I had ordered a digitizer for the apple watch along with its opening tool kit and glue vide order no. #1287795
The very next day i got a mail from the maxbhi.com for cancellation of the order and refund of the amount to maxbhi wallet.
When i visited the webpage to check the same, they had created three different orders separately for all three items after cancelling my order, for which i got the mail. The orders created were #1287803, #1287804 nad #1287805.
Subsequently maxbhi dispatched two of the orders, which they created and cancelled the third one i.e #1287803 again.
When i called the custumer care to enquire about the same, they said the item is not available and thats why they cancelled the order and refunded the rest of the money to my wallet.
Without digitizer the toolkit and glue is of no use to me, as to purchase these items were suggested by them only.
On my request to refund the full amount that i had spent on very first day, i got a call from prerna, one of the associates dealing with the refund department. A very unprofessional behaviour shown by the staff, interms of dealing/speaking with the customers.
they didn’t had the digitizer physically available, and it was showing available on webpage, urging somebody to order the product.
The customer rep today was blaming me for ordering items through three different orders, which is not true. I had orderd them under single order no, which subsequently they cancelled.
My issue for refund is still not addressed by the management. The delivery of the items are subject to availability with the third party vendors. But this will not be shown to you while ordering.
Many of the consumers has posted complaints against this fraud company.
Request for the resolution of the complaint.

And we can help as per our terms and conditions. Further, I would like to tell you that we do not have any return/buy back/exchange/refund policy for purchased product.
