I ordered food on zomato app (zomato order no:[protected])on[protected] no:BNH-DL[protected], showed on app will be delivered in 36 minutes, so I ordered at 7.10 pm, so will be delivered by 7.50 pm, soon it confirmed my order but then with a minute it change to will be delivered by 8.05 pm to 8.10pm, I tried calling the restaurant more then 10 times no reply, I called the valet he said no1 here & no1 answering.I started chatting with zomato executive they said they trying to get in touch but restaurant not answering, again the delivery time changed to 8.20 on to 8.30 pm..to my horror when the food arrived was totally drenched in Fanta but the seal as intact, but I was horrified when I opened the package 2 burgers were bitten as if some1 took a bite from it & 1 burger was drenched in Fanta.. horrible & pathetic customer service ..totally unprofessional and unacceptable.
Why do we pay for packaging charges when McDonald’s has to send food in such a disgusting way

Updated by Shells_2208 The manager at McDonald’s Don Bosco Amol had promised which he cannot fulfill.. such is McDonald’s word they commit & don’t fulfil & fool customers & emotionally tell them their stories that they are employees & corporate don’t allow them .. I was not ready for what he was offering but he insisted & pleaded me & now he back off his commitment what a shame.. I have written a 2 complain to McDonald’s email [protected]@mcdonaldindia.com but no reply from there side as well..
