Just like other these agents have been calling me for four years now everytime saying the following things:
1. They know my policy number and entire name
2. They will then say this is a service call from max life insurance.
3. Do you receive proper service from the agent (From whom you purchased your policy)
4. If i say 'yes' they disconnect the call. If i say 'no' then the following is said
5. They will say your there is a bonus that company has been declaring for so many years. I am calling you because your agent is claiming to be your relative and wants the bonus amount. Do you want to authorise. They will pressurize you saying that how come you let your agent claim so much amount. Didn't you read the policy properly before signing etc etc
6.. Obviously one would say 'no'. So did i.
7. Next they would say that they will forward the case to some department who will explain the steps to remove the agent code from your policy
8. Immediate next day you will receive another call from agency who will say that they have received your case saying that you do not approve agent claiming the amount. Is it true? If yes, then i would send your request to another team who will provide you the link and process to remove agent code
9. Within two days third call. This time they will explain the entire process.
Note: for none of these conversations, will you receive an email or an sms detailing the complaint registration (1st clue)

In my lifetime i haven't seen an agency working so fast and calling you for a complaint the very next day (2nd clue - desperation)

Of course for the third caller, i used abusive language and asked her to prove she is genuine.

On inquiring bank (Axis who forced me to buy the policy),, i came to know its a fraud call and it keeps happening.

I have complaint against max for not protecting my policy details. The caller new my policy number, amount of premium i pay, my birthdate (Highly risky). Max is leaking my details to these fraud agencies.

I am unable to contact the agent as the mobile number given in the policy document is not available. I want to surrender my policy due to some personal reasons.

    Max life agent in nagda sold policy to me by giving false communication. He told after 1 premium you can withraw your fund and i was paid 2 premium and then i was gone to max life insuarance to remove funds they said your policy got lapsed because you did not paid premium for 3 year but the agent told me earlier that you can remove your fund after 1 st premium. Now u want my all money back from max life insurance that is 58200..

      I would like to acknowledge you that max life insurance company has done illegal jobs with me ; without prior intimation they've deducted cash amount of 21, 040 rs on dated 29th july 2019 in my salary account of icici bank that is totally illegal & fraud, i've not given him ecs facility.
      I've one policy there, policy no. Is...[protected], date of commencement is 27th june 2016.
      I required help and solution regarding this major issue of fraud of max life insurance company.

      However, we wish to clarify that basis your duly filled & signed ECS mandate form (attached) we have activated auto-facility in the policy. To this effect, we had sent transactions to the concerned bank for debiting the renewal premium amount against Maxlife policy. In case if want to deactivate auto-debit in policy records, please provide your consent for deactivating the ECS facility and for updating the future payment method as cash / cheque / demand draft / online payment. So, that you can pay the future premiums as per your convenience.

        pf account transfer

        Dear team,

        My max life insurance pf account no is ldjal[protected]. I had applied for transfer of pf account on 9/7/2019.

        It is mentioned in the epf site that the transfer is accepted by the field office.

        However when i check the passbook the pf amount is not reflecting.

        Dear sir

        I send a request regarding changes in term plan[protected]. Started from[protected].
        I am policy holder with number[protected].
        I want to change my policy plan
        From - term plan with income
        To - basic term plan
        With premium payment option till 36 years (From 21 years to 36 years required)

        With payment up to age of 75 for 36 year it's around rs 852 per month+ rs 58 for waiver critical illness/

        My complaint number was 3385927 case owner pragyan das. He did not solved the problem and send message case resolved with message email id not same.
        Sir i got every communication from same email id.

        I think its my first request... I think it was my wrong decision to select max life.

        But your company is giving statement claim will be provided (if required) will be settled and provided in a single day.

        For just change in policy with in free look period your company is taking around 10 days... Three days already wasted and demanding 7- 10 more days...

        I don't understand how can your company will be provide claim amount to nominee... Then I think you will take around 30 days or more...

          I have just received call from the below number in max life insurance to deactivate my agent code and generate my own customer code to claim bonus of 1, 07, 600.

          Phone number: [protected]

          Since then i had apparently received another call from ms nisha sharma from no. [protected] stating that i need to submit a cheque of inr 49000 in favour of bharti axa life insurance in order to generate my customer code and claim the money. I would also receive back my deposited amount of 49, 000 with 6000 of interest.

          Since i understood it is fraud played on, till they wanted confidential information, when i disconnected. Request you to please take prompt action.

