    I have ordered for lcd screen for nokia 3650 - replacement display code: et-lcd-104273, order #[protected]/12/2018, 07:52 pm) however after 2days order was cancelled automatically and money was transfer to maxbhi e-wallet rs 369, however its should be return back to my bank a/c i have raised required to transfer the money back to a/c i got response it will take 15days,

    However it should take more than 3 working days...

      I have order redmi note 4 folder on 3rd november 2018. Product received by me on 12 november. When i checked the product i was faulty or damaged. I have complaint a request to replace this product. Company approved my request and ask me to send back this product on your own cost. I have sent the product again. And company get back me same faulty product on 10 december 2018 and ask the senser is damaged by my mistake. I will ask to replace my money and take back your product company has no reply. Sir please help.

        3.7 v battery for samsung c3322 model phone

        With bluedart awb no:[protected].
        Maxbhi has promised to deliver the item by 11/12/2018.
        I have paid through netbanking from my axis bank account since there is is no cod option.
        The said awb no:[protected] cannot be tracked in blue dart website.
        It says wrong no.
        Iam not able to track.

        I have ordered mobile display on 17/11/2018 and it was cancelled automatically after few hours of paying the payment stating that due to out of stock.
        When i added the item into cart, i got multiple calls from them to pay immediately and will ship the item today (17/11) and will be received on 19/11.
        I made the amount via paytm, after cancellation it was not refunded to my paytm account till now from their e-wallet. It was initiated on 18/11.
        There is no response on phone calls, if tried from another number they may pick but if i say the order number and ask status they will disconnect the call.
        To check the status in online it was prompting to wait upto 15 days, after getting over 15days raised request to for status. There is no option to check the status of that request number in portal.

        Till now there is no response from them.

        I am sure they are big fraud and cheating consumers.

        Please help me to get my paid amount.

        I have updated the refund request stating that I have raised consumer compliant and waiting for your response. Saturday (080-12-2018) somebody called me from Maxbhi on the below number and informed that refund initiated long back and it should be credited to your account. Any how we will check it from our end. If not happen before Wednesday give a call to us. 9870192284 Yesterday got a call from the below number for the verification of payment. 9205693562

          Ordered (order No. order #1403624) mobile display on 17/11/2018 and it was auto cancelled stating that due to out of stock. I have requested for refund and initiated on 18/11/2018. Till now I haven't received the amount. But when we go to status page refund shows successful and not paid so far. When I try to escalate it was saying wait for 15 days yet to complete. Finally I have raised status request Today but no where to check the status of the request in page.
          I have paid the amount via Paytm and not sure why its taking so much time to repay.
          When we added a item in our cart, I received multiple calls from Maxbhi team and forced me to pay the amount immediately and we deliver the product by 19/11/2018. But once paid and order was cancelled no support from the support team. I am facing many problem to reach them. None of the contact number will connect from my mobile. If connects also after saying order number call will be disconnected.

          Please take a required action to get my amount.

            #1402889 this is my order id. I order mobile spare on maxbhi.com. The spare rupee is 2519 but my order is cancelled after debited my money so i request to transfer my money on my bank account but they are not response.               Dear all, true - as stated by all, facing serious issues with maxbhi.
              Order id : order #1409037

              Faulty product issued but refuse to replace or refund. They delivered me a faulty dead lcd touch screen for lenovo vibe k5 plus and when i spoke with them, they asked to send me back at my own cost.

              Besides that, i returned the product as it state, still they refuse me to issue a new one or refund amount stating a lame excuse "that front cover seal" has been removed.

              But we would not be able to replace the product as it is not in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you.

              The warranty seals has been removed from the product
              The protection film / clear film has been removed or tampered with.
              The gumming has been removed / used.

              As per your words the complete LCD set is perfectly in tact in condition you sent and the above reasons are just cosmetic. There was NO warranty seal when i received our product, the other two may be because my mobile technician installed your dead product and tested.

