I am totally dissatisfied with the coustmer service and their response to complaint
I had this order taken by drive through
And had a item missing which i have been charged for and when we complained about it there was no response and no action was taken and follow up calls were being avoided
Which is very un professional of corporate restaurant chain like mc Donald
As a coustmer i feel disrespected

I had placed an order on Mac Donalds application on 23rd September 2021. Twice the order did not go through but money got deducted from my account, 683 rs each time; total 1366 rs. It has been over 2 days but I have still not received my money back. I have mailed the customer service 2 times, but still no solution. I am attaching screenshots in which one is showing refund initiated but I didn’t get and one is showing only payment is successful but order didn’t place.

I ordered 2 Filet Fish Burgers (double patty) from McD Sector 29 Gurgaon through Swiggy today evening. To my utter surprise, I found some unwanted plastic strips that may perhaps be fish bones. Filet Fish Burgers are premium product of McD that are supposed to be boneless. These strips found in burger were so sharp that it pinched the tongue of my daughter.
Please take the complaint seriously and look into the matter

I visited today at 2.30 at kaushsmbi metro station counter in ghaziabad uttar Pradesh for take away parcel of max veggie and as soon as I entered the hate the helping staff without reading pressure me take help I asked them I do not need your help and without asking with you for help you arguing and than I asked the rates of different burger rates of different flavour I ordered the same and so it was take away parcel i asked them to give a carry back and that both of young girl start arguing and makes my mood off without any reason I request you to instruct the staff not to disturb the customer without reason [protected]

Made payment of Rs. 337.06 with reference number[protected] done on[protected] successfully. Money debited from my Paytm Bank account but order wasn’t placed. Hi,

I ordered one mc aloo tiki, one egg burger, one coke and one fanta from Mc donald branch Fort Mumbai, as per the scheme amount should be 69 + 69 = Rs 138/-

But they Charged Rs 168/-

When i am asking for bill they said as per new policy we cannot process the bill...

How can they charged almost Rs 30 extra.

And attendant is to rude.
