Recieve phone and cutting every time My order. 307972 in maxbhi Payment also made by card Told them to ship it immediately They are trying to irretate their customer By cutting phone of customer... Verified Support Jul 19, 2016 Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom Customer Care's response Dear Mr.Manoj...First of all Thankyou very much for your order with maxbhi.com and sorry for the inconvenience caused, sir i checkedd your order closely your placed the order on 17-7-16 (sunday) and monday we have our weekly closed day but as per status of your order we have received your payment and the order is approved we will start working on your order from today and to complete any order we need 3 to 4 working days, if we process your order on priority then also we need some time to procure it sir.
Also would like to request you to mark the complain as resolved so that other user can also know the actual policy regarding the same
