Today I have taken a delivery of meal (Mac aloo tickki burger + medium size French fries + diet coke). I have open up the parcel and started eating at home, immediately I found fried house fly in the packet of French fries. I have thrown all the meal I have purchased. Waste of my money and also my hunger not satisfied at night.

I placed order of 1 Mac veggi meal and aloo ticki burger with French fries…..i asked for cold coffe in my meal, , , , , , it was worst coffee I ever have in last 35 yrs ….only cold water with essence …even French fries 🍟 with full of moisture

My order number 5500500 paid theough dotpe of rs 316 is not refundable ye after 14 days as i was told that it will be refunded in 3-5 days if i don’t get my refund i will take big actions towards this and I’ll go to the respective mcd branch where i paid (rajinder place metro station) this is a great disappointment to me i will never go to mcd ever again even though it was my favourite sorry to se such bad service and most importantly i have already sent an email with proofs of payment and haven’t got a reply yet after 5 days im seriously going to go to the branch tomorrow

They have the worst app ever. Whenever i order from the app, it never gets delivered.. it says delivered and never gets delivered. I will see to it, nobody orders from the app ever again. I want my money back, right away

We had visited wakad- pune branch md on Sunday, , the quality of food was waste..

- mcflurry orea had pieces of oreo only on the upper layer. Inside it was like a plain .

- fries that we took, was cold and hard to eat, complete I had to to throw off.

On 23.07.2021, I went to McDonald's in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh and ordered Fries and brownie worth Rs. 201 for which I made online payment through Google Pay. Amount got debited from my account but the sales person said the transaction was incomplete and I will be refunded the amount automatically into my bank account in few hours. So I paid through cash again (Rs.201) for the same order. Until now I did not receive any refund/communication from McD regarding refund.

I ordered an vanilla ice-cream but was served with an old banana ice-cream that too without any packing and stall also misbehaved with me and talked very rudely. no proper packing for takeaway was provided neither was spoon . They didnt even provide us bill for our order

Today I have received a non veg chicken burger instead of veg cheese lava American burger after complaining at the restaurant they told us about giving complementary food but my family is pure veg we don’t even bring egg in our house and because of mc Donald’s we get to bring chicken in our house which caused a huge chaos at home. It’s not about getting complementary food after the problem but about the house rules that mattered

Made payment thru Paytm..amount got debited but order not placed at Borivali mac d near Don Bosco school on 15th June...daily the customer guy says that u will receive refund..but not yet done

Delivery time was 30 min but I was waited for 60 min. And the order was totally cold one and not fresh.

The order was scheduled to reach me by 8.45 pm but was delivered at 9.30 and on opening the bag found non veg burgers inside and immediately informed restaurant about wrong delivery.The person in restaurant informed me that all delivery riders have left and if you need replacement you have to come to outlet.I had no option but to go all the way at night and collect it at late hours.
Very surprised and annoyed of McDonald’s services.😡😱

I visited Mac D, Elements Mall, Jaipur, Rajasthan on 17.07.2021 (between 8 to 9:30) exact time i don't remember and an incidence took place which is absolutely not acceptable for me...sharing the review i gave with you...

"Zero star is not possible thats why giving 1 star, we were standing in que at drive thru and a car suddenly came from wrong direction and entered in que unethical, and when i complained to the Mac D staff he also instead of taking corrective action took his order and that shameless couple even after being wrong got priority over others who were following rules...pathetic...shame on you guys..."

If such thing happened with me, it would have happened before and it will keep on happening ...if your staff will support such people...i don't know if we should even consider about visiting Mac D again...

Hopefully some strict rules will be made and corrective actions would be taken if in real any such "Consumer Complaints" exists.

We had placed an order for 2 Mcsaver Chicken Mac Meal, but we had received it with 2 French Fries for the respective meals were missing.

We were unable to enjoy the meal without the missing French fries.

We tired many number of times to contact the respective restaurant but none of them had picked up the calls.

I order food from Mcdonalds but i got very bad quality of burgers and that was not able to eat and now i feel that my money was total waste.

You guys do one thing stop sending food if you guys can't send warm food

This is regarding a pathetic experience encountered with McDonald's on 11/07/21...I placed an order of 2 combos from McDonald's Shopprix Mall, Vaishali, Ghaziabad @ around 20:00 hrs...as part of the order..two glass of cold drinks were delivered - one empty with only ice cubes and other with a big screw in it. If my kid hadn't been cautious enough while having the drink...he surely would have swallowed that big piece of screw..really fail to understand how come brand like McDonald's can be so irresponsible while dealing with its customers...that too when additional safety protocols are expected from a brand...really want to understand who will take the responsibility of this incident or if some mishap have happened today because of such an irresponsible behaviour from McDonald's .. ..

I placed food order at Mcdonals Adajan Surat, Gujarat, India on Dtd. 11.07.21 thro swiggy. Online payment paid thro G.Pay. My confirm order was cancelled by Mcdonals after lapse of 40 minutes without my consent which put me in trouble to arrange for food. I am highly displeased with this incident and examine for legal way.

This complaint is against the order I placed with Macdonald's through zomato app. The order which I received had vegetarian and non vegetarian food items, veg and non veg food items were placed in one single paper bag which is improper and inappropriate for me to accept. The fact that being a religious person this has caused me harm and damage on moral, religious and emotional grounds. Along with this the order was incomplete and certain food item(s) were missing.

This is the third time I'm facing this issue due to which I felt helpless and left with the option to raise it on a consumer complaint forum. Simply trying to steer clear of their responsibility, especially having an outlet in India, by providing us with the refund is NOT A SOLUTION when the person has been religiously and emotionally done wrong.

The food quality and distorted shape of food seemed like a regular degradation on their part which is beyond my understanding as to why they are not taking it seriously. The basic service of providing straw for beverages and napkins is always missing on their part in every order I have placed including the one this complaint is about.

I ordered a large meal of the McSpicy Paneer Burger with fries and Pepsi on 9th July 2021. The French fries were spoilt and rotten, I have pictures of the same, I don’t know how many I have eaten, but because of McDonald’s irresponsibility and carelessness attitude such French fries were sent.
