of fork springs??? Then service dealer's efficiency is that extent only. The vehicle performance of suzuki is best among other scooters but the service quality is worst among other company service. better the SUZUKI company stop the sales in india bcoz not able to give proper service. without service dont cheat customers by selling the international brand scooters and spoil the name. why dont i make a complaint in consumer court against your careless in service???               I had registerd a complaint against indus motors Kattappana
              before the Managing Director, Maruthi Suzuki NewDelhi, through registerd post on[protected].i have received no reply till now, i have purchased swift vxi on[protected] from Indus Kattappana.they are keeping away from the promises they had given to me before the purchase in the case of exchange bonus, tools etc.they have collected rupees 40324 insted of rupees 30816as road tax from me.when i pointed out this they returned only rupees 3954 insted of 9508, The details are given in my above said complaint, I reqest you to go through it, i am waiting for your reply, I think that (if my complaint is not settled)i can seek legal advise after getting your reply.

                I have purchased one Ritz from Indus Angamaly branch on 19th june 2014. They said they are giving me new model 2014 limited edition ritz. But after delivery I came to notice that the manufacturing date is January 2014 and my purchasing date is 19th June means 6 months gap fro manufacturing date and Purchasing date . They didn't inform me about this and didn't give any offer. The printed date on the glass is 13. When I complaint this Area sales manager and Branch Sales Manager and executive of indus Angamaly branch says that they can't do anything and you can go for a legal case. Is this a proper way to deal a customer especially a reputed company like Maruthi. I expected a good action reply from your side as early as possible. Next week I introduced my friend to the same showroom he purchase a Maruthi Alto 800. They didn't give even a small packet of sweets to customer on the delivery time. I known it is not in your policy to give gifts but it will be more pleasure for the customers. Thanking You and waiting your earlist reply

                  Sir, I sri A K Padhi booked a B Red swift VXI car on dt 13 jun 2014.and given the date of taking car in advance and given them sufficient time to DD motor, Dehradun for arrange a red coloured car.on the date of delivery they told stock is not avaiable.After depositing draft at CSD depot and making full payment the dealer harassing me .pl look after the case seriosly .Thanking you.

                    My Desire while in running after 40 / 60 km Engine suddenly goes in slow working for 05/10 minutes. Then my desire runs as regular. After three days same complaint got. Then Three months later same. I approach service centre. They tuned my engine and told it will not happen. Then after one month same complaint and I give my vehicle for servicing. Still complaint is there. My one friend in Trivandrum got the same complaint in his Swift.
                    Please rectify the complaint

                      Sir, A vehicle had been purchased on 29 September, 2013 from your authorized dealer, Jay Bee Auto Agencies Pvt. Ltd., Dibrugarh, Assam. It was a Maruti EECO 5 seater with chassis number MA3ERLF1S00305754 and engine number G12BN281917. From the day I took delivery, I have been facing one problem after the other in the following order- 1. Peeling of paint of the front passengerseat. 2. Faulty lock of the back seat belt. 3. Several marks in the radiator camouflaged by stickers during delivery which is traced by us a few days back. 4. Wearing of the front right wheel which the dealer refused to accept when I went with the complaint after the second servicing. 5. Sqeaky sound of the steering wheel and body. The above complaints to the dealer was not responded well and only superficial service was done. I fail to understand how a brand new car could have so many problems more so when it is used so sparsely. On an average, the car is used only once or twice a week and till date the car has run for only just above 3000 kms. While purchasing the car, we were told that only one vehicle of that model was available but I was ready to buy it going by your company reputation and my faith in Maruti company. It was a long cherished dream of mine to own a Maruti car. But by being delivered a faulty car, I seem to have lost all faith in your company.                         Dear Sir/Mam, With respect to above matter, I Hardik Gatecha complain you that, Yestarday I was went to purchase Swift Vdi at Perfect auto service, Whenever i visit Junagadh show room i experiance worst service that i feel never befor from any other car or bike show room. What i feel that i want to share with you and also some other issues 1) Unqualified or not properly trained customer relationship staff and area sales head. 2)No concept of customer hospitality that mean how to intereact with customer and how to feel customer better. 3)Environment of show room is not proper, Out of three air conditioner none of air conditioner is work in this summer session. 4)Perfect auto service do not value of time, i.e. I choose the car at 10 a.m. and payment already done by rtgs in last week on 28th june. But all formalities is complete around at 6 pm. Cause creation of nonsence issue by marketing and accounting perssonel. 5) To communicate this issue i called regional office of maruti at Ahmedabad Gujrat. I tried around 25 time from 1pm to 6pm. but no body answer my call. 6) I also complain at customer care before 10days and yestarday but still no any feed back of such complain and even not setisfied answer from maruti customer care.                           I have buy a swift ZDi car from faridkot(punjab) pankaj Moters on 11 April 2013 and with with in a week inside handle springs are break.i complaint this but till the time they didn't bother and after 6 months i m again facing the problem. when i drive car more than the speed of 80 kmp then race stop working for 5 to 10 sec.in case any misshaping who will responsible for that accident.and when i drive more than 80 kmp and car breaking system is very poor coz with the ABS car always Skid on road.Is this the technology of Maruti.then i have made biggest mistake to have faith on maruti and buy your product. After that service issue is more and more worst.when i visited your dealer point and they give me time to change Engine head more than 3 months and now already 4 days pass when i give my car and i have no update when i received my car.i am assistant Manager of tata docomo and my work is in field i have to travel minimum 130 km to 200 km in a day.now plz tell if i have to travel in other transport then why i spent 8 lac for your product. now tell me what i should do...

