If I remember McDonald's is supposed to open at 7 am...but the one in cbd belapur does...they don't even open for take away...you guys need to do something about it because there is no point of break fast menu...also when there is no lockdown in the area

    I got cheated by McDonald's. I visited MacDonald's Meenakshi Mall. Particulars are

    - Date: August 27th, 7 PM
    - Order No: 1063
    - Type of Order: to go
    - Items ordered: 4 burgers, large frites, 4 mcspicy chicken, 4 chicken piece
    - They packaged into two bags. I unpacked upon reaching home. 4 chicken pieces were missing.

    This is how they make money - by cheating people.

      I ordered a meal sum of Rs.345, on 27th August, 2021.I paid the amount through Paytm, amount got deducted from my wallet and was successfully credited in Mcdelivery account but they denied that we didn't got the amount.Help me because my money was deducted.beacuse there was show refund not required.

        This is Allyna here, my contact no is [protected].I ordered McDonald's on 22 aug. Firstly u guys just delivered me fully damaged condition food.everything was wet from inside out. Second this is U guys just delivered me fully cold and stale burgers it was having strong pungent smell and fries were all soggy. I tried calling restaurant but the no coming out of reachable.than I reported to zomato than Zomato person told that we don't have control on the restaurant for preparing food.u kindly contact McDonald's.than I tweet my concern on twitter McDonald's .next day one guy called me up his name is praveen. He asked my my name and address. I told him that I am residing in hotel at present. I come here for office work. Than I just elaborate my concern to him than he told I didn't drop a feedback regarding the food quality ..so lemme tell u I have already rated u guys with one Star I have attached a clicks of it pls look those clicks...than he told I have checked with the restaurant they have properly delivered food and he said he will words with Zomato regarding for the same and he just disconnect my call.than next day I did him what'sapp to know the update of my concern .so he saw my message but he didn't reply me neither he call me up . I have also attached the clicks of food that u guys have delivered me . just go through that clicks this is how u guys delivered me food . everything was thrown out. I have also attached a clicks of Zomato revert mail.even they told that restaurant packaging were poor.pls go through those attached clicks. I kindly request you pls just returned my paid amount or pls re issue my whole order straight away pls.bcoz I already paid u my hard earned money.i never expected such service from u guys. Burger king' provide far better service than u guys . truly disappointed with Ur customer service.never experience such worst service in my life.i kindly request you pls look into my concern and resolve my concern soonest possible. I have mailed to McDonald's India but they are not reverting me back for last 4 days .they are just avoiding my mails and messages .             I visit mcd, and I went to the counter for my order to place. I saw a good offer in mcd app. So I proceed with it. While payment. I choose to pay from my Google Pay. While payment done from my side. The counter person said that the payment is not done and response time out came. But the payment was done from my side. He told me to pay again and told me that the previous amount will be refunded to you in 24 hours max, He will mail mcd for the refund. So I paid again and got the bill. But I haven't received my amount till now. I tried contacting the counter person, he is just not responding now. I felt cheated, Hence contacting to this website. Why the refund process is not so transparent for mcd. I need my money back. I have all proof of payment and all.

            When I called asked the counter person, whether he has mail that refund query or not, told him to share screenshot also. He said I did. But he did not send me the screenshot of mail or anything after constantly telling him to share.
            Please kindly see into the matter. It horrifies me to even visit that place again.

            Why I was told to pay again. Why I haven't received my refund yet. It seems difficult for me to visit mcd again. It was a bad experience.

              Today I have placed an order from the ESTEEM MALL, Mc Donalds through Swiggy. Since they do not have an option to write reviews on their app which is accessible to the customers for reference so I decided to write a review here and swiggy usually takes no action against any such issues.

              Today I order 3 burgers and 1 mc puff and I am highly unsatisfied with the same. All the things were dry and were smelling. The food was not even hot even though the distance between the outlet and my house is just 7-8 mins. Every time before placing the order I have requested the outlet on call and also on the instructions on the app to put some extra sauce so that the burger is atleast easy to eat and swallow but despite of the yes yes, the needful is never done.
              I can’t believe that a restaurant as big as Mc donalds doesn’t care about customer satisfaction and does not really care as to what the customer requires and here its not about the food being dry, the food was STALE and was SMELLINGGG as if they have not stored it properly or whatever.
              Its the duty of the restaurant to make sure they are serving edible, fresh and hot food but none of this was done today and before.

