I ordered the product on 7th october of samsung corby display, today on 12th i received the order, but they had sent me the defective piece
Order number : 1344383
I put on replacement, but they declined saying that warranty seal is broken, but none of the thing is broken, it is there as it is and the customer care people also argueing saying that you had remove the warrenty seal, im putting the image of the product also.

The product I ordered for Samsung corby 3653, customer care people saying that there should be a white tape on the screen in the down side, but when i received it was a black tape, now they are declined saying that it should be white tape, no white tape means warrenty seal broken, I dont know what to do, i didnt remove any seal, can you please help me in this.

But we would not be able to replace the product as it is not in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you.

The warranty seals has been removed from the product
The protection film / clear film has been removed or tampered with.
The gumming has been removed / used.

My oder no. 135529, goinee A1 Lcd with screen touch. I have order yesterday my order has not approve but my money has deducted from bank. So please check and make my order approve.

    Respected sir/madam

    I'd ordered the full housing body of nokia x3-02 and i'd payed the full amount at the time of transaction and yesterday that is on 10th october i'd received the courier and after that i'd seen it by opening then i came to know that there wasn't any product in that it was simply an empty box with polythene cover... Really it was the worst experience please respond immediately and take the immediate action/remedy

      #1333528 and #1333529 are y order id on maxbhi. The product status is canceled and the money added to e wallet. Then i ordered another with id #1339441 using these wallet money. These also cancelled. The don't providing money back to bank. They shows product is available when booking and after booking they says that the product is not available in inventory.

        I have ordered lcd touchscreen for xiomi note 4 32 gb by mistake inspite of ordering the lcd touchscreen for xiomi note 4 64 gb. With in 1 hour time, i have sent mail to the support team to cancel the order #1352155 and credit my ewallet so i could order the correct product. But my request was not considered at all, i tried to contact the support team and no response from the support team. Now the order status is showing order shipped.

        There is no option in their system to cancel the order.

          On[protected] i ordered a gionee elife s5.1 back panel vide order no #1335929 from maxbhi.com. On[protected] i received the item. After receiving the item i noticed that the flashlight glass cover is missing in the back panel. I immediately placed a replacement request. They declined the request. Without flashlight glass cover the product is useless. Hence i contacted the customer service center for return, but they are telling return is not possible as per company policy. At the time of purchasing if they told me that return isn't possible, i would never have purchased from their website. They are cheating innocent customers by declining returns from customers. Please take necessary measures to ensure return.

          Firstly I would like to say that you are misleading customers by not discussing about the main problem. I have already mentioned that the back panel cover is useless for me If flashlight glass cover does not come with back panel cover. Your website didn't mention that fault at the time of purchase. That's why I have wasted my money on your inappropriate product. Once again you are successful in selling inappropriate product to an innocent customer. Now as a goodwilI gesture you must take return of that inappropriate item just like all other e commerce websites. But here your clever company policy comes, by which you cannot accept return of inappropriate products. What's your problem to initiate my return request if I am returning it in same condition you have sold it to me. I don't want your clever reply. I want return and refund.

          You have requested me to mark the issue as resolved without actually resolving the issue. Let other users know how cleverly you reply and annoy customers after cheating them. People who are watching this comment please do not buy anything from this fraud e-commerce website named maxbhi.com. They do not accept return. Only they can make you fool by their clever reply. Your money will be wasted just like mine. Please do not buy anything from their website.

            I have ordered for a mobile battery for rs.1369/- on 04.09.2018. They have charged me rs.1416 including delivery charges. Then they themselves cancelled the order for want of suppliers and notified me about the refund.

            Even after so many requests and reminders, till now i have not get the refund.

            They seems to be cheating public through the ewallet. Please help me to get my money back. Please don't buy anything from maxbhi.com you will oose your money. I have been asked to wait for 15 days. But even affter a lapse of 45 days they have not effected the refund.

              I had an order via maxbhi and that order got cancelled thrice due to seller problem. I applied for refund but i only got two refunds of 2260 and 144 but still my 2525rs are in wallet and everytime i tell them to send that money to bank, they say that it has been registered and it will be in my account in few days. It’s been more then 20 days and still there is no response regarding my refund. Their customer support is disgusting. No one picks up the calls and no replies to the email also.

              If there is no refund in 24 hrs then i am going to file a legal court case against maxbhi.com.

And it is still in under process #2 and i am getting all those negative reviews on google about maxbhi.com when will my order get shipped when i ordered the product they mention product will be shipped in 2 days by bluedart my order reference number/id is #1340798

                    Never buy this product,
                    I bought this full body housing, very cheap quality, infact the back cover they provide has big hole at the flash light area, which should be cover with glass, it's just through hole when you put this cover,
                    What non sense is that, this phone is water resistant phone and how can they provide this 3mm whole on back cover.
                    Also when I complained and asked for replacement maxbhi clearly denied saying,
                    We don't sell original company products they are from local suppliers, so we cannot replace or refund,

                    How cheap response

                    I had to loose Rs. 1435/- for this non sense product.

                    They don't have option to show pics in review

                      Replacement request #7937

                      I ordered a screen of maxbhi but it only worked for 2 mins and it went blank it's not working i asked for a replacement and they declined it saying the warranty sticker has been removed but the product has a manufacturing defect now what do i do i don't want to lose my money and i want the product to be replaced asap. This is the second time and i have already lost 6500 rs on this site

                          I had placed order #[protected]/09/2018 for front glass of panasonic eluga i3 mega - white

                          Order cancelled by maxbhi and refund amount not yet credited to my account even after 15+ days.

                          Its the same website that barked "place order right now and get delivery by next day" when they really didn't had the part available with them!

                          Very unethical site full of cheaters. Bro/sis beware... Please dont purchase anything from this unethical website. I'm proceeding to take legal action against maxbhi.

                                  I have placed order to purchase a mobile battery for rs.1419 on maxbhi.com on 4th sep 2018. They themselves cancelled the order for want of suppliers and kept my money in my ewallet. Even after so many requests till now the company has not refunded my amount to my bank account. They are seems to be very cheating. Don't purchase anything from maxbhi.com you will loose your entire money...

                                    My order #1325661 orders date 01/10/2018 on the website www.maxbhi.com was not fulfilled by the supplier so i asked them to refund to money.

                                    I also dropped a mail to customer care but they said that they will reply in 48-72 hrs time. Also i called on their customer care no. [protected], but no one is picking up the phone.

                                    I had paid rs. 1499/- for my order they were not giving any response please help me.

                                    Kindly help me to get my money back.
