This is k. Rajkumar i've ordered the videocon v50fg, fa battery if they dont have the product they have to mention out of stock or something my phone has battery issues that's why i urgently ordered the battery but no reply from maxbhi side online payment is very fast at the same time they have to reply to the customers as fast i am waiting for one week for the product no placement processing nothing
1 first time i ordered they dont have the product and my money is refund to there wallet i asked for return my money to the bank account they said it will take 10 to 15 days but still no reply from them about money transfer details i paid 879
2 they have another same model battery i aslo ordered and its showing under process#1 i already paid 629 for it why they are not respond for my massages
I am very angry about this please do something about this #1395757 order id

    I ordered Lcd and touch of "Blu studio one plus" mobile phone and it worth of Rs:1699 Order id #1254245 on (07/09/2018, 07:45 PM) and on next day the order is cancelled by the seller #this is te message from maxbhi team :-(This is to inform you that your order 1254245 was cancelled as the seller failed to confirm the shipment.)(Sat, Sep 8, 11:37 AM).The money is refund to eWallet on my account.
    I did this total of 6 times for the product with different color black, white, grey, gold.[#1257837, #1259571, #1264096, #1264484, #1267111]On last product the price is higher than 1st order.So I paid Rs:10 and proceed payment from another account.(Rs 1709)
    Before 16 days I requesed for refund to bank and waited for 15 day as per the site description about refund.But there is no respond.Then i message the team and they replay that (Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
    I have informed & forwarded your request to our refunds team & they will get in touch with you within next 24 to 48 hours and will take the necessary action required. For your reference the refund request id is 90628. 31/10/2018, 12:04 PM)
    The payment method i used is DEBIT CARD. MY contact no is Arun [protected].
    NOTE:I will not buy anything from this site further.Please help other customers not to get into the trap of the site (Maxbhi).
    Hope you understand my situation and proceed this complaint and resolve the problem as soon as possible.

    I purchased one samsung galaxy s6 on 07/10/2018 from maxbhi.Order was cancelled by maxbhi.But Still I have not received the money.
    This is quite disgusting.

      I ordered a mobile case duly enquiring over phone availability of the same on 3.10.2018. On 8.10.2018 maxbhi expressed its inability to supply the same and credited the amount to my maxbhi wallet. I immediately requested to refund the money to my original payment mode, a credit card on 9.10.2018. Till date [ 23 days] i have not received the money in my account. I complained several times online. They just gave a reference number which did nothing.
      Order id.1331275. Complaint reference no.89911 & 90228. I request them to immediately refund the amount.

      1. I have not received the refund as claimed by Maxbhi.com. I have checked with my bank and written confirmation obtained from them that no refund / transaction with the Ref.#=4492014 happened. I have raised this issue on 3.11.2018 and again on 6.11.2018 - the extract is as follows : On 3.11.2018 : "Can you please provide some more details of refund instead of giving a random number. Date of refund, mode of refund, a screenshot shot or transaction page of the gateway you used to refund etc. so I can take up this case with SBI card. If the refund is completed where did this money go? please Check with your accounts, You might have refunded it to some body else. There is nothing to do with SBIcard since I always get immediate refunds for failed or transaction like this. Do the needful and refund my money." On 6.11.2018 : "I have not received any reply for the issue I raised on 3.11.2018. I reiterate, I have not received the refund till date [6.11.2018]. Please refund the amount or I will have no other option but to approach an appropriate forum for redressal."

        I ordered lcd with touch screen for iball slide brace x1 mini - silver (Complete assembly folder) code: et-folder[protected]
        And paid rs: 2359 from my bank account. The next day i saw the order was cancelled and the money is transferred to their e-wallet. I requested for a refund to bank account. They informed me to wait for 15 days and now the 15 days over. I am doing so many online purchases and i know no payment gateways would take this much time to refund the money.
        I need help. I am attaching various screen shots of this transaction.

