I have order of rs. 1251 on 29-july-2019 but because of location issue my order was cancelled by mcdonald store when i ask them my payment they says me your payment will refund in 7-8 days but it is 1 month above i didn't my payment refund when i call for this in mcdonald customer care 1 person says me that "i am highlight your complaint and your refund will transfer to your account" on 8-august-2019. When i call 2nd time than another person also say me this on 20-august-2019. When i call 10-september-2019 than person says me that this is not problem from mcdonald you have to say for this to phone-pay app but i am paying through mcdonald app so i need to help for this also want to know when i get my refund back

I have another complaint for this when i ordered 2nd time my payment was cancelled due to server issue but deduction process is complete that is rs 1251 i also didn’t get that refund back

All payment is don't from mcdonald app and mcdonald upi

    My sister is a vegan and i ordered a mcaloo tikki for her from mcdonalds brookefield (Bangalore).
    In the special instructions i specifically mentioned that no mayo or any other non-vegan item was to be put in the burger. This was completely ignored and the regular burger was delivered. What is the point of providing these customisations then?
    I would like some refund/other solution for this inconvenience.

    This complaint has already been raised at mcdonald's but i have heard nothing from them about it.

    My refund from mcdonald thane is not done. Money was debited from my account but order was not placed . Please refund my money asap as i am bachelor.i payed money by paytm but order was not placed so i pay with cash.

      Hi i have applied my pf online on feb 2019 and waited for its approval it was supposed to come within a week becoz online process is fast but the thing happend was it got rejected after two months of applying stating due to revision of ecr so then i contacted my ccompany hr and they told me they would help me to resolve the issue and since then till now the issue isnt sloved saying its pending from the pf office the rectification process isnt done i know 8 months delay for rectification is more then enough please i would tell the pf office to do their work on time we people have lot of problem ok

        Hi this is lovena jacob i left my organization where i used to work on 2017
        Mcdonalds..
        And when i got an emergency need i applied my pf on feb 2019
        Waiting for it to be approved after 2months the status showed rejected due to the revision of ecr...
        In this matter i contacted my company and they told they will be helping me to resolve the issue and since then till now the issue hasn't been resolved stating its delay from pf office as there havent completed the rectification process and i feel 8 month is more then enough to solve this problem so please dont delay it is important and it feels pathetic to be dogged for months and months.

          Your mcdonalds outlet at vasai west pin code 401202 located at a to z building mumbai has been maintained very badly. The upper seating place had no working air conditioning and there were big spiders moving on the tables. The tables themselves were extremely shaky and badly in need of repair. The fans placed were so distanced that there was no proper circulation of air. Is this the kind of service and maintenance an international brand is providing? It’s extremely shocking and very very disappointing. Please take cognisance of this complaint and remedy the situation before people stop visiting the outlet.

            Brand new outlet, no complaints on the infrastructure. Staff new & highly untrained! One good thing is that they have self order kiosks else it would have been a big mess. Now, we ordered 4 items all vegetarian but we're served 2 vegetarian items & 2 non vegetarian items. Luckily, we observed the items served did not match the ordered & informed store guys. The lady at the desk came forward & checked the bill & receipt first said they match. Then asked her we had ordered all vegetarian & have received non vegetarian items she said wrong bill served. Had to correct her saying it you who have delivered the wrong items. They then took back the food served & replaced with the correct order. The fries served was made minimum hour ago & was crispy asked for the same to be replaced. Overall until the stall is properly trained & attentive visit the outlet at your own risk - in particular if you are a vegetarian then you may be forced to eat non vegetarian without your knowledge! Hope mcdonald's restaurants take note of this feedback & takes corrective actions immediately & not make customers suffer at the hands o[censored]ntrained staff. We have decided to avoid mcdonald's altogether as there is no way check this switch of food. Also this kind of food switch hurts the religious sentiments of the customer, but mcdonald's management has coined a term 'human error' & brushed aside our situation as normal after presuming & assuming we did not complain at the store. Finally no one apologized for the human error! We do not know what would have happened if we had started eating the non vegetarian food served to us!

              On 8 aug 2019 at kashmiri gate mcdonald i ordered meal and pay through card but employee who present at cashcounter (Divya) said card is declined and you have to pay through cash after sometime l checked my phone but my the amount of 329 is cut by my bank account. Divya (Employee) said your cash will be back within one week. I call to given no. But my cash is not refunded yet. 329 is not a small amount for a student it's happened with me on my birthday. That was so disappointing day for me. Plz refund my money

                I placed order for take away for me veggie meal at mc donald's restaurant at gopalan signature mall, bangalore and my order no. Was 268 at 9 pm on 15 aug 19. After reaching home with parcel and when i opened the package was incomplete as soft drink was deficient in the package. When i tried contacting the restaurant multiple times no one was answering the call. This has happened to previously as well and i complained at the restaurant directly. But nothing has changed.

                You give sub standard drinks. Shame Shame.
                Wil. Never like to visit again . Awful. More water than Coke. Not once but twice. Shame Shame. You give black coloured water in place of Coke. What the hell. And the manager says we will replace. What will you replace when both the drinks I ordered are awful. Your quality is sub standard.

