Maxbhi.com — broken product received, they are not giving my refund/replace. | |||||
I purchased (Order no#2103005) a product (Nokia 6.1 plus charging port) from maxbhi.com i recived the broken charging port, after that i asked maxbhi refund/replace the product, they declined my praposal, they said (We are not able to replace your product if it has been damaged in transit by the courier company. You can lodge a complaint in blue dart express limited by attaching broken product images). How can ask the courier company to replace of my product. Plese solve my problem. Maxbhi is a Fraud company. I got a faulty display product and i waster few days by trusting Maxbhi

Order #2093548, placed a order on 4th and received on 8th while checking its faulty product. I wasted 4 days and they are not clear on when i can get a new one. Dont trust on this company. Seems non trust brand.
