I want to register my complaint of miscelling of max policy no[protected], in which the agent told me initially that i have to pay a single premium which was rs.106703.00 & i paid rs.110000.13 inclusive to service tax, but when i received the policy it was written 12 years instead to one year... Due to some unfortunate reason i was not able to read the policy documents in free look up period ie -15 days till then i have contacted policy selling agent saveral time & he assured me that it is due to some mistake & he will correct it... But till then i was keep following with him for 1- 2 years but not got any response from him...& he stop picking my call... I was very frustrated due to this misselling & so i wanted to surrender my policy & want to refund my amount... Pls help to return my hardearned money.

      I tried to took max life insurance via online. With e-quote number gvhn6053 for max life online term plan plus - sum assured but application failed to validate and proceeded for payment and after payment it's not proceeding further so i have no proper response from the team.
      So i have applied for obtained other insurance from hdfc life.
      As, i have dropped the mail to refund thecan you please, revert the amount back to the bank account. It's about more than 30 days have been passed after contacting you guys. I am deeply disappointed with you guys

      Please, try to refund the amount as earlier as possible.

        Hi,

        I am having policy with max life insurance. Policy no :[protected]. I received call from mr. Sudhir (Mobile no : [protected]) on 3rd and 4th august 2018 as max life adviser. He was having all the details of my policy which are supposed to be confidential. He told me about a agent discount of 10% which was applied on my premium and can be given as as discount if payed directly to max life account. He also told be that this offer is valid only if i make payment by 4th august 2018. I was conveyance to make the payment as all my policy details were correctly verified and the account number which was shared with me was a kotak bank account on name of max life insurance.
        I payed total premium of rs. 90.300 in two transactions of rs. 90, 000 and rs. 300 on 4th august 2018 to following account -

        Beneficiary a/c details name: maxlife[protected],
        A/c no.: [protected],
        Ifsc code: kkbk0000206,
        Kotak mahindra bank, branch delhi,

        After doing neft transfer through mobile banking i received sms notification from max host confirming the payment receipt. I also received call from sudhir acknowledging the payment and he confirmed that i will receive e-receipt by monday 6th august 2018.
        On monday i visited the max life insurance office to check the status of e-receipt as the same was not received on my email. There i was informed that the payment which i made on 4th august was not received by them and it a fraud transaction. I submitted written complaint to them on which they reverted that its completely my mistake and in these type of cases there are no chance to get the money back.

        I would like to request here to help me out in this case to get my hard earned money back. I also request you to identify the employees of max life insurance who are involved here in information leakage of sensitive data of customer policies.

              Hi,
              This is to keep you informed that about to take one insurance policies in max life insurance derabassi branch, punjab (140507). It was taken in the year max life insurance policy number[protected] in 2015. We were unable to make the renewal payment further to the polices neither continue the same due to our financial crises. We called and visited the branch to close the policy in chandigarh office when my insurance was the active stage. I already paid 3 years premium rs 64008/.
              I already paid 3 years premium rs 64000-/. My policy is 10 years maturity. Now i am facing some financial problem. That the reason i need to surrender my policy. I visited the max life insurance branch chandigarh and derabassi branch also. I am along with six persons. They are also facing the same problems and same commitments were done by agent with them. They told us i[censored] surrender the policy u will get only 24, 000 or 26, 000/-. Axis bank derabassi branch are also involved in this fraud.
              But for your information, i want to say you that your agent did not explain me all the policy information in details, he said you will get 2 lakh 17 thousand/-rs after completing 10 years and also said if you can surrender your policy after 3 years according to your convenience, you will get your full paid premium amount, i never stopped to pay premium.
              Sir, you tell me that agent is the mediator in between company and client if agent cheats with the client, then they will blame to the company not to the agent because the client knows the company, not an agent, am i right?
              So there is my request you, please refund my whole paid premium amount at least so whatever you do if you want me to come to your office for meeting with you & agent then please call me at [protected] but refund my full amount.
              And one more thing to all peoples, please don’t get cheated but these world-class frauds and they cheat innocent people who do not even know "abcd of insurance. I will get back to u tomorrow with the status of my complaint and i hope they resolve this or else please join me in screwing this company and i will go to the consumer court and fight the case.

