I have ordered my food on 28th May 2021 in your Chennai Arcot road branch.
Unfortunately, the order got cancelled but the amount has yet to be refunded.

Yesterday night, my transaction was successful on paytm at mcdonald’s but the merchant didn’t receive the amount. How do I get my refund?...

I visited today at 2.30 at kaushsmbi metro station counter in ghaziabad uttar Pradesh for take away parcel of max veggie and as soon as I entered the hate the helping staff without reading pressure me take help I asked them I do not need your help and without asking with you for help you arguing and than I asked the rates of different burger rates of different flavour I ordered the same and so it was take away parcel i asked them to give...

Made payment of Rs. 337.06 with reference number[protected] done on[protected] successfully. Money debited from my Paytm Bank account but order wasn’t placed. The McDonald’s staff told me that i will get my refund within 1-2 days. I’ve still got my refund. Please initiate my refund from your end. Details attached....

Manoj the manager in mc donald haridwar attitude towards customer and staff not good kindly fire him from mc donald else image of mc donald will be put down by these kind of employees...

I placed an order from Zomato to McDonald’s but they only gave me half. I ordered 4 coke but they gave only two.after calling McDonalds person he gave very rude answer..refuse to refund..
Told it was zomato’s fault.
Zomato person told it was McDonalds fault....

Bought fries in McD Ambience mall. Found many small pieces. I have picture if you want me to share with you.
One compliant is regular in almost all your restaurants is that fries are soggy and not as crispy as we get them year ago.

Something gone wrong....

Staff in Mac D panipat is very rude. They don’t know how to behave with customer even females. Pathetic is the only word....

The app is showing promo code applied at the place of promo code then it's not applied happened twice...

I have gone to this branch on 6th september..

They told me order on online..

I have ordered food and paid..

But they told that, they have got the order..

But my amount was debited from bank account...

So returned without food.. But by amount was successfully debited from bank account...br...

Just do not fall in love with Interior and light they are trained to take more money from you.
A big manipulating scheme !!!

I ordered one mc aloo tiki, one egg burger, one coke and one fanta from Mc donald branch Fort Mumbai, as per the scheme amount should be 69 + 69 = Rs 138/-

But they Charged Rs 168/-

When i am asking for bill they said as per new policy we cannot process the bill...

How can they charged almost Rs 30 extra.

And attendant is to rude....

Mc ds Sanjay place Agra’s contact number is not active most of the time due to which we are unable to give instructions for our burgers. Last time also I ordered from SWIGGY ..already wrote instructions but they have sent mc chicken and fish burger with mayonnaise. Really difficult to contact the store. Please take this complaint seriously...

If I remember McDonald's is supposed to open at 7 am...but the one in cbd belapur does...they don't even open for take away...you guys need to do something about it because there is no point of break fast menu...also when there is no lockdown in the area...

- They packaged into two bags. I unpacked upon reaching home. 4 chicken pieces were missing.

This is how they make money - by cheating people....

I ordered a meal sum of Rs.345, on 27th August, 2021.I paid the amount through Paytm, amount got deducted from my wallet and was successfully credited in Mcdelivery account but they denied that we didn't got the amount.Help me because my money was deducted.beacuse there was show refund not required.

so reply me as soon as possible.