        I am very much appreciated your effort to send my Money back to my bank account. Just see how many complaints against you in this site. Or do you think they are fools to complain against you. I know I made only one mistake that I ordered you something. And kindly note the point that it was not my first online purchase. Don't tell me payment gateway problem. From all the complaints I know it is your regular business to list spareparts and say order cancelled, keeping money with you, who the hell are you to keep my money in your account without my permission. If the material not available, refund amount. And if your company is so great as you pretended, you would have given my money next day. So don't try to hide fraudulent activities like this. If you don't have money for rollover take bank loan. Don't try to play with others money, and acting big deals. I will complain to all possible way till I get my money back...give all details of your gateway transactions to me if you are genuine. I mean date and time, and reference nos for refund transactions.

Sir, please let me inform you that we are an eCommerce company based on supplies from our vendors. In our business model, we try to arrange those products to customers which are very hard to find and usually not available on the internet. We depend on stocks from our vendors for these products. The vendors which really do not know anything about maintaining inventory and are the real retailers supporting the masses of our mobile phone repair industry. As and when you order, we try with all our vendors and try to source the product. Sometimes, we even spend hours of phone calls and visits to our vendors warehouse to try to find your product. Means with your every order we spend money trying to source it. And at the end i[censored]n-luckily in few cases when we end up with no product, then we have no other option rather to refund you in full amount. Now you can imagine if you ordered same product for 5 times and we tried to look for that product and still end up without it, then who is the one with the real loss.About your 2nd complain about refund of your amount, its already completely refunded from our-end by you only sir as we have a very simple process enabling you to do so in few clicks you can login to your account and request for refund to bank, as its already completely refunded from our-end and the Transaction type - New API Call, Refund RRN[protected], Amount of Refund - 2, 359.00 Rs., Settled Date[protected]:31:25. kindly check this with your bank by using the refund settlement details and please do let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.           Dear friends,,..

          Pls kindly don't fall on maxbhi's fake advertisements regarding their site... Their price is very low but never have that products with them,, even their site will shows human organs like kidney,, lever and bla bla... Becareful with them... Don't ever try to visit their site pls... My humble warning to all innocent peoples.. They don't know the meaning for cod,, because they never going send any goods to the buyers.

          After two days of robbing your money, they simply send you a mail,, they searched your goods night and day but they couldn't findl
          It,, they will refund your money to their wallet,, after that we have to take some nipple and have to keep it in our mouth go back to kindergarten...

          Kindly do not visit their site pls...

            I ordered online using y Debit card ' Power IC for Samsung Galaxy Note N7000 smart phone. After finishing my payment I got sms saying that my Order was placed successfully. then next day I checked status, and found that, my Order was cancelled without letting me know! and the cash was deposited in their WALLET!
            So I mailed them and they replied that this happens when they could not find the Ordered product, and that my Money is safe,...

            I had put order on maxbhi.com 13/09/2018 for my mobile lcd with touch total amount is 5942/- after placing order after some day they told product not available and money return back on ewallet after that i put a request for money back to my account on19/09/2018 7-8 times i called them they will deposit this week wait wait but already passed more than 1month still not deposited my money to my bank account...

                Dear customer support maxbhi

                Order number 1270561. Inr 1569.00 not refunded to bank account. Please provide detailed gateway information and contacts. It is the responsibility of maxbhi.com to refund the money to my bank a/c in the same manner as i made the payment. Website says september 25th the money was transferred to my account. It is purely an absurd process of refund since it is more than 28 days. Your committed time being 15 days. Since this is a e-commerce site and i understand your call center is outsourced they keep saying gateway delay. Which is purely not acceptable.

                  I have seen the above item in the display list and placed an order no.1353689 dated 12 oct 18 to purchase nokia 603 back panel. I have paid money rs.499/- though net banking. The firm put a message saying that your order is processing. After next day the firm messaged again that your order was cancelled due to non availability of item.
                  The money in question has not been still returned back to my back account.
                  Pl. Verify the issue and make sure the money be returned back.

                        I ordered a display for my Lumia 730 from their website and before ordering made a call asking if the replacement will be done in any issues arise. They said, all will be taken care of.

                        Still, I was skeptical but they sent me a 10% discount code and ensured good quality products are sent. With such fast responses on call and messages, I went ahead and ordered one.

