I purchased a lcd screen for vivo y 69 from maxbhi. Instead of white they send me black of some other model. After i gave complaint in consumer forum. Man called rohit pal connected with me via mail. When it's already listed as fraud company and many have compliant about same. On what basis can i believe this so called person. Why don't government just close such illegal fraud websites.
