When you have send me wrong product. Why should i spend on sending the product to you. And where do i send. To which address.
Please arrange the pick up of your product and return back my money to my bank account.

I cannot share my card details and bank details through phone. You are not supposed to ask customer account details without telling who you are. And already internet shows maxbhi is a fraud company. Not me but many have got cheated the same way. Please send your courier person. I will handover the product and get money from him.
After returning the product, i cannot run behind maxbhi for refund.
Please do business with ethics and some integrity.

He called me from +[protected] asking to credit 10rs to maxbhi account so that he can know the identity. He asked me to give him my card details, followed by otp which i would get. When i declined. He harshly cut the call telling deal with customer care. When it's already listed as fraud company and many have compliant about same. On what basis can i believe this so called person.
Why don't government just close such illegal fraud websites.

          Maxbhi.com never refund money of customers

          My oder number #621591 for my product code: et-lcd-102697

          I have oder gflex mobile display for rs.1048.59 on 12/09/2017 then after one they cancaled my oder due to some reason stock and transfered my money in maxbhi ewalet so i request to transfer my money in my bank but till today i didnt get my money back so be aware of this fraud web site.

That is not a 1st time i have to tyre 3-4 times but the supplier is not delivered my order on my address. So i decided i have to refund my money in my bank account.               I ordered a mobile screen guard order number 650476 and it was cancelled by maxbhi without any reason. More than 10 days have passed but no refund till now. I have sent multiple mails but always get reply they are looking into it, but till now no money has been refunded. The government should take away the licenses of these fraud companies and put them inside jail for online fraud and cheating case. I will also complain against the relevant police station with all the evidence if i do not get my money back

                  I have requested a refund of 1533/- as my order was canceled due unavailability of stock, order # 621546. I requested the refund on 26/09/2017, but i have still not received my money even after almost a month now. The reference number i was provided is 33121. When will i get my money back? Maxbhi seems to be fraud company, first of all they take orders and they themselves cancel it without refunding the money immediately which ideally they should do as it is their fault of taking order without the stock.

                          Maxbhi is a fraudulent company.
                          I had placed 2 orders and both of them were cancelled, and now they are keeping the money with them. I have not received the refund for both the orders.

                          All customers face this same problem till when we don't update on consumer complaints they don't bother to sort out our problem. I want my money refunded immediately.

                          I did purchase one temepred glass. Cost was more than usual. Later it informed that supplier has cancelled the order. They should have confirmation beforehand from seller than only company should place it on website for sale to customers.

                          More funnier thing. Company informed that they have put my refund in ewallet of the company. Money should be returned to customers bank account/ credit card/ paytm etc. without requesting customer to transfer from e-wallet to bank accounts etc. What an jugglery?

                          Moreover while paying through Maxbhi website it had lot of hassles.Literally disappointing experience from Maxbhi. No one should purchase from this site.

                            I do not understand why every user has been facing the same issue, product gets placed and in 2-3 days we get cancellation mail by itself from nowhere. This site needs to be audited and it should be regularised by the government as
                            1. The company should give a valid reason of the cancellation.
                            2. Why there has been so much delay in our refund from our e-wallet account to bank.
                            3. The company should not avail or showcase products which they are unsure of the seller which would get cancelled on its own.

                                These orders were cancelled by the company site itself.
                                It showed that the product was in stock while ordering and it became out of stock later. Money was refunded to the e-wallet
                                And i transferred the money from e-wallet to bank account. Still it's not added in bank account.

                                      I have purchased panasonic t 41 body order id 642268 on 4/10/17 by paying 603 rs through net banking. Next day they cancel my order initiate e wallet amount. I request refund my amount to my account still not deposited to a/c. Yesterday they call me that your product is available then i have again purchase the product by paying 550 rs net banking order id 650003. Now they again cancel my order and initiate e wallet amount.
                                      Now i realise that they are fraud. They accept order they ask you to pay money. And then cancel order. And initiate e wallet amount which can not be trasfer or deposited /refund to you. Which is useless. Please do strict action against them.

                                        they take order only showing stock is available and take online payment
                                        then they themself cancel the order and tranfer our money in there maxbhi ewallet for a week and use that money for a week to 10 days and earn interest on it.
                                        if we complaint they say its a rare piece and our suppliers are out of stock wait for few days or we will refund the product
                                        i feel its a scam from new delhi and they keep telling us that we had mentioned our terms and conditions.
                                        this people are cheater and have negative feedback on your www.consumercomplaints.in website
