I have order display (Complete assembly) for htc one me dual sim, order number is (660424), i have already paid advance payment, and i have got no message that my order has been cancelled, no one is attending my call on maxbhi.com.
I want my cash back of rs 3055, before i have ordered my product they were attending calls, after ordering they are not picking my call,...

I received sms

However i had ordered two times and both times my paytm was deducted... Customer care never attend calls.. This is a fraud company....

Hello sir, i ordered a lcd screen of iball shaan fab 15c model phone from maxbhi.com. My order is successful and also approved by a supplier. But later i received a message that the product is out of stock. But very soon they sent my money to maxbhi e-wallet. So i request maxbhi to refund my money to the bank account. My order no is "#642635". Amount is 317 rs....

Maxbhi is a fraudulent company.
I had placed 2 orders and both of them were cancelled, and now they are keeping the money with them. I have not received the refund for both the orders.

All customers face this same problem till when we don't update on consumer complaints they don't bother to sort out our problem. I want my money refunded immediately....

I do not understand why every user has been facing the same issue, product gets placed and in 2-3 days we get cancellation mail by itself from nowhere. This site needs to be audited and it should be regularised by the government as
1. The company should give a valid reason of the cancellation.
2. Why there has been so much delay in our refund from our e-wallet account to bank.
3. The company should not avail or showcase...

I did not got my refund amount till now u said within 15 days.. Upto now 26 days has-been completed now i'm trying to lodge a complain and file a case against u on consumer court and my demand is to pay my money and interest on my money with court charges...

These orders were cancelled by the company site itself.
It showed that the product was in stock while ordering and it became out of stock later. Money was refunded to the e-wallet
And i transferred the money from e-wallet to bank account. Still it's not added in bank account.

I purchased lenovo k8 plus lcd with touch. I paid the amount through paytm. After two days my order is been cancelled and the amount is showing on the maxbhi wallet. I cannot purchase another product using that nor i am not able to get the refund. I am going to file a suit in consumer court. Cheating...

I have purchased panasonic t 41 body order id 642268 on 4/10/17 by paying 603 rs through net banking. Next day they cancel my order initiate e wallet amount. I request refund my amount to my account still not deposited to a/c. Yesterday they call me that your product is available then i have again purchase the product by paying 550 rs net banking order id 650003. Now they again cancel my order and initiate e wallet amount.

Hi i have booked a product on maxbhi send made payment but it has not been delivered to maxbhi and an error payment not made is been shown and amount has been deducted in account so please resolve this complaint for a prodict named screen digitizer for hauwei i hve paid and amount was deducted a msg came from bank actually i dont know whether amount was deducted or not so please help...

I ordered intex cloud power plus display on 6th september but the order is cancelled due to no stock. The amount is transferred to e wallet, i requested to transfer money to my bank account, yet the money is not transferred. I don't know what procedure they are following when they will return my money?

Cancelled and refunded back to bank on 9th september 2017. Haven't got the refund yet its been 21 days since...

I have ordered for mocromax q461 housing at rs 555. (Order no.-627602).
But due their some issue order is canceled by them. I got mail that your refund will be done on 8 days. But till refund not processed 12 days are crossed.

First they committed for 8 days. Then 10 days. But til not received refund.

Hi this is harinath, i ordered lenovo k4 note touch on 28th sep, 2017 i. E., today. Order number # 640220. By mistake i pressed cancellation and order got cancelled. I asked them to refund the amount to my paytm valet (Because i made my payment through paytm) or to there e-wallet so that i can reorder the product. The customer care people said they gona refund the money after 10-15 days because i made payment through cc avenue. And these...

My both the order (612782 and 615583) has been cancelled and respective amount has been added to my ewallet. Asked maxbhi team to transfer this amount to my bank account. I followed the steps suggested but its been almost a month now but neither amount is credited into my account nor getting any response from maxbhi team whereas they confirmed that refund will take 7-10 business working days.
