I ordered a display for my Lumia 730 from their website and before ordering made a call asking if the replacement will be done in any issues arise. They said, all will be taken care of.
Still, I was skeptical but they sent me a 10% discount code and ensured good quality products are sent. With such fast responses on call and messages, I went ahead and ordered one.
The shipping was fast and I got the product the next day. While fitting the display panel, I noticed the top glass digitizer is loose and protruding outside the housing. I was able to power on the LCD, but since the top glass was out of its place, the back panel couldn't fit and power keys and volume keys are misaligned. I have attached the images clearly showing the issue. If I am not able to use hardware keys with this panel, How can this be justified as a compatible product.
On top of all this, they have sent a low-quality LCD instead on an OLED panel but charged for the same. OLED panels are more expensive. Also, there was no Nokia Logo present on the top glass which I was happy to ignore if things worked fine.
Strange thing is I am not able to understand why they refused to replace it. There are minor manufacturing defects which can be easily sorted at the factory. Hence, they aren't losing any money here.
With such a harassment, I no longer wish to replace the product but just get my money back. They can keep the shipping fee if they want.
I have also attached my communication with them. Apart from that numerous calls were made.

Updated by pankajupadhyay05 I don't see any response from your side. The panel cost me 3000 rupees, had to pay 600 to a technician to fit it in place. It's cracked on minor pressure. The brightness remains stuck at max. It's a very poor panel. I will highly appreciate if you can refund the money and even take the entire phone. It's unusable for me.

Updated by pankajupadhyay05 How can I mark this as resolved when your so called compatible product had issues and you refused to replace it even after seeing the problem. Third class product and third class product. Will try my best to ensure no one buys and suffer from you. Cheap and ignorant company. Why did you even send the display, an empty package would have been more beneficial. To all users, never in your dreams use their service. Pathetic losers. Take and enjoy the money. I am not going bankrupt with 3000 rupees