            We wish to clarify that the cancellation of a policy is strictly governed by the terms & conditions of the policy contract and these terms & conditions are part of our product approval processes with the regulator. As per the regulatory provisions, there is a free look period of 15 days during which the policyholder may approach the insurance company for cancellation (if not satisfied). This free look period starts from the date of receipt of the policy pack by the policyholder. In line with above, your policy pack including proposal form and benefit illustration was duly delivered at your mailing address on time. We have received your request for cancellation now, which is beyond the free look period of 15 days. Hence, we express our inability to cancel the policy and refund the premium paid.

              Respected sir,

              This is bring to your kind attention that i mr. Uttam biswas (Emp id: ubcal2455) has submitted my resignation cum separation request at disha on 10.06.2019 mentioned that my last working day was on 14.06.2019.

              After giving the request i have done lots of mail’s to you but still now my resignation has not been approved from your end. Also my salary is on hold from last 60 days. Still now no settlement has come.

              As per the last mail conversation you are bringing some lame complains against me to hold my approval of resignation by intention.

              Already 1 month has passed away & no proper resolution has come into this matter.

              So now this is my humble request to you to kindly provide me the approval of resignation as early as possible.

              Further delay can’t be tolerable from my end as due to this issues my salary is in hold and i am losing a very good career opportunity.

              So kindly do the needful otherwise i have to take legal action against this type of intentionally delay & holding issue of my salary which is my legitimacy claim.

Spell out my policy details and promised me to pay the settlement money and is speaking from max life one after another and convince me to pay refundable money of security money and gst tax, total extracted rs 92500/in the account of max life, but it is showing the name of another person after transferring the money.                       Dear sir,

                      I got phone call to remove agent code deactivation process from my max life insurance policy, to stop sending bonus and commission to agent. Asked me to fill application and forward other relevant documents, and asked me to confirm availability in hometown for collecting the following documents like:

                      1. Address proof
                      2. Id proof

                      The caller asked me to pay ₹12500 which happens to be 50% of my premium amount (Which i got to know after forcibly asking them on what basis are you asking 12500) and it’s refundable and said will remove agent code from my policy.

                      I asked her to send me the official payment link to pay the same and i got suspicious when they asked me to credit the amount immediately. I got calls from 3 different persons to convince me. When i checked online, i got to know about the fraud.

                      1. How the concern per got my contact details?
                      2. And also policy number and its details?

                        I, gireesh kumar saxena s/o shri omkar sahai saxena, have three insurance policies of max life insurance:
                        1. Policy no.[protected] dated 29 march 2012.
                        2. Policy no.[protected] dated 17 january 2007.
                        3. Policy no.[protected] dated 20 november 2005.
                        I have come to know that commission and bonus is being paid to some agents without my knowledge. I am dealing with the company directly and paying my premiums directly. I am not being provided any type of service by any of the agents.
                        I, therefore, request you to please deactivate the agent code from my all policies. I further request you to please generate my own customer id, so that the fraudulent payment of commission to agent may be stopped.
                        I also request you to please recover all the commissions paid to agents till now with interest and make provisions to refund my amount back to me.

However, information from various sources is being constructed and made to sound as authentic as possible by these fraudsters to scam customers. These fraudsters usually operate in well organized cartels and pose a threat to customers across financial services industry as notified in recent press articles. We are glad that you are not lured by call from fraudsters offering you discounts on premium or promising you opportunities to cash-in on agent’s commission/ unpaid gains/ bonus on your policy etc. We request you to lodge a police complaint against such suspected fraudsters immediately and ensure stern action against them, with a copy marked to us .                         Hi, I am Harshal Jadhav. I have purchased the term plan of maxlife. The policy No is[protected]. The coverage is of 60 lakhs. I want to increase the coverage from 60 lakhs to 75 laks. For this I have called to customer care on date 17/07/2019 at time 11:24 am.
                        The customer care executive denied to give me required information as I have not called from my register number. I had tried to convince her that my register mobile number is not working. She can ask me other details for verification like mail id, address, date of birth. But she clearly told me that she can not give me any information unless i call from my register mobile number.
                        So I wanted to know why maxlife is behaving like government sector employee?
                        We people are purchasing the insurance plan from private companies because we believe that they are giving a good service.

