Dear maxbhi,

I have purchased product from your company through online portale order number 929582. For rs.3046.39 item samsung s4 gt-19505 display + touch screen and the delivery which i have received is samsung gt-19500 which is not compatible with my phone and is not working it does not support the version so after checking with samsung showroom have stated it is not working and as a proof i have a video which is attached with mail & so i need to have refund for the same and kindly take your product return. I have called your customer service regarding the same but informed that it cannot be returned or refunded were first u people have send me wrong touch & display products for non matching version instead of gt-19505 it is gt-19500 which is not supporting and not being refunding and i need to return. So kindly arrange refund or i have to speak with consumer rights on same.

The refund has been credited to my account.I hope it it is permanently resolved again in future it does not been charged back as per the policy & once more Thanks Mr. Naman I appreciate your time and effort my concern was resolved after our 3 conversation over the phone.

Dear Maxbhi,

I have also logged a complaint as per the floor supervisor stated to place replacement request but i wouyld like to have full refund to my bank account mentioned below is the details of the concern & images & mail which i have sent on same.

I have ordered a product with u for Samsung S4 GT-19505 (LCD with Touch Screen for Samsung I9505 Galaxy S4 - Black (complete assembly folder) and I have received product not for which i have asked for i have received product for Samsung S4 Gt-19500 which is not compatible for my Samsung S4 GT-19505 so i need to return the item & have my refund of credit back to my bank account & i have called several times to your call center agent and no professional assistance has been provided on same.I would really appreciate that the refund request would be made & your product to be hand over through your DTDC courier agent on same.I have also logged a complaint to consumer rights on same due to unprofessional assistance provided by your agent for return purpose.

Note :Attached below is the screen shots of the issue which i faced when the phone was provided to repairing center of Samsung professional.I here by agree to have refund of the product not replacement for the product LCD with Touch Screen for Samsung I9505 Galaxy S4 - Black (complete assembly folder)

The issue is resolved after connecting your higher management on same & i find your Boss better than you people to help and assist for the concern i had Mr. XXX thax for the assistance your have provided & it was not easy to convenience him regarding the genuine problem but he did it, after all follow up & reminder what i had to .

    I greatly obliged from your sudden action taken toward maxbhi.com for my order cancellation . It's cancel my order and refunded money to his own website account. I payed to the merchant through Paytm wallet . But the refunded money went to maxbhi wallet, which is useless money for me,
    Therefore sir I request you to please take certain action on him for transaction of my money to Paytm account

      Yesterday i bought two product from maxbhi.com but i found one of my product wrongly order. I want to cancel that product but there website not allowing me to cancel that order.

        Fake company bloody cheater... They are closed there customer care i mail them several time but they are not returning my money till now. Worst service fake website. Please do not place any order to maxbhi. Our government should have to take necessary actions against this kind of fraud online company.

        My order was auto cancelled by maxbhi.com my order id is #890240 cancelled

          My order i'd is. #894184

          I ordered a Nokia asha 300 full body housing on 19/04/2018, 12:59 PM but till today the product is not shipped.How can you make such fake promises to your customers if you are not able to fullfill it but when i make a call to maxbhi toll free number but they told me wait 3days or 4days.i had this problem 3 time from maxbhi.com..what kind of this company like that...I think fraud company.

          Order No.877474 has been cancelled by Maxbhi, com due to non-availability of the product but even after 15 days it has not been refunded to my account.
          I ordered above mentioned product however what I received is a wrong product.
          It is not meant for Samsung galaxy S2 tablet.
          It is for tablet 2 10.1
          I am claiming refund or replacement by appropriate product only if price is same.
          I have written 7 emails but reply guidance steps by them don't work !

            I'm Dhinesh from TamilNadu. I ordered digitiser for Samsung note 8.0 GT N5110 along with glue on 19.04.2018. But it was not shipped until 23.04.2018. So I decided to enquire and called them via their customer care number. And to my shock I realised that one of the product was not available with them. So they are arranging for that. I was taken aback and asked them to cancel the order and refund my money. But till now they didn't even cancel my order. I don't know what is wrong with them. I need my money back.

