I ordered intex cloud power plus display on 6th september but the order is cancelled due to no stock. The amount is transferred to e wallet, i requested to transfer money to my bank account, yet the money is not transferred. I don't know what procedure they are following when they will return my money?
Kindly help me to get back my money

      Amount rs 1504 i bought a lcd display for a tab which was shown own maxbhi website. Later they cancelled it citing no stock. First they transfered the cash to maxbhi wallet then i transfered to my bank
      Cancelled and refunded back to bank on 9th september 2017. Haven't got the refund yet its been 21 days since

        But due their some issue order is canceled by them. I got mail that your refund will be done on 8 days. But till refund not processed 12 days are crossed.

        First they committed for 8 days. Then 10 days. But til not received refund.

          Hi this is harinath, i ordered lenovo k4 note touch on 28th sep, 2017 i. E., today. Order number # 640220. By mistake i pressed cancellation and order got cancelled. I asked them to refund the amount to my paytm valet (Because i made my payment through paytm) or to there e-wallet so that i can reorder the product. The customer care people said they gona refund the money after 10-15 days because i made payment through cc avenue. And these customer care people are really harsh while talking to customers. Need to be taken action on both cc avenue and maxbhi beacuse they are earning money interest on customer money.

Sir, please let me inform you that we are an eCommerce company based on supplies from our vendors. In our business model, we try to arrange those products to customers which are very hard to find and usually not available on the internet. We depend on stocks from our vendors for these products. The vendors which really do not know anything about maintaining inventory and are the real retailers supporting the masses of our mobile phone repair industry. As and when you order, we try with all our vendors and try to source the product. Sometimes, we even spend hours of phone calls and visits to our vendors warehouse to try to find your product. Means with your every order we spend money trying to source it.               My both the order (612782 and 615583) has been cancelled and respective amount has been added to my ewallet. Asked maxbhi team to transfer this amount to my bank account. I followed the steps suggested but its been almost a month now but neither amount is credited into my account nor getting any response from maxbhi team whereas they confirmed that refund will take 7-10 business working days.

              Please help to get my money back.

                  I have purchaged xolo q600s screen digitizer. After one day the product was cancelled by maxbhi and 447₹ amount was saved in maxbhi wallet. But i made request to refund in my bank account now its above 15 days and my money was not credited the my bank account. I am also made request same in maxbhi site. Why the company doing irrelevant.                     They have recently updated their web site with three colours of the above item and revised the prices upwards. However, if we place an order for any of the colours it comes up with a message stating that - sorry you cannot place an order at the moment and goes back to main page. I had placed order twice so far but both times they cancelled the order stating that the order cannot be serviced by the supplier and held up payment for over two weeks before refunding.

                    Now for the new items listed, they state that it is in stock but one cannot place the order. I am really wondering if they at all have items in stock to sell. I am not sure if i have the courage to place an order a third time, being badly bitten twice already. If they want to gain customer confidence, they should allow cash on delivery so that they get their payment once the item is satisfactorily delivered. I hope good sense will prevail to go with the suggestion and really get some business.

                    The company has said that they do not have stock of the item currently. As and when the order fufillment ratio reaches 50% or 70%, I should attempt to place the order. Until then nothing can be done.

                    I have brought intex display and Touch Screen Digitizer for Intex Cloud N12 - White, order was placed and status showing couriered and after few day when item was cancelled giving item is out of stock. When requested for refund the credited to my wallet and i requested amount to refund to my bank account, But amount was not credited to account.
                    Its not working and also upper side is working and lover side is not working

                        Maxbhi is very fraud company. I ordered housing panel for micromax a109 by paying 600rs on time through paytm. When i ordered it was showing in stock and saying will deliver in 3-5 days but after 1 day it showing that its out of stock. And my money in returend to their useless e-wallet and when i ask refund it showing it will refund to your mode of payment wheter bank or something else from which you make payment i waited for 10 days and call customer care of maxbhi they say it will take 12-15 days now its 16th day i have not get my money refunded back to my paytm account... Neither they ask for bank account so that i give them and they returned there... Maxbhi is totally fraud site they are just making their money by fooling people please dont order from them..

                            I had ordred maxbhi.com for my mobile housing with order id 546604 on 10/09/2017. I payid bill amount quick through debit card. After paying fund the order was failure cancell my order and refunded me... I contact through mail & call theme they say me contact for payment solusation company... My compalint is that why i contact payment solusation company?

                                I have brought led tube light from maxbhi.com order #563066. It was damaged and manufacture diffect item. I have tried to reach over phone to inform them the same it was continues busy tone. Next tried to send email got bounce.

                                I raised product return request on line. But no response from them from long time. Now they are rejected my return request all the the sudden. Please assist me on this

                                  They are totally a fraud company. They should be delicensed and banned from doing business. I placed an order for an item on 31st. August after it was showing it was in stock.. Within the hour they came back with a standard reply that the supplier cannot process the order as it is out of stock and transferred my amount to their useless e-wallet. Then i initiated a bank transfer for a refund. It is 8 days since i initiated bank transfer. When i contact maxbhi they come up with their stock standard response it will take 8 to 10 days to refund to the bank account.

                                  I was sure that e-commerce facilitates payments and refunds overnight without hassles, as i have been involved with that industry. I contacted ccavenue their payment gateway service and they checked up my payment and said that my payment was received on 31st. August and transferred to maxbhi instantly, but no refund for the amount has been initiated by maxbhi which takes matter of seconds as it was totally on-line. I believe this company deliberately takes orders then declares the item out of stock and then misuses the payment made for some other purposes for ten days and then initiates the online transfer after ten days.

                                  Thus depending on the number of orders they get and cancel, they are making money out of a common man's hard earned money. So disgusting and unethical way of doing business...

                                  It appears Maxbhi.com seems to have issues in taking online orders and processing them until delivery is done. For example the below item I can place in the cart but cannot raise an order as it aborts by stating that the item is not available at the moment and removes it from the cart. Can you at least provide details of the supplier for this item so that I can directly complete the order with them as it looks like you are running with zero inventory for all products and place order with the supplier when a customer places an order with you and it becomes out of stock.

                                        I paid rs.5540.14 and ordered "lcd with touch screen for blackberry dtek50" on 3/8/2017
                                        Received email on 5/8/2017 at 11 am that "order is still under process".
                                        Received email on 5/8/2017 at 3pm that "order is canceled as the seller failed to ship...".
                                        Further in the same email said that refund is moved to your e-wallet.
                                        I requested refund of my money on 8/8/2017, and they sent an email on same day at 4.20pm that refund has been processed and will be credied back to my card in 7-10 business days.
                                        Since then i am waiting and despite several reminders they are not refunding my money.
