I had an order via maxbhi and that order got cancelled thrice due to seller problem. I applied for refund but i only got two refunds of 2260 and 144 but still my 2525rs are in wallet and everytime i tell them to send that money to bank, they say that it has been registered and it will be in my account in few days. It’s been more then 20 days and still there is no response regarding my refund. Their customer support is disgusting. No one picks up the calls and no replies to the email also.

If there is no refund in 24 hrs then i am going to file a legal court case against maxbhi.com.
Beware of this fraud company.

I have placed order to purchase a blackberry housing for rs.1369 on maxbhi.com on 19th july 2018. They themselves cancelled the order and till today they are not sending my money back to my bank account.

    I ordered mobile spare part on 06/10/2018 7:49 a. M. And it is still in under process #2 and i am getting all those negative reviews on google about maxbhi.com when will my order get shipped when i ordered the product they mention product will be shipped in 2 days by bluedart my order reference number/id is #1340798
    Please do something i am really concerned about it because i need my mobile spare part urgently...

        Never buy this product,
        I bought this full body housing, very cheap quality, infact the back cover they provide has big hole at the flash light area, which should be cover with glass, it's just through hole when you put this cover,
        What non sense is that, this phone is water resistant phone and how can they provide this 3mm whole on back cover.
        Also when I complained and asked for replacement maxbhi clearly denied saying,
        We don't sell original company products they are from local suppliers, so we cannot replace or refund,

        How cheap response

        I had to loose Rs. 1435/- for this non sense product.

        Please Don't buy
        They don't have option to show pics in review

          Replacement request #7937

          I ordered a screen of maxbhi but it only worked for 2 mins and it went blank it's not working i asked for a replacement and they declined it saying the warranty sticker has been removed but the product has a manufacturing defect now what do i do i don't want to lose my money and i want the product to be replaced asap. This is the second time and i have already lost 6500 rs on this site

            I'd ordered the full housing body for nokia x3-02 but still now i'd not received the product but it was showing that the product was completely shipped... But still now i'd not received and that too the customer service was not at all good please do respond immediately... And thatt the customer service numbers are also not workingi don't know why it was happening like that...

              Hi,

              I had placed order #[protected]/09/2018 for front glass of panasonic eluga i3 mega - white

              Order cancelled by maxbhi and refund amount not yet credited to my account even after 15+ days.

              Its the same website that barked "place order right now and get delivery by next day" when they really didn't had the part available with them!

              Very unethical site full of cheaters. Bro/sis beware... Please dont purchase anything from this unethical website. I'm proceeding to take legal action against maxbhi.

                      I have placed order to purchase a mobile battery for rs.1419 on maxbhi.com on 4th sep 2018. They themselves cancelled the order for want of suppliers and kept my money in my ewallet. Even after so many requests till now the company has not refunded my amount to my bank account. They are seems to be very cheating. Don't purchase anything from maxbhi.com you will loose your entire money...

                        My order #1325661 orders date 01/10/2018 on the website www.maxbhi.com was not fulfilled by the supplier so i asked them to refund to money.

                        I also dropped a mail to customer care but they said that they will reply in 48-72 hrs time. Also i called on their customer care no. [protected], but no one is picking up the phone.

                        I had paid rs. 1499/- for my order they were not giving any response please help me.

                        Kindly help me to get my money back.

                          Hello sir, i have ordered an touch digitizer for moto x style, but the order got cancelled from the seller side dute to product availability, its been more than 15 days since i gave my refund request, when i ask their customer support everytime they dont give proper response, whenever i ask them they say that the complaint was forwarded to the accounts team, i started to feel that im not going to get my money back from these people

                              I ordered samsung note 8 screen kit on 12th sept, maxbhi cacelled citing reasons after reasons, again and agin they display as available & upon ordering they kept cancelling, they have charges my card for Rs, 10345 & theyre not refunding same. I need them to refund my money & they must be penalised for fraud.They keep cancelling & keep crediting e wallet which they claim can refund to ac but they don’t have any link, as of now they owe me Rs10, 345 paid agst Samsung note 8 screen full kit. Payment made on sept 12, 2018 thru visa card. Attached order details & snapshot of e wallet.