              Just because the outlet is one of the most choosen outlet doesn’t really mean that u guys stop caring about the customer.
              I am highly unsatisfied as it is a complete waste of money, time and taste. After waiting for so long for the order and u get such a disappointing order.

              I guess its high time that Mc DONALDs takes some serious action on this and after this I feel it is better to switch to alternative joints like Burger King hoping that they are more customer centric that you are !
              I would really recommend people around me to stop ordering from you guysss.

              I am really very unsatisfied and angry with the smelling and cold food delivered today.

                  This has happened more than 5 times with me that I have not received my complete order though I have paid for full order at the time of home delivery . When I tried to contact the delivering outlet, they are not answering my calls. I want Mcdonalds to take strict action against this asap.
                  I contacted the delivering partner and they happily helped.
                  The packet was always unopened and untouched by the delivering agent .

                      I WENT TO THE STORE IN PITAMPURA m2k cinemas, they took my order of mac aloo tikki, mc puff and one mc swirl. Which was total of rs.109, i payed it via paytm they showed me the scanner. I paid for it. I have proof of successfull transaction that i showed him. He denied to give me food nor the money . They said the payment is not received but i paid and showed him and it got deducted from my bank account. I came back empty handed. I’ll surely file a police complaint I don’t care whats the amount but i want my money back

                                Hello, I want to file a complaint against the mentioned store. I have gone

                                1:00PM Monday 08/02 and I went through the drive-thru, and ordered 6 Chicken Maharaja macs for me and my co-workers. I got my order and drove away, however once I

                                  Hi,

                                  I tried placing an order on 01st July 2021 from mc delivery app and tried to make the payment from net banking but somehow the amount of Rs.592 got deducted from my account twice and total Rs 1, 184 got deducted and the order didn't get placed.

                                  I tried reaching to mcd helpcenter mira road east for this issue and got reply that the mcd system is slow place order for cash on delivery for now and i placed order for COD and paid cash for my order they told me the amount that have got deducted through net banking will get refund after 10 days but there was no refund so i again contacted in mcd a person there manager took the issue so i mailed him screen shots of the transations on watsapp after a month almost i got refund but of only Rs 592 i was supposed to get refund of Rs1, 184 as my amount of 592 was deducted twice from account i raised a complaint in SBI complaint they told me the merchant says the transaction is settled.But its is partially settled only 592 is settled remaining 592 has not been settled yet and now they mcd team keep on passing and making excuses as the manager is not available call after dis time call tomorrow etc. Please i request you to please help me to get my refund of the remaining amount of 592 Rs.I've made the transaction on 01st july 2021, you can refer the attached screenshot of yono account transaction.For clarity there are two transaction id.

                                      Some days back I had visited a outlet of Mac Donald`s @ Dahisar (E), Mumbai. Here when I was trying to place an order from Take away counter the staff said it is closed for some time as they are tallying some difference of cash and insisted me to place an online order from their Website promoting there would be discounts.
                                      First thing is that the processs is so exhaustive that each customer will have to take out 10 min for just ordering a meal, They will ask you email, mobile, cards details etc. Now as i was not willing to do this online process due to unavailability of common UPI gateway payment I requested the floor manager to get my order placed at the Take away counter.
                                      Here I get my order place and then when i compare the order there is a difference of 100 + 10 rs. Online the exact same meal which costed me for 290 showed 300 + GST which made it round to 305 and 315. I am still not sure what is that 100 rs saving on the order. It is just a scam and just to show that online orders will save you more money

                                        Address: Macdonalds, NH no. 8, opposite L&T knowledge city, vadoadara

                                        Today I have taken a delivery of meal (Mac aloo tickki burger + medium size French fries + diet coke). I have open up the parcel and started eating at home, immediately I found fried house fly in the packet of French fries. I have thrown all the meal I have purchased. Waste of my money and also my hunger not satisfied at night.

                                        McDonald's India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
