Hello sir, i pawan sing tomar and my contact no. ([protected]) and i am basically from bhopal and my father name is late mr. Ratan sing tomar and my mother is late mrs. Jyoti tomar and have register my complain agains max life insurance and axis bank they give me a wrong information regarding policy by broker krishan korab /broker no-485256 in axis bank and i at the time of policy ia am only 22 year old and i am nothing to do at age 22 when they give me fraud policy and mya father has been expired in 2012 and since last 3 year i am serviving my mother cancer and now she is also expired in december 2019 and and now my economical condition is not good and i want my money back they give me 2 policy at 2015.

Hello
due to the private bank's broker.
How long will a private company such as Max Life and Axis Bank deceive and cheat the people, and their agents are not getting any excuse, therefore it is increasing on the broker's registration of the private company by giving the ring information and signing the document. Then go to different hat then we have no proof that we can not get them wrong proof

Dear Pawan,
We wish to clarify that the cancellation of a policy is strictly governed by the terms & conditions of the policy contract and these terms & conditions are part of our product approval processes with the regulator. As per the regulatory provisions, there is a free look period of 15 days during which the policyholder may approach the insurance company for cancellation (if not satisfied). This free look period starts from the date of receipt of the policy pack by the policyholder. In line with above, your policy pack including proposal form and benefit illustration was duly delivered at your communication address via M/s FFSECURED vide air way bill number on Sep 12, 2015. At the time of policy issuance, a verification call was also done on your registered mobile number during which you confirmed that you were in agreement with the terms and conditions of the policy. We have received your request for cancellation now, which is beyond the free look period of 15 days. Hence, we express our inability to cancel the policies and refund the premium paid. Further, we wish to clarify that the policy pack status is inactive/lapsed due to non receipt of payment since Aug 03, 2016 & Aug 12, 2016 (Revival period end date: Aug 03, 2018 & Aug 12, 2018 respectively). Further, as per the terms & conditions mentioned in the policy contract, this policy acquires surrender value if it has been in force for at least three years and provided all the premiums that have fallen due have been received. I am afraid things don't work like that. You were 22 and hence an adult and were fully aware of the documents you were signing at that time.
Until and unless there has been a high level of misrepresentation by the bank employees or brokers, I guess nothing you can do which will change the outcome.

    Hi,
    Myself zaheen ashraf from bhadohi u. P. Has taken a policy number[protected] in march 2017. Your agent told me that you can get your full amount after surrender if you pay minimum three years your premium. After 3 years when i went to go for surrender said if you surrender in 3 years it will be surrender charge apply and you get around 25, 000 instead of 60000.
    I am shocked and shouted over him told then why don't you not inform me clearly he cheated me and made me fool.
    Now i want back all my money because i am in very needy covered with debts also jobless this days.
    Please understand my concern & do the needful as this is the survival point of me.

We have received your request for cancellation now, which is beyond the free look period of 15 days. Hence, we express our inability to cancel the policies and refund the premium paid. In case you wish to surrender the policy, you are requested to visit any of your nearest Maxlife office and submit the following documents:
    • Surrender Form duly filled and signed by the policyholder. (Attached)
    • Original Policy document
    • Original Id Proof (self attested).
    • Cancelled Cheque with pre-printed name and account number. (If not printed, copy of the bank passbook/statement with printed account holder details) The above complaint registered under reference number 3015466 has been addressed by the undersigned in the capacity of Grievance Officer.

I was not taking that policy but he force me to take and Now I am thinking that I have throw out my money to lootera people. Kindly listen to my words and investigate .     As I have paid my premium 3 years and your agent was told that after 3 years you can surrender and get all amount when I went to bank he said as per policy when you surrender in three years some of amount will be deducted from premium I am shocked it means your agent was cheated me, fooled me and when I complained to Max life he defend his agent instead of strict action against him I think both Bank agent and Max life company together cheated and fraud with me and did not care his policy holder. You did not believe my words what he do with me if he told me everything clear I will never take this kind of policy. He only told me only one phase of story not full.
    If I know also that in 15 days will be cancelled if not satisfied with policy.
    So this all information was not gave by your agent.

    I want to take strict action against him and refund my all premium paid in 3 years.

    I want justice if I did not get will go to police or court for my money.

    I hope you will understand my concern.

    I did not get any response from your side since my complaint is being a month.
    I think consumer complaint is useless site because no one response of my question.
    I have been losting my money but they don't care his agent has not told me everything about policy so he attacked me that you had received a welcome call in which he asked you some questions but even then if I know all then I was quit in starting.
    Now I am hopeless to get my money deposited in 3 years premium after surrender can get all money when investigation officer call come he said I didn't explain like that bachne ke liye.

    Now I fight till I get full amount. This is my money earned through hard work. I am jobless, debt covered, mom hospitalize & festival is running.

    Can anyone is there who help me because I trapped.