                  Mc spicy paneer is not up to mark. Paneer tiki is not fresh. It was too hard. I felt that I wasted money. The quality of mc spicy paneer was very low. I loved mcd but I felt embarrassed to taste low quality of mcd product.

                    Everytime we visit pcmc from australia our experience at macdonalds chinchwad is of disappointment. The place is really run down compared to other restaurants and does not resemble and international brand. Coffee mugs are cracked and chipped and the tables have holes in em.

                    The queue is disorderly and the staff does not respect queue discipline. I stood in queue this morning for 10 mins and when a new counter was open someone jumped the queue and the staff served the customer.

                    I don't intend to come back to mcdonalds chinchwad if this continues.

                      The manager of the McDonald's store has allowed a band called Rising band to do their show (singing) inside the store using mic and loudspeaker having such a high volume that the customers are having trouble in placing their order. People cant do conversation due to high volume. Nobody is willing to sit on the seats near a huge speaker.
                      This band is doing it for charity and i have a huge respect for them but the volume level should be low and monitored.
                      The manager should sincerely look into it he wants to sustain the growth of his store's income.
                      Please allow them to do their thing but at a low volume.

                        The staff named siraj at sgs mall pune was extremely rude arrogant and sarcastic to us when we visited today. Despite of it being a small issue here laughed sarcastically and behaved in a very very disrespectful manner. The manager immediately came and handled the situation. After listening to me, the manager asked him to apologise but siraj started arguing with us instead. Extremely cheap, disgusting behavior by your staff. I don't know how prompt is the response for the compliant or even if my complaint will be respected here at least. We went to the place with a thought of sending a happy family time and this is how we were treated. At least ensure your staff knows enough hospitality and shows some respect to the customers.

                          I am complaining about the irresponsibility of the mcdonald staff members today i visited a mcdonald store in patna near gandhi maidan i ordered one mc veggie burger one mc aloo tiki two pizza mcpuff it was take away when i reached home and opened the packet there were two mc aloo tiki and two mcpuff only and this is the third time i have had such an experience please to take some strict action become we pay our hard earned money for their food and services

                            I went to eat at mcdonalds today. While the order was being prepared and drinks were placed in serving trays, i requested sachin from mcdonalds (Across the counter) to put a lid over the cold drinks as it will be plain sweet water by the time, we would receive complete order start to eat. He said nothing will happen, i asked him 3~4 times. Another colleague of him, i requested her i asked her to put some lid/ cover over cold drink glasses. She said 'sorry sir we have have stopped straws and covers over cold drinks'. I could see there were lids/ covers next to cold drink machine. By the we took the order to table and started eating, the cold drink was just sweet water. And, we paid to drink this sweet water!! Is this what mcdonalds is doing to save material costs? Then it comes at a terrible cost to you, you may lose customers having cold drink at your restaurants. Won't it be a revenue loss for you? Are soft drink companies partnering with you aware of it? In fact, i do not want to go to mcdonalds again..

                                  Do macdonald wants to save money by using very poor quality of paper bags which are not even capable of handling even two burgers.
                                  On taking delivery of burgers the paper bag was so thin that it was torn and burgers fell on the floor on which the delivery person who had only sorry as paper bags is provided by company
                                  So it's an request and alarm to the company to look into this matter and hope that the brand as mcdonald's is not so careless to provide such cheap n thin bags.

                                    Yesterday i had visited the the mcdonals shop in mumbai. I gave my order and gave card to swipe they swipe other person's card against my order. And forced me to pay in cash. They do this every time as this was not for first time. Really unhappy with the service of the outlet. The staff was very rude, the duty manager was arrogant and was forcing to pay in cash or cancelling my order.

                                      I am attaching the images of my bill and the order I received.
                                      You can see that I have ordered mcsaver Mexican Aloo tikki meal.
                                      What I have got...well god knows because it should have the jalapenos.
                                      This is not the first time this has happened...
                                      Attaching second burger image from a order approximately 2 weeks before.
                                      The burger isn't the same quality of what we get in the restaurant.

                                        Hi,

                                        Today[protected] at around 5pm) i have ordered food from McDonalds (Hyderabad, A S Rao Nagar Branch with order number - ASR-DL[protected] through Zomato. What i have ordered is a Chicken Burger, what i have got is a flesh burger(Please refer to the photos). When i have taken a bite and chewed it, i have vomited it. I would like to file a complaint regarding this issue. I wanted a serious action taken on this issue. I dont want any refund or return what i want is justice and even i went to the restaurant to ask regarding this issue those people said sorry and simply saying that due to electric power issue the following incident happened if that is the case will those people send raw items to people and ask customers to cook themselves.

                                        My only concern is that, some times i order these kind of food for kids, kids cannot differentiate these difficulties in food and they eat it. If any thing happens to the kids what can we do. Hope you people can understand what iam trying to say.

                                        The quality of food served was horrible. It was very stale McAloo tikkis fried in some cheap quality oil giving us stale and bitter taste. Please look in to quality control. No one has time to give a complaints and takes it as a normal course since every one has come to mall to enjoy. Take it seriously and tighten loopholes. Thanks.
