This is to inform you that my name is ashish kumar from saharanpur (Up) i have saving some little amount may times for a fdr make for my children future (2 girl) & planning a plot purchase for my small home but a yes bank employee mr. Ashish sirohi meet me during bank visit he said that me for a investment plan regarding best return vs fdr he said fdr roi 7.00 % per annum but investment return 15-20% return per year & your money save but lock in period three year and i am said that i am not pay any amount in future regarding this investment he said ok then i am agree for this amount pay but i am not aware this is a max life insurance. After one year reminder for policy installment through max life insurance company limited massage then i am aware this is a policy after i am visit max life insurance saharanpur office with max max life insurance company bond & meet mr. Yaswant singh (Max life insurance company-saharanpur employee) he said this amount not refundable if you are not continue this policy but i request mr. Yaswant singh sir i am earn in a month rs 13000 and maximum amount used as my family expense (Etc school fee, tuition fee of my baby, home expenses) so i am not not pay in future this policy and i request you again please help me for my money return he said i am not help you regarding this matter. Then i am gone to yes bank court road saharanpur branch dated 5.2.19 & found mr. Ashish sirohi left the bank job then i am meet mr. Anurag aggarwal (Branch managar of yes bank) and ask to mr. Anurag aggarwal (Bm) my problem he said i am look in to this matter & he said please give me 2-3 days’ time after i am said ok sir & i call mr. Anurag aggarwal (Bm) date 08.02.19 and 11.2.19 but till date not response regarding my problem.

Dear Ashish,
We hope you will appreciate that as an organization we have a responsibility towards the policy holder's money and we manage the same under guidelines laid down by the regulator, IRDAI. Cancellation of a policy is strictly governed by the terms & conditions of the policy contract and these terms & conditions are part of our product approval processes with the regulator. As per the regulatory provisions, there is a free look period of 15 days during which the policyholder may approach the insurance company for cancellation (if not satisfied). This free look period starts from the date of receipt of the policy pack by the policyholder. In line with the above, a copy of the proposal form and benefit illustration along with the policy pack were duly delivered at your mailing address via M/S Blue Dart courier on February 05, 2018. We wish to confirm you that at the time of policy issuance, a verification call was also done on your registered mobile number during which you confirmed that you were in agreement with the terms and conditions of the policy. We have received your request for cancellation now, which is beyond the free look period of 15 days. Hence, we express our inability to cancel the policy and refund the premium paid. The current status of the policy is lapsed. Also, we have not received the premium since January 16, 2019. We request you to pay the premium amount at your nearest Max Life office to continue to avail the benefits of this policy. Please note that the last date for revival of the policy is January 16, 2021.

    Some person with mobile number [protected] called me confirming my policy details. He literally had all details. He said that we can give 10% Discount which instead goes to agent. He provided all information. After some conversation got to know he is fraud. Please take immediate action whoever owns the Mobile number. I even got the call recorded.
    He said to put account number as policy number, beneficiary name as MAX LIFE and IFSC as SLCC010001.
    I even have the whole call recorded. If case you need further assistance, do let me know.

However, information from various sources is being constructed and made to sound as authentic as possible by these fraudsters to scam customers. These fraudsters usually operate in well organized cartels and pose a threat to customers across financial services industry as notified in recent press articles.       Axis bank employee has given me this plan by giving wrong information to me. The policy is issued to me on 18 oct, 2018. I have mailed the customer service of max life insurance for the closure of this policy and mailed the required documents like freelook cancelation form, identity documents and policy bond but they have not canceled my policy. I have mailed them numerous times from the day i have received the policy bond but still they have not canceled my policy and haven't given me any refund amount.

      I have received a mail from your side and I was requested to send the original policy documents along with the copy of cancelled cheque, identity card and the signed freelook cancellation form. I have sent these documents to your Gurugram address and even mailed to you along with the tracking details but I haven't received any reply from your side. I have tracked the parcel and it is delivered to you but still nobody is replying from your side. Mr. Madhup bajpai has contacted me through mail when this complaint was filed and asked me to do so. But now he is not replying me.

          I paid so far rs. 200, 0000 and for surrender value you stated in statement is rs.67, 349.03.
          I would like to surrender this policy, when i joined, your agent axis bank representative did not explain about this policy, simply took signature and made himself ecs transactions for premium payments.
          Now understood this policy doesn’t have any benefits.
          I can’t accept 1, 33, 000 for penalty for surrender. This is too cheating.
          Please answer immediately, else i will lodge the complaints.

