My mother went to axis bank branch in bhopal for opening savings account she is uneducated lady even she does't know about insurance policies

I lost amount of rs. 15, 000/- in the name of max life insurance company. On[protected] one person called by name mr. Abhinav shukla ([protected]) and he told that sanctioned dividend rs 1, 95, 960/- one premium is pending to get maturity of my policy. If i paid advance premium rs. 15, 000/- immediately they closing my policy and transferring total amount of maturity amount and dividend amount with bonus. I believed his wordings as same...
