[Resolved] Maxbhi.com — Refund | |||||
I have placed order No#358347 for Rs.319.72 for a flip cover from www.maxbhi.com on 7th October 2016 and due to non availability of the item it was cancelled by them on 15th October 2016. The message "refund to bank" is appearing and the same has not yet credited to my bank account. Whenever I enquired it was clarified that the refund process will be done soon and it will take 10-12 days to credit the same in my bank account and the information will be updated in my phone from time to time. They are responding with the same reply for the past 3 weeks. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Maxbhi is not having any return policy for it's customers, as per discussion with the company's representative on "5-Dec-2016". So, you can't return your item if you later on found:
1. there is some another issue with your handset, OR
2. you are no longer interested in this product, OR
3. you have got a better product instead.
So, please be aware before making any purchase. My personal suggestion is to first go for Amazon or other BIG websites, second, try to get your product / handset fixed by good mobile stores / shopkeepers, ..., and lastly go for purchasing the items from less established companies like Maxbhi.

I have placed an order in maxbhi.com order no:3836597 for samsung A5 lcd with touch screen for Rs1269. I have received the product which is not working so I have sent back next time also they have sent not working product to me so I request them to refund my money back. Please help
