On 20/12/2017 i purchased (Order #728357) Full Body Housing for Nokia X3 Black (CODE: ET-SES-[protected]-104646) from Maxbhi.com. i got product by 27/12/2017 & as it was not compatible with my device because of missing & fragile part i requested a replacement (id: #3772) for the order. After contacting many times by email & phone their executive told me that my request has been approved & to ship the product back to them for replacement. I returned product on 09/01/2018 & it was delivered to them on 12/01/2018. Then they told me to wait for 7 days so that their engineers could examine the product compatibility. Even after 12 days i didn’t get any confirmation so i contacted them many times & each time they told me to wait for some time so that they can arrange a replacement. On 05/02/2018 i got a call from their side & told me that my replacement request has been approved & they are shipping another piece which is compatible with my device. On 08/02/2018 i got the product, but it was exactly same piece i returned for replacement. I tried to contact them many times, but they didn’t respond to any of my mail & 14/02/2018 they replied to my message & told me to again send pictures of the product which i already did & now they changed my return request status to completed & they don’t reply to any of my messages.

You people told me to return it for replacement & I spent 83 RS for shipping it back to you guys. But you guys returned same product, now how can I trust you guys again? And what kind of refund are you talking about? Refund to Maxbhi Wallet? I don't even want to visit your site again, in that case, what to do with your credits?

When did you guys call me & discussed anything? Because I am out of town so my registered phone is not working. Anyway, I am ready to return product & also ready to mark issues as resolved, but I want my refund first. When I get my refund I will ship it back to you guys & post shipping details here & mark issue as resolved. This is because I can't trust you guys anymore, I already returned this product once & lost 83 RS as shipping charge. So is there any guarantee that you guys will not cheat me again? So first refund my cash to my bank & once I get confirmation I will ship the product back to you & post shipping details here & marks issue as resolved.

    I have ordered the oneplus one mobile volume and power keys on this site, with order id: 798615 on 12-feb-2018. Now the order has been cancelled and in there wallet the amount is added back. But i have made the payment through paytm wallet. So i need the amount to be refund back to my paytm wallet. I need to buy the item from other source.
    If the ordered items are not available then what i should do with the amount in there wallet?

      I ordered lcd with touch screen for iball andi 5.5h weber 4g - gold (Complete assembly folder)
      Code: et-folder[protected]. Via order no. 768420 on 23/01/2018, 12:56 am
      Order was cancelled by maxbhi. Refund was showing in wallet, then i clicked to transfer amount to my bank `which unfortunately is still not showing up in my bank statement.
      I already contacted maxbhi regarding same and recieved reference no for refund status as 51492. But still no money refunded to bank
      Amount is rs. 2, 156.39.

        Hi,

        I have bought an item from maxbhi.com

        After placing order, they said that the item is no longer available and returned money to my wallet. I asked them to return it to my bank account. Suddenly the amount is deducted from my wallet and they said that the refund is started. They kept me waiting for over 15 days and now it’s nearly month. I still haven’t received my money. I created two support tickets and still there is no response from their side. My order number at maxbhi is 765570.

        I never expected such a fraudulent activity from maxbhi

          I placed order for new display screen of my phone on feb4 (Order no 786084) and they approved the order the same day. Item was in stock and same item was also in stock in gold colour also.
          As on 6th feb they cancelled my order and made that item out of stock. They refunded the money into their own e-wallet. It was of no use as they deliberately made the item on other colour also out of stock so that i couldn't use the money from their e-wallet.
          Now i have requested for refund to bank which is paytm. But they are taking 15 days just to refund money into another digital wallet.

                  They mailed refund completed but the amount not reflected in my a/c. They are lair. They should not made refund and harressed me again and again. My order id 722320. I sent them bank statement but did not believe it. It passed 2 months. I mailed them again angain. The articles i purchased show in stock, their excutive phoned me and offered 10 % rebat. So i spent rs1883 from my uco bank rupay debit card. And the order cancelled and called me to refund e - wallet. They did so. But the problem arose when i wanted to transfer money to my bank account. They made tricks.

                  Your Order #722320 is currently Un-Paid. Means we have received the order but we have still not received the payments for the same. We can process the order only after we have successfully received the payments.

                  This can happen due to many reasons:
                  1. You have not completed the payment process at our payment page during checkout - Please login again on our website www.maxbhi.com and complete the payment process.
                  2. Your payments were completed but our payment processor is still processing the same - This might happen sometimes due to delay in confirmation of payments from your bank to our processor.
                  3. Your payments have been rejected by the payment processor - In this case you need to try again to pay the order with some other bank.

                    Order #: 717352 amount 2165 paid by paytm wallet. Order was canceled due to un availability of product. Amount also moved to maxbhi ewallet. I have requested to return back the amount to my paytm wallet. (Send back the amount to bank option)
                    But amount not yet received in my paytm wallet.
                    As per maxbhi web amount will be transferred in 15 days but still not received. Can you tell me the status of my money?