                              We have booked the Maruti Eartiga VDI Vechile in ABT Maruti Guindy - Chennai last month. Even banker released the funds last Tuesday. We have made entire payment including extra fittings charges. To cross verify we made call on Wednesday last week with Sales Executive whether I can change the color? He replied not possible as vechile is on the way to showroom from yard. So we tot vechile will be delivered on last Friday. but till now we didn't get the vechile. Sales executive say some story.                                 Dear sir, myself Dr Ram Gopal Gupta owned a 10 months old swift vdi purchased from RKBK Mohaddipur Gorakhpur UP on 27th sept 13.From last month ie June 2014 atleast 5 times my car refused to start anywhere in the middle of journey.Latest of this is yesterday 7th july 14.Car repaired 2 times for this complain in RKBK workshop but there is no relief .I've already registered a complain for this on your toll free no.The complaint no. is[protected] dated 5th july 14 and still waiting for response.Please do some thing to shortout my problem

                                  Dear Sir, I have purchased a Swift Dezire Tour Vehicle from Deewars Garage and took the Delivery on 17.06.2014 at around 7.45 pm as it was night I could see the vehicle in the dark as it was delivered at my home address where there is not much light and it was raining very heavily on that day. The very next day I complained to the Representative that the car is not good as I could see that it was very dirty from outside as there were black pacthes on thebody side, Thereafter they said my driver to bring the vehicle to their service center in British India Street and they did polishing and cleaning of the car and from that day itself I was not in kolkata for work. After few day I saw the Car properly and noticed that it is already repainted whereas I asked the representative to show me the car before regestration which they did't did. And now my driver informed me that there is some leakage of Coolant in the Car from the engine side. Thereafter I have send my car to Deewars Garage service centre for the complain against leakage as well as they have cheated me by selling me a repainted Vehicle.                                     Dear Sir, It is very painful to Inform you that I buy One Swift Desire on date 15/3/2014 from my Car (Bill No Vsl[protected] and my dealing has been done by Mr. Hament and still I am waiting for my Registration No as well as my No plate slip It may be possible the delay has been done by Gov. Office. but the person (Mr.Hament) who has done all the things with us he must inform me why the things are going delay but always I was calling him and he told twice I will let you know and after that He didn't picked up My phone and result is same I am helpless and waiting for my Reg. Card. I done the complain against Mr. Hament in My Car also because this the second time he has done the same thing whe I was planning to exchange my alto car with swift desire I didn't reply me and He didn't send me car for test drive and I have done complin for that also in My Car but again this mistake has been done by same person it means there is no punishment has been done by senior staff or The Management have to worry about the complain done by the coustomers. This is My third Car in My family and I have seen the poorest service by My Car. So after this letter I hope someting will go right. regards Girish Gurnani

