I have been receiving calls from 'maxlife' regarding the following
1, opening policy,
2, policy belonging to other persons,
3, policy premium payments etc...
Repeated response, reminder that has no effect.
1, 'this is a wrong number',
2, 'nobody with that name here' &
3, 'not interested'
How can maxlife give one number to different policies.
Can the company please handle it.

    Dear all,

    Good day,

    Please note, i am having one policy with max life (Policy no.[[protected]] and was called upon by mr manish (Mobile no. - [[protected]] on 14th september 2017 as max life insurance finance department person and he was having each and every detail related to my policy which are actually supposed to be confidential. He told me that there was a 10% agent code which was applied on my premium and can be given as discount if paid directly to max life. I became sure about his identity as my policy's soft copy was also forwarded by her which was supposed to be with max life only.
    I payed total premium of rs 46354/-
    Account no. - [[protected]]
    Ifsc code - utib0000696
    Bank name - axis bank
    Branch address - uttam nagar, new delhi

    After doing the imps transfer in the name of - max life [[protected]]
    Which was my policy number on 15/09/2018, i called mr manish and he said that premium will be processed and sms will be sent to me
    Few days later, i started getting mails from max life regarding non-payment of my premium which added on to my suspicion as i had not received my premium receipt. I immediately contacted max life insurance and passed on each and detail related to the incident and have not yet received any resolution from them.

    Hence, i would like to request your good self in helping me out to get my refund back and taking strict action against max life employee mr manish who liaised with the culprits as this entire fiasco would not have had occurred if due diligence with regards to my policy was carried out from their end in keeping the information confidential.

      I paid premium after I received a call from Max and send an IMPS payment via SBI Netbanking to Axis Bank Uttam Nagar Branch. I got a call from Manish, who introduced himself from Finance Dept, Max Life. I paid 46354/- as premium for policy no.[protected] on 15/09/2018
      Mr Manish asked me to pay discounted premium.
      Now I found out it turned out to be hoax call. I want refund of my money back to my account.I have already filed police complaint. Kindly trace this phone number from where I got call. The phone number is [protected]
      The details of beneficiary where I send the premium is:

        We are totally unhappy and unsatisfied with the max life insurance company and their service.

        My mother was forced to take max life insurance policy who is uneducated and don't know any knowledge about these insurance companies. She had some amount in her axis bank account for our brother marriage, but unfortunately she was brain washed and forced to take policy.

        Dear Sir, As per the regulatory provisions, there is a free look period of 15 days during which the policyholder may approach the insurance company for cancellation (if not satisfied). This free look period starts from the date of receipt of the policy pack by the policyholder. In line with above, your policy pack including proposal form and benefit illustration was duly handed over to you on time. We have received your request for cancellation now, which is beyond the free look period of 15 days. Hence, we express our inability to cancel the policies and refund the premium paid. Further, as per the terms & conditions mentioned in the policy contract, this policy acquires surrender value if it has been in force for at least three years and provided all the premiums that have fallen due have been received. Since we have not received the complete premium for first 3 years, there is no surrender value payable.Please reach out to us in the future and we shall assist you with your queries.           I am emailing to complaining about your surveyor, who come for inspection for the death claim and he was asking for 10% of claim money, saying that if you don't give him money he was threatening to delay the process till one year, he said he got all the power in his pen what ever he will write will be legal. Please take action for this sort of corrupt people who still demanding for bribe after we provide all the document, and he should think about the family situation after a sudden death of family member.               Got a call from supposedly max. The lady said i have instructed max to pay any interest amount to my agent. And also shared with me few personal details like policy no., dob etc. She asked me if i want the money to be given to the agent (Who is my relative according to her) or do i want to retain the amount.
              I put her on hold and i think she got suspicious and disconnected.

              Is this legitimate that max does such thing?

                I have taken a policy with this company and my policy no is[protected] under the plan max life life gain plan and the date of the policy is 2011. As on 2018, i have paid rs.29, 7000/- approx. This was taken through the bank agent.
                While taking this policy they convincingly stated that for this policy, the lock in period is 5 years and the policy can be surrendered any after 5 years and the surrender value will be the nav on the day of surrender.
                Today i approached the insurance company on the toll free no [protected] and the customer service executive who attended my call gave me a shocking information which has taken an hour to recover. He said that i will pay only rs 1, 44, 000/- of the premium amount paid which works out to rs.29, 7000/-. They will be paying some bonus amount which will be informed only on the surrender date.
                To sum up, for the amount of rs.29, 7000/- paid by me as premium amount, i am facing a loss. This may be a peanut for the insurance company, but a for a common man from a lower middle class family it is a blow on his face. Now i am jobless and i am doing a very very small business and unable to run my daily life with 3 dependents. Is this not equal to cheating a common man who is always at the receiving end of all misgivings of others. Can you please help me and i humbly request the forum.

