Base policy: life gain plus 20 participating plan Type of policy: participating General office: axis bank ltd jind Policy no:[protected],[protected],[protected] Agent details: Agent name: axis bank ltd jind Code: 381197 Address : desi dawa khana ward no 15, Assandh 132039 I took three policies from axis bank via an agent whose details are furnished above of max life insurance, on 23 march 2011, a sum of rs. 68510 against policy no[protected], rs. 70510 against policy no[protected] and rs. 74110 against policy no[protected] has been issued as a bonus from the max life insurance on 21/7/2016, but this amount has not been received by us till date, its been 2+ years from the issue date. Kindly help to get us the amount. Its a fraud by the agent, he has transferred the money in his account by some means. Kindly help us to get back our earned money.