                              please refund my policy amount as i can't maintain the emi of policy proposal number[protected] further.
                              Policy started in april 2019 and 2nd quarterly emy of 26125 debited in june 20, 2019. This is very hard for me to maintain the balance in account. I want to cancel and refund the same, when the policy started - i have been not acknowledged about the emi amount.

                              We would like to inform you that cancellation of a policy is strictly governed by the terms & conditions of the policy contract and these terms & conditions are part of our product approval processes with the regulator. As per the regulatory provisions, there is a free look period of 15 days during which the policyholder may approach the insurance company for cancellation (if not satisfied). This free look period starts from the date of receipt of the policy pack by the policyholder. In line with above, your policy pack including proposal form and benefit illustration was duly delivered at your mailing address via M/s Speed Post courier vide airway bill number- EH[protected]IN on 09-Apr-2019. We have received your request for cancellation now, which is beyond the free look period of 15 days. Hence, we express our inability to cancel the policy and refund the premium paid. We urge you to continue your premium paying record to avail the benefits of this policy fully. Also, we wish to clarify that basis your duly filled & signed ECS mandate form (attached) we have activated auto-facility in the policy. To this effect, we had sent transactions to the concerned bank for debiting the renewal premium amount against Max life policy. In case if want to deactivate auto-debit in policy records, please provide your consent for deactivating the ECS facility and for updating the future payment method as cash / cheque / demand draft / online payment. So, that you can pay the future premiums as per your convenience.

                                My policy no.[protected] has been charged with ₹7600+ as a premium where that has to be ₹6200 according to the premium calculated by the customer care representative on phone.

                                I tried reaching out to max life on twitter but no response given to call back.

                                Reaching out for help via consumer complaint forum.

                                Request max life to call me back and validate this or else i'll be forced back to take back my policy.

                                  मैंने आपके रिप्रेजेन्टेटिव को जो मैंने, मेरे बारे में जो जानकारी दी थी, उन्होंने उन जानकारियो को न भरते हुए सभी जरुरी जानकारी गलत भरी है, और मेरे पास आपके रिप्रेजेन्टेटिव से हुई सभी बातों की काल रिकॉर्डिंग है । अब आप कहते है कि प्रपोजल फॉर्म में कोई change नहीं हो सकता,
                                  कल जब क्लेम की जरुरत पड़ेगी तो ये कहते हुए मेरा claim reject कर देंगे की custumer ने proposal form में fake informations दी है, और ये पालिसी कंपनीयो के लिए कोई नई बात नहीं है,
                                  आप रिप्रेजेन्टेटिव से मेरे प्रपोजल फॉर्म को भरने में जो गलती हुई है वो आप correction करवाइये, या मेरी पालिसी कैंसिल करे ।

                                  मैं गलत भरे हुए प्रपोजल फॉर्म के साथ पालिसी नहीं ले सकता ।

                                    agent told me that your policy yearly premium is changeable
                                    and you can change it from next year as rs 5000 per year installment instead of paying 25000 per year .

                                      I have issued max life insurance pollicy, below are the policy detaills

                                      Life Insured Name - Mahesh Narayan Gaikwad
                                      Policy Number - ******486
                                      Issued date - 30/01/2016
                                      Plan name is - Max Life Monthly Income Advantage Plan - 15 Pay.
                                      Premium amount - 61533 rupees per year

                                      When I issues policy, I was told that I will get lumpsum amount of 11 lac rupees after 15 years and 9500 per month till policy maturity date.

                                      But now when I checked policy details, I found that I will receive lumpsum amount after 25 years, that is after maturiy date (30/01/2041), so I am not interested to pay remaining premiums as I was misguided. I have decided to surrender my policy but I can see only 96, 000 rupees as surrender value which is not expected, I need my full paid amount, that is 1, 83, 000 rupees.

                                      I tried to contact max life insurance customer care but didn't received expected response hence I am raising complaint.Could you please help me on this.

                                      As mentioned already, I was told that I will get lumpsum amount of 11 lac after completion of 15 tears and after that for next 10 years I will get 9500 rupees per month till maturity date.
                                      When I checked the documents, I found that I will get lumpsum amount after maturity date, that is after 25 years. So you guys provided me wrong information.
                                      Now I am not interested to continue policy and want all the money back as soon as possible. I contacted customer care but my queries were not resolved.I cannot accept surrender value 97288, I want full amount which is 183000.
                                      Requesting you to refund the money as soon as possible.