    I didn't get any information regarding free look period in which I cancelled in 15 days if I know I was definitely cancelled. It also cleared that your agent had not given me full information .
    Now, I trapped and getting only 25 k after paid 59, 000/-

    I did not get any answer for my words till now.
    My mother is in very critical condition and I need extremely urgent basis for her operation.
    When you told me regarding "FREE LOOK PERIOD" in which I have option to cancel it, if feel uncomfortable or insecure about policy that your agent had never informed me. Hence, it cleared that i didn't get full information and he trapped me..

    Now I am suffering for my own money.
    Please help me sir and refund my all my money without any deduction..

      Dear All,

      My Name is Zaheen Ashraf and am from Bhadohi. I have a policy with max life whole life super which was taken in March 2017 and the policy number is[protected].The complaint on them is I had paid premium annually 20, 000/- for 3 years approximately 60000/- through Axis Bank . While taken policy He told me that you can surrender after 3 years so get full amount of premium paid. After 3 years when I went to bank regarding my policy have to surrender replied if you surrender in 3 years you can get only around 25000/-
      I am shocked and shouted over then why didn't inform me during taking policy. He made me fool and didn't provide full information.
      I have facing financial problem so more. Job less, Debt covered please understand my concern and arrange refund to my account as I need very urgent basis.

      Please look into matter very serious and resolved issue as soon as possible.

            The ecs for my policy no[protected] was done before due date. When i complained about this in there customer care (Mr mashup bajpai) they told me it's there birth right.
            The company is not following any rules and regulations and defrauding many customers in one way or another.
            Action should be intiated against such fraudulent withdrawal.

                As per policy my premium ecs should cut 4th march but it is not deducted as i am thinking problem with ecs, i paid by axis credit card on 4th march but 5th march once again premium deducted from my account as i informed my assigned agent he said refund process started, but no response. As there is no response from max i raised complaint to customer care on 25th march and they informed there is no refund account added.
                If ecs activated by default why refound account not activated by itself.
                As i already paid on 4th why deducted from my account.
                After complaint i asked to return money to my credit card and they ok.
                I waited 48 hours and i asked once again but they respond it will took 24 hours to 7 days and they said you will get call from manager as i asked to discuss.
                I didn't received any response and i called on 29th march once again, customer care said same it will take 24 hours to 7 days.
                Every time they said same the amount nearly 51000+ and same info i mailed to head. [protected]@maxlifeinsurance.com but no response.
                On april 02 i called once again but now they said check initiated on 26th but not dispatched.
                Because of these late process i lost my time to call multiple times to customer care and peace full ness and interest of this amount.
                Who will give these all return back.

                As i am customer of max from 11 years if they processed like this for new customer how they believe.

                  I Samir L shah is policy holder and life insured under above mentioned policy with you since 2008

                  as per last fund value statement, my fund value of the above policies is very low. it is not even doubled in TEN years.
                  So, I think that there may be some mistake in ALLOCATION OR DEDUCTION o[censored]nits from my funds under above mentioned policies.

                  As per staff of your Surat- GO2 office, detailed statement only can get from head office on mail.

                  So, i hereby request your goodsalves to send me DATE WISE UNIT ALLOCATION AND UNIT DEDUCTION STATEMENT FOR ABOVE BOTH POLICIES at the earliest.

                  We wish to clarify that the real benefits of the policy starts accruing in the later years of the policy (provided you pay your premiums regularly) and you should be rest assured that in the long term you should be able to achieve your financial objectives. The fund value is dependent both on external market behavior as well as administration costs of the plan. In the initial year, such costs are usually higher and can depress your fund value. But in the long term, as the policy grows, the gains illustrated to you are usually realized on maturity. These factors along with the rising market should lead to an increase in the fund value in the longer run.

                    deactivation of auto debit from my card

                    My policy no. Is[protected] of max life insurance. I am a reputed customer of your company. My premium of rs. 5000/- is auto debited from my card without any information. I want to pay my premium by using other payment options like netbanking, cash, cheque.
                    It is requested that the auto debit option may be deactivated from my card. So, that i can pay my premium the way i want to and remain a good customer of max life.

                    I had opted for Maxlife Term insurance in September 2017 making a payment via credit without selecting any auto debit option and the next premium was due in September 2018, I did not renew the premium even after getting a call from Max life because I wanted to get another term plan. they can even check the call recording from their customer call recording.

                    At the same time, my credit card details were also expired. Even after clearly telling them that I am not going to pay a premium. I got messages they never updated their records. I even got messages from Max life saying that my credit card information was expired and requested me to update the credit card information which I never shared the new card details because I did not want to pay the premium.

                    The due date for premium was September 2018 and I was under impression that my policy would have lapsed finally and I did not bother. My policy lapsed and I have all the email communication I received from them.

                    I received my credit card statement in March 2019 and saw that Rs. 7777 was deducted on 16th Feb 2019. I was shocked how can max life debit the premium charges without my consent. how can they debit the charges after 6 months of policy which was lapsed?

                    I got a hundred calls for making the premium payment but not a single call before charging my credit card and the details which I used to make payment were already expired.

                    "This is nothing but a fraud"

                    I need a full refund of the amount that was debited to my credit card.

