Dear sir/madam
I had order a mobile battery (Order id-732656) the order canceled by the company without giving any reason and the refund amount added to e-wallet but i want the refund in my bank account or in the same account from where i have done the payment.
For this i have email several times but there is no any respond given by the company...

My swipe elite plus touch is broken. So i ordered on maxbhi.com. It not be delievered.i was order this product 10 jan 2018 but still product not delieverd.when i call to the maxbhi they only said your product out for pickup but no one call me for pickup product,

Its a fraud.. They are looting people by sending defective items
I have ordered digitizer from maxbhi.com

Item was dead on arrival, i placed a replacement request..
I got a call from replacement department they said there are 2 conditions for replacement 1) item should not be damaged
2) seal should not be broken

There was only one seal on front side of the item i received, which was not tampered...

My swipe elite plus touch is broken. So i ordered on maxbhi.com. It delievered late to me. Then i went to mobile repair store for fix touch and he said it touch and display is combo how u get single touch it cant be fixed. So when product is combo then how u sell only touch when u know it will not make sense. Plz take product back and give combo or money back...

I ordered Touch Screen Digitizer for Samsung C7 pro, after one day from confirmation the order got cancelled and the refund was done to the Maxbhi e-wallet. I requested the refund back to my bank account and now it's more than 10 days the has not come to my account.

I order a battery (For swipekonnect 4g mobile) from maxbhi.com (Order id#712586 dated:[protected]. They cancelled as the item is out of stock on 6th dec-2017 and they returned the amount to their valet. And i made a "refund to bank" request on 6th-dec-2017. And i waited for 15 days (As they instructed). My amount has not been credited.

Hello sir, i ordered battery for swpie konnect grand, product code:et-battery-142975 on 22/12/2017 at 04.48pm and after two days on 24/12/2017, 10.47am the order has been canceled by maxbhi and they added my money into maxbhi wallet so i decided to refund my money to my bank account and they sent message that the money will be refunded to my bank account with in 7 to 10days and tiil now i didnt received my money.

They maxbhi is just testing the patience they not bother to even refund the money. I had order the digitizer for nexus 6p as the distributor don't have the digitizer they just cancelled the order and didn't refund the money back. First of all, they have top keep cod facility if they have such a bad service secondly this sites should be strictly banned from the internet. Some losers open the startup without even setting the business model....

I had placed an order (Order number 741032) on january 2, 2018 on maxbhi website by paying rs.1950 by debit card.
But they cancelled my order saying that the product is not available and they initiated refund on january 3, 2018. But the amount has not been credited in my bank account.
It's my request to maxbhi to refund the amount in my account as early as possible.

Myself ravishankar bought a karbonn k39 battery at the rate of ₹363/- by order no #714514 by website maxbhi.com and paid the money to elcotech telecom by paytm on 06 dec 17. And website had promised to deliver the item but after some time i got a message by saying that product is not available which was showing available at the time of booking. Then i requested to transfer my money to my paytm wallet but i have not rcvd the money till date....

I haven't received any order confirmation neither mail nor sms. I cant find the status of my order. I not getting any update regarding the order.