                    I was told by the agent that there wont b any penalty if i surrender the policy in 6yrs after 6 yearly premiums. Today when i called the call centre they r saying i will be charged a penalty of 30% if i surrender the policy as the policy matures jn 20 yrs after the purchase. This is highly unacceptable. I had taken this policy at axis bank andheri amboli branch 6 years back. I hv paid all the premiums on time for 6 years and today i get to know that after all the penalties the money that i would b getting is almost half of what i hv already paid in premiums. This is ridiculous. I am very very upset. Cheaters fraudsters looting people.

                      I had purchased term insurance policy (Application is[protected] on date 22/07/ 2018, i didn't get any update and even didn't received any
                      call from Max life insurance since 22/06/2018 and today is 18/07/2018,
                      Nearly twenty days have passed.

                      I called many times to customer care regarding update every time
                      they tell me your request no.1617919 is under processing. we will get back to you within 5-7 days, what is going on ...?

                      However i haven't received any kind of response and am totally dissatisfied with the policy plan and the customer service.
                      I don't want term insurance.

                      so i would request you to take immediate action kindly close this and refund my money.

                        I, Nirmala wife of Mr. Ghanshyam had MAX policy # [protected] . We are regular customers of MAX and even have policies of my husband Ghanshyam and Son Mohit . But my son Mohit met a fatal accident in July 2014 due to which he remained in coma for 4 months and after that his treatment is going on till now as he suffered Traumatic Brain Injury due to that severe accident . In March 2018, we need money for his dental operation and I surrendered my policy as for any Mother her first priority is her child not anything else . But to my amaze we got only 70-75 K something despite i have paid 3 regular yearly premiums of approx 50 K per year timely, as u can check your records.

                        I request senior officials of MAX to look into this matter from the point of view of a mother, , , , a mother will save life of her son or should she argue with you . Dunn expect such rude behavior from a big name like MAX . I[censored] can't help a mother in her geniune problem then really shame on you guys .

If this incident will happen with you then will u give the same excuse as you are giving to me . Shame on you guys really very shameful as you are not helping a mother in her geniune problem. Before this i think MAX is a geniune company and understand's his/her customer geniune problems.
                        t that time when my mother surrendered the policy, she was not told by anyone that she will get the amount after so much deduction, almost 50 % . I just came to know about this only when the amount was credited in her Bank account and got shocked but at that time for her, her son life is more important.

                        No issue if you are not going to help then we will surely go to consumer court against MAX and then be ready to pay the amount along-with interest and expenses which will occur in the case . Listen Mr. Bajpai, We not begging here, we are just asking for our paid money.
                        By the way how much fraud is MAX doing . The company is even not helping a mother in her genuine problem . Really shame on you guys . This incident of the mother opened my eyes, i will never go for or recommend MAX to anyone.
                        Surely go to consumer court against such companies which are making fool of innocent person's.
                        the representative of MAX Madhup Bajpai is very rude and dunn even understand's genuine problem of their valued customers.
                        Don't recommend anyone to go for MAX as they are double faced people .
                        Such a fraudster company.

                          Its agents are trained to cheat n befool public and procure policy by hook n crook. When someone checks its surrender value, he is shocked. Agent will get your policy surrendered n sell a new just to earn his huge commision. You are never told the truth, just asked to sign, here n there, collect cheque n disappear. Such is height of cheating they are never in touch with you, what to speak of assistance. Totaly nonsense.

                              I already paid 6 years premium Rs 60000/-Rs excluding Taxes. My policy 20 years maturity. Now i am facing some financial problem. That the reason i need to surrender my policy. I called to your customer care number yesterday. They told, i[censored] surrender the policy u will get rs. 24, 000/-.
                              But for your information, i want to say you that your agent did not explain me all the policy information in details, he said you will get 100000/-Rs after completing 10 years and also said you can surrender your policy after 5 years, you will get your full paid premium amount but if you surrender it before 5 years then some amount your will get so on the basis of his information, i never stopped to pay premium.
                              Sir, you tell me that agent is mediator in between company and client, if agent cheat with client, then they will blame to company not to agent because client know the company not agent, i am right.
                              So there is my request you, please refund my whole paid premium amount atleast and think that there is not one Wasim, with whom was cheated there will be thousand, then lakh of wasim, it would be bad impact on your company status & goodwill because everyone know the company not agent, comes for company not for agent.
                              So whatever you do if you want me to come your office for meeting with you & agent then please call me but refund my full amount.