                                Both this order has been automatically cancelled by maxbhi and they initiated refund to my account with in 15 days
                                Even after completing 15 days i didn't get the refund
                                I here by known from my observation that they are looting the customers
                                I want my 266 and 376 rs with in 24 hours and if you fail, i being an advocate knew how to handle this beware!!!

                                  Maxbhi.com, a product of Elcotek India Private Limited., was established in Ghaziabad, India in 2004, as per their website details.

                                  From 17/9/18 to 22/9/18 myself had placed 5 (five) orders each of which were initially approved but later cancelled by Maxbhi.com, each time citing the lame excuse of "out of stock".

                                  This 5-times repeated sequence of order placement by myself, approval by Maxbhi.com, cancellation by Maxbhi.com and re-order placement by myself is indeed troubling me a lot.

                                  Maxbhi.com is not allowing me any option for refund of my online payment of Rs. 289/- made from my PAYTM Bank Account.

                                  It is my earnest request to you to look into the matter and advice M/S Maxbhi.com to refund my money back to my PAYTM Bank Account.

                                  I have ordered the Samsung s3770 touch in maxbhi, so the seller has cancelled the order and money is added to maxbhi e wallet, I have initiated the request to transfer money from wallet to my bank account on 35 days back, but till now I did not received the amount in to my bank account

                                    And it's been more than 15 days the time they asked me to wait and still no refund have been issued to me and now they even stopped replying to me on the customer service I have even tried calling but no one picks up the phone my payment method was Paytm and I think they are fraud

                                      I had ordered a digitizer for the apple watch along with its opening tool kit and glue vide order no. #1287795

                                      The very next day i got a mail from the maxbhi.com for cancellation of the order and refund of the amount to maxbhi wallet.

                                      When i visited the webpage to check the same, they had created three different orders separately for all three items after cancelling my order, for which i got the mail. The orders created were #1287803, #1287804 nad #1287805.

                                      Subsequently maxbhi dispatched two of the orders, which they created and cancelled the third one i.e #1287803 again.

                                      When i called the custumer care to enquire about the same, they said the item is not available and thats why they cancelled the order and refunded the rest of the money to my wallet.

                                      Without digitizer the toolkit and glue is of no use to me, as to purchase these items were suggested by them only.

                                      On my request to refund the full amount that i had spent on very first day, i got a call from prerna, one of the associates dealing with the refund department. A very unprofessional behaviour shown by the staff, interms of dealing/speaking with the customers.

                                      they didn’t had the digitizer physically available, and it was showing available on webpage, urging somebody to order the product.

                                      The customer rep today was blaming me for ordering items through three different orders, which is not true. I had orderd them under single order no, which subsequently they cancelled.

                                      My issue for refund is still not addressed by the management. The delivery of the items are subject to availability with the third party vendors. But this will not be shown to you while ordering.

                                      Many of the consumers has posted complaints against this fraud company.
                                      Request for the resolution of the complaint.

                                      And we can help as per our terms and conditions. Further, I would like to tell you that we do not have any return/buy back/exchange/refund policy for purchased product.

                                        I have ordered for a replacement screen for lenovo s1 vibe (Shown available in the website) 14 months ago and made a payment of 1000 rs... But in reply they said that the screen is not available and transferred the money to the wallet... The money cannot be transferred to bank.. Then they showed that one more screen in available which is 200 rs more and i paid that also in hope of getting some value out of my money... That 200 was also transferred to wallet the money is struck for last 14 months... So i tried to get any thing out of my money... And i recently ordered two ear phones... Which cost 259x2 =518 rs... I received that pack and there was only one earphone in it... And in the bill there was two written...

                                        The worst thing is that... The mrp of the ear phone is 229... And these buggers charged me 259...
                                        I'm sorry to say...
                                        These guys are straight away cheaters...
