mis selling of policy no - 267168268 (updated)

I want to register my complaint of miscelling of max policy no[protected], in which the agent told me initially that i have to pay a single premium which was rs.106703.00 & i paid rs.110000.13 inclusive to service tax, but when i received the policy it was written 12 years instead to one year... Due to some unfortunate reason i was not able to read the policy documents in free look up period ie -15 days till then i have contacted policy...

Agent will get your policy surrendered n sell a new just to earn his huge commision. You are never told the truth, just asked to sign, here n there, collect cheque n disappear. Such is height of cheating they are never in touch with you, what to speak of assistance. Totaly nonsense....