            As we discussed over call, u shipped one of the two products I ordered with u. I appreciate it. But u don't seem to be cancelling the other product that is unavailable with u as u promised. When will u cancel and refund amount of the remaining non shipped item. I don't want u to look from other markets and ship it. Bcz I already purchased the other product from the local vendor as u delayed the shipping. I already made it clear that u ship available item and refund the amount for unavailable item of my order. But still u want me to what?

              Hi, my son has ordered full body pannel for nokia e90 on 24/4/18 at 12:58am by mistake he has done that as the phone nokia e90 which i use to own is already dead. I want to cancel the order now at 1:21am. I have checked on the website of maxbi.com but there is no option to cancel the order. I have even checked on google but it seems there is no such option to cancel the order. The pannel cost 2989. So i request do the needful and refund my money back. My order number is 902546. Cost paid is2989.

                  I have order a lyf black back cover for flame 7
                  The order successfully placed but they cancelled saying that they don't have the product with them

                    Hi sir,
                    I had purchased a samsung e 5 digitizer from maxbhi.com. Like most other consumers have complained they have cancelled the product without intimation of same. Now they are harassing customers/me with 10-15 days refund policy. Which is totally illegitimate and against consumer policy. Why should a customer wait for so long, if the company does not have the product then they should not put the aforesaid product on the website itself. Pls take cognizance of such fraudulent behaviour and take necessary action against the concerned company. I request the company to return the exact amount to avoid legal action with the above mentioned problem that i have faced. I write this message due to the disrepancy and negligence faced by other customer by the same company and to avoid the same.

                      We orderd intex aqua R3+ panel on 4th april but we did not receive it till now

                      we called for custmor care they said that we didn't paid the money but we got a message that we paid the money.

                        I ordered touchscreen digitizer for 373 rupees and wothi 1 and half hour they said product shippedwell this never happens as I ordered on sunday !! well that was my first clue and in the end they provided FAKE Tracking number for bluedart courier. I wanted to cancel my order but thy have provided no such option to customer because they are CHEATERS...
                        Then i decided to mail the emails proided -No response
                        I made calls on the number given - nobody picks
                        FAKE CUSTOMER SUPPORT IVR- NOBODY PICKS...!!!
                        I want to cancel my order and initiate immediate refund from these theives.
                        I need my 373 rupees transfered back into my account my order number is -
                        Order #[protected]/04/2018, 05:48 PM).
                        I m an IT employee I am going to do Marketing worst possible marketing for this website...And if they are not refunding my money i will lodge a police complaint (I have done it earlier). I know where karol bagh office is !!

                          I am kulbhushan stays at palam colony Delhi near dwarka. I purchased a headset from Maxbhi website. I went with the product details on website. Description says it has good base, sound compatible with Lg g pro2 but after delivery, it was different from website of Maxbhi and faulty as well. Maxbhi says the pictures on website just a showoff

                          As suggested by the seller I returned the product but Maxbhi didnt return my money and they just kept it with them. We cant trust on website to purchase anything. This is the worst online supplier I ever seen in my life. I spent money on courier too much time consumed and now Maxbhi not paying me money back. I spent money on this product by netbanking and I need money into my bank account the same way.

                          First the product was different from the website, second Maxbhi overcharged me on the product not as per website, 3rd the product was faulty.

                          Maxbhi, converted the same amount into ewallet points. they saying this is the way they refund. Indirectly its a fraud now what I buy from their website nothing is genuine their all gimmik and show off on website u cant even guaranteed what they will send you.

                            Maxbhi is a fraud company. My order number #850866 was cancelled and money was returned to their e-wallet. I have then selected the option to transfer the money back to my bank account. But till now its not refunded.

                            Please refund my money (1216 ₹) to my bank account as soon as possible as 7-8 working days are already processed and provide me the arn/rrn number for the transfer.

