I’ve always been satisfied and impressed with the food quality, efficiency, and friendliness of the employees that take a drive-thru order, process your transaction, and hand you your food beverages. yesterday I had a very disappointing experience at the McDonalds that I’ve never had a bad experience at. My fries were not warm and were soggy and not crispy the way they should be. My 6-piece chicken nuggets were cool and not warm or hot as they should be. there was no sauce or onions in my chicken wrap. taste was not good. I paid for these 3 items 492.46. I deserved better service than I received.i attached my bill copy herewith.

Order was made online through Zomato and in the same a Mc Spicy paneer wrap is missing.

Please do refund me on the same.

I have order some stuff and then i try to pay from google pay and i thought the payment didn't succeed and then i pay from my card but both the payments were debited from my account.

Yesterday i palced order twice through sacnner at HUDA City centre, Gurugram. I didn't get any order Details and amount is deducted twice from my account. I contact to person there he said it will come in your account after 2 or 3 hours but from yesterday i didn't get refund it was worst experienced i will not gonna order again . I want my refund back as soon as possible i am attaching my bank details with this mail for your reference.

I just picked a order of a burger and it has really bad taste it is a veg Schezwan burger

₹487 was debited from my account on 6th March.
I have placed the order on McDonalds SGS MALL (pune) but the order didn’t go through. The manager there has assured me I will get my refund within 5 days but I still haven’t got it.

I visited Mcdonalds, Fun republic mall, Lucknow on 10 March and placed my order via the app after scanning the code at the table l. We opted for card payment and made the payment of Rs 4749 however the order was not placed. Amount got debited from my account . Please see the attached ss below. The person at the counter said it will get refunded as they didn’t receive the order.
It has been two days and I have not received the refund yet.
Please look into the matter and let me know the status of my refund

Horrible wedges and they were stale
And ordered double mcveggie burger it had no mayonise no letuce
Horrible service need a refund

I buy a mcveggie n mcalootikki burgers from McDonald's Indore bhawarkaun outlet n they pack very bad quality which smells n was previous day's preserved very very bad qualitu

My order no 3185959 is not completed but my money was debited from my account it was approximate 456 . I want my refund .

We've ordered food from your outlet at FUN cinemas and the order god cancelled but we didn't get a refund yet.

To whom it may concern,
I visited Mc Donald’s on 16th of February 2021 at Sarojini Nagar outlet, Delhi. I placed an order for 4 Mcpuffs, 1 Mc aalo tikki, a large coke and a small fries. I found a metal piece(nut bolt) inside the Mcpuff.
We took the matter to the staff working at that branch, where one of their senior employees informed that she the Mcpuffs aren’t cooked in the kitchen, they are sent to the branches. The branches then deep fry it which is why they said they had no control over it. However, the manager went forward to process the refund for 32₹ for the Mcpuff and also took my number to keep me updated on the issue. The manager did follow up saying the issue has been forwarded and an inquiry will be done at supplier’s end. I’m also enclosing the photos of the incident.

I am extremely disappointed with your service. This is a serious health hazard. It violates the right to safety and redressal.

Mc Donalds kalkaji new delhi staff is Rude specially Sandeep who stands at the cash counter, he is very rude.

The coke you gave me looked just like water. No taste in it There was no test with cococcola inside it.i am not happy

Delay and worst service.one hour for delivery service
