    I have ordered a back case of my micromax a116. The order was successful but the merchant got back to me via email stating that the product is not available and hence, the order has been cancelled and they are going to refund my money rs. 366.22 in my bank account. They said the refund may take 7 to 10 days. Today it has been crossed 16 days but i have not received my money in my bank account and they did not even communicate to me and not responding to my emails. Please help.

    Almost 15 days have passed. Still no credit showed up in my account. Is that normal TAT for you?

    "Its already completely refunded from our-end" - This is what they always used to say but never credited to our Bank Account. I think there's something wrong with them.

        I have ordered for the above cited product on 2/07/2017. They informed me that the product will be send shortly after processing my order. Neither they have given me any information in this connection nor they have sent the product till date. This practice resulted in delaying some of my important works connected with the mobile phone for which I have given the order. Hope that even at this late hour maxbhi will take necessary action to send the product without further delay and will consider the feeling of a customer.

            Dear Sir,

            I have ordered a flip cover of karboon titanium machsix and i have made payment with paytm but due to transaction failed Rs-648 deducted from my paytm account order id-566297 and transaction id- [protected].

            I have talked to paytm but they told me that the transaction is done from their site after that i have talked to Maxbhi customer support and they also told me that my transaction is not successful and they don't get the money then where is whole money gone from paytm.

              I am gugun recently i ordered back cover for micromax funbook in maxbhi.com after the order is confirmed and my money is being cut from my account they text me saying the item is out of stock. I request for a full refund but they put it in my ewallet which is of no used to me. I called them but they never answer my call. I emailed them but they never respond.

                I have not paid through debit or credit card.

                Waiting for the amount to be credited in paytm account.

                    I had made an order many times for a Sony Smart Watch Full Body casing with latest order no-#580206. after i came to know that this site is bogus and has no inventory, i wanted to transfer my money from ewallet to my bank account. now there is no option to do that in the website and customer care is not available through phone or chat or even by mail blocking my money rupees 1711/- since long time. worst ever online experience with worst maxbhi. Time waste and I don't why they wont pick the calls, no responses to email. if they dont have products, why to waste our time

                    Thanks for the refund, its not yet reflecting in my Credit cared, But I got your email.

                    Didn't you saw my complaint clearly ? I have written 3-4 mails, I have tried calling you 2-3 times out of 1 time its frustrating 9 mins call and disconnected after that, fed-up with your worst site. If you cannot send an item why are you displaying it in site ? And why are taking the orders ? and why those are still available ? not removing from site ? do you know how much valuable is customers time ?

                    either you close this site or run it properly, due to few sites like yours people are loosing trust on online websites and specially you guys are making Indian sites defaming.

                    I wont mark this as closed, until you guys run it properly.

As per your complains please allow me to answer them. First you complained that we canceled all your orders. Sir, please let me inform you that we are an eCommerce company based on supplies from our vendors. In our business model, we try to arrange those products to customers which are very hard to find and usually not available on the internet. We depend on stocks from our vendors for these products. The vendors which really do not know anything about maintaining inventory and are the real retailers supporting the masses of our mobile phone repair industry. As and when you order, we try with all our vendors and try to source the product. Sometimes, we even spend hours of phone calls and visits to our vendors warehouse to try to find your product. Means with your every order we spend money trying to source it. And at the end i[censored]n-luckily in few cases when we end up with no product, then we have no other option rather to refund you in full amount. Now you can imagine if you ordered same product for 5 times and we tried to look for that product and still end up without it, then who is the one with the real loss. As i can check your Order #580206 with maxbhi.com.                     Its your business to make sure its well maintained. And its your basic job to deal with Vendors, if that vendor is not working as per your instructions you can close business with them.

                    Even now I found the product is available https://www.maxbhi.com/full-body-housing-for-sony-smartwatch-3-swr50-white.html, so can I order again ? after you getting know the product is not available why are you not marking as out of stock ?

                      I have ordered 3 times same product. The items get automatically cancelled and the points get added in the wallet, which is not useful to us. These seems to be like new way of cheating customers. If the products are not available why to do display in website. There are more than 431 complaints from Customer sides.

                          My order no.581830 and it's status is psd. It's status hasn't changed from that for days and when i try to call or mail i haven't got a reply yet!!! I can't reach customer service either. I have been on their call for 20 mins but still the call never connected. Please contact me and let me know when my order will be delivered. And what does psd mean???

                            Hi,

                            I have ordered a nubia z11 mini digitilizer but the order was cancelled by the seller and refund to the bank was initialized on aug 1st of 2017 but still now it is not reflecting in my bank.

                            Tried calling them they say give us 24-48 hours to solve this issue still not resolved.

                            They always say write email and the issue will be solved then why hell they are using a customer care number for taking issues.

                            Alwways get reply very slow and ask's aditional time for it.

                            Tried all possible ways communicating them for transaction id for refund still now no response.

                              I had earlier placed an order for lenovo k4 full body housing but my order got cancelled. Later i again placed a order using the e-wallet money that i had paid earlier.. Once again the order got cancelled. I had called the customer support and asked for my money refund they sent a mail saying it'll be refunded within 7 to 10days but it's been roughly 15 days still i haven't got my money. The review about this is company on google was same that i had experienced here.. Please take a look at this company.. Are they trying to cheat me? I want my cash back.. They're not replying to my emails..

                                On 8th july'17 i have placed an order for the touch screen glass. At the time of booking it shows it will be delivered on 11th july but it was not delivered and after the continuous followup there was no reply from them. When i told them i am going to file a complaint they replied on 14th july stating that the product is available and shortly it will be shipped.

                                But they have shipped the wrong product the touch is not working with my micromax tab and i have raised the complaint for the replacement of the the product on 17th july. From 17th i am following with them hardly they reply and customer care number is waste, many times i have waited for 1 hour but no luck.
                                Now they are saying you have opened the product and we cannot replace it. Without connecting how i can find out whether it is working or not.

                                Please help to get my money back.

                                  My order no 544269 was cancelled by maxbhi.com. It was confirmed to be refund to my bank account rs. 343 for order of vox kick k3 battery. But yet now i was not refunded my money back. 1 st complaint was write by me on 28 july 2017 to support @ maxbhi.com. Then they called me through phone that refund will be done 5 to 7 days. But no refund yet now made to me. And no response to my further complaints.

                                      My order Id #562971 a touch screen digitizer of Letv Le1s. I ordered it for 1450. They cancelled my order and send the money to ewallet. I'm requesting them to put my money back into my bank account. It's been more than 15 days they cancelled my order. But no customer care is responding. They contact number a big crap. It never connects. I don't understand how these companies cheat people and are still not noticed. Please solve my issue.

                                        Ordered a touch screen digitizer for samsung note 2 which they cancelled after 2 days and put the money in their ewallet. I tried to contact them to request for transferring the money to my bank account but i was not able to connect to their customer care even after waiting for more than 15 min.

                                        Sent numerous emails but there was no response. Only after i wrote a strong email that i will launch a police complaint they responded saying that they will transfer the money to my bank account but that never happened. Its been more than 8 days now but no reply for any emails.
