Hi all,
I order a battery (For swipekonnect 4g mobile) from maxbhi.com (Order id#712586 dated:[protected]. They cancelled as the item is out of stock on 6th dec-2017 and they returned the amount to their valet. And i made a "refund to bank" request on 6th-dec-2017. And i waited for 15 days (As they instructed). My amount has not been credited.

I called them on today (I. E on 10th jan-2018). They are saying i have to wait till 17th january-2018.

One important thing:
The customer care people (For any question you ask) keep on saying for so&so task it requires so&so much of days.

    Actually i ordered a flip cover for lg g flex mobile and placed a order on dec 22 2017 and paid 296 rupees through internet banking. Product i'd is 730025, but i didn't receive anything. I have spoken to the customer care executive many times, but they are not responding to my queries, pls make proper action on this matter or else i will go customer court.

    I have ordered screen digitizer on 17-dec-17. But it was canceled by itself because of no stock and money returned to e wallet. I have selected refund to my bank option.On 28 dec-17, I called the customer care helpline to enquire about refund and she told it will take max of 15 days. Till Today (11-jan-18) I haven't recieved the refund money.

      Hello sir, i ordered battery for swpie konnect grand, product code:et-battery-142975 on 22/12/2017 at 04.48pm and after two days on 24/12/2017, 10.47am the order has been canceled by maxbhi and they added my money into maxbhi wallet so i decided to refund my money to my bank account and they sent message that the money will be refunded to my bank account with in 7 to 10days and tiil now i didnt received my money.

      I checked this with my bank bank account but there is no amount refunded to my bank account, after 27days I till didn't received my refund amount so please refund my money, don't cheat customers.

        They maxbhi is just testing the patience they not bother to even refund the money. I had order the digitizer for nexus 6p as the distributor don't have the digitizer they just cancelled the order and didn't refund the money back. First of all, they have top keep cod facility if they have such a bad service secondly this sites should be strictly banned from the internet. Some losers open the startup without even setting the business model. (Please refund my money back)

        Yupp I got my Refund but the Problem remains the same My Screen is still Broken I want to Buy the Digitizer but I can't trust you again by again stucking the Money for 15 Days.Just Give me resolution if i get the Product by Cash on Delivery Option
        I order samsung c5212 mobile panel both with keypad and including with cap.but they send only back cap and took 359rs.what nonsense.is it??? Iam surely ordered mobile panel..but one day i get a call from maxbhi ask to replace order..i gave details and i said to keep order.but iam not satisfy with my order..it to much cost.i want a replacement.

          I had placed an order (Order number 741032) on january 2, 2018 on maxbhi website by paying rs.1950 by debit card.
          But they cancelled my order saying that the product is not available and they initiated refund on january 3, 2018. But the amount has not been credited in my bank account.
          It's my request to maxbhi to refund the amount in my account as early as possible.

          I have purchased a display for samsung on7 pro on maxbhi.com on 02 jan 2018. At the time of purchase they showed me the standard delivery time as 3 days. But the website neither shipped the product nor display any shipment details on website. When called to customer care their officer told me that it will take 5-7 working days.
          It's not as per their claim of 2-3 days for standard delivery time as they showed on website

            मैंने कुछ दिन पहले maxibhi.com से एक order id 707933 for Touch Screen Digitizer for Coolpad cool 1का ऑर्डर बुक किया था परंतु मेरा आर्डर रद्द कर दिया गया और मेरा पैसा मेरे एकाउंट में भेजने के बजाय इसी वॉयलेट में दे दिए कई बार शिकायत के बावजूद भी अभी तक ट्रांसफर नही किये हैं ।
            लोगों को मूर्ख बनाने का काम कर के बैठे हैं ये सब,
            जब कुछ भेजना नही है तो ऑर्डर क्यों लेते हैं ये लोग।
            बिल्कुल फेक वेबसाइट है इसपर उचित कार्यवाही करें।।

              Myself ravishankar bought a karbonn k39 battery at the rate of ₹363/- by order no #714514 by website maxbhi.com and paid the money to elcotech telecom by paytm on 06 dec 17. And website had promised to deliver the item but after some time i got a message by saying that product is not available which was showing available at the time of booking. Then i requested to transfer my money to my paytm wallet but i have not rcvd the money till date. Which is showing fraudent action by the company/ website and it is not acceptable at all.