                    We wish to clarify that while making payment online on Sep 17, 2017 you have opted for auto-debit facility. To this effect, we had sent transactions to the concerned bank for debiting the renewal premium amount against Maxlife policy. Further, we clarify that we have not received any prior initimation/request for deactivating ECS/Auto-debit in policy records. Hence, we express our inability to refund the amount. In case if you want to deactivate auto-debit in policy records, please provide your consent for deactivating the ECS facility and for updating the future payment method as cash / cheque / demand draft / online payment so that you can pay the future premiums as per your convenience.

We are visiting a branch from 15 days. This branch service is not good, now which branch we go my contact no. [protected]. When we visit branch they are requesting in computer only and saying wait 2days. We are calling to sir, sir is saying i'm in meeting so wait. Then no reply is coming.                         Wanted to tell you that 1 lac rs deducted from my Axis Bank Account on 28 Feb and without my Permission. Later when I checked and found it was Auto policy premium deduct from my account. I already asked customer
                        Care to cancel the policy as I am not working any more and the money in the account was for some emergency.

                        We hope you will appreciate that as an organization we have a responsibility towards the policy holder's money and are expected to manage the same under guidelines laid down by the regulator, IRDAI. Cancellation of a policy is strictly governed by the terms & conditions of the policy contract and these terms & conditions are part of our product approval processes with the regulator. As per the regulatory provisions, there is a 15 days of free look period during which the policyholder may approach the insurance company for cancellation (if not satisfied). This free look period starts from the date of receipt of the policy pack by the policyholder. In line with above, your policy pack including proposal form and benefit illustration was duly delivered at your mailing address through speed post vide airway bill number EH[protected]IN on Jul 12, 2017. We have received your request for cancellation now, which is beyond the free look period of 15 days. Hence, we express our inability to cancel the policy and refund the premium paid.                                 Dear sir/madam,

                                Please note i have 02 insurance policy[protected] and[protected] max life life perfect partner super - 10 pay.

                                I received the call from your toll free number on 25.01.2019 and she discuss with me around 45 minutes and she has given me the option to convert your yearly payment tern in to half yearly payments and she explain me the bonus pints in my both the policy which i can adjust in current premium payment, so that interest will be not charged and your policy will be continue with all the benefits.

                                Same day and same time i paid the difference amount both the policy and confirm her and she has confirmed me that now she has taken the half yearly premium request which will be update in system with in 48 hours and i will be received the confirmation email from max life.

                                Now regularly i am receiving the calls from your office for pending payments and still premium payments terms are not converted in to half yearly, from your office i am getting regular emails with interest amount stating that pay the balance premium payments.

                                You people are calling from recording line, why you are not checking the communication recording what your employee explain me, you people will find the truth, even i have all communication recording in my mobile.

                                I humble request clear this on top priority and continue my policy with all the benefits, please don't force me to go to irda or news papers.

                                Need your positive reply immediately.

                                  महोदय, उपरोक्त विषय में निवेदन है कि प्रार्थिनी का बचत खाता एक्सिस बैंक बोहडापूर, ट्रांसपोर्ट नगर, जिला ग्वालियर में है ।चुकि प्रार्थियों का निवास हरिशंकरपुरम है तथा प्रार्थिया को लाॅकर की भी आवश्यकता है ।इस कारण प्रार्थिया ने बोहडापुर शाखा में सम्पर्क किया जिस पर उनके द्वारा व्यक्त किया गया कि बोहड़ापुर शाखा में लॉकर नहीं है तथा फूलबाग शाखा में लॉकर है, जो नजदीक है ।अतः आप वहां अपना लॉकर खुलवाले ।
                                  इसके पश्चात प्राथिॅया द्वारा फूलबाग शाखा में सम्पर्क कर अपना लॉकर खुलवाया तथा शाखा द्वारा प्रार्थिया एवं उसके पति की लाईफ इशौरेन्स की पॉलिसी 1, 01, 813 / - रूपये वार्षिक प्रीमियम का किया गया तथा प्राथिॅया के पति के नाम पर 50, 000 / - रूपये की पॉलिसी कर दी।बिना उनकि स्वतंत्र सहमति के।
                                  जैसे ही जानकारी हुई तो दिनांक 26.07.16 को आपकी शाखा में आवेदन पत्र प्रस्तुत किया गया ।दोनों पॉलिसी निरस्त करने बावत् दिनांक 26.07.16 को आवेदन पत्र प्रस्तुत कर दिये है जिसमें से एक पॉलिसी निरस्त कर दी गई थी ।प्रार्थियों की पॉलिसी निरस्त नहीं की गई ।तथा दसरी पॉलिसी पर सदभावना पूर्वक विचार नहीं किया गया तो प्रार्थियों द्वारा दिनाक 17.04.2018 को रजिस्टर्ड डाक द्वारा पुनः आवेदन पत्र प्रस्तुत किया गया, उस पर भी सदभावना पूर्वक विचार नहीं किया गया है ।
