I am writing this regarding a very unfortunate incident which happened today with Mcdonalds order[protected] which made me not believing in its delivery chain. I placed a paid order through the website today around 4:58 pm for a higher authority in my office and after 35 minutes I received a msg that my order was canceled due to the unavailability of the delivery executive without any update, any prior notice to give me some time to place an order from some other restaurant.
I am so disgusted to see the unprofessional approach of Mcdonald's India towards its customer. the least I could expect is to get a proper update on an online order instead of getting a direct denial for receiving the food on time during the corona pandemic when you claim to do your level best to serve your customer. there was not even a single phone call from the restaurant to inform about the same. i am happy that you guys not grabbing money for delivering nothing and the message shows that my money will get refund.
Its so easy for chains like Mcdonalds to ignore such issues since its quite established in India now. Shame on you McD!

    We have visited at metro mall McDonald's store at vaishali ghaziabad... I have ordered small combo but instant to small he has taken the request for medium and said small combo is not in menu now... Why he is not inform the same at the time of order.
    And seriously sauce is not with burger now... I thing lockdown effect only in McDonald's...

        Hey,
        My name is Aman Sanjay Mhatre, I had come for lunch at McDonald's in Panvel Orian Mall on 30/12/2020 and after eating there I started having stomach ache.Vomiting occurred two or three times during the night.I was immediately admitted to Gune Hospital in Panvel the next day and it was time for me to operate on my appendix.I had to spend four days in the hospital and five days at home.
        I love McDonald's food and I want to eat McDonald's product for the rest of my life.But with such a product, there is a doubt that I will be your customer.Thanks McDonald for giving me a financial blow

          Dear Sir/Ma'am

          I ordered a meal from scan option that is available in dine in at McDonald's outlet Jaipur.
          Plot no-02, Shakar Circle, Sardar Patel Marg, C Scheme, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302017

          This is the address of the outlet. I placed the order on 22nd December 2020 and made the payment using PhonePe UPI. Transaction ID is T2012221645373671811340. Order was not placed but the amount got deducted from my account. I got a message that order is not placed and if any amount is debited from the account it will be refunded in 3-4 days, but i haven't got any refund yet. Contact number from which i made the order is [protected]. Please look into the matter.

                We had ordered Mac chicken spicy 4, 3 cheesy fries. The burgers did not have any sauce inside them and just a small piece of lettuce. The French fries quantity was so less with so less cheese sauce as if it was given for free. And the taste is become like local doesn't feel like Mac Donald. Will not prefer Mac donal again if this service continues

                  Today I had visited MacDonald korum mall thane .I had ordered take away and I had requested for a single paper bag to carry the food .the boy over the counter denied saying that the bag is chargeable . Actually it was 10.30pm so we also didn't ask much thinking that the store is getting closed . But look at the service and for a simple paper bag the behaviour was so rude.

                    Payment was done first by UPI (HDFC using paytm app) and then with Paytm wallet. First one was debited from my ac but said "failed payment" as per the pickup boy in the drive-in.

                    The payment is yet to be refunded despite paying a visit to the outlet and waiting for 20 days as suggested by the outlet.

                    I am not having the invoice but can show you part of the statement.

                          On 13/12/20 at 8:56 pm I placed an order and paid INR 1357.64 through UPI . My order was not placed but my money was deducted . Upon contacting the bank and manager of mcdonalds, I was asked to wait for 48 hour for refund to be initiated and 5-7 for it to reflect in my account . 8 days have passed and no action has been taken. I am attaching the picture of transaction.

                              Ordered on mcveggie meal one mcveggie burger and Mcegg on 14.12.20 at rajpur road dehradun outlet. It was improperly dressed the buns were hard and stale, almost no veggie and the patty was cold. Shave never eaten such a bad mcveggie in my life. Order number 348.

                                      I have visited today McDonald's in z square Mall, kanpur, UP where no protocols have been followed for safety from coronavirus. One man was getting on my shoulder without being in que and when I raised my voice., he started abusing me. No employees of McDonald's came to stop that man and apparently I had to col my brother and mother.kindly look into the camera recording for proof and provide me justification with apology.i will file a complaint against McDonald's in court.
