I bought 2 Mac allo tikki meal and one mac allo tikki saprete. On 27 june around 11:30 am . We three family members surfing very bad food infection. Now it's been 10 days we are still taking medical treatment.

I bought 2 fish o fillet and 1 Mc Spicy double chicken patty burger and 1 Mc Spicy chicken burger. The restaurant is busy and we took the take away order but after reaching home we noticed that Double chicken patty burger is not packed.
We didnt checked there but the number we tried to call but it is not working. We have only the token number that is 324 bought at Badlapur east, Thane timing around 7.00 pm on 4/07/21. Now it's not a small amount you are charging for single burger. so please tell how the money will be returned to us orelse please tell the alternative.

After finishing the coke soft drink I found a housefly at the bottom of the cup I complained to the manager Rahul at that time he was just sorry just said sorry, I mean in this phase of time when people are so careful for their health, this is how a McDonald’s restaurant take care of their customers hygiene and serve with houseflys in drink, is this why you guys charge so much to your customers. This is intolerable. I didn’t create a scene there that time but I had to complain so here I am giving you my complaint
As a international chains of restaurant your hygiene standards are and should be very high . But not here as I said
Please look in to the matter
One more thing I was not even provided with a bill after I placed my order
I forcefully asked for the bill after this incident

Hello my name is angat Arora and I have purchased a chicken nuggets6 pcs packet and inside I have only got 5 pcs how could McDonald's can do this and I have taken from drive thru in vapi outlets my contact number is [protected] and I have not seen there how this is possible I think McDonald's are also started doing fraud

I ordered through macdelivey app on 23rd June at 6.22pm, paid via debit card, got order confirmation on whatsapp, after 12min got a cancellation of order, on asking came to know that it was a non delivery outlet of McDonald, due to app fault the outlet was showing for delivery in app, will get my money refunded within 3 to 5 business days, till yet I.e on 29 June I have not received money back the amount was 723.02₹, return my money ASAP, order no. Is 4971590 and the outlet was 1st floor, DLF Food court, DLF promenade mall, vasant kunj, new delhi-110070

I ordered through online from Mc delivery on 26/06/2021 of amount Rs.Rs.316 MC Donald's mira-bhayander branch. My account got debited but in application order not placed. On 26th June it was showing refund initiated but now it is showing refund not required. I checked my Amazon wallet, amount is not credited yet. I have sent an email to [protected]@mcdonaldsindia.com with all screenshots and contact details, however no refund is initiated. KINDLY LOOK INTO THIS MATTER.

I am from mysore, karnatka. I had ordered online 2 mcveggies, 2 aloo tikkis, 4 french fries and 2 paneer wraps. But instead of paneer wraps, i recieved a paneer burger and another mcveggie. Also, the paneer burger was way too spicy. It was not a problem this time, but please make sure it doesn't happen again. But still, i really loved the other stuff. And i know that it must be really tough to do all this stuff.
So i really appreciate that mcdonalds staff are doing such great work. But as a responsible coustomer, it was my duty to submit it.

On 24th june, I placed an order for 215 rs through my amazon pay account. My money got deducted but order was not placed. Then I placed the order with my debit card which was successful.

Now your app shows that my amazon pay order payment was unsuccessful which is not true as I have proof from Amazon pay that payment was successful. So refund my money back. Also your customer service is really bad, It is so difficult to connect with you guys for such small issues.

Just order a meal form mac d. The food was really bad cold stale and feels reall old sitting there for many days
I ignored this things and still consume the food
After few minutes I feel dizzy and sick and end up getting in hospital for severe gastritis and damaged gastic lining

I had placed an order through Mc Delivery on 17th june of Rs. 353 in Lonavala, my order was not placed but the amount got deducted. I checked with my bank, they said that amount is paid to Mcdonalds hence refund to be received from McDonald's. Please help with my refund.

French fries is worst and panner wrap 🌯 taste is not because of that I had a fever

This is particular in case or over all don't know. But here it happens,
McDonalds (Reliance Mall, 150ft Ring Road, Rajkot) new way to manipulate customers. Along with staff member and manager Shailesh Dhruvika.

How it works!!!

1. Lets say, you ordered meal(Medium). But they provide McCafe small cups for Coke not in medium. And 2 Ketchup.

Drama begins now!!!

2. Now if you need extra Ketchup. If you will ask then for extra Ketchup, then they will tell you sir you have to pay for extra Ketchup.
3. They will bring 1 Ketchup for you but you have to pay before that. So while eating you will go to pay that 1 Rupees for that 1 extra Ketchup. But they will tell you that, you can buy only 10 Ketchup for 10 Rupees GST.
(Now you will get confused your taking or need 1 and paying for 10. How fair it is !!!)
4. And many of time your paying for extra Ketchup and someone will swipe up you half eating meal.
(And here is the one box come in mind where you honestly put extra remain Ketchup in every time after eating in McDonalds.)

Business of Re-Selling to you?

Manager comes he/she will seat in front of you and will wait for your response. And other staff people laying around you and come to interrupt while you talking to manager(Shailesh).

On 20.06.2021 at 10:00 your drive through facility neglected us for long time . We left the counter after long waiting at Ladha Complex, Majivda, Thane.

I ordered through a scan code of Mc Donalds for the outlet at Fun Republic mall, Gomtinagar, lucknow on 18 June 2021. The payment was deducted successfully from my card and order was confirmed with invoice and order on my Watsap number. But the outlet refused to deliver stating that the scan code is not working. When confirmed with the store manager Mr Sujeet Yadav he also accepted that it is a mistake from Mc Donalds and I shouldnt have received the confirmation for the order if the scan code process was not working and assured that message for the refund will be received in few minutes although it is not recieved yet, it’s been 24 hours now.
If I will not receive any message for the refund then I have only one alternative and that is to complain to the consumer forum for such fraud from such a company of repute

Why is that your menu in north india is so mad

On the other hand the menu in south west india is alot better and more

Why dont u introduce the new menu and the breakfast in jammu kashmir

I am tired of seeing new items on your menu in advertisement and not a single item in the outlet u have in jammu kashmir

Last two orders facing delivery issue. Only 1 km is far away from my location but orders delivered after 1 hours. Today I ordered same issue, delivery boy not picking call, it's more than one hour but no response yet.

I order 12 mc aloo tikki, 01 mc puff and 01 medium fries after taking delivery i recieve only 11 mc aloo tikki 01 ma puff and 01 medium fries.

Dear Team,
I have placed online order on MacDonald official application and order placed location was Ground Floor 1st floor Aqua McD Vijay Cross Road They charged 33 rs of delivery Charges and while placing order there were no popup or no written statement on there application that they deliver within 5 km so I have placed order and now after except order they refused delivery and not delivered food. So take some serious action and they also use abuse.

The chicken burger we ordered had a completely raw patty. This was completely unexpected from McDonalds. We are utterly dissapointed as we believed McDonalds had the highest quality standards. I am attaching a picture.