                      Friend i have ordered a product from this company and by mistake the product i ordered is not of my compatibility so i asked for the replacement not for refund but they just refuse and made me read tern and condition and told me its ur faul t adn directly told me that it hardly matter if one customer is satisfied so please i request each and every person who want to order any product please dont buy from this website its a whole fake, i[censored] order anything wrong by mistake please cancel the product bcoz quality is also not good i have suffered a lot because of their this behavior and dont want anyone else to suffer

                        I order a item nubia z17 mini lcd screen replacement and order number is #764406 and #764423. Both of the order i paid full amount for each rs.2695 and rs.2929 via online.                           Hi,

                          I placed an order & paid the amount for lenovo mobile original back cover. But after few days, i got an email saying supplier did not delivered the order, hence order is cancelled. The amount i paid was added to my e-wallet. I initiated the refund to bank from e-wallet on 03-jan-2017. It has more than 15 days now, i not yet received the money in my bank account.

                          Please refund my money immediately to my bank account.

                          I got a call on 22-Jan-2018, after I raised consumer complaint on 19-Jan-2018. They told it is maxbhi customer care. They asked my bank name & the payment mode(internet banking/debit card). They also asked how long it has been after I initiated 'Transfer to my bank account'. I told it has been more than 15 days since I initiated the transfer & I asked for transaction number from their end. They replied that they will check from their end & provide me the transaction number. I thought I need track based on transaction number. But to my surprise, the refund amount credited back to my savings account on the same day, i.e. on 22-Jan-2018 itself!! Thank you so much Consumer Complaints portal !!! :) :)

                          It would feel great from customer end, if the refund amount is credited with in the mentioned timeline in your website. Also, please allow payments if the stock is available with the seller.

                            ] maxbhi.com — regarding transfer amount from ewallet to bank account

                            Dear sir/madam
                            I had order a mobile battery (Order id-732656) the order canceled by the company without giving any reason and the refund amount added to e-wallet but i want the refund in my bank account or in the same account from where i have done the payment.
                            For this i have email several times but there is no any respond given by the company i also tried to call several times but the same situation no any respond given by the company.

                            So i request you plz resolve the problem as stated above asap.

                              My swipe elite plus touch is broken. So i ordered on maxbhi.com. It not be delievered.i was order this product 10 jan 2018 but still product not delieverd.when i call to the maxbhi they only said your product out for pickup but no one call me for pickup product,

                              NOTE: IF SWIPE ELITE PLUS MOBILE . If it has a display and a screen digitizer combo, then how can you sell individil digitizer.

                                Its a fraud.. They are looting people by sending defective items
                                I have ordered digitizer from maxbhi.com

                                Item was dead on arrival, i placed a replacement request..
                                I got a call from replacement department they said there are 2 conditions for replacement 1) item should not be damaged
                                2) seal should not be broken

                                There was only one seal on front side of the item i received, which was not tampered and item was also not damaged.. When they received back, they are now saying protective plastic cover on side is also called seal which was removed and placed...
                                Seal is the one marked in red circle in image which is intact

                                This is fraud to loot people money by selling defective items and earn more profit

                                the executive called and said about seal on front side and physical damage of product didnt said about layer whihc you people are now talking.. just pointing out any stupid things to avoid replacement and refund

                                But we would not be able to replace the product as it is not in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you.

                                The warranty seals has been removed from the product
                                The protection film / clear film has been removed or tampered with.
                                The gumming has been removed / used.

                                  My swipe elite plus touch is broken. So i ordered on maxbhi.com. It delievered late to me. Then i went to mobile repair store for fix touch and he said it touch and display is combo how u get single touch it cant be fixed. So when product is combo then how u sell only touch when u know it will not make sense. Plz take product back and give combo or money back

                                      I ordered Touch Screen Digitizer for Samsung C7 pro, after one day from confirmation the order got cancelled and the refund was done to the Maxbhi e-wallet. I requested the refund back to my bank account and now it's more than 10 days the has not come to my account.

                                      The order date was 25/12/2017.

                                      Please refund the money back or I'll take this seriously to consumer court for fake site and fraud.

                                        Hi all,
                                        I order a battery (For swipekonnect 4g mobile) from maxbhi.com (Order id#712586 dated:[protected]. They cancelled as the item is out of stock on 6th dec-2017 and they returned the amount to their valet. And i made a "refund to bank" request on 6th-dec-2017. And i waited for 15 days (As they instructed). My amount has not been credited.

                                        I called them on today (I. E on 10th jan-2018). They are saying i have to wait till 17th january-2018.

                                        One important thing:
                                        The customer care people (For any question you ask) keep on saying for so&so task it requires so&so much of days.