            Respected sir,

            I have a insurance policy with Max Life Policy Number[protected]. i have paying the premium every month with standing instruction of my American Express Credit Card. in September Months this insurance company charged two time policy premium i have demand to the company how you deducted two time premium they have refund one payment. after that in October insurance company not given instruction to my bank to paid premium so it was not deducted after that they have sent instruction in 20 November and this amount have been deduct from my account and now the insurance company claimed that this premium not received and bounce on 3rd December. but according to the statement of my bank it have not refunded and pour in the account of the insurance company. i have many time mailed and called to company they have every time harass me and not want to solve my problem. Pls sir kindly solve my problem and need necessary action against of this type of insurance company,

              I took three policies from axis bank via an agent whose details are furnished above of max life insurance, on 23 march 2011, a sum of rs. 68510 against policy no[protected], rs. 70510 against policy no[protected] and rs. 74110 against policy no[protected] has been issued as a bonus from the max life insurance on 21/7/2016, but this amount has not been received by us till date, its been 2+ years from the issue date. Kindly help to get us the amount.
              Its a fraud by the agent, he has transferred the money in his account by some means. Kindly help us to get back our earned money.

                What for reasons surrender charge would be applicable??
                I have made 5 years premium policy of rs 147750
                Please confirm how much return amount i will get it, any interest amount will add or not.
                Maxlifeinsurance agent are not informed anything while purchasing the insurance policy from them and their is no update from their end.
                So, i am planning to surrender my policy.
                Please act on this on priority basis, i want to surrender or withdrawn my life insurance full premium amount.

                  I got a call from number [protected] regarding my max life policy. The person had all details about my policy. I was already aware its a fake call since i have been continuously receiving such calls and have complained with max life regarding the same.
                  As the person knew that i am aware it's a fake call, the guy on the other side started abusing and threats to find my address out and all.
                  I hope max life takes strong action against such miscreants or else there is no meaning to invest with max life.

                    Dear All,

                    This is to bring to your kind attention that a fraud has been committed against me in the name of Max Life Insurance to the tune of Rs 1, 91, 214/- by NEFT through cheque dated 18th December 2018 (UTR SBIN[protected].

                    The details are as follows:

                    1. I received a call from the mobile no.[protected] on 17th December 2018 by a person identifying himself as Mr Manish Kumar, Head of Finance Operations at Max Life Insurance's Head Office In Gurgaon.

                    2. I was offered a policy payment option for my Max Life insurance policy no.[protected] for the years 2017 and 2018.

                    3. The individual, Mr Manish had complete details about my insurance policy including the policy number, premium amount and the premium due date.

                    4. On 18th December I agreed to make the payment of the amount after I got an SMS from the official automated number of Max Life Insurance mentioning the policy number, beneficiary account number, account name and IFS Code.

                    5. The Unique Transaction Number (UTR) of the transaction was SBIN[protected]. This UTR was then sent by SMS to the above number (attachment 2).

                    6. I was informed that I will be getting a receipt of my payment within 24-72 hours which did not happen. I was then told upon contacting Mr Manish on 20th December, 2018 that this was due to some technical problem which will be resolved soon and again on 27th Dec when I was asked to provide my email so that a receipt could be sent.

                    7. After 29th December the above mentioned mobile number became unreachable.

                    8. Upon calling Max Life Call center today (3rd January, 2019) I was told that I had been victim of a fraud and that no money had been credited to my Insurance policy.

                    9. A complaint to the effect has been filed today in the Satnampura Police Station, Phagwara, District Kapurthala, Punjab.

                    It is therefore requested that:

                    1. The above fraudulent transaction be tracked and the amount be credited back to me.

                    2. How confidential information regarding my insurance policy including my policy number, policy amount and due date, available only to Max Life Insurance available to the fraudsters.

                    3. How bank accounts using names of major companies getting opened despite KYC guidelines?

The payment remitted was not made to Max Life Insurance but to a third party who in no way is related to Max Life Insurance.

                    Dear Sirs, I have taken a policy from Max Life Insurance. I have taken the policy from Axis Bank, then why is agent code is mentioned in my policy. I want to remove that agent code then what should I do?

                      Hi sir,

                      I am got a phone calls to remove agent code deactivation process from my max life insurance policy to stop sending bonus and commission to agent. Asked me to fill application and forward other relevant documents, and asked me to submit the below documents like:

                      1. Pan card
                      2. Aadhar card
                      3. Passport size photo
                      4. Cancelled cheque

                      They said the company has declared an additional loyalty and a bonus for rs: 1, 10, 519 to me and asked me to create a separate customer id in the name of bharti axa insurance to claim the bonus amount. For this they asked me to pay rs: 50, 000 as account payable cheque for bharti axa insurance.