                  I have made online payment of rs. 3000 from bank of baroda towards premium payment of my wife against the policy no.[protected] on 11/10/18. The said transaction was declined with id pbbr[protected]. However the amount got debited to my account. Again i made a payment of rs. 3000 on 12/10/18 which was successful. Please credit back the earlier transaction amount.

                    My complaint is similar to the previous one so I am copying the first paragraph from there.
                    Dear Sir,

                    I am got a phone call to remove agent code deactivation process from my max life insurance policy[protected] to stop sending bonus and commission to agent. Asked me to fill application and forward other relevant documents, and asked me to confirm availability in hometown for collecting the following documents like:

                    1.Address Proof
                    2.ID Proof
                    3.Passport size photo
                    4.Cancelled Cheque

                    He said his name was Gurmeet Singh. And insisted me to close my account with Max and deposit 20, 000 check, as my bonus amount 70, 000 will be transferred to my agent in 2-3 days. He said if I acted on this soon, I will get the bonus instead and I'll receive back the 20K 1 year later.
                    He had all my details about my plan and amount I have deposited, how did he get to know all this? Shouldn't my information be protected by you if I am entrusting you with it?
                    Please do the needful. I want to report this number and I hope I don't get any scam calls like this again.

                        I have received call from person who introduced himself as executive of max life insurance. He informed my policy no & date & amount. But he told me that whatever interest i supposed to get that interest amount our agents are taking that amount. So instead of interest amount company has declared bonus for your policy around rs. 1, 30, 000/- you have to fill the form if you say yes means one more executive will call you for detail & filling the form. After 15 min one lady executive called & told same thing your bank is agent they are eating your interest. Instead we (Company) has declared bonus & i have your cheque of amount rs. 1, 30, 000/- but you have to pay some amount to us for releasing this cheque.

                        Then i told i will lodge a police complaint & in my bank, she told k no problem if you not listening our words you will suffer for money from max life insurance. First person name is mr. Sanjay mithal (I got call from this no +91 [protected]).& i dont know 2nd lady executive name (Call received from this no. +91 [protected])

                        Please let me know whether this is fraud call or is it true that i have received any bonus from max life insurance.

                            My max life insurance policy no.[protected] opend thru axis bank, mg road branch in the year 2012. My policy was working fine till the time i had to pay all premium instalments and i was able to login online to see my policy details and everything. One day i noticed that the mobile number and registered id is coming of someone else and not mine i called max insurance customer care and asked them about this. They asked me to send a mail requesting them for mobile no change and email change. I sent the mail immediately this happend in 2017. After that i did not receive any mail regarding this from max customer support. Yesterday i got a mail from max customer care that they have initiated my request for change in dob of policy and a form for name change and dob change was attached in that mail. This mail was referred to some one name trishul yadav. The agent code which is coming in my policy is. 414791. I don’t know how max staff is doing this. This is only possible if some one within max staff is involved in this fraud. Now as my both details mobile number and email id is changed in policy i cant even login online to see detail of my policy and how the max customer care center providing this form for dob change to some one else who is not even a policy holder. I request the senior staff of max to pls resolve my case on top priority. I have already lodged a complaint with customer care on 18th sept but they are telling me they need 10 days to resolve the issue.                               Hi,

                              I am having two policies with Max Life. I got a call from Miss Ria ( Mobile No. - [protected] ) on 14th and 15th October 2018 as Max Life insurance advisor and she was having each every details related to both my policies which are actually supposed to be confidential. She told me that there was a 25% Agent Code which was applied on my policy bonus and my agent is claiming for that amount. She said they will clear their amount only after my permission. then she told me amount which was 99, 210 rs. She told me you can take this bonus amount which is your only by removing the agent code. i said ok. and then MR. Naveen called me and told me the process how the amount will be transfer in my account and for removing the agent code we have i have to buy one policy for 30000 rs and after 50-60 days it will get closed and all the amount will be transfer in to my account. then he sent me one link which opened to Bharti axa life insurance and after making payment he told me mail me the receipt. i did it and now they are not picking my call.
                              Hence, I would like to request your helping me out to get my refund back and taking strict action against Max Life employee who are helping these people to do such frauds.

                              I am not satistfied with your ans. Its been more than one month no one called me from max. Worst coustmer care. I made my mind that i am going to surrender my policy . I donot want to continue with your fraud company.

