I have purchased "touch screen digitizer for lenovo k8 plus - black" from maxbhi thinking that its good indian startup and i can trust.

After receving the product it wasnt compatible. When im asking for return they are denying it.

I think its one among those cheating startup. Initiate the refund or replace the product.

Customer care is really non-sense and useless ppl they have. I suggest you to remove them if you really want more. They doesnt know how to speak. Bcz of them i guarantte you will loose 50% business.

I'm spreading awareness already "not to buy from maxbhi".

I had placed order on 8 june 18 for LCD with touch panel for NOKIA 6
My order status at maxbhi.com suggest as PSD. I had paid the the total amount of the product through maxbhi e wallet (₹ 1648.67 ) and remaining amount through my PAYTM (₹ 1213.69). Already three days gone. So please address my complaint and send the product as early as possible.

Website displayed item in stock even when it was not available and adter the payment later one day i received notification that item is not in stock and order is cancelled i made request for refund in bank still not received after 15 days. Even no response when requested for refund status.

      Hi this is to inform you that i have ordered an apple iphone 6 lcd with display full folder order no:-#999725 about a week ago but till date there is no update on my order i also tried calling your several number including the customer care but there is no representative available.. I also tried calling the number from which i received a call that i[censored] place an order today we will give you extra 10% discount and now that number is also switched off since the day i have placed my order.. So i would ask u either refund my money back within two days from now i. E: 11/06/2018 or else deliver my order within 2days from today.. Also update the order status on maxbhi website..

        Dear sir/ ma'am,

        I'm writing this complaint to inform you that my order no. 950379 worth rs 1035.27 placed on 17th may was cancelled from your side on 18th may. The order status says that the amount is refunded and is credited to my account but it is not.

        I've been trying hard getting in touch with you'll for my refund but i'm not able to. Tried calling customer care several times but there was no representative to answer my call.

        I even made 3 refund status check request from your website but didn't get any reply from your side.

        I would request you to look in the matter as a very serious concern and sort things out as soon as possible as it has been almost around a month since i'm running behind you'll for my refund.

        Dear Maxbhi representative. As I can see you have been notified about the complaint. I would request you to make my refund within next 7 days i.e till 17th June 2018. After which you will be liable to pay interest at the rate of 28% per month on the amount of 1035.27 to be paid by you. Will be mailing to your customer service team again within 24 hours about the notification for payment of interest by you'll after the grace period of 7 days.

            I have ordered a product worth 567, first few days it was under processing and then after it was cancelled for an "unknown reason". Then they gave my refund in their wallet which i can't use or i wouldn't shop again with them. They initiated a bank refund after 2 days and now when i see the order details it says "refund — cancelled". They even give reply for my e mails

            Maxbhi offers goods in very low price and after payment the order get cancelled. Around My 500 rs is stuck with the maxbhi wallet and I am unable to get it back and buy any product.
            I trusted site like Amazon but it seems to be a fake and fraud.
            I want the product or the money back to my account.

              I have asked maxbhi to replace the product due to the compatible and what i'm looking for. But the maxbhi sales team replied that they will not replace the product or they will not refund.

              I have attached the message they have replied for my query in their website.

              Dear venkateshwarlu,

              As i can check the product which you have ordered "lcd screen for xiaomi redmi 2" has been delivered according to your order which is correct and compatible. So kindly update if there is any issues with the product so that we can help as per our terms and conditions, buy back of any item is not possible. So if you required any other product you need to place a new order for that.
              Further we already mention in product details that:-

              1. Please identify your part before placing order. Make sure you are ordering the correct part for your handset.
              2. Replacing lcd screen for xiaomi redmi 2 is a technical task. Please make sure you are capable of replacing this part before you buy it.

                I have ordered for a videocon z45 dazzle battery. As the order was cancelled due to some issues, i requested for the refund of my amount to my bank account. It was credited to the wallet, but i requested for the transfer of money from wallet to my bank account. My order id is #958195. It is not credited still. I'm really disappointed with your service.