                      I am not sure on the authenticity of this and need your assistance in going forward. Please reach me in [protected]@yahoo.co.in

                        Sir, max life insurance company, kanchipuram branch, adm vanitha has cheated me for a policy of amount rs30000, and not given my documents regarding the policy, and also maintain clear fraud evidence that she is not related to the policy, but the company has not responding to me properly saying the records are clear.                               Please note, i am having policy with max life and someone called upon by etc name (Mobile no. - [protected]) as max life insurance advisor and he was having each every details related to my policy which actually supposed to be confidential. He told me that there was a 10% agent code which was applied on my premium and can be given as discount if payed directly to max life. I became sure about her identity as my policy's soft copy was also forwarded by his was supposed to be with max life only.
                              I payed total premium of rs 88883.00.

                              Branch address - delhi

                              After doing the neft transfer in the name of - max life[protected]
                              Which was my policy number. Few days later, i started getting calls from max life regarding non-payment of my premium which added on to my suspicion as i had not received my premium receipt. I immediately contacted max life insurance and passed on each and details related to the incident and received their resolution stating that it is entirely my mistake.

                              Hence, i would like to request your good self in helping me out to get my refund back and taking strict action against max life employee who liaised with the culprits as this entire fiasco would not have had occurred if due diligence with regards to my policy was carried out from their end in keeping the information confidential.

                                My wife taken a policy called Max Life Amsure bonus builder in the year 2010. And paying the yearly premium regularly and 2 days back we though of surrendering it and when we called customer care the response was that we would get only 35000 where as we have paid the premium for 7 years which comes to 70000 + amount.

                                When we asked the customer care executive he just told its in the policy please read.

                                I mean we are not asking anything more, we just want to surrender the policy and get back the amount whichever we have paid from last 7 years.

                                This looks like cheating to the customer even though we have paid 70k now we would get only 35K 50%. I mean it doesn't make any sense and we are not asking for any bonus amount or extra amount we just want to surrender the policy and get back the amount which we have paid.

                                    Hello Max Life Insurance,


                                    I am doing follow ups on above policies from last 2 years for any possible solution but not able to get any answer from any medium. I raised my queries to axishelpdesk and maxlifeinsurance customer portal multiple times but i have never received any answer about my policies. Your customer portal is now not available for logging queries which was available before. Manager.Services account is also handled by dumb persons and they write scripted answers instead of going through in detail.


                                    I bought policies from axis bank in 2012 and understood the same from bank executive. I was given promise that if you pay minimum 3 premiums up to 3 year then i can exit the policies and can get back the money without quoting any surrender percentages or deductions at that time. After paying for 3 terms I never thought to discontinue this. However i moved to out of country from 2016 and then decided to stop all investments here including policies. After contacting axishelpdesk and customer portal multiple times I came to know that there is something called surrender value and i will loose big amount of money if i close them after 3 years.

                                    I asked at both the places multiple times that i do not want to loose my capital money which was invested and at least get them back even if i need to pay some more premiums. However i came to know that even if i pay whatever number of premiums i will never get my premiums 100% back any time. This is something never communicated and it was totally against whatever was promised. When anyone sells a policy why they are hiding such an important thing in verbal communication.

                                    I had 2 policies one was partner plus[protected] and another was moneyback[protected]. I also asked if i can switch all premiums of Partner plus in to moneyback then also i can continue in moneyback. Moneyback is only up to 11 years and i can get money after 11 years rather than 75 years in partner plus. However they told this is also not possible to do.

                                    I contacted nearest Max Office in Ahmedabad and they proposed to surrender the current both policies and offered a new policy Monthly Income Advantage plus. I can also go for any new policy if i get back these premium values or if they convert existing premiums against new policy. However they also said you will only get something around 2, 24, 000 instead of 4, 00, 000 premiums which i paid for four years.


                                    Resolve my issues at the earliest to get all paid premiums back. I do not want any benefits attached to it.

                                        Sir i have taken a maxlife insurance in ulip plan on 13 0ct 2017 and the premimum is 50000 per anum and the policy no is[protected]. Sir i got a call from maxlife regarding payment and i also confirmed from maxlife customer support regarding delay in payment. Then it was told me that your plan is market based plan so total you will get 90 days grace period to pay your premimum. Sir my payment was in ecs mode from my saving acount yes bank but i am not able to pay through ecs so i give request to maxlife on 21 nov to close ecs and its in pending mode i got a msg and call that it will processes with in 11 days and 01 dec without giving me msg and intimation 50000 amount hasd been deducted from my yes bank acount while the money i have deposited in yes bank was immediate nature of requirement since 01 dec a lot of complain i have given to maxlie through call on[protected] and through mail service. [protected]@maxlifeinsurance.com. Also mail to nodal officer nodal. [protected]@maxlifeinsurance.com but there are no any solution till date and i urgently need of money sir my ecs due date was 16 oct and that hads been bounce and i paid chargrs for that from my saving acount.                                         its enough . i am waiting since 01 dec regarding this and all the time your reprentative making an excuse and telling that we will come with resolution . but till date no any solution has been made please tell me one date it will be solved or not if not then why and if yes then how much time would you take