First it took my money from my account, took order then cancelled it and transferred amount in maxbhi wallet.. I want my money in my account.. Now i am ordering something different part of my cell..                               Hey maxbhi. I had order ipad air display by using my credit card but unfortunately that product is not available due to out of stock. If product in not available why you will keep as a stock. I had contact so many times to your customer care for refund of money but they are keeping as a deft ear and not refunding my money. The money is transfer to e wallet but it not transfer to my account. Im humble request to you sir please take my complaint in seriously and refund my amount as soon as possible.                                 My order i'd is #698697. Order screen digitiser on 20.11.17 got cancelled ed next day. I proposed for refund from ewallet to paytm account. And contact maxbhi costumer care. They asked me to wait for 12-15 days. After more than 12-15 days i have contacted the support maxbhi they said they have done the refund. But i can't see any money refund in my paytm account but it's more than 15 days now, still not get refund in paytm account. Please kindly refund my money back.

                                  Sir, i had ordered "back panel cover for xiaomi mi6 - blue" from maxbhi.com on 13th nov 2017 amounting inr 890.48. Two days later i got to know that the order was cancelled due to item not available. I initiated the refund back to my bank credit card a/c on 15th nov 2017. But i have not received the money back so far. The order id is # 691260.
                                  On 22nd nov 2017 i got a notification from maxbhi.com that the product is available again, so i placed a fresh order but this time the price was high. The order id # 700934 for inr 1001.50. This too got cancelled automatically within 2 hours. So i have again initiated the refund to my bank credit card a/c request. Same issue here no refund has been made so far.

                                  It appears that this is a fraud website involved totally in organized online fraud and cheating crimes.

                                  Please help to get the refund and any actions to block the website so that it can not cheat any more customers.

As per your complains please allow me to answer them. First you complained that we canceled all your orders. Sir, please let me inform you that we are an eCommerce company based on supplies from our vendors. In our business model, we try to arrange those products to customers which are very hard to find and usually not available on the internet. We depend on stocks from our vendors for these products. The vendors which really do not know anything about maintaining inventory and are the real retailers supporting the masses of our mobile phone repair industry. As and when you order, we try with all our vendors and try to source the product. Sometimes, we even spend hours of phone calls and visits to our vendors warehouse to try to find your product. Means with your every order we spend money trying to source it. And at the end i[censored]n-luckily in few cases when we end up with no product, then we have no other option rather to refund you in full amount. Now you can imagine if you ordered same product for 5 times and we tried to look for that product and still end up without it, then who is the one with the real loss. About your 2nd complain about refund of your amount, we have a very simple process enabling you to do so in few clicks on 1 call or 1 support chat. As you login to your account and requested for refund to bank, or you can call us and request refund to bank, or you can easily use our chat support and request to refund to bank. Also you can write an email to [protected]@maxbhi.com and ask for your refund. You could have easily done that rather than choosing the longer route. still as your Order #691260, Order #700934 are completely refunded from our-end shortly it will be credited back to your account as per bank procedure and let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.                                   For the first order # 691260 I did requested a refund following the instructions as mentioned in your so called simple process on 15th Nov 2017, however I fail to understand that till date i.e. 30th Nov 2017 I do not see and refund in my credit card a/c, I believe your so simple process has an SLA for refund associated as well which is 10 to 15 days If not please enlighten me.

                                  I also contacted your customer support as mentioned in your reply above and had a refund review request # 40332 raised on 2 days back, but yet to hear back on the same. Again I am clueless as to where is the money refunded because I have not got any.

                                  Looking at the sequence of events and my patience with getting no satisfactory response from Maxbhi ... I do not see myself hesitant in using any path which can help me in claiming my money back from Maxbhi. So please instead of explaining me the simple process again and again kindly do review where are the gaps in your refund process and close them appropriately.

                                  Rest assured if I get the money back I will resolve the issue at forum.

                                        I ordered oplus xonpad 7 touch on 10/11/2017 order id 688382 after make payment next day they cancelled my order when i called him they said that proudct not available and said you will get your money in your bank a/c after some days. But i did not recieved money in my a/c. And they did not pick my call also. When i conected with mail they reply that they contact with me 48hrs to 72 hrs but the not do.
                                        After seeing many customers review the same think found many customers. They shows in their site all parts they available which u not found in local market and after paying money the cancelled your order and money not refund.
                                        This is totaly fake site plz take nucessery action. Otherwise they make fraud inocent customers.