                                  My mother went to axis bank branch in bhopal for opening savings account she is uneducated lady even she does't know about insurance policies
                                  Two representatives from max life insurance company mr. Anus and om they introduced their self as a banker they took her documents and gave her policy paper with bank documents and took her sign on that she deposited her saving 82k in axis bank account
                                  When she went to the bank again for withdraw her life time saving on my sister’s wedding that time the shocking news came we got to know that she has life insurance policy and 2 instalments already deducted from her account that is 72000/- rupees this is pure exploitation what they did with my mother they are frauds we want our money back & i want two shows those representative mr. Om & anus so in future they can't exploit anyone

                                    I lost amount of rs. 15, 000/- in the name of max life insurance company. On[protected] one person called by name mr. Abhinav shukla ([protected]) and he told that sanctioned dividend rs 1, 95, 960/- one premium is pending to get maturity of my policy. If i paid advance premium rs. 15, 000/- immediately they closing my policy and transferring total amount of maturity amount and dividend amount with bonus. I believed his wordings as same i transferred rs. 15, 000/- though tez app from my account to his account which is given to me that is ift services a/c [protected], ifsc psib0000775. I wait for long days, but he did not transferred any amount to my account. Hence, i posted complaint by courier to max life insurance company address.

                                    Further, i stating that again another person called me on[protected] by name mr. Mahaveer mishra ([protected] and [protected]) working as fund manager in max life insurance company. And he told that, we received your complaint which is sent by courier and closed the policy, you get maturity amount rs. 3, 10, 100/- this amount will transferring after you paid rs. 15, 000/- for processing fee. I rejected to pay the said amount and asked his staff number (Reference id) and call me through company number, he refused to say the details and disconnected his call.

                                    All these matters i submitted to max life insurance company. Still i haven't received any response from your office. My humble request with you, kindly take necessary action and please refund my money as soon as possible... Thanking you..🙏🙏🙏

                                      With reference to the above subject, i write to state that, i am holding a policy in max life insurance company bearing my policy no.[protected] and paying my yearly premium of rs. 15, 000/- since from the date of my policy i. E., in the year 2010 and the said policy will be matured in the year 2019.

                                      Since from the date of opening my policy i have paid up to date premium without due till today.

                                      That on 23.09.2018 at about 05:30 p. M., in the evening one person by name abhinav shukla called from +91 [protected] to my mobile number [protected] and told that he is calling from max life insurance company and he is an employee in the said company and he told my policy number, my name and details of policy as mentioned in my policy and told that the company has sent a cheque in my favour in respect of dividend fund of rs. 1, 78, 560/- + rs. 17, 400/- total rs. 1, 95, 960/- to my policy number. And the said cheque was returned to the company due to wrong address, and further he advised me to provide my account number as well as ifsc code for depositing the said amount to my account.

                                      Believing his words i have provide my account number as [protected] and ifsc code sbin0040123 and further he told that if i paid the remaining one advance premium the company will close my policy and dividend and maturity amount will be deposited to my account number. And directed me to pay rs. 15, 000/- as early as possible and also told that if i pay rs. 15, 000/- advance premium the company will be refund all my amount as stated above within one hour.

                                      Believing his word i have sent rs. 15, 000/- through tez app immediately to his account no. [protected] and ifsc code psib0000775, punjab and sind bank. Further when i asked his address he told that his address as “abhinav shukla, barakhamba road, lic building, 3rd floor, plot no. 2 and 3 cp, delhi”.

                                      I have waited till next day morning but the company has not paid any amount to my account. I have searched the ifsc code in google with regard to the branch details it is displaying as “p & sb shahibabad mandi, uttarpradesh branch”. Till today i have not received any amount. Hence i made enquiry in max life insurance office at hubli branch, but the said authorities have told that the said company authorities will not make any such calls and the person who called me was a fraud.

                                      Hence, i humbly request you sir, kindly refund my amount rs. 15, 000/- to my account or adjust the said amount to my advance premium to my above said policy.

                                      Hence i humbly request you sir, keeping the hope on your company i have paid the said amount to him, hence it is request you to kindly make necessary action against him as early as possible.

                                      Further, i request you sir that, after lodging complaint through courier. I got call since two days from mr. Mahaveer mishra working as fund manager in your max insurance company. He told complaint received from courier. After receiving complaint company has closed the policy, and after closing and as per calculation rs. 3, 10, 000/- maturity amount will be transferring to my account, after paying of additional rs. 15, 000/- as a processing commission fee by me. If not, company will be treated as party as refused to take the maturity amount.

                                      So, plz... Clarify,
                                      1. Abhinav shukla and mahaveer mishra named employees is in your insurance company???

                                      2. [protected], +[protected] and [protected] are these numbers related to your company numbers???

                                      3. A/c holder name. Ift services, a/c no.[protected]
                                      Ifsc code psib0000775 is this your company account???

                                      4. Abhinav shukla said his address barakhamba road lic building 3rd floor plot no 2&3 cp delhi is this max company address???

                                      Sir, we lost believeness in your company since how my all personal details related to the policy and complaint courier leaked to the third persons.
                                      This is big loop whole in your system and your employees are making betray to customers.
                                      If you not take action on this, still many people like me will be scape goated.
                                      So i request you to take necessary action and clarify our doubts and please refund our money as soon as possible... Thanking you..🙏🙏🙏