                        The shipping was fast and I got the product the next day. While fitting the display panel, I noticed the top glass digitizer is loose and protruding outside the housing. I was able to power on the LCD, but since the top glass was out of its place, the back panel couldn't fit and power keys and volume keys are misaligned. I have attached the images clearly showing the issue. If I am not able to use hardware keys with this panel, How can this be justified as a compatible product.

                        On top of all this, they have sent a low-quality LCD instead on an OLED panel but charged for the same. OLED panels are more expensive. Also, there was no Nokia Logo present on the top glass which I was happy to ignore if things worked fine.

                        Strange thing is I am not able to understand why they refused to replace it. There are minor manufacturing defects which can be easily sorted at the factory. Hence, they aren't losing any money here.

                        With such a harassment, I no longer wish to replace the product but just get my money back. They can keep the shipping fee if they want.

                        I have also attached my communication with them. Apart from that numerous calls were made.

                        I don't see any response from your side. The panel cost me 3000 rupees, had to pay 600 to a technician to fit it in place. It's cracked on minor pressure. The brightness remains stuck at max. It's a very poor panel. I will highly appreciate if you can refund the money and even take the entire phone. It's unusable for me.

                        How can I mark this as resolved when your so called compatible product had issues and you refused to replace it even after seeing the problem. Third class product and third class product. Will try my best to ensure no one buys and suffer from you. Cheap and ignorant company. Why did you even send the display, an empty package would have been more beneficial. To all users, never in your dreams use their service. Pathetic losers. Take and enjoy the money. I am not going bankrupt with 3000 rupees

                          I have placed a order on maxbhi for a display and thry first said that it will br delivered within 3 days later i received a email stating that my order was cancelled and noe they refunded the money to their wallet which is of no use to me and when i requested to transfer the money to my bank then they monry in the wallet became zero and its been 16 dayd and still i did not receive any money, maxbhi is a fraud website to cheat people and and earn money on other people's sweat and blood.

                            I had ordered a screen combo of Lenovo and paid an hefty amount of 2000+ rupees via Visa debit card . After some days they said that the order has been cancelled and the Money is been refunded to the bank account . It's been nearly more than 21 days since the cancellation and I have not yet received the amount promised by the bank account . Pls do the needful as soon as possible as the amount is not small . My order ID is 1293730. Called customer service and they don't seem to be helpful as they say that the money has been refunded but the bank doesn't shows it . It's irony that I should trust maxbhi instead of Canara bank .

                                Never buy this product,
                                I bought this full body housing, very cheap quality, infact the back cover they provide has big hole at the flash light area, which should be cover with glass, it's just through hole when you put this cover,
                                What non sense is that, this phone is water resistant phone and how can they provide this 3mm whole on back cover.
                                Also when i complained and asked for replacement maxbhi clearly denied saying,
                                We don't sell original company products they are from local suppliers, so we cannot replace or refund,

                                How cheap response

                                I had to loose rs. 1435/- for this non sense product.

                                  I had ordered a screen from this site and had to pay online. Later they cancelled my order and put the money in their 'e-wallet'. They said they didn't have the product so they can't deliver it. So i asked them to transfer it into my bank account. It's been more than a month and i haven't recieved the money yet which was about rs 2500. I have already called them 7 times and mailed them thrice to expedite the refund process. My money has been transferred to some e-wallet on their site which i can't even transfer to bank account. This company is highly fraudulent and needs to be shut down.

                                    Order number 1269752 which was placed on 12th sept 2018. After installing the display we found it was not working fine later i have submitted a request for replacement after 4 days also their was no information later i have called their customer care team and explained the problem after talking for long time (15 mins) finally they agreed to replace the item & they have approved the replacement request on the same day i have sent a courier through professional courier i have spent rs 100/- for sending the faulty item and i have received the same item which was sent by me. I have received the same piece on 13th oct 2018 with additional sticker pasted on it touch no work. I have uploaded the images and video.

                                      I tried to order oneplus back door case. The payment got rejected by maxbhi and it said it will be refunded. The product was actually available at the time of making payment.

                                      It's been more than two weeks now and i haven't got my amount refunded.

                                      The customer service in maxbhi is very bad and they just throw their words without knowing the actual details of the product/refund date.

                                      Never recommend shopping via maxbhi, as it takes around 12-15 days for refund, where i see there is no logic behind it.