              Also WRONG ITEM has been sent - I ordered BLACK but you sent me GOLD which is a MAJOR concerns besides which you refuse to refund or replace. I would therefore request you to refund my amount or replace it with BLACK. Attached screenshot for your reference.

                    I have ordered display and back panel housimaxbhi, they took money and later said they dont have stock.. And they refused to refund... Its almost 3 months, no product no money.. Latest update, i finally initiated refund from ewallet some 15 days back and no use... Money is still pending... Its a real cheater company, fraus.. Dont buy anything from this website... I am going to file complaint in karolbagh police station, already informed them about the issue a month back... Complaint already drafted in the name of naman agarwal and his wife who are directors of this company... Also, given details to one local advocate for filing a criminal case... Either i will loose 2500rs, or i will ensure both directors in jail for atleast 14days remand and further for cheating and fraud...

                      Hello, i ordered a power button and backpanel of my phone. Order no: #1386752 on 04/11/2018
                      After payment they told that product is unavailable. They refunded it to wallet. And i intiated transfer from wallet to my account. They said that it takes about 12-15 days but the period was over and i didn't receive my money. Then i request for a refund track status... It's also just waste of time. No response from there customer service.. Anyone help me to get my money.
                      Guys a lesson learned never order anything from this site

                        I had ordered screen digitizer from maxabhi.com but due to shortage of product they coulnt not ship it, i had already paid for it on 28.10.2018. They told me thag money will be refunded upto 15 days, when i complained after 15 days they told that it ll be refuded upto saturday (17.11.2018) but still i have not recieved my payment. They take our money within secods but take months to return it. Please take a strong action as soon as possible

                          I bought a battery from maxbhi.com for lenovo a 7000 and received it yesterday 13.11.2018. After I found the battery doesnot have backup, I dropped a complaint with the customer care and they are telling me that they dont sell genuine products and there is no refund policy, Only what they can do is Replacement.The picture shown in there platform looks different from what it is delivered also .I also dont want to have this item replaced because this a worst product

                          I know it .I dont want a compatible product without backup.It would be better then cut a thermocol in shape of phone battery and sell it and hold on to the point We donot sell genuine prodcut but compatible products

                          Ok Nothing happened.They are having some terms and conditions . I dont know who made that. Selling very cheap products and nobody there to stop that. No problem let the company end up in loss and the owner will suffer.
                          I think this platform is also waste.
                          Sir i have paid all money but at maxbhi it is showing that the payment is not done so please sir check the proof and sent me my product as soon as possible

Rajkumar i've ordered the videocon v50fg, fa battery if they dont have the product they have to mention out of stock or something my phone has battery issues that's why i urgently ordered the battery but no reply from maxbhi side online payment is very fast at the same time they have to reply to the customers as fast i am waiting for one week for the product no placement processing nothing

                              I ordered Lcd and touch of "Blu studio one plus" mobile phone and it worth of Rs:1699 Order id #1254245 on (07/09/2018, 07:45 PM) and on next day the order is cancelled by the seller #this is te message from maxbhi team :-(This is to inform you that your order 1254245 was cancelled as the seller failed to confirm the shipment.)(Sat, Sep 8, 11:37 AM).The money is refund to eWallet on my account.
                              I did this total of 6 times for the product with different color black, white, grey, gold.[#1257837, #1259571, #1264096, #1264484, #1267111]On last product the price is higher than 1st order.So I paid Rs:10 and proceed payment from another account.(Rs 1709)
                              Before 16 days I requesed for refund to bank and waited for 15 day as per the site description about refund.But there is no respond.Then i message the team and they replay that (Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
                              I have informed & forwarded your request to our refunds team & they will get in touch with you within next 24 to 48 hours and will take the necessary action required. For your reference the refund request id is 90628. 31/10/2018, 12:04 PM)

                              NOTE:I will not buy anything from this site further.Please help other customers not to get into the trap of the site (Maxbhi).