                                  I got a call from [protected](Infromed name as Niraj), whatsapp no-[protected] & [protected](Informed name as Rahul), [protected](one lady name doesn't know)mobile numbers & they informed that they are providing the business OD limit from CITI bank online & inform me to send all the documents through the mail id : [protected]@india.com.After submission of all documents on behalf of me they told that you are eligible to get the loan of Rs 6 Lacs But they infromed me to transfer Rs32, 500/- in favour of MAX LIFE INSURANCE, A/c No-[protected], Bank of India, Arjunganj Branch, Uttar Pradesh, IFSC Code-BKID0006814(got the NEFT details from mob no-[protected])which will be used as security deposit before sending the OD amount of Rs 6 Lacs to my account.
                                  Then I transferred the same amount through NEFT from my business(Current)account i.e [protected], Odisha Gramya Bank, Rasulgarh branch, Bhubaneswar, Odisha on[protected].
                                  On[protected] at 1.01pm again I received one message from AD-Citibank that "Dear customer your CITI Bank click to call OAC is 928998.

                                  Then on[protected], I got calls from two different numbers i.e +91 [protected](11.48am) & +91 [protected](11.49am).

                                  After that on[protected], I got a call from [protected] & that person named Rahul, informed me to go to bank immediately and they will send a link through which I have to transfer another RS 83, 000/- in favour of an insurance company name(which they will provide)after I reach near my bank.
                                  After that I made an verbal objection that "why the same thing u have not informed earlier ? I don't require any loan.Plz refund my depositted amount"
                                  Then Niraj(Mob-[protected])told that we will refund your amount by 29 March 2018.
                                  When I asked to provide their office address, Niraj send me the office address through whatsapp on dated 12 March 2018 as: Ground Floor, Queens Plaza, S.P. Road, Begumpet, Secunderabad, Hyderabad, Telengana-500003.
                                  After that day all the mobile numbers are switched off.

                                    This is to keep you informed that we were about to take two insurance policies in max life bangalore. It was taken in the year 2014. We were unable to make the renewal payment further to the polices neither continue the same due to our financial crises. We called and visited the branche to close the policy in bangalore when my insurance was active stage. But the person did not accept in front office you can't be cancelled at least you should pay minimum 3years. But we were totally unhappy with the service. We are orphanage just a middle class family we paid for our safety for future purposes. At this time my sister shoba got married. At the time of marriage we faced a lot and critical financial issues. At the same after few months my premium was due but we are already in critical condition went on high risk my sister was got delivered and given birth to girl baby. No body took care she went on depression due to this my sister husband left her. But now iam taking care of my sister. As my self working as a maiden is unable to take care of her and my sister daughter due to financial issues. Iam really working hard to take care for her for hospitalization iam really request you we both or orphanage as humanity from your side please release mine and my sister what we paid premium it will be helpful for her hospilization and her baby too. It will help for her since its a huge amt of first premium altogether once again request to cancel our policy and refund my and my sister money at the earliest. It's our hard earned money which i kept for my marriage (Varalakshmi) still iam not married due to my sister health. I gave up off my life to look my sister for future. Kindly look into our issues and release orphanage premium amount and revert back at the earliest.
                                    My policy i'd //[protected] varalakshmi premium paid 44, 999/rs. And my sister shobha i'd //[protected] premium amount 51, 327/ in the year april 2017... Do needful for orphanage we will be waiting for our premium paid amount.

                                      On 21st june 2018 - yesterday i received the call - ph no.[protected] saying she is calling from maxlife insurance & she is verifying the services received from the company/ agent. She told me the bonus & commission amounts & told me that on behalf of me agent is claiming the bonus amounts. So if i claim for this bonus amount, i need to remove the agent code from my policy.
                                      I wanted to ask, is there really a bonus payable to the customer? Because, here i am not able to understand, who is cheating, my agent or this girl who is calling with the name - nandita sharma.
