On 12 th june at the drive in counter staff refused to take my order at around 9 pm at peenya outlet bangalore... Again I ordered the same by swiggy app.. Dey delivered it in front of the outlet.. Very disgusting staff.. Kindly rectify soon...

I have ordered Mc spicy Paneer and unfortunately received Mc spicy chicken

I placed an order and paid online, the money got deducted but the order didn't get placed. I am not able to connect to any McDonald's customer care

Ordered my BTS meal and mc chicken on 10th June 2021 at 4pm and waited for the delivery to be done but it was 5pm annd still my order was not delivered so I went to the store and picked up my order because they had forgotten about it and when I reached home I realised my fries were missing and I paid the full amount such a terrible service I want refund for my order. The order was placed in hill road Bandra West Mumbai restaurant through mcdelivery app

I wanted to order a meal, and i tried to pay using gpay and the transanction failed to do so and the money was deducted . i tried it again and it happened again . please refund my money asap.

I just received my order from Macdonalds (gopalan arcade, Bangalore) .The come has spilled over the entire packaging. The burger and fries were wet because of that. And coke has no fizz left on it. Kindly provide me the refund for this order.

I had placed an order # 1228 on 5th June (Order Copy attached). One item from order McChicken Burger was not delivered. I complained and was given Rs. 150/_ voucher. I again ordered McChicken Burger via Order#1266 (order copy attached) and made to pay Rs. 60/- after applying the voucher while making payment. This is totally unfair that I have to pay extra for an item that was missed from original order for no fault of mine.
Request you to look into this and initiate appropriate refund.

Fries were completely soggy
Not fried at all.

Hi I ordered BTS meal today from mcdonalds via Zomato. Vide order number: [protected].
Which includes Nuggets/fires/coke.
The quality both is very bad & not as per the standard of Mcdonalds. Which is know for it quality food & has shelf life of products.
But very sorry to say in though time of pandemic the protocols are kept on toss.
The Fires delivered soggy nd seems was served cold as it was ready long time.
The nuggets are to hard to eat at it was not prepared fresh nd no time tag was placed on it. Both the products delivered was not fresh & haven't prepared fresh as per the order.

Pls look on to it & do the needful

1. On 04 June 2021, we were traveling and halted at Dasuya outlet at Pathankot- Jalandhar road, State code-03 and ordered few eatables from your Drive thru outlet(bills attached).
2. We are really sorry to inform you that all the orders i.e Fries/ Burgers were not freshly prepared and they were pre-cooked/ pre-fried and the same were handed over to us after re-heating.
3. We are writing to you to take the corrective action/ measures to keep up your standards.

I order bts meal and i paid for it using amazon upi. Amazon upi says payment is successful but when I checked it on MCdelivery it shows you haven't ordered yet. Plzz look into this. I have paid ₹385 for it.

I visited mcdonalds on 17th May 2021. I checked my bank statement today, I was charged twice by the mcdonalds personnel. I had swiped my card and the person asked me to put my pin twice saying that the initial transaction wasn’t successful. Please look into this and give me a refund.

I ordered food on zomato app (zomato order no:[protected])on[protected] no:BNH-DL[protected], showed on app will be delivered in 36 minutes, so I ordered at 7.10 pm, so will be delivered by 7.50 pm, soon it confirmed my order but then with a minute it change to will be delivered by 8.05 pm to 8.10pm, I tried calling the restaurant more then 10 times no reply, I called the valet he said no1 here & no1 answering.I started chatting with zomato executive they said they trying to get in touch but restaurant not answering, again the delivery time changed to 8.20 on to 8.30 pm..to my horror when the food arrived was totally drenched in Fanta but the seal as intact, but I was horrified when I opened the package 2 burgers were bitten as if some1 took a bite from it & 1 burger was drenched in Fanta.. horrible & pathetic customer service ..totally unprofessional and unacceptable.
Why do we pay for packaging charges when McDonald’s has to send food in such a disgusting way

Burgers ordered were bad, food poisoning, diarrhea the next morning. I think it was stale meat. 2 family members are sick due to macd serving such bad quality food to us.

Tried to place the order from your app this is really disgusting. My money got deducted but order isn't placed. Pic attaches for order details.