                  I have placed order for a flip cover from maxbhi.com and the order seems to been canceled for unknown reason by maxbhi.

                  Before placing the order it showed in stock and that is the reason for me to go a head and place the order.

                  I have placed order for 4 times choosing a different color each time and also tried to give a new address location for delivery but still the seller failed to fulfill the request. Now my major concern is that the amount is not being refunded to my original payment method instead it is being pushed back to their wallet in the account. Need Help on this kind of Fraud to earn money by making customers order and cancel it and refund is forcefully kept by them leaving no choice for the customers.

                    I wanted to order a digitizer for m370 when i googled and found i saw maxbhi is providing the same. I immediately ordered it. On checking the product info i found that it was not for m370 instead they have put m350 under the search results for m370. I mailed them to cancel the product on same day. Now they are neither cancelling my order nor refund.

I had call their mention mobile numbers but did not pickup my call but before i order company call me and told me that they will send me morning of next day. So i want to confirm my order, i cannot contact company directly. So sir pliz help me.

                        On 20th may 2018, have ordered redmi 4 touch panel from maxbhi. They shipped the order very late and for cancellation multiple number of times i told them and also demanded for the refund because i would not be available at home at the time of delivery but they didn't cancel it. After few days their delivery boy came and doesn't deliver the product because at that time i have already left the home.
                        After that i have requested so many times to them for the refund but they are not giving it. I want refund in the form of reversal to my mobikwik wallet.

Again later l have been told that your money will be transferred to your credit card with a option to be done in wallet. I followed the same steps and l received a message that your money will be credited in your credit card with in 7-10 days the message sent on dated 13/052018 is also attached for your information please.                               I ordered a Touch & Display of LG Q6 from Maxbhi twice with different amounts but every time the order gets cancelled and they dont refund your money just show it in their wallet. how should i use it if they dont deliver the order instead cancel it?

                              I have been trying to call them but there is no answer on any numbers they have provided.

                                I have not yet recieved my order this is the the 4th day sinc i've plzced the order. Order id:952061.. They told in description that within 3days it will be deivered to me. When i call the costumer care i have to wait 5to10 mins then also my call does not connects.. No date of when the order is to be delivered. Is this the u r approacing ur costumers??...

                                I have ordered Karbonn K59 mobile flip cover. The order successfully placed and after few days they cancelled the order and said initiated your refund amount to your Maxbhi wallet ...(They didn't mention the reason for cancellation) but I asked them to transfer refund money to my bank account which I used for paying. They said ok and it will take to credit to your account 10-15 days. But till today I didn't received my money to my bank. Its been almost more than 25 days. Contacted customer care trough mail., but waste of time. Please do me a favour.

                                  This ridiculous. Dispites several information regarding fake website, i purchased 3rd time and every time order cancelled and my money is eaten by your e wallet. One order of rs 310 is refunded but litigation of order 307676 of rs 1075 on 27/7/16 is still under litigation in district consumer forum. As my advocate told me to place new order to reveal true face i ordered 941542 on dt13/5/18 that also eaten by your e wallet.
                                  So it is requested to refund me to my original payment made account immediately.

                                    I placed two orders for mobile phone components on maxbhi.com, order numbers are 909731 and 912986. I paid rs.490.83 and rs.432.32 respectively.

                                    But, both orders were cancelled by maxbhi.com stating that the products were out of stock.

                                    The money i paid, was automatically transferred to maxbhi e-wallet account. I initiated refund of both orders from maxbhi e-wallet to my bank account on april 29th, 2018. But until now (May 16, 2018), i haven't received the refund.

                                    I requested them to provide refund reference number for both transactions, but they failed to do so. Staff at maxbhi.com are not responding to my emails and phone calls.

                                    Upon researching online, i found that many others are facing the same problem with maxbhi.com, it appears that maxbhi.com is a ponzi/fraud site. They are in the habit of cancelling all orders placed with them and withholding the customer's money.

                                    Please take immediate action on them.