I was interested in cedaen class cars because I already own a Maruthi ritz, I agreed to buy a LXI MARUTHI ESTEEM 2007 PONDICHERRY REGISTERED ( PY01 AJ 1644), on the commitment given by MARUTHI TRUE VALUE PEOPLE, that they will do the name transfer and other RTO procedure, so I made a RTGS OF RUPEES 1, 32, 000 ON 12/01/14, and got the vehicle delivered on 13/01/14 and till now I did not get any update on the name transfer and RTO procedure, and now I cannot renew the insurance due to the name transfer is not done, I knew that athe local price of a 2007 LXI MARUTHI ESTEEM IS ONLY AROUND 70, 000 to 90, 000 rupees, eventhough I bought it only because of the commitment that the Maruthi true value people will do the name transfer and rto procedure i cannot drive the vehicle due to the insurance is not renewed the vehicle which was bought from your concern meet with an accident I cannot claim the insurance amount because the name transfer and rto procedures were pending, now I am in a great suffer and pathatic finance condition due this NON TRANSPARENCY AND THE COMMITMENT OF MARUTHI TRUE VALUE PEOPLE, Now who will bare this chareges and my suffer . I approached maruthi true value only because of the name MARUTHI, and I purchased the only because of thte commitment of maruthi true vslue people, eventhough when I used to call maruthi true value to know the status of the purchased vehicle document there is no proper response from your people Kindly involve in this case and make arrangements for name transfer and rto procedures thank you

                                        To, The Executive Director, ( Service) Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. Sub: Complaint regarding the Wagon R, Stingray VXI, with Reg. No. KL-02-AQ-7973 Sir, Your company is known for quality and service. But with some distress I am writing this letter, to you for a favourable action. My entire family is loyal to Maruti, with more than eight vehicles’, which range from, Maruti 800 to Ertigo and Swift Desire . When it comes to purchase of a car, our family never think beyond Maruti. This strong loyalty made me to purchase new introduction Wagon R, Stingray. Now I own the STINGRAY, manufactured, October 2013, delivered on 20.12.2013. I am proud to say that I am one among the first possessors of this new brand of Maruti Susuki in Kollam (Quilon) district, Kerala. The trust and confidence on Maruti made me to take this decision, and I had the same trust to your dealer also. I purchased this vehicle by exchanging of my earlier vehicle, Zen Estilo, which I sold to Maruti True Value, Sarathy Auto cars. My earlier vehicle and my current Stingray, I purchased from the same dealer Sarathy Auto Cars, Pallimukku, Kollam. The following grievances I am having about my Car: 1. During the second service of my above said Stingray, I observed that the tyre rotation not done. When I asked about this, the service engineer informed me that my spare tyre is an ordinary one unlike all the other four are alloy wheels. How a Company like Maruti can give a spare tyre different than the other four tyres in use, that too for a new brand. During the time of purchase I experienced the following from the dealer, 2. I took the rates from other dealers they offered Rs. 10000/- discount on the Stingray VXI model. But this discount I haven’t got from the dealer whom I have taken the car. They convinced me that the discount was only for base model and not for VXI. 3. I am not provided with remote for the inbuilt stereo set of the car. 4. Another issue is there are no mud guards in the front tyres, when I asked about this the dealer explained that there is no provision to fix the mud guard in the front area. But as you aware Kerala is a monsoon state and the front mud flap is required to keep the body of the car clean, now all the dirt is spread over the front door, and always the car looks dirty. This dirt is more obvious with the white colour of my car. So I request you to solve my above mentioned issues, replacement with a disc tyre, providing remote control for sound system and Rs10000 discount which you have announced during my purchase period and front side mud flaps. You must be thinking, why I haven’t raised the complaints number 2, 3 and 4 so far. I felt so sad when I found the spare tyre issue, I believed in Maruti and your dealer, but the current issue made me to suspect the earlier issues also. I am seeing this as a breach of trust and I am raising this issue with lot of distress, I think I haven’t got value for my money, by purchasing the new brand from an esteemed company.