                              I have ordered a charging flex for my samsung i9070 on march 6, 2018. The picture in the product page showed exactly the component i needed. But they shipped me a small mini charging port which is not what i ordered. I saw the picture in the order page where they have uploaded the original picture of the product they were about to ship. Since it is different product i asked them not to ship the item. But they said the product is already shipped. Then the courier person came to deliver the product and i told him they have sent me a wrong product so please return the same to the shipper. They too sent back and i got a confirmation call from maxbhi agent that they received the undelivered product. I told him to refund the money. He asked me to contact the support team. I sent a mail on march 15, 2018 (Ref #221854) to refund me the order amount. I never received a reply. Then again i sent a mail on march 21, 2018. Again there is no reply. This is how maxbhi treat their customers. I strongly recommend everyone not to order anything on maxbhi or else u will lose the money. For reference the order # is 827581

                              is it fair to just reply the image of the product is different from the original? u can show a different version but not the entire different component as everyone will buy seeing the image when it comes to mobile components. is it a mobile? so that we can check other websites for detailed specification if the specification is missing on your website? it is your responsibility to upload the correct image or else you could have left it blank. uploading a entirely wrong component and justifying your action is not fair and let everyone know through this forum. i am also planning to post on several forum until i get a proper solution. Please make a note of it. i have not receive the product. As per bluedart tracking # [protected], product was delivered back to your office to Mr.Anil. Now i am asking, either refund me the order amount or else send me the product as shown in the image. That is the correct action for a e-commerce company like yours. (even amazon, ebay, flipkart, snapdeal) do the same. I[censored] cant do both of it, then i should check the options for legal actions via court and you itself know that the court will not accept your statement (the product shown in the image is different on the product page) if i go to court, either they will ask you to give me correct product with some penalty or else they will ask you to refund me entire amount i paid + the penalty as per consumer law. no other go for me. So i hope u will not make the situation complicated.

                                  Maxbhi is a Fraud company. My order number#839184 was cancelled and returned to their wallet. I the option for requesting the money back to my bank account. But till now it was not refunded.

                                  If you do not have a product, why list it? The fraudulent activity here is to fill your ewallet which is of no use to the customer.

                                  I will personally see to it, this company is reprimanded for this.

                                    I have ordered online on maxbhi.com lcd with touch screen for samsung a8 phone, on 7th feb 2018 order # 791033 and amount 7043.92, after 2days this fraud company automatically cancelled my order and put my money in their e-wallet. They did not give any reason or sent any msg or email for cancellation, i went and checked the status i was surprise to see that cancelled my order, they had given the option of transfer my money to my account, i have opted for it and mentioned that it will take 10- 12 days, before 10-12 days i have checked the status, it was showed in the website that message displayed "wait for those days to complete the refund process:, after completion of the said days they open the another page to msg send the customer care on the refund process. 2 times i have place the request no one has responded. And i had called the customer care listed on their website, i have called customer care number given on the site (Maxbhi.com) [protected], the person customer service guy, he told me that he will raise a ticket with the refund process team, and told me that they will give a call back, same day evening around 3:54 pm i have received a call from a lady claiming that she is from refund team, she was telling me that i have to follow the refund process and ask me to count the r days properly and not completed according to them 10-12 days, and giving the reason they are lots of holidays etc, she has told me that i have to wait until march 6th. I think this is big fraud company, playing with public money. Please do not buy on this site, please refund my money back.

                                      I have booked 2 touch screen one is for lfy water 8 mobile and another one is lenovo k8 plus mobile. But partially delivered and refunded the amount of rupees 818 for which they charged of 867.29 for lyf water touch screen. Refunded to my e wallet. I requested to return back to bank a week ago but till not transferred. Also the delivered product lenovo k8 plus is not compatible to my phone i have requested return still now they not agreed they query on seal are placed and so on i am politely responding still they ask to make sure that all the seals are intact and at their right place. I have replied many time and attached more than 5 images.

                                      for your information without removing seal i cannot take the product out side cover, hence i am kept the seal along with box. If i am not having the seal you may be right but seal is with the cover therefore the seal you place on cover. Dont you feel this is not a right answer for a consumer placing the seal in different place not as you sent. Product is 100% as you sent the only thing the seal placed on the product rapper alone removed to check and also kept as it is.