                                I ordered a mobile case duly enquiring over phone availability of the same on 3.10.2018. On 8.10.2018 maxbhi expressed its inability to supply the same and credited the amount to my maxbhi wallet. I immediately requested to refund the money to my original payment mode, a credit card on 9.10.2018. Till date [ 23 days] i have not received the money in my account. I complained several times online. They just gave a reference number which did nothing.
                                Order id.1331275. Complaint reference no.89911 & 90228. I request them to immediately refund the amount.

Means either you can login to your account and request for refund to bank which you had done, or you can call us and request refund to bank, you can easily request to refund to bank. Also you can write an email to [protected]@maxbhi.com and ask for your refund. You could have easily done that rather than choosing the longer route.                                 1. I have not received the refund as claimed by Maxbhi.com. I have checked with my bank and written confirmation obtained from them that no refund / transaction with the Ref.#=4492014 happened. I have raised this issue on 3.11.2018 and again on 6.11.2018 - the extract is as follows : On 3.11.2018 : "Can you please provide some more details of refund instead of giving a random number. Date of refund, mode of refund, a screenshot shot or transaction page of the gateway you used to refund etc. so I can take up this case with SBI card. If the refund is completed where did this money go? please Check with your accounts, You might have refunded it to some body else. There is nothing to do with SBIcard since I always get immediate refunds for failed or transaction like this. Do the needful and refund my money." On 6.11.2018 : "I have not received any reply for the issue I raised on 3.11.2018. I reiterate, I have not received the refund till date [6.11.2018]. Please refund the amount or I will have no other option but to approach an appropriate forum for redressal."
                                No response from them till this posting.

                                  And paid rs: 2359 from my bank account. The next day i saw the order was cancelled and the money is transferred to their e-wallet. I requested for a refund to bank account. They informed me to wait for 15 days and now the 15 days over. I am doing so many online purchases and i know no payment gateways would take this much time to refund the money.

                                  I am very much appreciated your effort to send my Money back to my bank account. Just see how many complaints against you in this site. Or do you think they are fools to complain against you. I know I made only one mistake that I ordered you something. And kindly note the point that it was not my first online purchase. Don't tell me payment gateway problem. From all the complaints I know it is your regular business to list spareparts and say order cancelled, keeping money with you, who the hell are you to keep my money in your account without my permission. If the material not available, refund amount. And if your company is so great as you pretended, you would have given my money next day. So don't try to hide fraudulent activities like this. If you don't have money for rollover take bank loan. Don't try to play with others money, and acting big deals. I will complain to all possible way till I get my money back...give all details of your gateway transactions to me if you are genuine. I mean date and time, and reference nos for refund transactions.

Sir, please let me inform you that we are an eCommerce company based on supplies from our vendors. In our business model, we try to arrange those products to customers which are very hard to find and usually not available on the internet. We depend on stocks from our vendors for these products. The vendors which really do not know anything about maintaining inventory and are the real retailers supporting the masses of our mobile phone repair industry. As and when you order, we try with all our vendors and try to source the product. Sometimes, we even spend hours of phone calls and visits to our vendors warehouse to try to find your product. Means with your every order we spend money trying to source it. And at the end i[censored]n-luckily in few cases when we end up with no product, then we have no other option rather to refund you in full amount.                                     Pls kindly don't fall on maxbhi's fake advertisements regarding their site... Their price is very low but never have that products with them,, even their site will shows human organs like kidney,, lever and bla bla... Becareful with them... Don't ever try to visit their site pls... My humble warning to all innocent peoples.. They don't know the meaning for cod,, because they never going send any goods to the buyers.

                                    After two days of robbing your money, they simply send you a mail,, they searched your goods night and day but they couldn't findl
                                    It,, they will refund your money to their wallet,, after that we have to take some nipple and have to keep it in our mouth go back to kindergarten...

                                      I ordered online using y Debit card ' Power IC for Samsung Galaxy Note N7000 smart phone. After finishing my payment I got sms saying that my Order was placed successfully. then next day I checked status, and found that, my Order was cancelled without letting me know! and the cash was deposited in their WALLET!
                                      So I mailed them and they replied that this happens when they could not find the Ordered product, and that my Money is safe,...
