              I have ordered 2 meal amounting Rs. 327.52 on 07.02.2021. I have tried to make payment through google pay but its was not mentioned as paid so they asked me to make payment through card. So i paid through card then after some time payment through google pay also paid to them. Means two times that amount was deducted from my account. Instead of Rs. 327.52, amount of Rs. 655.04 was deducted. Kindly refund my one payment i.e. Rs. 327.52.

Out of the 4 products, 1 product given to me was Sausage McMuffin, which I released soon altering taking the first bite.                       I request you to please change your store manager of durgapur branch of McDonald's it store is located in durgapur, citycentre, junction mall westbengal. Manager name is Anirban Sen. He is very bad manager of the store and he is very rudely behavior manager this guy is don't know how to talk with people. He is guy is only sitting in cabin and talk in mobile phone with someone. And after that he is not come in time properly in store come in 7 pm or sometime come in 4pm. He is rudely talk with the customers also. Customer asking regarding any problems he said I don't know. Boys staffs of the store very sad with this guy. He is saying kaam karna hai toh Karo nahi toh baap ke ghar jao and abusing languages uses. So I request to u mcdonald company seniors please resign this manager Anirban Sen from the mcdonalds store he is very bad manager and I support the big brand McDonald's restaurant so please change the manager from the store and save the store from this bad manager.

                          Order no. She-DL[protected] was logged by me today through Mcdonald's mobile app, in mobile app status shown Order placed on 8:03 then Accepted @ 8:03, then in Kitchen @ 8:03 then Status showed Order prepared @ 8:06 and same time out of delivery status reflecting in mobile app.
                          I received sms also from McDonalds @ 8:06 stating order dispatched.
                          @ 8:12 i received call from store that we cant able to deliver your order as your address is out of our delivery limit as it is more that 3 KM from our outlet.
                          I asked to store person why he accepted order and second point my home is within 3 Km radius from outlet.
                          I need clarification on which ground order cancelled from store?

                            R/S, today we visited McDonald's Mangal city mall, Vijaynagar, Indore. To avoid congestion in view of Corona 2 o[censored]s stood outside n sent my 12year old boy in. His token no.was 221. He kept standing on counter but the sales girl kept delivering to those who came afterwards. Then I entered in and asked for our order. It's very disgusting. Just because my child was too young n not argued with your people, he was befooled n cheated. Kindly look into the matter n let me know.

                              Hey,

                              I went to McDonalds, at Inorbit mall in Vadodara. I was waiting for my turn in queue on a rush hour Sunday. And as soon as my turn came the guy on the till asked whether I am paying by cash or card, to which I answered it was by card and I was in a correct queue. Suddenly he asked me to step aside and took the guy s order standing after me, then I saw him paying with card too so I asked why he didnot took my order as it was my turn. He turned saying that u entered the queue in middle and it was his turn, I was shocked as a responsible person I never do this on purpose so I asked the other customer whether I interrupted i middle to which he said no. Now the mcdonalds staff realised that he was wrong and I lost my plot, i asked him he should atleast confirm with me or him rather then assuming. I was so angry to which he and his colleagues said it was miscommunication.

                              I am sorry but this was not miscommunication and he didnot even apologised for his irrational behaviour. It was very embarrassing and Very unethical that no one even considered to apologise for this behaviour.

                              I am writing this email/message hoping to have better attitude towards assumptious behaviour and not for any free meals. Also attaching the receipt for reference of crew Id

                                Hello
                                I had ordered from McDonalds Noida outlet today from Zomato. The quality of the 2 cold coffees delivered is absolutely pathetic. I've ordered the same item before also and so i am aware of how the taste is.

                                The cold coffee is just water with little coffee in it. This is unacceptable as i had to pay additional money as delivery charges to zomato and now the items are unsatisfactory.

                                  Security just didn't allow us to enter, n very rudely spoke n scolded us pepsi soft drink kuchh nahi hai jao yaha se!
                                  As if we made a crime by asking. How can anyone so rude that too with a lady! Unacceptable!
                                  He needs real briefing n training for talking politely by keeping his calm! In front of people standing there he just snapped at us!

                                    I visited McDonalds with my family. We were 4 members and two o[censored]s forgot to carry their masks. Security guard did not allow us to enter without mask which i understand is important as precaution in this COVID time. But being such a big name, you should have facility to provide at least paid masks at Entry gate.
                                    I had to return back from entry gate with my family.
                                    Shame on you guys.

                                      Hello my name is Angat Arora and I have purchased a chicken kebab combo worth rs 99 payment thru Paytm online and from my side payment has deducted and then also store manager started arguing with me and he has taken again money from me cash so he was saying you should complain and send the feedback you will get the money refund within 7working days and stay in Mumbai and I have purchased from pune Hinjewadi such a worst service from McDonald's and I request to McDonald's to refund my money

                                        Hi McDonald's,

                                        This is one of your oldest customers.

                                        Today, I visited in your Kashmere Gate Delhi McDonald's, I asked the associate for MC SWIRLs, he was not even ready to check in the stock he replied sorry we have simple vanila flavor available, i asked him it's a constant revert from you, last time also a guy named thakur replied the same but when he checked it was available.

                                        So i asked him to provide the medium to reach the customer care help line or Store manager contact no .

                                        In a rudely manner he kept saying noo it's our terms of privacy i will not give me.

                                        I said atleast provide me the email id of store then he said go through the feedback portal once which is mentioned on your invoice.

                                        I want the strict action to be taken against the store staff.

                                        Please have the invoice attached.
